Les chambres - la 1ere avait un bruit continuel du à la Clim - donc nous avons changé de chambre sans bruit mais qui sentait fortement l’humidité - impossible de passer autour du lit - chambre exiguë - vu sur les conduits d’aération

Chambre bien spacieuse - très bonne literie - très propre - possibilité de stationnement public(payant) tout proche - très agréable petit déjeuner - chouette resto au rez

La situation de ma chambre P, M,R située au-dessus de la brasserie de l’hôtel , je n’ai pas fermé l’œil avant 2h du matin. Cela était pour le côté son. Pour le côté lumière, il existait dans la chambre une veilleuse de la taille d’une brique de couleur verte, lumineuse pour m’indiquer la porte de sortie, ce qui gêne considérablement l’endormissement. enfin, les picots de la douche n’étaient pas fonctionnels et un picot sur trois fonctionnait environ , la partie antidérapante était , limitée au mètre carré sous la douche. Le reste de la salle de bain est extrêmement glissant.

Uitzicht op afzuiginstallatie/ airco units (geen uitzicht dus), kamer kan wel een verfje of opknapbeurt gebruiken. Maar wel comfortabel!

Die Mitarbeiterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Parken kann man in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage, die aber sehr voll sein kann und man sucht unter Umständen sehr lange nach einem Parkplatz, in den man auch hineinkommt und dann auch noch aus dem Auto hinaus kommt, da die Parkplätze sehr eng sind und die Autos immer größer werden. Unser Auto ist gar nicht so groß und trotzdem… Es gibt Zimmer die nur ein Fenster in einen Schacht haben, lüften ist somit nicht möglich, außerdem kommt von unten heisse Luft von einem laut brummenden Ventilator (?) . Aber eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist natürlich vorhanden.

Locatie is goed, personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Spreken goed Engels.

Hotel en kamer echt totaal verouderd. Niet alleen qua uitstraling maar ook het sanitair en de verlichting (of het gebrek daaraan in de gangen). Oud (en kapot) sanitair maakt ook per definitie geen frisse indruk.

Great sized, comfortable family suite, excellent location. Friendly staff. Thank you for the reduced parking deal at the local public car park.

Camera al secondo piano per cui impossibile dormire per il chiasso in strada oltre la notte molto inoltrata (dopo ore 1,30) , al mattino presto camion con motori accesi (ore 6,00) per il carico e scarico merci dei vari ristoranti, in sintesi notte in bianco. Bagno per disabili molto grande ma con una doccia senza box per cui pericolosissimo per l'acqua sul pavimento e poi illuminazione insufficiente dove radersi o truccarsi è un'impresa.

Todo correcto. Fuimos para solo una noche y éramos 3. La ubicación buena. El desayuno correcto. En la misma calle mucha oferta de restaurantes y cafeterias.

La calle es peatonal y no puedes llegar con el coche hasta la puerta del hotel pero hay un parking cercano con salida muy próxima a la entrada del hotel.

A suggestion, the bathroom was decent sized and provided everything needed except shelve space. There’s only one hook and lots of space left unused. I think a shelve or two would improve the usability dramatically.

L'accueil excellent. J'avais un souci de réservation. Je m'étais trompé dans la date, l'hôtesse m'a changé ma changé ma date sans aucune difficulté. Encore merci a elle pour son professionnalisme et sérieux...

Manquait malheureusement une vitre de douche dans la salle d'eau.. mais autrement propre et confortable.

The bedroom was adequate for an overnight stay and certainly better than some of it's neighbours that we have stopped in.

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal: sur la Place d’Erlon, juste en face du grand parking public. Il suffit d’indiquer l’adresse de l’hôtel sur le GPS et on est conduit à l’entrée du parking. Une fois la voiture garée, on peut tout faire à pied. La chambre était grande et claire, avec deux fenêtres donnant sur un balcon au-dessus de la place. On a beaucoup apprécié la machine à café avec du thé et des capsules de café, et les petits détails comme la boîte de Kleenex…. Bon petit-déjeuner, avec des œufs, du fromage et de la charcuterie. Excellent rapport qualité/prix!

Wat kleine badkamer.

Locatie was uitstekend, in het centrum, vlak bij een groot aantal restaurants en ook bij een leuk park. Bistro van het hotel was ook uitstekend.

Alles was na volledige tevredenheid, we hebben een leuk verblijf gehad. Had iets meer groenten bij het ontbijt gemogen maar dat is een detail

De locatie! Je zit midden in de straat vol met leuke eetgelegenheden en winkels. Supermarkt bevond zich ook in de straat. Parkeren heel gemakkelijk in een groot parkeergarage onder het hotel. €21,- voor 2 dagen voor ons. Wij hadden 2 nachten geboekt. Je neemt het kaartje en als je de parking uitloopt lever je deze gelijk in de automaat in en kies je voor 1 of 2 dagen, dan krijg je het kaartje terug en kun je hiermee in en uit rijden.

Het hotel is verouderd en heel gehorig. Maar vooral de andere gasten hoor je. Ik sliep aan de achterkant en had geen last van de drukte voor. Ik moest douchen in bad. Dat was niet comfortabel. Ook zat er van alles los zoals de kraan bv. Het hotel heeft vloerbedekking en dat is ook niet heel hygiënisch. Verder wel een prima verblijf!

La chambre est annoncée insonorisée vu l'endroit animé c'était indispensable. Or ce n'était pas du tout le cas. Réveillé à 5h par les bruits des camions bennes et d'entretien, par les camions de livraison. EXTREMEMENT BRUYANT Les liseuses hors d'état - pas de shampoing - porte salle douche abimée et pas acoustique...

Super bonne situation géographique et à côté du parking CPA Erlon. Pleins de bars et restaurant à la sortie de l'hôtel. Déjeuner est très très bien car il y a de l'essentiel et tout était frais et de bonne qualité. La literie est confortable ce qui est important pour un voyageur.

La chambre était assez petite. Les luminaires du lit en fonctionnaient pas bien. Manque de rangement et aussi il manquait les produit dans la salle de bains (les pots n'étaient pas remplis).

Wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in Hotel Bristol in Reims. De locatie is een groot pluspunt: het hotel ligt centraal, op loopafstand van diverse bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, winkels en een supermarkt. Ondanks de levendige omgeving hebben wij weinig last gehad van geluid en konden we rustig slapen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De faciliteiten zijn netjes en goed verzorgd. Ook de parkeermogelijkheden zijn praktisch. Vlakbij het hotel bevindt zich een parkeergarage en via de receptie kun je een kortingskaart aanschaffen, wat een fijne extra service is. Al met al een goed hotel voor een bezoek aan Reims, met een uitstekende ligging en gastvrij personeel.

Verwacht geen zee zicht. :) Wij hadden zicht op een muur maar door de ligging van de kamer kregen we de drukte buiten niet mee.

Hotel Bristol ligt zeer centraal en midden in het centrum van Reims. De ruime parkeergarage Erlon ligt letterlijk voor de deur.

Ontbijtruimte is erg donker, voor de ochtend niet erg gezellig.

Idéal pour découvrir le centre ville à pied. Il y a un parking couvert qui est quasi en face de l'hôtel. On peut même avoir une petite réduction en payant le parking a l'hotel. La clim était la bienvenue en cette période de canicule La rue est très animée, heureusement les fenêtres isolaient suffisamment du bruit(nous étions au 5ème)

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Fußgängerzone. Unser Zimmer befand sich ganz oben, sodass der Straßenlärm kaum störte. Von der kleinen Terrasse hatten wir eine schöne Aussicht. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber für ein bis zwei Nächte vollkommen ausreichend.

Im Badezimmer gibt es leider kaum Ablagefläche für die persönlichen Badsachen. Die Atmosphäre des Zimmers wirkte auf mich etwas düster – aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache.

Car parking worked really well as it was very close to the hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helped us even though we’ve had a bit of a problem and needed to change date.

Was quite noisy at the front of the hotel. Would recommend trying to sleep away from the High Street because it’s location really is bang in the middle of town.

I loved the location and the size of the rooms.

We had to also accommodate our dog but I did not expect such a strong smell of dog when we entered the room

Lo único destacable fue la limpieza y el aire acondicionado que con el calor que hacía funcionaba perfectamente.

En la reserva salian habitaciones con balcón y luminosas. La nuestra era oscura, la ventana daba a la salida de humos del restaurante del hotel. La cafetera no funcionaba. El baño no disponía ni siquiera de espacio para colocar el neceser ni un simple taburete.

Room in front of the hotel is very noisy. Ask for a room in the back of the hotel when you go. Breakfast is simple.

La localisation, le resto

This was the second time I’d stayed there. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is in excellent condition and there’s an underground car park right on the doorstep.

Personally, I’m not a fan of carpeted floors because I quickly get allergic reactions if they aren’t properly looked after. I had to take a tablet.

L'hôtel se situe juste à côté du parking Erlon et fournit un chèque-parking pour un prix inférieur à celui du parking. L'entrée de l'hôtel se fait par l'Édito, un restaurant convivial ouvert 7j/7 qui propose le petit déjeuner, bon et varié, sous forme de buffet. Le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant et attentionné, la literie est bonne et la chambre est propre

Quelques difficultés sont survenues pour fermer la porte de la chambre et l'un des doubles-rideaux de la fenêtre. Cela étant le rapport qualité-prix m'a paru imbattable.

Room was tired and could do with a revamp. Curtain didn't close and so very light early morning. The gap around the door let in the light from the passageway all night.

Dit is geen nieuw hotel, maar prijs/kwaliteit zeker alles volgens verwachting

Very central, in fact couldn’t be in a better spot. The bed was very comfortable with great sheets, the aircon excellent, the bathroom spacious with great towels and toiletries.

Fantastische locatie op een autovrije stadsboulevard vlakbij het station én de bezienswaardigheden. Gesitueerd boven een fijne brasserie, Edito. Een keten die nooit teleurstelt qua prijs/aanbod en vriendelijkheid personeel.

De toegewezen kamer was ondermaats. Ik heb niet geklaagd omdat de airco perfect was, maar een donkere tweepersoonskamer van 3x3 met dubbel bed en een uitzicht van één meter op de grijze achterbouw? Amper licht dus. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Te vermijden: in elk geval de kamers eindigend op (verdieping)04. Ik ga zeker nog terug naar Reims maar liever een ander hotel, tenzij ik een kamer met raam aan de voorzijde kan boeken. Het ontbijtbuffet is ondermaats, zeker als je het brede aanbod van de brasseriekeuken daar kent. De breakfastbar is dan nog gesitueerd in een L-vormig zijkamertje wat circuleren heel onhandig maakt. Beter elders op een terras ontbijten, zeker ook qua prijs/kwaliteit.

We used the top floor apartment. It was spacy clean and comfortable.

Bathroom. Shower could not be fixed to the wall and other small details. Bathroom could use a re fit. The couch in the middle area faces a dark wall. Where is the tv?

Good location (close to major tourist spots), (paid / discounted) parking very close to hotel, big room, big comfortable beds, separate toilet.

There needs to be a bit more attention to detail: there is one hook in the bathroom (for a handtowel presumably) but nowhere to hang the other towels or our toiletries bags / coffee machine in the room didn't work / dispenser had run out of conditioner/ cannot turn on bedside light without turning on all lights. We could put up with this for one night, but a longer stay would have made these things annoying.

L'emplacement est fabuleux, tout le centre peut se visiter à pieds. Evidemment, il faut prendre son véhicule pour visiter les caves...

Nous avions réservé l'appartement et celui-ci mériterait un petit rafraichissement. Toutefois, vu le prix demandé pour y passer la nuit à cinq, je ne dois pas me plaindre!

Very comfortable and clean. Location is great, but a bit noisy on a Saturday night but that is to be expected if you are in the town centre. Just a really good little place to stop off en route. Will use again.

Chambre un peu petite, petit déjeuner à améliorer : pas de fromage(s), pas de lait végétal, œufs brouillés en sachet alors qu'on est dans un restaurant. Par contre bravo pour les fruits frais : fraises et myrtilles.

L’emplacement est idéal, tout est facilement accessible à pied. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, avec un bon choix de produits, et la climatisation est appréciable, surtout en période de fortes chaleurs.

L’hôtel reste assez vieillot. Même s’il a été rafraîchi, cela se ressent encore dans les chambres et les parties communes. Les chambres ainsi que la salle de bain sont assez petites. Enfin, le tarif nous a semblé un peu élevé au vu des prestations et de l’état général de l’établissement.
