La pulizia delle stanze, il servizio piscina dove Ileana e Gabriele sono stati fantastici, e la cortesia del personale.

L'assenza di un parcheggio interno alla struttura, che potrebbe essere realizzato in un piazzale adiacente, in quanto la zona non offre la possibilità di parcheggiare e la polizia locale ci va a nozze. Il bagno della stanza, altezza mt. 2.10 è larghezza 1.80 senza areatore e finestra alla richiesta di qualcosa di meglio mi è stato risposto sono tutti così..........Io non ci credo.

Établissement très mal insonorisé. On entend les conversations des voisins + quand il prenne leur douche. Manque un frigo pour rafraîchir les boissons surtout pour un 3 étoiles. Lieu idéal pour jeune fetard. Bar et resto à gogo. Si vous chercher du calme cette hôtel n’est pas pour vous.

En general todo muy cuidado y limpio. Tranquilidad y lo mejor de todo la calidad profesional y humana de TODO EL PERSONAL.

I liked how the reception staff responded quickly and politely to all requests. I also liked the location and proximity to the sea.

I didn't like the breakfasts, even though the reviews said they were "excellent." Don't get me wrong, they were fine, but I don't know how you could screw up scramble, for example. They were tasteless and incredibly greasy. There weren't enough vegetables or lean meats. Everything was coated in oil or very fatty/fried. I expected a more balanced meal, booking a hotel with a focus on a healthy lifestyle. Disgusting coffee.

L’accoglienza, la generosità e la disponibilità degli addetti sia alla reception che alla ristorazione, shampoo e saponi davvero eccellenti.

Nelle stanze ,non è possibile nel 2026, non avere il frigo in particolare in una località marittima, se si noleggia un’auto è impossibile trovare parcheggio nelle prossimità della struttura, parcheggiare ad almeno 700m da essa sempre in spazi disegnati perché alle 8 del mattino di ogni giorno c’è la polizia a fare le multe , per la mezza pensione non specificano che oltre a quanto gia si paghi per avere inclusa la cena sono da pagare a parte le bibite con prezzi che variano almeno dalle €5 a persona in piu, le stanze hanno un odore sgradevole, sono datate, bagni ciechi con sanitari da rivedere, acqua maleodorante, l’opzione della card per accedere in stanza preclude che non si possano lasciare oggetti a caricare anche nel periodo della colazione o della cena in attesa di uscire, l’insonorizzazione pessima, visto la classe sociale delle persone che vengono in questo hotel sarebbe opportuno non sentire schiamazzi ad ogni ora del giorno, in particolare la notte. i piatti durante i pasti nel retro erano tutti sporchi di residui di cibo non lavati, la mattina mettono l acqua solo con dentro agrumi non richiesti, acqua ribadisco maleodorante essendo un luogo dove ci sono i depuratori dovrebbero porre maggiore attenzione, i balconi erano molto sporchi, la pulizia molto discutibile riusavano le stesse lenzuola fingendo di cambiarle, tanto è che le mie avevano una macchia che è rimasta per tutto io soggiorno di ben 5 giorni, per non parlare del sotto letto, mia sfortuna mi è caduto io telefono sotto e c’erano solo capelli, peli, polvere acari ai quali sono allergica e sono stata punta. la piscina molto mal curata con delle sporcizie e un odore forte di cloro.

El personal molt amable, sempre dispost a ajudar. Totes les zones i l'habitació molt net. El bufet tant de l'esmorzar com el sopar és variat i molt bo. El llit és molt còmode i l'aire condicionat funciona molt bé.

En un lloc on passa molta gent, és normal que s'embossi la banyera o la dutxa, crec que haurien d'emprar líquid desem bollador perquè l'aigua pugui sortir més ràpidament.

Már nem először voltam ebben a szállodában. Nekem tetszik a szálloda elhelyezkedése és közel a busz megálló.A reggeli és a vacsora nagyon finom volt és választékos. A személyzet is nagyon barátságos volt,különösen kiemelném Terezát,aki kedves és barátságos volt.

A medence szerintem nagyon kicsi ennyi vendégre és azért csak egyszer használtuk. Az első és a második emeleti kertre néző szobák egy kicsit zajosak és ezeknek az árát lehetne csökkenteni. Az ágyak nem egy megszokott szállodai,hanem egy kórházi és egyszer véletlenül megnyomtam és felugrott egy méter magasra és alig tudtam vissza nyomni és ez meglepett. És így a szoba lehetne modernebb az árához képest.

A great starting point for exploring the island. The breakfast is good, with enough variety for everyone. The outdoor gym has everything you need for a basic workout, and the nearby beach is a great option for relaxing days. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Despite reading reviews about noise from younger guests, we were not disturbed at all during our stay. The management handled this well, with staff regularly reminding guests to respect quiet hours.

The rooms are a bit small, especially for three people. The shower ceilings are quite low for taller guests, and the toilet is often positioned awkwardly against the wall. On the 6th floor, the water pressure was also quite low, which made showering less pleasant. Also the rooms would benefit from more light, you need to open the curtains to get enough light.

Pulizia di alto livello, colazione e cena sublimi, non troppe pietanze ma di qualità , fresche e per tutti i gusti, staff super cordiale. L'ultimo giorno avevamo il volo alle 9 di sera, ci hanno custodito gratuitamente i bagagli e ci hanno permesso di farci una doccia nella zona sauna prima di partire. La zona piscina è dotata di idromassaggio ed angolo bar che, oltre ad essere pulitissima, permetteva un relax completo. Il Mare è a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel.

La camera era troppo piccola e datata. Per fare la doccia era necessario fare le acrobazie. Il lavandino era troppo piccolo per una persona di statura normale. Essendo un po defilata dal lungomare dell'Arenal, la posizione è ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e non si muove tanto, se vi piace camminare ci sarà da fare un percorso più lungo per raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Premesso che il cibo è ottimo, consigliamo di rivedere il sistema di aerazione della sala pranzo. A colazione ed a cena uscivi dalla sala con i vestiti che avevano un costante odore misto tra fritto e carne.

Nonostante avessimo lasciato la stanza alle 10.00 ci hanno permesso di fare la doccia e stare tutto il pomeriggio in piscina attendendo il volo in serata.

Il cibo era particolarmente buono e variegato, le camere erano pulite e la posizione ottima, nonostante non ci sia il parcheggio nelle vicinanze ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti.

Veškerý personál byl neskutečně milý a ochotný. Žádali jsme při rezervaci o manželskou postel. Po našem nočním check inu jsme dostali dvě jednolůžkové postele. Personál vše druhý den vyřešil, když jsme byli u moře, aniž bychom se museli stěhovat. Snídaně i večeře byly velmi bohaté a každý den jiné. Bohatý výběr, čerstvé pečivo, výborné maso, vždy nějaké mořské plody, vynikající dezerty. Čistých ručníků, kolik jsme potřebovali. Příjemný čistý bazén, zkusila jsem i běhací pasy.

Trochu nám chyběla lednička na pokoji. Vzhledem k dovolené v červenci nám pití nevydrželo dlouho chladné. Díky polopenzi ale nebylo nutné dělat nějaké nákupy a skladovat jídlo. Dvě noci zde byla ubytovaná i partička mladých lidí, co v noci dělala docela hluk. Ale to je asi cena za to, že to není hotel pro rodiny. Jinak bylo vše absolutně skvělý!

Kedves személyzet. A szállóda pár száz méterre van a strandtól, ezért nyugodtabb a környék, mint a plázs utcáján. Számtalan kis bolt a közelben. Sok kisebb bisztró, étterem az utcában.

Nagyon vékony falak a szobák között, minden áthallatszik. Elsősorban német fiatalok éjszakába nyúló, hajnalig tartó hangoskodása a szállodában. Svédasztalos étkezéseknél viszonylag szűk választék.

Die Lage war super. Die Busstation in der Nähe sowie viele kleine Supermärkte die 24 Std geöffnet haben.

Das Zimmer für 3 Personen war extrem klein. Mit 3 Betten konnten wir nicht mal den Schrank richtig öffnen und mussten uns um d Betten mit d Kleidung ausbreiten. Zusätzlich war nur in unserem Zimmer Stromausfall fast über 2 Tage, ohne Klima also bei knappe 40 Grad

The location is very convenient: close to a bus stop, the beach, shops, and supermarkets. + Friendly and helpful staff + Clean and cozy hotel, comfortable room + Excellent breakfasts and dinners + If you leave the appropriate sign, the room is cleaned and towels are changed + A small indoor gym is always available (there was also an outdoor workout area)

- The soundproofing was quite poor: when people returned to their rooms late at night, they were very noisy— they could be heard all along the corridor, which was very disruptive. - Unfortunately, drinks are not included in the price of dinner.

Las cenas no tienes variedad muy poco en que elegir y hay solo un ascensor pr tds ls pisos, en horas puntas d las comidas tienes q bajar pr l escalera

Дуже хороше розташування готелю, декілька хвилин до пляжу. Зупинка автобусів також дуже близько. За 5€ можна доїхати до центру Пальми, оглянути чудові місця. В готелі привітний персонал, стараються. Сніданки та вечері скромні але голодним не залишишся. Номери прибирають кожен день, в готелі та номерах чисто.

Видно що колись готель мав інше життя, а зараз скучно. Ввечері треба іти за межі готелю, територія біля басейну закрита після 19.00 навіть не можна посидіти з коктейлем, ні музики ні розваг.

Джакузи и вкусные ужины. Спасибо большое за великолепный отдых! Особо хочу отметить персонал молодого возраста: трудолюбивые, доброжелательные и позитивные люди. Respect und vielen Dank! Louisa помогала нам с возникающими мелкими проблемками.

По приезду нас встретила элегантная женщина , разговаривала на хорошим немецком языке, улыбчивая , но ничего не рассказала «где - что» находится в отеле и не показали как обычно бывает в курортных отелях на карте где остановка , как лучше добраться до города , до пляжей. Не предложила пляжные полотенца. После все проблемы решили оперативно и доброжелательно. Но на многие вопросы мы потратили много своего времени и отнимали время у персонала.

Overall the hotel accommodation was very clean, and the size of the room was ok too. With regards to the breakfast, the food quality and variety was quite poor. However, it was nice that on the check-out day, the hotel provided a towel and a bathroom to shower at the end of the day, before going to the airport

The hotel was quite noisy (we could hear lots of noise from the bedroom coming from the corridor and other rooms), there was no mini-fridge in the room, the rules of the hotels, for e.g. no smoking in the balcony of the bedroom, no alcoholic drinks allowed (not even in the bedroom), etc

The location was very good. The beach was just 5 mins walking from the hotel. The staff spoke english. There were parking 5 mins away from the hotel. Its not that belonged to the hotel, but was okish. The bathroom was equiped with shampoo, shower gel and hand gel.

The curtains smelled. The hotel smelt a bit as well. The room needed airing. The towels were not soft. To get ready and do a proper makeup you can inly use the bathroom as the room needed more light.

Non c’era il bidet. La tv non si collegava a nulla. Sonorizzazione potentissima, si sentiva tutto dalle camere accanto .

Alex merece un reconocimiento especial por su gran profesionalidad, amabilidad y actitud positiva. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar, hizo que cada interacción fuera agradable y cercana. También quiero destacar a David, cuyo trato fue impecable. Su simpatía, atención al detalle y excelente servicio reflejan el alto nivel de todo el equipo. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Teresa, siempre atenta, amable y dispuesta a ayudar. Su cercanía y dedicación hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. The breakfast was very delicious,every day was something else and the location was near some beaches and many shops and restaurants around.

Just a simple thing,inside in our room didn't was a small fridge,and we trully need it,and more types of coffee in the restaurant. We love coffee and that's why we say that,but anyway we love the Hotel!

Camere con muri talmente sottili che si sentiva parlare le camere accanto. Only adults ma tanta gente molto giovane che disturbavano durante la notte. Cibo. Pessimo.

Het buffet was vrij goed ,keuze echter kleinschalig ; Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig. Het receptiepersoneel is zeer gedienstig, je kan op hun medewerking rekenen als je vervoer nodig hebt.

De lawaaierige buurt gecombineerd met de slechte geluidsisolatie van het gebouw. Terrasraam en deur zijn nog voorzien van ouderwets enkel glas. Voor de rust moet je hier zeker niet zijn

Das Zimmer war für drei Personen ein bisschen klein. Aufgrund der Betten war kein Platz, die Koffer aufzustellen.

Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and it was a real pleasure to be surrounded by such wonderful people during my stay. What impressed me the most was that the room was cleaned every single day. Every day! This level of care and attention to detail was truly outstanding and made my stay even more comfortable.
