Die Betten war unbequem, die Ausstattung war sehr schlecht. Die Möbel teilweise durch Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen. Essen war sehr schlecht kein Geschmack, an der Klimaanlage war Schimmel

Buffet y personal del hotel en general todos súper amables

Que solo había aire acondicionado en recepción y habitaciones !! Eso fue muy malo para nosotros y para los trabajadores , que sudaban sin parar pero nunca y aún así una actitud impecable

Die Lage war top und auch die zwei Pools waren sehr schön. Leider war das Essen nicht gut und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte nicht.

Chválim čistotu izieb. Lokalita je super, hneď v blízkosti pláže. Veľmi veľká čista pláž Cala Millor, určite treba navštíviť. Personál bol tiež priateľsky.

Tento hotel určite nemá 4 hviezdičky. Pri polpenzii vám povedia, že máte pri večeri nárok len na vodu a žiadne soft drinky. Ak ich chcete, musíte si za ne priplatiť ďalšie €. Výber jedál je veľmi slabý, či už pri raňajkách alebo pri večeri a ani veľmi chutné to nebolo. Nepáčilo sa mi ani to, že keď človek večeria alebo raňajkuje, personál chodí s vozíkmi a upratuje špinavé taniere priamo pri stravujúcich sa hosťoch. Neskutočne s tým špinavým riadom trieskajú, čo výrazne narúša pokojnú atmosféru pri jedle. Namiesto toho aby to len zbierali a nosili do kuchyne. Na Malorke som bol už veľakrát, ale tento hotel radím medzi moje najhoršie skúsenosti. Sklamanie je veľké.

Der Strand war gerade mal 2min entfernt. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Apartment war schön groß und geräumig. Balkon hatte einen seitlichen Blick zum Meer

Location was great and room was decently equipped.

The food they serve is awful, fish wasn't fresh and they are just next to the beach!!! The food selection was full of frozen stuff one can get at supermarkets. Honestly to be in Spain, the food expectations were high and instead it was completely a fail.

Tutto molto bello, la spiaggia di fronte è pubblica e se si vuole occupare gli ombrelloni e le spiagge te disponibili sono 20€ al giorno, nulla rispetto all’Italia. Il cibo è buono, certo non ti devi aspettare i pasti di chef stellati ma c’è ottima scelta, stanza grande il giusto e personale tutto molto carino

La posizione

Camera troppo piccola per tre persone e cibo non eccellente, ambienti non rinfrescati adeguatamente soprattutto nella sala dove si pranzava. Quasi impossibile trovare parcheggio per l’auto.

Il buffet sia come qualità del cibo che come posizione seminterrato con cattivo odore. Le pulizie erano fatte con la scopa per cui non erano approfondite

Está justo en frente de la playa y las vistas son maravillosas.

Encontramos una cucaracha en el cuarto donde dormimos, además en la ducha había dispensador de gel de ducha y champú pero estaba vacío. Pedimos una habitación pero la cama de matrimonio son dos colchones pequeños uno al lado del otro y por la noche se separan y era muy incómodo.

Mancarea asa si asa. Prajituri nu erau la cina, decat ceva creme facute pe post de prajituri, iar fructele de proasta calitate (tari, necoapte, artificiale). Personalul nu era binevoitor, iar in ceea ce priveste personalul de la receptie, parca nu se potrivea acolo. Un hotel cu o locatie excelenta, dar calitate slaba.

Nagyon jó központi helyen található

Az étteremben rettenetesen büdös a klíma rögtön ahogy belép az ember . Ezt nagyon ajánlatos lenne ki tisztítani. Ha all inclusive akkor a kávé gép miért van reggeli után kikapcsolva ? Ha a fürdőszobában kifogy a szappan és a tusfürdő vegyék figyelembe.Két nap elteltével sem töltötték fel úgy kellett kérni a recepción .

Skvělá poloha hotelu, hned u krásné pláže, v blízkém okolí spoustu nákupních možností ať už potraviny tak i suvenýry, hotel byl čistý, voňavý a personál recepce byl velmi ochotný a milý, hotel má krásný výhled na moře i když bydlíte v bočním pokoji

šíleně měkké matrace, boleli z toho záda, strava byla tak jakoby průměrná - neměli jsme hlad ale člověk si moc nepochutná, ve sprše i v umyvadle strašně malý tlak vody neustále kolísala teplota vody a ještě je voda hrozně měkká, takže mýdlo ani šampon nešli smýt, navíc ještě tím slabým proudem vody

NO VENGÁIS. Es una estafa. No cumple con un hotel de 4 estrellas, no llega ni a 1. No hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, ni en las instalaciones, ni en el comedor. Las habitaciones tienen hormigas, suciedad y están deterioradas. La solución a no tener aire acondicionado es darte un ventilador, que con una ola de calor en las islas, es insoportable. En el comedor hace 30 grados, y lo que dicen los camareros es que nos indican en las mesas en los que hay “puntos” de aire. Una vergüenza. Lo cogimos por booking y se lavan las manos, pero el hotel también, se echan las culpas uno a otro, haciendo que pierdas tu dinero y te sientas realmente estafado. No volveremos jamás.

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal del buffette, en especial José ( quien cobra las bebidas).

Una persona con una tablet en las escaleras del hotel, (componente del hotel) se metió en una conversación privada con mi novia por qué según dijo ( he escuchado lo que hablabais) ni se presentó ni nada, me parece una falta de respeto eso. Faltan cámaras de video vigilancia en los accesos laterales que dan a la calle, ya que existe el cartel pero no hay cámaras. La presión del agua en el cuarto de baño es floja, talvez es por qué es la planta 4, pero debería de mejorar

Die Räumen sind sehr klein und Klimaanlage hat nicht so gut funktioniert

Perfecte ligging tussen winkels en strand. Elke dag goede schoonmaak. Het eten is prima met af en toe een positieve uitschieter. Veel vis en ook extra dingen voor kinderen. Gratis water bij het eten. Er is 24 uur receptie en ze zijn er behulpzaam. De kamers zijn netjes en schoon en er is goede airco. Wij hadden half pension en dat was prima.

Hotel vicino alla spiaggia, camera spaziosa con ampio balcone vista piscina e mare. Alla reception direttore e personale molto professionale attento e disponibile. Colazione internazionale con abbondanza di salato rispetto al dolce.

View was excellent until we were moved to a room without a sea view which we paid extra for. Location was very central to all amenities which worked well.

Lock on patio door broke immediately upon arrival. Was fixed however broke again the following day. Second day air con failed smelt of burning and having a baby made this very uncomfortable. Unable to resolve so was forced to move room despite paying more for a specific sea view room. Smell of sewage throughout the dining room facilities was terribly offputting and also encouraged flies which in turn ended up in glasses etc. Mould was present on the walls within the hotel room painted over but still visible. 10 euros to hire kettle for room for baby, this is surely a basic requirement for a family room. Wasn't true to the 4 star rating I dont think.

Hotel je na odličnoj poziciji, povezan je autobuskoj liniji direktno sa aerodroma, nalazi se na plaži koja je predivna, na samom šetalištu. Sobe su čiste, hrana je jako ukusna, voda u bazenu je topla i čista.

Što se tiče hotela, kada uđete recepcija je divna, prostrana, prijavljivanje ekspresno, osoblje na recepciji je ljubazno i profesionalno. Ali, tu je kraj ljepoti hotela. Sobe su sa starim namještajem, osjete se na buđ i kanalizaciju, restoran je u podrumu, nepodnošljiv je miris kanalizacije kada uđete da jedete. osoblje je trapavo, lupaju suđe, sve im ispada po podu, stolovi su prljavi, masni i ljepljivi, tanjiri koje uzimate su prljavi, hrana nema oznake štaje i od čega napravljeno, jako velika je gužva u restoranu. Sadržaja u hotelu nema nikakvog, osim jednog stola za stoni tenis i jednog stola za bilijar. Ležaljke pored bazena su stare i neudobne. I oko bazena se osjeti taj miris kanalizacije. Sobarice ne pričaju ni jednu riječ engleskog jezika.

Svært dårlig mat. Fikk feil rom da vi først ankom. Bråkete, og helt umulig å få en ledig solseng ved bassengene.

Fantastisk beliggenhet och herlig personal. Det var rent og fint og så ut som på bildene.

Matserveringen var i en kjelleretage uten mulighet for å sitte ute. Maten var smakløs og besto av mye fastfood og smakløse blandninger. Hadde ikke mulighet til å regulere temperatur på rommet, det blev alt for varmt.

sinceramente, gostei de tudo, desde às comodidades, à simpatia e atenção dos funcionários, a comida (era bastante variada e de boa qualidade), as vistas… muito bom

a única coisa que não é tão favorável é a localização, está um bocadinho afastado de pontos mais turísticos, no entanto está literalmente em frente à praia, o que é maravilhoso

Bardzo fajny hotel, świetna lokalizacja, pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane, personel miły i pomocny! Pokoje z widokiem na morze.. Leżaczki na tarasie... Na pewno tu jeszcze wrócimy

Die Anlage selbst sehr sauber, die Essen-Zeiten Top und für jeden ob kurz oder Langschläfer geeignet , Top Essen, Wunderschöne Aussicht kommt halt drauf on in welchem Bereich des Hotels man sich befindet

Die Trennwand der Dusche ist tatsächlich nicht groß genug und wenn man Duscht macht man schon viel nass aber das ist eigentlich kein großes Problem

This was the second time to the area and I stayed at the Cala mallor the last time , this is everything and more that the Cala mallor for not much difference in price! The staff were lovely except for one of staff but I think it was just that the staff member was rushed of her feet! … fast forward 4 hours and she was teaching me Spanish! The food was great! Lots of choice drinks were served fast and the went shy with them. The cleaning staff to waiting staff to managers were extremely friendly helpful and amazing at what they do! The hotel is safe ( safe enough I let my 17yrs old walk about shopping alone ) very well lit cameras aplenty for everyone’s safety!!!! Couldn’t ask for more

Me gustó la atención del personal, todo el personal muy atento y simpático. También la ubicación y la limpieza. El bufet no es que tuviera gran variedad pero la comida estaba buena y había un poco de todo. Las camas cómodas, las piscinas fantásticas. La relación calidad precio inmejorable.

Si tuviera que poner una pega que no tiene parking y el horario de la cena, cerraban el buffet a las 21.30, muy temprano para los pocos españoles que estábamos allí alojados.

Hotel położony w pięknej miejscowości . Blisko do plaży. Pyszne śniadania jak kolacje. Codziennie sprzątane w pokojach. No i personel w barze pierwsza klasa. W szczególności ( Radoan ,Manoli, Miki ) robili pyszne drinki , jak i również dbali o atmosferę. Byłem już 3 raz w tym hotelu i planuję kolejny powrót w najbliższym czasie. Bardzo polecam

Frühstück war nicht so lecker aber das liegt vielleicht an meinem Geschmack. Der Kaffe oder Cappuccino war ok. Aber natürlich gab es große Auswahl .

Nagyon közel a gyönyörű homokos part, finom ételek, italok, kedves a személyzet. A szoba, fürdöszoba egy kicsit kicsi, de kellemes, az ágy kényelmes. Csodás napokat töltöttünk itt!

Själva hotellet var bra, men maten på buffén var tyvärr helt oätlig. Kvaliteten var katastrofal med rätter som makaroni-"paella", flytande ketchup som sås och kall, torr mat. Vi klagade direkt efter första natten för att avboka måltidspaketet, men möttes av ignorans och lögner om att inga klagomål funnits. Spara pengarna och ät på restauranger i närheten istället, då hotellets matstandard är extremt låg jämfört med andra hotell i området. Matsal i källare som är fruktansvärd semesterglädjedödare. Bullrigt hårt oljud. Vi hoppade även över frukosten. Kaffe smakade choklad. Obekväma solsängar där tyg ligger över pinnar som borrar in i ryggen.
