The Spa , pool etc were good , we really loved the breakfast and the restaurant and spa staff were friendly

The car park was tight and although we were supposed to have 1 parking space we had to park out in the street because the car park was full , I think the spaces should be numbered and allocated

The locatie aan het water is geweldig. De kamer was ruim en schoon met een prima bed. Het schoonmaakpersoneel is heel vriendelijk.

Het personeel kwam efficient maar kortaf over, op het schoonmaakpersoneel en een van de serveersters in het restaurant na. De receptie was professioneel en efficient maar zonder glimlach, wat ons opviel omdat we overal in Ierland een zeer warm welkom krijgen. Het hotel lijkt ingesteld op grote groepen en minder geschikt voor individuele reizigers.

Room was very comfortable with a lovely view. Spa was absolutely divine, from the friendly staff, to the relaxing pool, jacuzzi and sauna. I also got a Swedish massage from Jess and it so relaxing would definitely recommend.

Only thing that annoyed us was the Maître d' at the restaurant. We arrived at 7.45 for 8pm dinner. He told us to wait at the bar (we later found out our table was empty and set and ready to go). Two other couples arrived at 7.55 and were shown straight to their tables. He eventually came back to us at 8.01 and shows us to our table. Maybe the fact that we were starving didn't help, but we didn't like his style/attitude.

L'hôtel n'est pas en centre ville mais c'est un plus car la ville de Wesport est mignonne avec ses maisons colorées, sa rivière et sa rue principale mais l’hôtel est au calme, au bord de la mer et c'est très appréciable. Nous avons dîner en terrasse à l'hôtel, car le restaurant du roof top était fermé, et c'était très bon. Le personnel est charmant. Et le petit déjeuner sur le roof top était vraiment agréable.

Comfortable. clean. Loved Spa. Got an outstanding Voyager facial from Siobhan. Felt lovely for hours afterwards. Only downside was a bit expensive to stay in hotel and it is outside of main town so be prepared. Difficult to get reliable taxis in and out. Although reception organised for us each time which was much appreciated because we tried Uber and couldn’t get any taxis. They are very busy. Matt Molloys great old pub in Town

Ev charging, not the hotels fault but people with out EV’s park at the chargers and then get arsey when you ask them to move.

Difficult to get taxis in from Westport. In the end rang the hotel and they sorted for us. Only for reception we were really stuck.

We had to move rooms due to an appalling smell in the bathroom (which came into our bedroom too).

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and very well time and organised. Great location and views.

Car park is very tight and narrow. Our bathroom intermittently smelled of cigarette smoke.

We have chosen this hotel to celebrate our 25 marriage anniversary and we could not have done a better choice! On our arrival to the hotel we received warm congratulations from the receptionist and she also mentioned that we would have something in our room for our celebration :) and we did have a wonderful present in the room beautifully prepared by the staff. Thank you very much, it was a very nice surprise :) The room was extremely clean, and the food was great. The location of the hotel is great, and we had a fantastic view from the balcony of our room. The swimming pool is clean and beautiful. We were served by very polite and professional staff everywhere: at the reception, in the restaurant and the spa. Thank you very much, you've made our stay a real weekend to remember!

Food in the rooftop restaurant was okay, but didn‘t match the quality of the view.

Lovely setting, especially having your breakfast on the 4th floor overlooking Clew bay with Croagh Patrick in the background- stunning! Food was excellent as well.

Room view was off back carpark but you can’t win every time!

The hotel was clean with friendly staff. The location is far from the town centre but beside the fun park and harbour that has regular cruises around clew bay

The location was not great if you were looking for the nightlife of the town.

Breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options and they were willing to accommodate special requests at breakfast as well. The THERMAL SUITE was a best kept secret that we really enjoyed!

Really good breakfast, also the SPA and thermal suite is a HUGE WIN! Great value for money and super accommodating staff at the hotel. I liked it a lot!

The hotel is beautiful, with such a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. The service from everyone we met was also excellent — friendly, welcoming and very professional. It really made our stay feel extremely special. Fantastic LuSeas restaurant and fantastic food! ⭐ Extra mention for Tony, our waiter — totally outstanding service in every aspect! He was so friendly, attentive and professional, and really made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Spa Veda is incredible! The seaweed bath has become one of my favourite treatments — my skin felt unbelievably soft afterwards. The receptionists are extremely friendly and nice, always ready to help with anything and making sure you get everything you need. I also had such a lovely experience with Siobhán. I had a taster massage with her, including a face treatment, and it was honestly amazing. I have never felt so relaxed before! She made me feel fantastic and completely calm from the very beginning. The massage was exactly what I needed, and the face treatment was such a beautiful extra touch for my tired skin. I walked out feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Thank you so much, Siobhán! ❤️ I would definitely recommend her and would love to come back again for more treatments!

Staff were the big standout factor for us, we had a problem with our air conditioning unit but the manager John dealt with the whole situation with amazing professionalism. Spa was also amazing had treatments from Jess and Jente and was so happy with our time spent down there Brakefast and dinner was perfect with a very good well priced wine menu Well be back next year for sure

I feel the suite was more of a family room, compared to suites we usually upgrade too

So expensive and not value for money. Breakfast so average. Lobby run down. No facilities for kids, kids play room etc

The location was excellent, with beautiful walking and running routes right from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. We also appreciated how quickly the staff responded when we had an air conditioning issue with our first room. They switched us to a new room immediately, making the experience stress-free. Overall, the hotel was charming, comfortable, and a wonderful place to stay. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioning in our original room wasn't working properly. However, the staff resolved it immediately by moving us to another room, so it didn't affect our overall stay.

Location was excellent, room was very comfortable & an excellent shower. Really enjoyed the breakfasts, especially the cooked food. It is so nice to be served!

The table I booked for dinner in the rooftop restaurant wasn’t available for us ( it was our 43rd wedding anniversary). I rang the restaurant number to say we were delayed on our journey so if we could delay the booking until 7.30 but the lady I spoke to said we didn’t have a reservation, then I got an e Mail from you subsequently saying the hotel was sorry I didn’t show up at the time I booked my slot (18.45) 😊

The size of the room we got room 124 i think was larger than we expected and more modern.

The bar from what we seen when we went in to eat lunch was more of a restaurant than a bar to sit at and relax with a drink in my opinion

Beautiful hotel

Loved the hotel, in a great spot a little out of town so much less busy, nice to finally have private parking and not have to wrestle for street parking. The room was large and comfortable with everything we needed. Comfy bed. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Air conditioning which was perfect with the recent heat. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and a nice view of croagh patrick.

The only reason I didn’t score it perfectly is we had a dinner reservation in the nice restaurant upstairs and they hosted a private function it seemed but essentially it was a day care centre with kids running around screaming everywhere. We left before we’d even ordered as not what you expect for the price you pay. We ended up eating in the bar downstairs which was good and no screaming children.

Everythimg really, except we noticed bathroom was for handicap people, not that it was a problem, and our view was car park. We did enjoy the hotel , staff very good. It was our 1st time there next time, i will book a room with view. Thank you.the viw
