My room had a lot of problems. Never offer a room like that to a guest. I feel i was not welcomed properly due to poor standards

The location. Live music. Pool was good. Bar prices are good.

The room had a bad stench from the shower drain. Told staff and the cleaner poured some cleaning solution down the drain put a towel over it. As soon as the towel was removed, the room stank again. No water refills in room, tap water tastes very bad in Mallorca, have to buy own water. Floor not cleaned properly or bedsheets changed. Bed was made with the same sheets and floor was still dirty after cleaning. 3 Coffee machines in the Restaurant for breakfast. None of them work properly. Can't make a Cappucino, undrinkable was only water. Black coffee have to press multiple times before a full cup comes out. Often error message on Coffee machine. Food in restaurant not labeled at all, can't tell what is for Vegetarians or for people with Allergies. For vegetarians it was pasta with cheese every day. Cooks only speak spanish. Gym has one bench and a couple of light dumbells, a few treadmills. Bad smell downstairs in the Foyer.

Really nice hotel. The reception is clean & staff are friendly. The rooms are nice and spacious with a decent balcony.

The air con didn’t work in the room, the temp of the room was continually 26d If you were not up for 9am there were no sun-beds available The all inclusive wine was terrible. The food at dinner was average at best, really basic food for a 4* hotel Although the room looked clean - the floor was very dirty, with the bottom of your feet being really dirty!

Que pagas un todo incluido y no puedes comer nada fuera del horario de comidas ya que no hay. Si pides un mojito x ejemplo no entra tampoco. El buffet es súper repetitivo. Y poco variado. Los postres siempre los mismos. Los horarios de las comidas pensados para el turista extranjero. Así como la animación nocturna.

Camera eccezionale vista mare (abbiamo fatto l’upgrade per averla), buffet ottimo e sempre vario. Personale molto cordiale e professionale. Piscina molto bella e curata.

seitliches Eckzimmer mit Meerblick war sehr schön und grosszügig

Esssaal ist sehr eng, bei grossem Andrang ist es sehr ungemütlich und laut. Tische sind sehr eng gestuhlt, was es sehr hektisch macht da kaum Platz ist um auszuweichen. Buffet hat nicht sehr viel Abwechslung, vieles war verkocht. Mahlzeiten sind sehr mangelnd angeschrieben, sehr schade! Essen war leider auch kaum gewürzt. Schade, dass man für Spa Bereich extra zahlen muss sowie für Safe im Zimmer und Badetücher

Great location, clean and comfortable hotel,rooms bright and airy with air con. Powerful shower and hairdryer which is unusual these days so a plus, spacious balcony. Lovely super friendly staff and good assortment on the buffet.

Uncomfortable and cheap sun loungers by the pool that were not easy to adjust without getting hit in the face by the back support every time you sat on them.

Super Hotel in Top Lage. Tolles Essen, für jeden was dabei und alles wird frisch gemacht. Lang nicht auf Mallorca in einem Hotel so gut gegessen.

We just returned from our 12-day honeymoon, and I honestly can’t stop raving about this place—it was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had! The breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely incredible—so much variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious options every single day..But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. It made us feel so welcomed and cared for, and it took all the stress out of traveling. Nice clean pools at the front and back with bars and jakuzzi area, ideal to relax and life music most of the nights with great enviroment! Honestly, they made our honeymoon feel relaxing from start to finish. We can’t recommend this hotel enough. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

L’hotel è molto bello, pulito e con letto comodo. Buona la posizione, sia per chi vuole stare in paese ma, anche per arrivare a spiagge molto belle lì vicino (in auto). Gran bella vista dalla piscina anteriore ( ne ha due). Colazioni e cene con ampia scelta e di buona qualità. Personale gentilissimo.

Lage und Zimmer sind gut Angebot bei Frühstück und Diner war sehr gut Die Angestellten waren freundlich und hilfsbereit

Die extrem kühle/coole Empfangshalle und Bar...vermitteln keinerlei Gemütlichkeit Wir waren sehr verwundert,dass in einem 4 Sterne Hotel Badekleidung/bzw.kaum Bekleidung(Bikinitanga)beim Frühstück und vor allem beim Diner zugelassen wurde. Das hat uns ,die wir uns wie soviele andere auch ,chic gemacht haben,sehr gestört.

Cleaning of rooms wasnt perfect. There was a case where nobody even clean the Floors.

Había leido comentarios que el personal era muy amable, almenos con los que he podido comunicarme, sin más, de hecho bastante secos los camareros del desayuno y la cena y la chica que sirve los huevos en el desayuno. Ni buenos dias, te pide la tarjeta de la habitación como si te estuvieras colando.. podrian ser más alegres y educados. Dejé a través de la reserva un mensaje diciendo que era el cumpleaños de mi marido y ni tuvieron un triste detalle.. en otros hoteles sí, y más siendo un 4 estrellas. Y que te cobren el spa aparte siendo huespedes

Gute Lage fast direkt am Strand, sehr nettes Personal, gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Schöne Zimmer, Pools, alles sehr gepflegt.

Leider war das Abendessen nicht ganz so lecker, da es wenig gewürzt war und es gab wenig Abwechslung in den Tagen, an denen wir dort waren. Zudem waren die Pools sehr warm, super wäre, wenn diese etwas kühler/ klimatisierter gewesen wären. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden auch immer wieder kommen.

i booked all inclusive, still had to pay for the towels, water never got refilled, the bedsheets were never changed only when we told them to, safe costs 4€ per day?? there were ants in our room. some of the workers werent respectful. i could hear my neighbors all night banging their closet doors and balcony and everything, not even a little bit soundproof.

Por vezes a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar… A comida era boa mas por vezes o buffet jantar repetitivo.

Sehr schönes Adults Only Hotel. Direkt am Strand, nur Promenade noch dazwischen. Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Hotel hat 2 Pools, ausreichend Liegen. Pool-Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Braucht man Hilfe (es gab einen verstopften Waschbeckenabfluss) kommt sofort Hilfe und Problem wurde behoben. Sehr gut.

Прибирання і зміна рушників були кожного дня. Розташування зручне , поруч з пляжем і зупинками автобусів, до Пальми і аеропорту

Eccezionale, vicino alle spiaggia, pulito, cibo ottimo. La struttura ci ha anche omaggiato una bottiglia di spumante e dolci in camera per il compleanno.

Poco parcheggio in zona; per chi è in macchina può essere un problema.

Zu den Mahlzeiten war es sehr voll …..die Liegen an den Pools wurden sehr früh mit Handtüchern belegt….

Great location, close to the beach, in a quiet area. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the view was lovely.

I wouldn’t say the room was perfectly clean. I noticed some old stains on the wooden room separating panels and on the tile behind the bed.

Excellent facilities, indoor spa area, outdoor pool and infinity pool. Sunbeds available most of the time. About 5 minute walk to beach. 5 minute walk to Cala Bona beach and restaurants. About 10 minute walk to Cala Millor main strip. Good choice of food and drink for all inclusive. Entertainment in pool bar Mon/Wed/Fri

Spa was lovely but on the pricier side. Elevators can be slow at busy periods

Nagyon kedves, segítőkész személyzet! A tengerre néző szoba hatalmas erkéllyel kivalló választás! Tiszta szobák. Két naponta remek esti zenés programok! Remek 10 napot töltöttünk el! Ajánlott hely. Jövőre találkozunk!

Minden tökéletes volt, talán egy kicsit lehetne változatosabb kínálat a reggeli és a vacsorán, de ettől függetlenül ízletes és finom volt minden.

Breakfast was really good. The bed and the pillows were amazing. The staff was very helpful and competent (+++ Carlos in the restaurant). The restaurant had plenty nice food (other dishes could be a flop)

Both pools had unnecessarily loud music, which wasn't ideal to relax. There was no access to fruit juices, or non-sparkling sodas during meals (yes, I know it reads entitlement)

The Gym was incredibly poorly equipped, 17.5kg with dumbbells being the highest weight offered and no other machines just a bench and dumbbells. Cardio wise there were bikes and treadmills which are fine but weight training wise it was very lacklustre. Especially considering gym was the feature which drew us to book here.

Um pequeno detalhe. O café ou as máquinas de café são muito fracas. Os cafés e cappucinos mais parecem água.

Hotel ben posizionato a Cala Millor, staff molto simpatico e disponibile. Ben organizzato. Front office manager, top! Ci è rimasta impressa per la sua professionalità e simpatia. Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle stanze vista mare, che meritano tutta la differenza di prezzo! Bellissimo alzarsi la mattina e vedere questo spettacolo, per noi che abitiamo al centro dell'isola e non abbiamo questa fortuna...

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa dico che mi è dispiaciuto che l'ingresso alla spa non sia incluso nel soggiorno. Però i prezzi sono super abbordabili.

Дуже сподобався цей готель! Тут панує чистота, номери прибирають регулярно, а вся територія доглянута. Атмосфера дуже спокійна та затишна — ідеальне місце для відпочинку. Їжа смачна, різноманітна, кожен день був великий вибір страв. Окремо хочу відзначити персонал: усі дуже привітні, усміхнені та завжди готові допомогти. Відпочинок залишив лише приємні враження. Із задоволенням повернулася б сюди ще раз!

La limpieza, la ubicacion, el bufet de desayuno y cena, es corto pero lo van variando todos los dias, lo cual me parecio muy bien. La atencion fue muy buena en todas la areas. Volveremos seguro, gracias.

Vsako jutro nas je zbujalo osebje iz hotela, ko so odnasali neko steklovino. Ne priporocam nastanitve v 1. Nadstropju. Mislim, sa bi lahko to nosili ob normalnih urah ne pa ob 7h zjutraj

We had a junior suite which was so spacious and the balcony was great to sit out on to enjoy the sunshine. The property was located perfectly between Cala Millor and Cala Bona with easy access to both and also the bus station to Palma

Perhaps the only comment I could make was that the cocktails weren’t great but that is being really picky. Lived it and would stay again

Aunque admita mascotas, estas no pueden salir de la habitación. Te cobran por limpieza y estancia pero no ofrecen bebedero, ni cama, ni pienso. Tampoco pueden ir a ningún lugar del hotel. En su web no lo explican. En realidad, no son bienvenidos.

酒店一价全包 很划算，性价比很高，大部分入住的都是白人，住了3天除了我们一个亚洲人都没遇到。房间隔音效果也一般，入住的时候给前台说离楼梯和电梯远点可能好点了。另外酒店房间除了第一天有2瓶水 后面都没提供，但是可以吃饭的时候带瓶子去餐厅接。餐食还可以，亚洲胃还是能吃下去。包的餐食还算比较丰富，也提供外带食物服务，就是外带的东西一言难尽。地理位置离果冻海、阿卡酷迪亚港口、其他小镇都要开车1个小时，稍微有点偏，不租车的就不建议住这里了。但是酒店周围也有舒服的海滩，只是不是果冻海。唯一一点不满就是酒店没有停车场，停车比较痛苦，而且前台也不能提供好的停车建议，让我们自己找，我们也不敢乱停，毕竟欧洲罚款动不动就是1、200欧， 承受不起，最终在离酒店不远的地方找了个停车场，停了3天一直没看到收钱的，应该就是免费的公共停车地方，就是车位不多，靠运气。把停车的地方和餐食贴图上了 大家可以参考。
