Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Room was satisfactory for a hotel advertised as a 4 star hotel. However room started to look dated.
Staff in the bar was rude and not what one expected in a 4 star hotel. After a busy day I decided to have a coffee in the afternoon. I asked if they served coffee and said yes. I proceeded to sit in a large table. Smaller tables only had little seats not suitable for someone like me who is 1.87 m tall. However one member of the staff asked me to move to a smaller table to free the large one. There was only two other people in the very large room. I was not happy and then the "boss" being the bar shouted at me telling me that they needed the larger tables free if people arrived. Reluctantly I moved. They took a long time to bring the coffee taking into consideration there was no other people ordering. The room continued to be empty one hotel later. This is rude and not the way I am expected to be treated in a hotel.

Apenas um pequeno reparo ( critica construtiva): o pequeno almoço esteve sempre ótimo, mas o sumo de laranja, não provei os restantes, deveria estar fresco e não ao natural e pires/prato para servir de base e receber as gotas de sumo, para que a mesa não receba o desperdício de sumo. Obrigado.

The curtains didn't completely block the sun light. The light got in through the corners and the center of the curtains, as they didn't overlap. There was a bit of noise from the corridors when people where getting in or out of their rooms.

La vista desde nuestro piso, el 2do, era más bien de los edificios del puerto y las grúas, pero era agradable, porque era bien abierta y el puerto está cuidado. Hay restaurantes y bares al lado. Muy buena ducha y amenities.
Pediría un piso más alto.

Le parking public où l'hôtel nous a mis est à 400 m à pied. Il n'y a pas de parking de l'hôtel au sous-sol ou à côté.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Posizione ottima, vicino al centro e con vista sull'oceano. Le camere sono di buon livello, anche il bagno, ma un po piccole. Il bagno ha un lavabo in vetro, molto brutto perchè si vedono i tubi, ed è piccolissimo. Inoltre il rubinetto è corto, l'acqua cade proprio sul bordo del lavabo e rende difficoltoso lavarsi senza bagnare tutto.
Insonorizzazione, eravamo sulla strada e si sentivano le auto come fossero in camera. Per fortuna di notte non c'è stato molto traffico. La climatizzazione. Siamo arrivati in hotel il pomeriggio, la stanza era calda ed il clima spento. Siamo usciti e rientrati la sera e la stanza era freddissima (non più di 16/17 gradi) col clima accesso in modalità raffreddamento (tenete presente che fuori c'erano solo 17 gradi giornata nuvolosa e ventosa). Impossibile cambiare la modalità del clima a riscaldamento. Sono sceso in portineria, ho fatto presente la situazione, mi è stato detto che il sistema è centralizzato, era per tutti a freddo (!?!?) e non potevano cambiarlo. Quindi spento il clima per non raffreddare ulteriormente la stanza, passata la notte abbastanza al freddo, anche sotto le coperte, poi la mattina scopro che il clima era ripartito, in modalità caldo e stava arrivando aria caldissima, assurdo. Devo dire che sono comunque stati gentili e non mi hanno fatto pagare il parcheggio come indennizzo per l'inconveniente, ma avrei preferito passare la sera/notte al caldo e pagare il parcheggio. Mai successo prima, in 40 anni che utilizzo hotels, di soggiornare in un 4 stelle ed dover dormire al freddo! In generale una struttura che non rispecchia al 100% le 5 stelle

La responsable de réception (le matin du 28/04/26), désagréable, arrogante et mal élevée. Pas de possibilité de commander des œufs au plat au petit déjeuner. Pas de grand mirroir dans la chambre, juste dans la salle de bain... Pas de fontaine d'eau à l'accueil... on parle d'un 4 étoiles...

Bei offener Balkontüre war der Lärm bis 4 Uhr morgens ganz schön laut. Für Ruhe suchende nicht zu empfehlen.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Tem uma localização ótima pois fica perto de tudo mas ao mesmo tempo fica numa rua menos movimentada o que é excelente! O quarto tem uma vista bonita, os funcionários são bastante atenciosos e o pequeno almoço estava ótimo! Para quem quer relaxar sem confusão é otimo!

The AC didn't work. The room was too hot. We had to open the balcony door to cool the room, however the road noise was then a problem. Instead of an apology the receptionist just said the temperature of all the rooms is controlled centrally. It is either hot or cold. She added that next week it would be changed to cold. Of course that was not helpful at all. The hotel has the overall impression of a cheap hotel with no investment. But charging premium rates. Poor customer service The bar was shut The room is small The room cups are disposable paper cups The room is dark The decor is cheap hotel No parking

Lo único negativo es el bufet de desayuno, muy caro por la calidad y la variedad que se ofrecía, además el personal estaba muy poco pendiente.
