Läget var perfekt. Frukosten var mycket bra. Serveringspersonalen var trevliga och mycket serviceminded.

AC:n fungerade inte och personalen brydde sig inte om att fixa den. Var extremt varmt på rummet och även i badrummet. Receptionisterna var nonchalanta.

Room, Breakfast, Lunch, Lake access and Staff (especially Giovanna ) are the main features. All are excellent.

Parking is expensive and extremely tight. They have great food, but dont offer dinner, which is a surprise. It would be a great option given the facilities.

Amazing! First time 😂 my wife was happy with the hitel room, breakfast, swimming pool and hotel personnel. Our beautiful sausage-dog was happy too.

Remek helyen van. Tópart, de mégis közel a belváros. Csodás fák vannak a kertben, amik alatt mindig hűvös volt.

The room was large and very comfortable. The pool area was very well maintained. The location was perfect, just a few minutes stroll to bars and restaurants. Giovionna took really good care of us at breakfast

Location is perfect. On the lake with a pool and very close to the beautiful town of Salo with its wonderful promenade.

Very expensive for what it is. Limited facilities and very quiet so no atmosphere.

Gute Lage, nicht zu zentral, aber fussläufig zur Promenade und Innenstadt. Personal ist bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sehr freundlich

Für Kinder eher ungeeignet. Ball spielen auf der Wiese war verboten, gab aber auch kein anderes Angebot für Kinder.

Makes me sad just thinking about my holiday here - despite looking good in the photos - and lake Garda is very beautiful - there was something rather miserable about the staff in this place - they were surely and made you feel bad about asking them to do anything. When I arrived at 11.00 at night the welcome was non existent - can we get a cold drink the bar is closed and despite on of my party being clearly old I had to ask for help with the luggages - Leaving your key at reception was met with an unfriendly look, asking for a drink, towels let alone help when I really needed it. if I could have done I would have left.- I would not recommend this hotel for a long stay unless your expectation are realistic , you are madly in love with the person you are with and do not notice or care about the staff or the other guests and are seeing this place for its function rather than as a cohesive hotel in which to have a holiday. Holidays are precious times and the mean nature and atmosphere of the hotel made it as though you were a resented inconvenience rather than a guest. I have had some wonderful holidays in Lake Garda and despite the location and the view this was like an endurance test - and I was glad to leave. someone described this as a 3 star hotel with a 5 star view..

Herrlich gelegener Garten mit Pool unter… und das ist nicht so oft zu finden… großen Bäumen, die besonderen Schatten spenden. Viel effektiver wie Sonnenschirme. Dazu der Zugang direkt zum See. 💦💦🐠Sehr nettes Personal. In wenigen Minuten ist man im „ Städtle“ und an der Schiffsanlegestelle😁 Wir empfehlen sehr gerne weiter, denn der Service und das reichliche Frühstück war sehr ansprechend! Darum…. Absolutely wonderful holiday here. The hotel is excellent with a superb location on the lakeside. We were here during the heatwave of the last week in June and the first week in July and the hotel’s air conditioning was so good. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and the place is spotlessly clean and the gardens beautifully manicured. Very good breakfast too.

Perfect location right by the lake and 5 mins walk to Salo and ferry pier. Friendly and professional service, special thanks to Effe at the pool bar and Giovanna at the restaurant.

Excellent location. Walking distance from centre and gardens and pool adjacent to the lake with very easy access to the lake. Spacious room with balcony with spectacular view of the lake. Staff friendly.

Only one guest toilet in entire hotel (2 cubicles) which was two floors below reception. No facility to have a shower (except by the pool) after checkout. Bed a little hard.

Beautiful positioned at the end of the lungo Lago, near the town centre. Fantastic views, meticulously maintained grounds, wonderfully caring staff!

Frühstück toll und alles da was man so braucht morgens Lage ist fantastisch. grosse Liegewiese und ein Sprung und man ist im Wasser. Auch nach Check out darf man den Pool noch nutzen - super und freundlich

Betten könnten besser sein aber geht noch so.

Das Personal gab einem nicht das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein, mit 2 Ausnahmen (Portier, der Mann für alles, der uns die Garage, etc. zeigte und die herzliche „ältere“ Dame beim Frühstück, die immer ein Lächeln für die Gäste hatte und stets freundlich und zuvorkommend war!!!).

Located over looking Lake Garda with only the hotel’s garden and swimming pool between the lake and the hotel, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable with AC. Breakfast is a feast catering to all tastes and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. What a delightful place to stay.

השתמשנו בחניה תמורת תשלום. לדעתי מלון ברמה הזו צריך לכלול חניה ללא תשלום. ביקשנו לצאת מהחדר מעט אחרי זמן הצ'ק ולא רק שלא אישרו לנו, אלא שגם ביקשו מאיתנו לפנות בזמן את החניה (כך שלא יכולנו להשאיר מזוודות ולצאת להסתובב קצת). זו שכותם כמובן, אבל לא היה נראה שהמלון בתפוסה מלאה, והרי הצ'ק-אין הוא רק אחר הצהריים, כך שלדעתי יכלו לסייע עם העניין.

Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schöner Garten mit eigenem Seezugang und Bootsanleger. Reichliches Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Schöne Lobby und eine sehr schön eingerichtete geräumige Bar. Vom Hotel aus über eine wunderschöne Promenade alles fußläufig zu erreichen, Restaurants, Shopingmöglichkeiten.

Die Einrichtung ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen (Schranktüren hängen) schwergängige Armaturenhebel und man sieht dem Bad sein Alter an. Der Einstieg in eine Badewanne zum Duschen ( mind.60cm hoch) ist für ein so hochpreisiges Haus kein Standard mehr, das Zimmer war ein Doppelzimmer deluxe (Suite). Die Fassade zum Garten hin gehört für ein vier Sterne Hotel renoviert.

There is one word for this hotel - exceptional!. From the minute we arrived at the hotel everything was taken care of. A welcoming reception, bags brought to the room and everything explained. We had a junior suite which was worth the extra money, just for space alone. It was a really clean hotel. Each room overlooks the lake which is stunning. The hotel doesn't offer evening meals but does have snacks until early evening - snacks include things like burgers or club sandwiches!. The staff are really kind, welcoming and oblige to your every need. Breakfast is buffet and plenty of variety - just ask and they will make you a speciality coffee of your choosing. The hotel location is super, it's right in Salo, 5 minute walk and you're in town or on the promenade with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel is super quiet, couldn't hear any rowdy noise at all and has a great atmosphere. For what we paid I would recommend and return.

Hotel leży bezpośrednio nad jeziorem Garda , ma własny dostęp do jeziora 9 zejście po drabince , skaliste dno , teren do kąpieli wygrodzony ) .Oprócz tego basen zewnętrzny , jakuzi , duża il. leząkow , również na trawiastej własnej plaży ,dużo cienia pod rozłożystymi drzewami . Barek przy basenie , ręczniki plażowe dostępne w cenie . Cały teren sprzątany , bardzo zadbany .Jedynie brak brodzika dla dzieci. Dla dorosłych idealny

Nie było do czego się przyczepić ,zarówno w pokoju , w samym hotelu , jak i w otoczeniu . Polecamy z całego serca

Anreise über die "enge Strasse" und Parken bissl Mühsam. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Hotelpersonal hat da so gut es gin geholfen

Wonderful and quiet location, we could people taking from their balconies into our rooms in the middle of the night so they should let all guest know to keep quiet after midnight.

The bed is not comfortable, they need to upgrade their mattresses and pillows

Der Zugang zum See war etwas problematisch, also nicht so komfortabel, der Fön im Badezimmer war nicht sehr leistungsstark;

Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en het hotel is een uitstekend verzorgd. Het ontbijt is erg goed en je kunt er heerlijk lunchen en bij het zwembad verblijven. Absolute aanrader!

Der erste Eindruck der Fassade war eher abstoßend. Aber wenn man im Hotel ist, vergisst man sie sofort.

After many hours of travelling we were so happy to arrive here. The hotel was all we expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are first class, and the room was great. Had sweeping views of Lake Garda. The lawn area lakeside is a great place to relax, and there was staff on hand to provide drinks and snacks if we needed. The pool is lovely, the ground floor terraces and bar areas are good. They served lunch and snacks but not dinner, however just exit the hotel and walk 5 minutes and you are in the village with many food and drink choices. Thanks to all for providing a wonderful stay. We are already planning our next visit 😊

Just back from a 10 night stay at Hotel du Parc. We had a fantastic stay in Salo at this hotel. The location is perfect, just minutes from the restaurants and bars. Breakfasts are good with a broad choice of food. Specialty coffees are included at breakfast. The vibe at the hotel is very relaxed and not stuffy at all. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a super-early start one day and the kitchen made us up a takeaway breakfast. Whilst all staff were great, special mention should be made of Roberta who is always smiling and helpful, and Alex who was always welcoming and helpful. The hotel should be proud of their staff. We will definitely return. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Very modern and clean, all facilities close at hand, close to lakeside dining, beautiful relaxing gardens and grounds, great service throughout, big shout out to Georgia for being really lovely and helpful. The guys and girls front of house were all delightful. Our porter was really the best! Food was awesome

We have just returned from Salo Parc and have enjoyed a fantastic week. Room spotless and well equipped. Balcony was amazing looking out over the lake. Breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice. We booked with tui and were picked up at 7.45 a.m it would have been useful to have had a breakfast take away bag as other people had on the transfer coach from their hotels . I have to praise ALL staff , very helpful and always extremely friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend this well positioned hotel .

dass man für 440 euro pro Nacht für ein Einzelzimmer nur 1(!) Handtuch für den Pool bekommt und auch gegen Kautionsangebot kein zweites zum Drauflegen. Sehr unangenehm, wenn man Geschäftsfreunde in ein Tophotel eingeladen hat und diese so peinliche Diskussionen an der Rezeption mitverfolgen. Schließlich habe ich mein Handtuch an meinen Gast weiter gegeben.
