Buscábamos un hotel sencillo simplemente para pasar la noche, pero desafortunadamente la experiencia no fue buena. Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación cuyo acceso no funcionaba, así que tuvimos que volver a recepción y nos cambiaron a otra. La segunda habitación estaba limpia, pero bastante descuidada y con falta de mantenimiento. La regadera tampoco funcionaba bien, apenas salía un pequeño chorro de agua. Lo peor fue el aire acondicionado. Hacía muchísimo ruido y no se podía regular correctamente, ya que las diferentes velocidades no funcionaban. Al final, entre el ruido y la potencia del aire, no pudimos dormir bien. Entiendo que es un hotel sencillo y económico, pero eso no significa que deba estar descuidado o mal mantenido.

Ademas piner al menos dos sillasnennhabitaciones sobrebtodo las que tienen balcobcito para diafrutar fe la naturaleza solo habia una silla secretarial no sirve caja fuerte

No hay sillas en las habitaciones. Solo una secretarial. Sobre todo donde hay terraza se antoja sentarse disfrutando el paisaje. Por favor cambiar de sillon donde se sienta el vigilante de la entrada esta desasttos !!! Ni en la basura se encuebtra un sillonnasi. Da muy mala impresion. Es la entrada y la imagen del.hotel

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour avoir un emplacement confortable et calme avec la piscine. La chambre était bien mais pas très grande, côté lac et piscine. En revanche aucune vue à cause des arbres juste devant les balcons et du bruit quand même. Je voulais profiter de la piscine en fin d'après-midi mais le 1er jour des employés nettoyaient la terrasse au carcher. J'y suis allée le lendemain quand même et ils nettoyaient toujours (pour rien d'ailleurs) le bruit était insupportable je n'y suis restée que 10 mn. Bonjour la détente... en bref ça ne valait pas ce prix.

I chose this hotel for the lawns pictured on their site. I travel with two dogs. The lawns are fenced off so you're left with cement or cobble stone. The pet fee is close to the cost of another room. Then you're put in a room that smells of urine. My dogs are potty trained. If I pay a pet fee I shouldn't have to smell urine all night. It was New Year's eve. They had a live entertainer. The sound system was so loud, so bad that it hurt my ears and I couldn't understand a word he was singing. This was piped in the lobby, the business area and the dining area.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025The beds were soft and comfortable, the room was clean and spacious and hotel has a great location; but the best thing was the people, everybody was super nice, friendly and helpful.
The food is overpriced and awful. For example, we ate the breakfast buffet and the plantains were rancid, the beans tasted awful and the hotcakes had a weird taste. Then at night and out of necessity, we had to order Room service and requested a Caesar Salad, which took about an hour to get to my room and had too much dressing and was "garnished" with Cilantro and to top it off didn't have croutons, it had "bolillo" bread cut in pieces in it. My advice? Change the chef. Another note is that every day the hotel would have music on from 6 am blasting from the GYM/pool area, which woke me up every morning during my stay.

Reviewed May 29, 2025El clima de la habitación no servia, inicialmente me indicaron que varios huéspedes levantaron el mismo reclamo y que estaban esperando el técnico para que reparara el sistema (22:00 pm) más tarde pedí cambio de habitación y conseguí el mismo (00:00), en la nueva habitación el clima funcionaba mejor El hotel debe modernizar su infraestructura, armarios viejos y la limpieza da mucho que desear No regresaría estoy seguro una decepción porque me hospede desde 2011 a 2013 y siempre me pareció un excelente hotel pero eso quedó en el pasado como una linda historia

Room smelled musty and moldy, no lamp at bedside - you had to get out of bed to turn on and off, mattress felt like it had been slept in by a series of 400 lb men, shower had someone else's hair in the drain. Breakfast was expensive but very mediocre except for the freash fruit.
