I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The room service was excellent as well — everything was handled quickly and with great attention to detail. The pool area was also lovely and well maintained, making it a great place to relax.

One little gesture especially touched me. I had completely lost my voice during the stay, and the staff kindly sent me ginger tea to help me feel better. 🥹❤️ It was such a thoughtful and caring gesture, and honestly, it made me feel so special.

I believe that they need some maintenance to the rooms. Pictures not on the wall just laying against the wall. They did not bother to fix. Tv lopsided to be fair easy adjustment but does not seem that why have any quality control inspection before the room is released. Stains on carpet and couch…

I liked nothing about Novotel especially location , Swimming pool staff (Asela), No Proper AC, No ToothKit

The stay was good, but the facilities in the room were not good; for example, the air conditioning did not cool well, and there was no hot water in the shower.

We had a lovely stay. Staff were great specially Naveen from Room Service was superb and very helpful in arranging the sofa bed and promptly bringing the supplies we needed. His attentiveness and service were appreciated and contributed to a pleasant stay.

There were no slippers available when we entered the room, although perhaps we are simply accustomed to having them provided upon arrival. We also noticed that there was no tissue and not enough teaspoons for coffee, which are usually readily available. These may seem like minor details, but small touches like these can make a meaningful difference to the overall guest experience and help make the stay feel more comfortable and welcoming.

It was my freinds birthday and I requeste dthe team to get the cake and sing the song but no staff was available then and they just provided the cake.

احنا عايلة من عايلتين وحاجزين 3 غرف ، اول شي وصلت أنا وقت تسجيل الدخول الموظفه lala ساعدتني جدا وحجزت لي الغرف الثانيه عشان قلت لها نبي نفس الدور ، بكل سهوله ويسر وقالت لي اي تحتاجونه في الغرفه راح نوفره ، وفعلا بس دقيت عليهم جابوا لي الأشياء الناقصه .. ثاني يوم قلت لهم عندنا عيدميلاد واذا ممكن ابي كيكه في الغرفه فقالوا لي بتكون منا لكم جدا اشكرهم على هاللفته الطيبه منهم . اللوبي فيه بقاله هذا الشي كان واااااااايد ممتاز ، واللوبي فيه مكتبه جدا جميله وحنونه حتى الاطفال استانسوا عليها ، يوم الجمعه كان في موفي نايت .. موقع الفندق ممتاز قريب من كل شي ❤️

عجقه المسبح بكون فيه 30 و 40 شخص وما بحكو اشي مافي تنظيم غ المسبح و بوفيه الإفطار كان مافي اوبشن

كل شي ..الموقع قريب من الأماكن السياحية المشهورة .يوجد به بقالة .

لغير محبي الصخب .. الصوت مرتفع كان ..صوت فالبار اتوقع . الموظف قال لي بعطيك غرفتين منفصلين . لنا .يعني أولادي بروحهم غرفة .و ما قبلت و اصريت تكون بينهم باب ..و بعد الحاح. اعطاني غرفتين متصلات ..و عوضني بخروج متأخر لحد 4..

自助停车不是太便利，但好在酒店提供免费的valet 停车服务。

Very helpful staff in all fields, exceptional staff member who was working in the restaurant reception desk. Very cozy environment that makes people feel at home

The fixed low temperature of the room air condition, it felt so cold and we had to close it for long times to feel comfortable

Veldig bra beligenhet 10 min unna Dubai mall. En liten kjøpesenter også like ved hotellet. Resesjonen hjalp oss mye mer enn det de skulle. Alle var veldig hygelige.

اقامه اكتر من ممتازه هذه ليست المره الأولي في هذا الفندق ولكن الأستاذ جمال بإسلوبه الراقي وطريقته في معامله النزلاء وشرح كل شي بالتفصيل ومساعدته كانت هذه افضل تجارب لنا في الفندق وسوف نكرر هذه الزياره من افضل الموظفين تعاملا وابتسامته الجميله اود له كل الشكر والتوفيق في عمله كل شي كان رائعا صراحه

Notre séjour a été au-delà de toutes nos espérances ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et attentionné de la part de Miloud et Farouk, qui nous ont tout de suite mis à l'aise. Tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et les sourires de toute l'équipe, notamment lors des petits-déjeuners. Un immense merci à Michael, Harshitha, Nui, Yvonne, Dihan, Moh ainsi que Jerry, qui ont contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable grâce à leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et leur bonne humeur. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, délicieux et composé de produits de grande qualité. Nous avons également beaucoup profité de la piscine, un vrai plus pour se détendre. Enfin, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, avec une station de métro juste à côté, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. Et le service de chambre toujours disponible , Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette magnifique expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation ! 😊✨
