Der Frühstücksraum war arg klein, so dass es viel Gedrängel gab. Aber man nahm Rücksicht aufeinander. Es gab beim Frühstück viel Plastikabfall.

Das Hotel war leider schrecklich. Das Treppenhaus war extrem schmutzig und ungepflegt, dazu kam ein sehr unangenehmer Gestank. Vor dem Hotel lagen zudem große Mengen Müll, was den insgesamt sehr ungepflegten Eindruck noch verstärkt hat. Auch die Atmosphäre und die Personen, die dort wohnten, haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Es war laut und insgesamt einfach nur unangenehm. Im Zimmer lagen noch benutze schmutzige Handtücher und eine Plastikhülle von einem Tampon. Wir haben Booking.com bereits per E-Mail kontaktiert, aber bis heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp um einmal zur Kathedrale zu laufen ist es gut geeignet. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer in den Hinterhof mit reservierten Parkplatz - was ich empfehlen würde. Geräumig durch das zweite Zimmer mit Sofa, unkomplizierter Check- in mit freundlichem Personal. Die Betten waren sauber und bequem. Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Insgesamt ist es sehr großstädtisch, anonym und für den Preis okay. Allerdings war die Küche nicht sauber und auch das WC und der Heizkörper bräuchten mal wieder eine Grundreinigung. Es gibt keine Klimatisierung- um diese Zeit aber okay, da man die Fenster zum Hinterhof gut öffnen konnte.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Die Lage ist super, man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Es sind ein paar Restaurants ganz in der Nähe und auch ein Supermarkt gut erreichbar. Es gibt eine eigene Tiefgarage. Das Zimmer war sauber.
Das Zimmer lag an einer viel befahren Straße, es war nachts wirklich sehr laut.

Pour le stationnement, le top, un parking souterrain dans le bâtiment est proposé moyennant un supplément.
Le plus aurait été une climatisation au vue de la canicule.

The room gets quite hot, even though outside it was only 26 degrees. There's a small airco but it doesnt do much. You can hear a zoom continously, the room ventilation. Even on the 5th floor with garden view you can hear the road. Mostly i disliked the bath. I chose this hotel specifically because it has a bathtub, but the boiler was empty before the bath was full, so it wasnt really warm. The drain is too low, so you cant fill up the bath properly.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fußläufig ist man in etwas 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Insgesamt haben wir alles genauso vorgefunden wie beschrieben.
Wie nicht anders zu erwarten, waren Zimmer und Ausstattung nicht besonders modern oder hochwertig. Für diesen Preis finde ich das aber absolut in Ordnung.

We received help and advice from a young man on Reception, who explained about the room and gave us directions to the wonderful outdoor restaurant area down the road. An unexpectedly pleasant stay and I hope we'll return soon.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und der Check In war unkompliziert. Zur belebten Fußgängerzone kommt man innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß. Das Frühstücks ist einfach und überschaubar, aber ausreichend.
Unser Familienzimmer war sauber und die Couch war bereits vorbereitet. Dennoch ist das Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen und war einfach eingerichtet. Da es sehr heiß war, gab es für jeden Raum einen Ventilator, der für die Hitze viel zu wenig power hatte.. Aber eine Nacht konnte man es aushalten.

Pas de climatisation mais fenêtres ouvertes à notre arrivée pour aérer. Des équipements vieillots : frigidaire, radiateur, micro-onde. Pas de sac poubelle, pas de torchon. L'établissement semble également servir d'hébergement temporaire ou social pour certains résidents. Nous n'avons pas été dérangés mais cela surprend.

La chambre était vraiment sale. Le sol particulièrement et la literie... J'ai retiré les draps et ai découvert un matelas tâché et plein de petits déchets, cheveux, insectes morts.

The city centre is within easy reach, and we had a fantastic view of the bishop’s garden from our room. The photos on Booking.com accurately reflect what the property is really like. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, and we felt completely safe there. The double bed was very comfortable.
The armchair bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable. We found the breakfast perfectly acceptable on the first day, but exactly the same selection was served every morning. After a five-night stay, it became rather repetitive.

Non si poteva tenere la finestra aperta perché arrivava continuamente fumo di sigaretta e altro dai piani sottostanti dove erano alloggiate squadre di vendemmiatori. Mai più nella vita!

Het was erg warm. Helaas toen wij er waren was er iemand die het nodig vond om (arabische) muziek via een speakertje te draaien (dit stopte om 21.30), maar daardoor konden we niet echt rustig met het raam open zitten.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026L'appartement est lumineux et spacieux. Les draps et les serviettes de même que la salle d'eau sont propres. Il est à proximité de la gare de Reims et bien desservi par les transport en commun. Les principaux sites touristiques peuvent être visités à pied depuis l'appartement.
L'air était trop sec dans l'appartement ce qui nous a empêchés de bien dormir. De plus, booking devrait clairement indiqué sur son site que le parking de cet appartement est payant en lieu et place de l'inscription "parking disponible".

Parking payant non annoncé , cela semble être gratuit sur la reservation booking. Mais c'est quand mm vraiment pratique d avoir un parking, c'est un vrai plus.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Eigentlich gar nichts. Die Lage zum Zentrum. Es war fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Hotel war einfach nur schäbig und nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad fiel der Putz von der Decke, teilweise war es gelb und schimmelig in den Ecken der Badewanne und aus der Toilette stank es. Bei einem Gespräch zu den Zuständen an der Rezeption wurden diese ignoriert. Nachdem man die Türen im Hotel angefasst hatte, hatte man den Drang sich umgehend die Hände zu waschen, weil es so schmierig war. Der Hotelflur roch sehr streng. Das Frühstück war ein Witz und wirklich nichts erwähnenswertes.

Petit déjeuner pas bon, industriel, dans une pièce archi bondée. Chambre pas très propre. Les équipements sont fragiles et de mauvaise qualité. Tout manque de charme. Le parking est payant. Le lieu est un peu excentré.

Il faisait vraiment très chaud pendant notre séjour et malgré le ventilateur fournit un rafraîchisseur ou la Clim aurait été les bienvenus

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The room was lovely and modern and a good size for a family of four and two small dogs. The onsite parking was very convenient. The young man who greeted us upon arrival was very friendly even though we arrived with minutes to spare befor the reception was about to close.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026O quarto era limpo, confortável e bastante funcional, com mesa, cadeiras e uma pequena cozinha equipada com pia, geladeira, fogão e algumas louças. A localização é conveniente para chegar à região central a pé. O staff também foi atencioso, tanto pessoalmente quanto nas conversas pelo chat.
Passamos bastante calor no quarto. Não havia ar-condicionado e o ventilador disponível era muito pequeno para refrescar adequadamente o ambiente (lembrando que era mês de julho). Além disso, no dia da nossa chegada, a recepção deveria funcionar até às 21h, mas às 20h40 já estava fechada. Tentamos ligar para o contato indicado para assistência, mas ninguém atendeu.

Il bagno con vasca anziché doccia, comunque pulito e abbastanza grande. Parti comuni un po' datate.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Location was amazing, everything within walking distance. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but good enough for the price you pay. Rooms were clean, only a bit hot in 30 degrees :)
We had some troubles opening the door in the evening. Some more explanation on how to open the door would’ve been nice.
