Hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient.

Unfortunately, this stay was a disappointing experience compared with my previous stays at this hotel. I booked two rooms (106 and 107). During the night, there was loud noise coming from the pub on the ground floor, as well as noise in the corridor, which disturbed our sleep. Several basic items such as tissues, towels, an iron box, and a toothbrush/toothpaste were not available in the rooms and had to be requested from room service. Even after requesting them, I had to call multiple times before receiving them. There was also an unpleasant smell entering the room, which made the stay less comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and had good experiences, but unfortunately this visit was not up to the standard I previously experienced.

I was disappointed with my stay mainly because of the room. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much better room with a pleasant ambience, better lighting, and more modern facilities. Even in Dubai, rooms with much better ambience and facilities are available at a similar price. Unfortunately, the room I received here was not up to my expectations, and I was expecting much more for the price I paid.

Regarding the room facilities, considering the price I paid, I had expected a better standard. I previously stayed at another hotel in Dubai at a similar price and received a much better room with a pleasant ambience and proper facilities. However, the room provided here is in poor condition, particularly the AC unit, which is old and not a split AC. Overall, the room facilities and ambience do not meet my expectations considering the price paid.

I dint like anything. I dint find the staffs friendly at all. Their parking system which is managed separately has very tight space for entry and exit. Before checkin i had requested parking no one called me. After i reached there they informed i need to pay for parking separately which was surprising for this hotel. There was some noise from the rest room continuously throughout the night and the sink water flow got stuck too in between.
