Room and view was really good. you can swim in the beach or in one of many pools. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful.

Foods are not very good, could be better. especially if you want fresh grilled meat you have to wait on the line more than 10 minutes. if it is finished before you take it, you have to wait again at least 15 minutes because they cook in bulk.

Всю печаль данного отеля скрашивают коктейли (без них терпеть это невозможно) и луковые колечки и в меньшей степени рис (больше ничего есть невозможно).

Все! Это просто треш. Коктейли супер и без них этот ад невозможно перенести. Это было бы терпимо за цену в 4 раза меньше или при наличие луковых колечек на завтрак обед ужин и в комнате

Ahmet in reception was amazing

The hotel is in a very beautiful place. It is located in the flat part of Icmeler with a nice beach. You can feel the connection with nature. With own beach.

Maybe more fun.

The property had great views of the sea. The swimming pools were great and very clean.

The overall food quality was less than average at the buffet. The overall cleanliness of the resort is less than average. The house keeping is horrible.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, die Lage ist wirklich gut und der Strand ist breit und schön. Auch die Kinderbetreuung bzw. die Mitarbeiter, die sich um die Kinder kümmern, waren sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Die erste Reihe am Strand ist mit großen, speziell ausgestatteten Doppel-Liegen belegt, die kostenpflichtig reserviert werden müssen (ca. 35 €). Dadurch ist es für Familien mit Kindern praktisch unmöglich, in der ersten Reihe zu liegen, ohne zusätzlich dafür zu bezahlen.

Die Pools waren ok, aber nicht sauber. VIP lounge war relativ gut

Sehr alt gehalten, alle Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich, ausser Murat und Ibrahim Bey (weil er musste, da OP Manager), das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt, Pools sind nicht sauber, keine Getränke Auswahl an den Bars. Getränke werden warm ausgeschenkt, da Kühlschränke defekt sind. In den Minibars in den Zimmer wird nur Wasser aufgefüllt, keine Softdrinks etc. Zimmer mangelhaft gesäubert, Telefon im Zimmer war defekt, wurde auch nicht repariert, Parkmöglichkeiten mangelhaft. Nach verstopftem Rohr wurde der Müll liegen gelassen. Das Hotel ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel!!

Hygiene is poor in food court. Tiles around the pool are slippery which makes it dangerous for kids as well as adults.

Everything was great. The operations manager ibrahim, reception manager Ahmet and chef Ahmet and waitress Sila was extremely helpful and friendly.

Die Anlage an sich ist einfach nur top. Es ist das erste Resort (in den 60’ern gebaut) in der Türkei mit einem herrlichen Blick aus der Bucht.

Das allgemeine Personal. Die Lautstärke von der Tikibar schallt durch das ganze Hotel bis Nachts 01:00 Uhr. Zimmerreinigung teilweise erst um 17 Uhr. Es scheint das vieles über Dienstleistung abgedeckt wird und nicht mit eigenem Personal. Animation war sehr schlecht

Very cosy and compact hotel, easy to navigate especially when travelling with kids. Quite big swimming pool with enough space for sunbathing. Has own beach with limited cold drinks served directly by staff at the beach side. Food selection mainly local cuisine making it quite authentic. Pet friendly (learned it a bit late to arrange for our fur friend)

Some areas might need refurbishing despite overall hotel is quite clean.

Шикарная локация и вид на море с островами на горизонте. Завораживающий восход солнца! Удобный пляж и чистое море. Красивая зелёная территория. Хорошая зона для пляжного волейбола.

Номера уже сильно "уставшие" и требуют ремонта. У нас в номере кондиционер дул и шумел, но не особо охлаждал. В номерах не очень чисто. Но это не вина персонала, а беда старого ремонта. С едой вроде бы все в порядке. Но свежей зелени, как то не хватило. Возможно это субъективное ощущение. Десерты стоят на обычных столах, без охлаждения. Что для такого жаркого времени года, не очень сказывается на их вкусовых и санитарно эпидемиологических качествах.

We had a truly fantastic stay! The beach is breathtaking, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and islands. What really impressed us was that despite the hotel being completely full, we never once struggled to find a tanning bed by the beach or the pool—it never felt crowded at all. A special shout-out to the hotel manager and general manager, who were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Özellikle ön büro müdürü Ahmet Bey, Operasyon müdürü İbrahim Bey ve İçecek ve servis konusunda Serpil Hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz. Neredeyse 60 yıldır hizmet veren tesis, bu sürede kazandığı bilgi, tecrübe ve kurumsal kimliği sayesinde beklentinizin ötesinde hizmet, yiyecek/içecek hizmeti vermekteler. Zaten deniz ve doğa eşsiz...

Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Gerçekten güzel ve özellikle aileler için uygun bir otel. Otelin kalabalık olması, alanların geniş ve dağınık olması sayesinde pek hissedilmiyor. Deniz çok yakın ve yürüyüş yapmak için güzel bir bulvarın olması da büyük bir avantaj. Personel son derece yardımsever, ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Özellikle İbrahim Bey çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi; kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Genel olarak çok keyifli ve memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu.

Exceptional stay from start to finish. Everything was a 10/10 for us. We were very kindly given a complimentary upgrade to the Sultan Suite, which made the stay even more special. The room was fantastic and the view was amazing. The food was also very good, and we really enjoyed the overall all-inclusive experience. A huge thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Special thanks to Ahmet from reception, the other Ahmet and Melis from guest relations, İbrahim from management, Yücel and Semanur from Physkos Bar, Resul and Murat from the pool bar, Beyza from Grab & Go, Elif and Nur from the entertainment team, İsmail and Fatih from the SPA, Ali from the tour agency, the guy on roller skates who was always around helping and serving guests, and our lifeguard from Batman. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. They create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that the hotel genuinely starts to feel like home. My only advice to the management would be to take good care of this team and do everything possible to keep them, because they are a huge part of what makes this hotel so special. We would definitely love to come back. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Nog nooit zo’n slecht hotel meegemaakt. Vieze kamers, veel achterstallig onderhoud en bij aankomst op meerdere plekken kinderen én volwassenen die aan het overgeven waren. Het personeel was onprofessioneel en meer bezig met elkaar dan met de gasten. En dan heb ik de rest van de nachtmerries nog niet eens genoemd. Absoluut geen aanrader. Nooit meer.

Super séjour ! Honnêtement nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Les piscines sont grandes et parfaites pour les enfants. La proximité de la plage est un grand atout et l'eau est très calme et propre, un réel plaisir à se baigner. A la marche il y a pleins de bars et de boutiques proches. Également vous pouvez vous rendre très facilement à Marmaris sans avoir besoin d'un véhicule personnel. Niveau nourriture rien a dire car c'était parfait, très bon et le service est au rendez-vous vous. Je recommande cet hôtel car je reviendrai

Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Petit bémol par moment sur le nettoyage de notre chambre qui s'est arrangée par la suite.

Прекрасный отель, очень уютный. Классное расположение.Круглосуточный сервис. Несколько бассейнов. Большой собственный пляж в очень красивой бухте. В ресторане разнообразнейшие вкусные блюда. Много морепродуктов. Номера с большими балконами. Кондиционер отлично справлялся даже когда на улице было +36. Исключительно вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Прогулочная набережная по которой можно в качестве вечернего променада дойти до Мармариса.

People working there have nice communication skills and everything else is old and abused.

The room was in a very bad condition from every aspect. 1. The room is beaten up ( furniture dirty, broken very old) 2. The floor cracked and not cleaned, full of hair and other human residue. 3. The toilet broken, hair dryer not working. 4. Curtains, floor and walls dirty. 5. Asked for towels never came ( I had to go out search for the cleaning service lady to get the towels). 6. The food tastes and quality was very average but the presentation was good. 7. The reception area is the only place that looks nice. 8. The pools were good and the area by the sea was good also.

Beautiful hotel, a lot if fun events planned in the evening, very clean beach right infront of the hotel. Stuff - animators , everyone working in the restaurants and reception are very friendly and helpful!! A lot of young people as well as couples/ families in the hotel, suits all age groups. Make sure to let cleaning team know to clean your room , they are not very consistent or turn on your light to green.

We recently stayed at Marti Resort Deluxe Hotel, and it was truly one of the best holiday experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well looked after. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the facilities are top-class. A special mention must go to Manager Ibrahim, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He personally checked on us every day and night to make sure everything was going well and to ask if we needed anything. He has a wonderful, friendly personality and always greets his guests with a genuine smile. His attention to detail and hospitality really made us feel at home. The all-inclusive package was excellent. We never felt like we were running out of anything. There was food available throughout the day and drinks available until 1:00 AM, which made the whole experience so relaxing and convenient. The resort also has a beautiful location, with a lovely beach and water sports just around a 5-minute walk away. There is plenty to enjoy, whether you want to relax, explore, or take part in some activities. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would happily return. Marti Resort Deluxe Hotel is definitely a must-visit place! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great facilities, friendly service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.

The air conditioning is a little old-fashioned, although it worked well after being left on for some time. Also, if travelling as a large group, it’s worth checking transfer options in advance, as our airport taxi transfer cost £200 each way for a group of 12. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Marmaris İçmelerin en güzel lokasyonlarından birine kurulmuş, hiç kimsenin birbirini rahatsız etmediği, güleryüzlü personeli ve harika kokteyleri ile dingin bir tatil için güzel bir adres. Biz 2 yaşında kızım ile büyük bir aile olarak yaptık bu tatili ve çok memnun kaldık.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Auch das Führungspersonal hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Ibrahim Özyavuz, der sich besonders aufmerksam und herzlich um uns gekümmert hat. Auch an der Cocktailbar nähe der Rezeption waren die Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im großen Restaurant bzw. im Essbereich des Hotels gab es ebenfalls einen Mitarbeiter, der besonders nett und aufmerksam war: Ali Polat. Die Patisserie war einfach super! Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön geht an Zeynep Usta für die hervorragende Arbeit. Insgesamt hat mir das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Service und die herzliche Betreuung!

Very peaceful and every facility possible

Evet, artık Martı Resort hakkında daha detaylı bir yorum yapabilirim. Yemekler, odalar, temizlik, hizmet kalitesi ve otelin genel atmosferi gerçekten beklentimin üzerindeydi. Ancak beni en çok etkileyen şey bunlardan biri değil, otelin Genel Müdürü Uğur Bey oldu. Bugüne kadar konakladığım birçok otelde genel müdürü ne gördüm ne de misafirlerle bu kadar iç içe olduğunu hissettim. Uğur Bey ise gün boyunca misafirlerle birebir ilgilenen, selam veren, hâl hatır soran ve en küçük detayı bile takip eden bir yönetici. Bu samimiyet ve misafirperverlik, oteli sadece güzel bir tesis olmaktan çıkarıp kendinizi gerçekten değerli hissettiğiniz bir yere dönüştürüyor. Bence bir otelin gerçek kalitesi, onu yöneten insanların misafire verdiği değerde gizlidir. Bu konuda Uğur Bey farkını net şekilde hissettiriyor. Kendisine ve tüm ekibe unutulmaz bir tatil yaşattıkları için içtenlikle teşekkür ederim.

The landscape around hotel was amazing. The staff were nice and helpful. It's a bit out of city, but there was public transport so we could easily get to the center. Room was big and bad was big and comfortable too

The room wasn't really clean. Places what mostry used stuff was cleaning, but in same time some corners and table was dusty, in our room wasn't normal balcony, only as it called "French balcony" and i wanted go out there but it was so dirty. In dinning area was too many flies and it was really disturbing

The staff were extremley friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The girls in the grab and go were amazing for anything i needed for my toddler and the boys in the main bar were great!

Martı Resort hakkında sayfalarca güzel şey yazabilirim. Yemekleri, odaları, temizliği, barları… Hepsi gerçekten çok başarılı. Ama ben bu yorumu bunlar için değil, iki kişiye teşekkür etmek için yazıyorum. İbrahim Bey… Gerçekten sizin gibi bir yöneticiyle ilk defa karşılaştım. Bir insan işini bu kadar severek yapınca, o enerji bütün otele yansıyor. Sizi her gördüğümde “Bu otel doğru ellerde.” dedim. Bence Martı Resort’un en büyük şansı İbrahim Bey. Melis Hanım ise her seferinde güler yüzüyle, ilgisiyle ve samimiyetiyle bana kendimi misafir gibi değil, evimde gibi hissettirdi. Bir isteğim olduğunda “Acaba olur mu?” diye düşünmedim bile. Çünkü çözüm bulacağını biliyordum. Açık söyleyeyim; ben bu tatili sadece deniz, havuz ya da yemeklerle hatırlamayacağım. İbrahim Bey’in profesyonelliğini ve Melis Hanım’ın samimiyetini hatırlayacağım. Bir oteli bina değil, içindeki insanlar büyütür. Martı Resort’u da benim gözümde büyüten tam olarak bu iki insan oldu. İkinize de gönülden teşekkür ederim. Siz olmasaydınız bu tatil benim için bu kadar özel olmazdı.

The only suggestion for improvement is that the room furniture is quite old and would benefit from renovation to match the excellent level of service provided by the hotel. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and hope to see this improvement in the future.

Mimarisini ve doğal tarzını çok sevdik.Çalışanlar da çok tatlılardı,bu havada bu kadar yoğun çalışmalarına rağmen sabırla ve güler yüzle yardım ediyorlar ( onları köleleri sanan müşterilere rağmen ! Tatile geliyoruz ,başkalarına eziyet etmeye değil!!) Otel ile ilgili genel anlamda her şeyden memnun kaldık. Köpeğimiz de çok keyif aldı ve çok rahattı…

Rezervasyon yaptırdığımız odalardan farklı odalar verildi ,ve banyolarda musluklar sorunluydu.Resepsiyona ilettik ve rezervasyonumuzu yapan Ahmet beye de ilettiler ama bir şey değişmedi .Yine de tatilimizi gölgelemedi bu durum,geri kalan her şey güzeldi 🫶

Öncelikle temizlik en memnun kaldigimiz konuydu. Odalar, yemek yeme alanlari ve plaj cok cok temizdi. Yemek cesitliliği çok fazla değildi ama yemekler kesinlikle lezzetliydi. Personellerin neredeyse hepsi çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Otel animasyonlar anlamında biraz eksikti bizim için . Ayrıca plajın kum değil çakıl taşlı bir girişinin olması bizi başlarda biraz zorladı.

They need improvement in staff.

The sea was very cold.

We stayed for 4 days with a 3 and 8 year old. They enjoyed their time at the beach and pool. We had the inclusive package which was convenient for food, snacks, and drinks. We had no need to leave the property, which is what we wanted.

The food was good but would have liked more variety between the days. By the third day I was pretty tired of the same food. There are restaurants nearby for folks to explore, if inclined.

Zusammenfassend war unser Aufenthalt ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war ein wunderbares Erlebnis, an das wir gerne zurückdenken.

Martı Resort başlı başına çok güzel bir otel; konumu, atmosferi ve sunduğu imkânlarla gerçekten harika. Ancak benim için bir oteli asıl özel ve unutulmaz yapan şey, içindeki insanlardır. Bu oteli güzelleştiren, ona ruh ve değer katan iki isim var: Operasyon Müdürü İbrahim Bey ve Misafir İlişkileri’nden Melis Hanım. İbrahim Bey’in profesyonelliği, misafire yaklaşımı ve her detaya hâkim oluşu gerçekten takdire değer. Melis Hanım ise güler yüzü, samimiyeti ve misafirlerle içtenlikle ilgilenmesiyle kendinizi bir otelde değil, değer gördüğünüz özel bir yerde hissettiriyor. Güzel oteller çoktur; ama insanda iz bırakan otelleri, işini gerçekten severek yapan insanlar yaratır. Martı Resort benim için İbrahim Bey ve Melis Hanım sayesinde unutulmaz bir yer oldu

Отель очень красивый. Территория утопает в зелени. Питание нас устроило. Море чистое, но в начале июля очень бодрящее. Лежаков хватало и на пляже и у бассейна. Персонал вежливый и внимательный. Нам все понравилось.

Грязная посуда, её наверное не могут отмыть или не моют, всегда жирная, часто с майонезом и кетчупом. мухи плавают в смеси для омлета. Персонал уставший.

Great Location, amazing hotel. well maintained. Been there from 1970s one of the first in the Icmeler area. Friendly staff, great administration (Ibrahim). Kids friendly and very safe. Has a great Bali Spa - must do during visit.

Daily show programs were good but could use a bit more improvement by adding more local shows rather than cover songs signers.

Excellent séjour au Marti Hotel. emplacement idéal, avec une mer magnifique tres propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Un grand merci à Mr Ibrahim, responsable hotel, pour son écoute. Je le remercie encore une fois et recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Tesisin dekorasyonu, mimarisi çok güzel. Personel çok ilgili ve nazikti. Bar ve kokteyller çok başarılı. Odalar geniş ve temizdi. Deniz ve havuzu da beğendik.

Yemek ürünlerinin malzeme kalitesi arttırılabilir.

We were a group of 10 ( 6 adult, 4 kids). Everyone enjoyed it very much. Great central location in Icmeler, convenient walkable distance to everywhere, a store right next to the hotel. Boat trips available right outside for island hopping. Good food and friendly staff.

Alcohol is included in All inclusive package and is not bad, however when wanting a foreign brand drinks, extra needs to be paid. Wish there was a bar service by the beach, had to go back to the hotel each time for a drink or water.
