El Hotel era muy bonito, decorado con mucho gusto, con una instalaciones muy aceptables, la situación también estaba genial.

El trato de recepción y del personal en sí, era un trato muy frío, tenía obsesión por hablar en inglés. Te hablaban constantemente en inglés, me encontré como en un Hotel extranjero.

部屋が狭い。

Staff were polite. The place has a very modern slight retro quirky style with all the touches of red. The family room was a good size with a TV that flipped so could be watched on either side of the room.

The family room didn’t have a bathroom door and the bathroom was clear glass so there wasn’t any privacy. I was traveling with my 18 year old twins and it wasn’t the most practical set up.

Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением. Вежливый и приятный персонал, чистые номера, потрясающий завтрак (и по вкусу, и по разнообразию). Несмотря на центральное кондиционирование, в номере была комфортная температура. Есть все необходимое для чая-кофе и косметика для душа. Удобные опции онлайн чекина и чекаута, чтобы не тратить время у стойки. С удовольствием вернусь сюда и буду рекомендовать знакомым, спасибо!)

Единственный минус – рассчитывали на террасу на крыше с потрясающим видом на город, а она оказалась закрыта.

Akustik izolasyon çok kötü. Otel dışından gelen sesler dışında otelin içinde odalar arasında izolasyon yok. Üst kattaki temizlik sesleri herhangi biri tuvalete girdiği andaki su sesleri dahil herşey odanın içindeydi.

Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, erst nach 1 1/2 Tagen und das währen der WM. Es gab einen Feueralarm in der Nacht. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass es ein Fehlalarm sei, aber die Sirene hat über eine Stunde gehupt. In der Bar war von 3 Sorten nur eine Sorte Bier erhältlich und es gab kein Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure mehr. Die Dachterrassen-Bar war nur einmal kurz offen, sonst immer geschlossen.

Room size was good. Was able to arrange a late check out.

Whilst a late check out was arranged (and much appreciated) access to the room was cut off at the normal check out time which meant a 20 minute wait at the check in desk to have access reacivated.

The location was great. I could easily access the Bus stations and the Train was not too far.

They did not make the bed properly. There were some crumbs left in the sheets

Location is good

The front desk guy told us that he will put us in a garden view room for a better view and to avoid the street noise since we are on the 1st floor. The shock was that the garden was not there and it was a construction site with extreme noise.

En absoluto lo consideramos como un hotel de 4*. Las habitaciones tiene mobiliario antiguo, desconchones en la pared y pésima calidad en general. A su vez, no disponen de alérgenos en el desayuno. Literalmente las camareras no sabían ni que era ser "celíaco". Todo mezclado con pinzas y fin. Jamás volveremos a repetir.

При регистрации попросила номер, чтобы был тихий, нужно было выспаться. Персонал был очень вежливый и даже без доплаты дал мне улучшенный номер. Я была приятно удивлена. Но была очень неприятно удивлена стройка за окном, которая началась с 7 утра. Это был ужас. Выспаться не получилось, лучше бы уже окна на дорогу выходили.

Coolt hotell, bra frukost, bra personal, bra läge och bra gym. Lätt att gå till/från flygbussen samt överallt i staden. T-bana nära ifall man behöver det. Att promenera eller springa i stadens gröna oas "Retiroparken" är fantastiskt! I en del av parken strövar påfåglar fritt. Vi valde rum med terass (rum 632) vilken vi nyttjade i det fina vädret. Rekommenderar Walking tour som lätt bokas via Booking.com

Wildgewordene Influencer „wüten“ am Frühstücksbuffet - fotografieren ohne Rücksicht auf andere Gäste - welche möglicherweise nicht fotografiert werden wollen - bereiten Frühstücksteller um Fotos davon zu machen - ohne dann davon zu Essen, somit landen diese Lebensmittel im Müll… - Personen mit unmöglichen Kopfbedeckungen im Restaurant…. - leider reagiert weder das Personal noch das Hotelmanagement gehen diese Zustände …

There was not a welcoming note as you come in, neither from staff, nor from the hotel itself. Everything looks and feels purely transactional.

This hotel was shameful for the price We stayed in a premium room with breakfast, but we asked for top floors. The view was the neighbor building and we were at 3rd floor. The sheets and blanket was changed and the housekeeping. And we asked reception not once but 4 times to tell them to change the sheets and blankets, but they told us every single time the housekeeping changes it already. We went at the night very tired when we noticed they were lying to us every time, so I asked the reception why they didn’t do anything but they rudely said oh yes it’s because we want to, it’s like every other hotel, when me and my family went to a lot of hotels across the world and every single one has changed everything every single day. The housekeeping had the worst service you could expect and they were so rude. They took our card and they said no we didn’t but when they tried the first keycard, it was ours. The only good point it had was the location, but any other things were mot worth the money we paid!

Breakfast options are limited and at the time of check in we were encouraged to purchase breakfast for all days of our stay without being informed that something as basic as made to order eggs would be chargeable at 6.99 EUr per serve . Also there were no servers so it was all self serve which for 25 EUR seemed a bit odd.

Durant la meva estada vaig trucar a recepció mes de 5 vegades, cap d’elles em van respondre, no t’agafen mai el telèfon. Ens van assignar una habitació adaptada per a persones amb mobilitat reduïda i el lavabo es molt incòmode ja que no té mampara y acabes fent una piscina al lavabo.

Please note that not all rooms listed 'with terrace' offer the great view of the Reina Sofía Museum. On this occasion, I was allocated an internal-facing room with a very small terrace. My advice would be to check whether your terrace room faces the main avenue; otherwise, it is simply not worth the extra cost.

All the reception staff, without exception, were wonderful, as were the staff at the hotel entrance and the bartender in the lobby bar. I stayed at this hotel three times on different dates during this trip, and it will always be my choice.

The front desk service is very slow. Check in took too much time. The staff are not very knowledgeable. The laundry bag claimed that laundry service was available 24/7 but laundry service was not available the last day of our stay, which was a Saturday. The front desk told us that they could sell museum tickets for us, but when we asked they said the tickets were not available. The front desk told us about the roof top bar and gave us hours, but there was no service when we went up within those hours.

A szálloda szép. Szuper ötlet, hogy ruhagőzölő volt a szobában. A klíma a közösségi terekben nagyon erősen ment, hideg volt. Kávét csak automatásat lehetett inni reggel, ami nem jó.. A bár később nyitott, az oké volt.

Great location, close to the main railway station where the bus and train from the airport arrive, 15-20mins on foot to Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol, and 5-10mins to Prado; nice room and a good bed; good sound isolation from the street; nice bathroom with regular doors (not the sliding ones); good firm bed and ok pillows; usb-a and -c outlets on two positions in the room; staff at the reception was very kind and welcoming; water refill station in the hallway

Disappointing breakfast for such a price range - not many choices with regard to the cold cuts, and the food is not so tasty (eggs and susages), cold chewy churros and the bad coffee from the machine, the good things are yoghurt with add-ons and the juices; the coffee from the nespresso in the room is better, alhough the regular coffee capsules were not refilled the second day
