There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property, i would say the breakfast wasn’t what we expected. We went out for breakfast after our first one.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026- Frühstücksteam rund um Pedro & Team 😍 waren sehr nett. - Frühstück selber war auch sehr lecker. Alles in Buffeeform, alles frisch. Man konnte sich zusätzlich noch frisch aus der Küche zubereitete Waffeln, Pancakes, Eier, Omlette etc. bestellen (ohne Aufpreis). - Es gab jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer (ebenfalls ohne Aufpreis - die 10€ die in einer Bewertung genannt wurde, bezog sich auf die Mitnahme der Glasflasche. Die ist im Hard Rock Design und kostet. Es ist auch eine Minibar mit normalen Hotelpreisen vorhanden. - Zimmer ist sehr sauber, dank den Reinigungsperlen. Die waren echt total nett 👍😍.
Der Pool ist extrem klein. Aber nicht schlimm, muss man halt nur vorher wissen. Der kostet auch nur für Nicht- Hotelgäste 😉. Ansonsten war alles super 👍 und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Handy to have options for food and drink including at the pool and the rooftop bar. Staff were very friendly and the communication was great.
The music in the lobby is really loud, only stopping between about 1am and 8am. We found this disturbed our sleep quite a lot even with the windows shut.

Cocktails et le rooftop - super. Emplacement super - prêt de la gare et des bus. Mention spécial pour Damilola qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus génial par sa gentillesse, merci !
Absence de pantoufles ou de bloc notes dans la chambre. Ça semble bête mais ce sont des petits détails que nous avons remarqué.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Todo está pensado al detalle. El hotel se encuentra en un lugar céntrico, el personal es maravilloso, la decoración espectacular, el desayuno muy completo, las habitaciones limpias, bonitas y cómodas. Nos encantó la terraza para tomar unos cócteles.
La piscina no era lo que esperábamos y al final no hicimos uso de ella.

More rails, hooks in shower room. Sink in an odd place ( in the living room area) . Coffee machine did not work. Got charged a 100 euro deposit AND the room.money was not automitically taken from Booking.com, as it usually is. This caused a faff for me.at check.in as I had to transfer funds. This is a hotel.policy apparently, not a good one !

No me gusta tener el lavabo en la habitación, del resto todo muy bien.

Complete confusion over sunbeds at the pool! There are not enough for everyone and initially we were told we couldn’t reserve them, but after further discussions and a chat with another member of staff we could (and did!) reserve for the week.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026De fedeste detaljer, den bedste morgenmad jeg har fået på hotel i Sydeuropa. Skønt fitnessområde og fin pool. Den er ikke stor, men ganske OK til afkøling på en varm dag.
Lidt for tidligt, at de lukker den udendørs pool allerede 20.30. Og så venter man meget længe på elevatorerne og den ene virkede ikke i 2 ud af 4 overnatninger.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Ótima localização, fica perto de duas linhas de metrô que levam ao centro da cidade, além do parque do retiro que dá para ir andando. Muito bom o café da manhã, limpeza, instalações, funcionários.
A piscina só abre às 10h30, mesmo no verão. É um horário muito tarde para quem gostaria de aproveitar antes de sair.

Esperava uma experiência diferente de um Hard Rock Hotel. No fundo era apenas um hotel, com alguma qualidade e alguns elementos Hard Rock - alguns artigos de cantores e bandas e uma loja. O restaurante não era Hard Rock, mas um restaurante normal de hotel. Piscina muito pequena numa área simpática mas igualmente pequena. Fiquei desiludida, porque esperava uma experiência diferente. Pelo preço pago existem outros bons hotéis em Madrid, talvez até melhores em geral.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Snídaně byla výborná, pokoje pohodlné, na večeři se dalo zajít na střechu hotelu, kde je nádherný výhled. Hotel je poblíž galerií Prado a Reina Sofia, střed města je dostupný pěšky. Hotelový bazén je venku ve vnitrobloku, má slanou vodu a dopoledne se na lehátkách dalo příjemně slunit.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026L'hôtel est propre, la chambre spacieuse et confortable. La piscine est agréable et nous étions en moyenne à une 20 aine de minutes à pieds des différents points d'intérêt. La proximité avec la gare a ete décisive dans le choix et nous ne l'avons pas regretté.
