Los cuartos están muy cómodos, y tienen buen espacio solo la alberca cuando quisimos ir estaba llena por eso no nos metimos pero el personal del Hotel muy amable gracias.

Mejorar el servicio tanto de quienes atienden el restaurante, como de los recepcionistas. La habitación tenía goteras.

Un lugar muy acogedor, ideal para descansar después del viaje, una cama muy cómoda, excelente servicio por parte del personal.

La vista al estacionamiento del edificio del SAT, le resta muchos puntos al ambiente.

Desayuno bueno pero caro

It was a standard Hyatt, which met expectations. Comfortable.

The pool was in the shade and not terribly inviting - we'd have liked to relax by it after our flight.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our overnight stay and the bed was comfortable

Disappointed as we booked based on the fact it was a ‘Hyatt Regency’ at a good rate, but the hotel was not what we expected for a ‘Hyatt’ standard hotel. The swimming pool looked dirty and full of leaves, the tiled area around the pool looked black. Everywhere just looked a bit old and run down. There was no atmosphere in the dining hall so we strolled out of the hotel and ate in a near by restaurant by the lake (the lake was the highlight as it had lots of crocodiles swimming in it).

Lokalizacja była okej, wielkość pokoju też, łóżko wygodne.

Zostaliśmy umieszczeni w pokoju koło windy na piętrze gdzie było również zameldowani goście weselni z wesela które odbywało się w hotelu. Hałas który robili na korytarzu to godziny 4 w nocy był fatalny, ciężko było zasnąć.

Don’t be naive like me and do your laundry here expecting an honest price. They’ll charge the most absurd price in the whole country for a service you can get anywhere.

Breakfast was great, and the staff and the location of the hotel was excellent. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is in good condition, but there needs to be a little investment in the outside of the building. It’s fine, but it would be great with some new paint.

La decoración en la recepción. La única atención agradable que recibí fue de la persona que me recibió en el check in. El jardín es amplio.

Muy escaso el bufete, la barra del bar estaba clausurada . El servicio del personal deficiente en todas las instalaciones. La habitación no se encontraba lo suficientemente limpia. Me solicitan indicar cuantas personas en la habitación y no les sirve esa información ya que las toallas no son suficientes y hay que pedir.Se encuentra uno en la Piscina y no puede pedir mas que lo que ellos ofrecen que es refresco para beber sin alimentos. Por el precio que pague esperaba mejor atención y servicio.

El silencio, pude descansar super bien.

No me cobraron el estacionamiento, pero se paga, no estoy acostumbrada a pagar estacionamiento en un hotel, normalmente siempre lo incluye. Esta habitación estuvo a las 3 pm, no antes por mucho que me dijeron que harían un "esfuerzo". No me avisaron que la habitación estaba lista, me tuve que acercar para preguntar sobre mi habitación. Para salir del estacionamiento se tiene que estar renovando el ticket de ingreso al estacionamiento, no entendi la dinamica. No es práctico, seria bueno que tuvieran alguna tarjeta digital que desde el principio te dieran para salir y entrar sin tener que estar pasando por el lobby.

Que me quisieran cobrar el desayuno cuando lo había reservado con la habitación. Tuve que mostrar dos veces la reserva y tuve que insistir. Me dijeron luego que se había arreglado pero sin disculpa clara. Me dejó mal sabor de boca.

Comfortabel. Typisch zakenhotel, maar heel geschikt voor een stopover.

Diner is matig. Ontbijtbuffet daarentegen prima!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt in Villahermosa and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is beautifully furnished, with elegant décor and a modern style that creates a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Rooms are large, well-appointed, and equipped with all the comforts you'd expect from a hotel of this category. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of sweet and savory options that cater to different international tastes and preferences. The restaurant service is also top-notch – both lunch and dinner menus are rich in quality choices, with delicious food and great presentation. The staff were consistently polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The facility has not been well kept; it shows signs of lack of mainteance in the restaurant as well as the pool.

Excellent service by the staff, especially the ones in the restaurant during breakfast. Also, the help from the bellboys is outstanding and the idea of the small shop in front of the reception desk a very good one to grab a quick drink or something to drink. Room service is also outstanding and if you would like something that is not specifically in the menu, the staff is willing to try to help with any request. Overall, a really good experience and one that will keep repeating during my trips to Villahermosa. Recommended.

Rooms are very comfortable and modern. Bathroom is clean and on previous stays it has always been like that. The hotel makes a good initiañ impression upon guests. Staff greets you upon arrival and my check in was fast, in less than five minutes I had been given my room key.

The beautiful interior design of the lobby and Ceiba restaurant, which features huge floor to ceiling windows looking out onto a garden jungle. And the stellar breakfast included in our stay.

Location was perfect and staff were very helpful. We had an extremely short stay to see things around Villa Hermosa and they were very lovely.

King size bed was comfortable, good breakfast, check out at 12 pm as it should be

The location was close to shopping center and parks. The hotel needs better( knowledgeable of their city, transportation) and friendly front desk staff

They need to improve internet service it’s slow even the pay one

I liked the location. I traveled for a wedding and it was very close to the event center and the church. Also the breakfast was very good! The food and service were great!

When we got in our room we noticed that each queen bed only had two pillows. I found this odd since when I had stayed at other similar hotels I have at least four pillows on each bed. Also the pillows that were there smelled like humidity. We requested 4 more pillows at the check-in desk and they provided them so that was good.

comfortable bed, parking with on-site security was nice since we rented a car. Room had all the perks including an iron and board but we only had a short night there as base to visit Palenque. I booked this initial for the swimming pool but we ended up not using and we have seen nobody else as well. It has anyway a nice green feeling even if in the middle of the city

strict check-in time.. however I later discover this is standard practice in Mexico even if the room is probably available.

The room is well designed, spacious and comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent pressure water.

Rooms were very basic, almost shockingly small for the hyatt standards, AC too loud, no wardrobe, not possible to open the windows…

Property seems to have had renovations done on the cheap side . Bathroom all patch up in the construction. Towels were worned out, shampoos of doubtful quality . A strong swell of humidity coming out the AC . Food at the buffet did not seem fresh , all fruit and vegetables seem refrigerated and burned , colours and textures were indicated of being old … on a tropical region ? Seems a shame

Excellent service. The Club Room is a well-worth benefit with good and free food and beverages. The hostesses assigned there are highly personable and hospitable. Jennifer is especially great!

Excelente room service

Friendly staff, very clean and large room with all the amenities, position near parque de la vela, excellent wifi, 2 bottles of water complimentary each day, fast elevators, ample shower.

Pool area is abandoned (it is January but it is not nice to see), the street of the hotel is not nice (but safe!), air conditioning very noisy. The hotel has just one restaurant, and doesn’t have a real bar neither a pleasant area to work (but the room has a desk with ac plugs so not really an issue). The breakfast is average in quality (the bakeries are bad) but great in quantity and assortment.

The property is well known, huge building, great food, professional, nice and well informed staff. I really like the shower and location. However, the rooms had a mildew smell, and the bed linens and towels, though some of them they are a good quality material, they were smelly- like sweat and unclean. I felt like one of the beds had bed bugs because I was itching. I finally slept on the cover and not on the bed sheet. The premises were not care for; garden, pool area, etc. The hotel has huge potential if only they used a better sanitizing system for the sheets and towels, work on the A/C to remove mildew smell and sanitize the rooms, update restaurant, repair and update patio, pool area, etc.

The property was nicely decorated and was a great room I was sold which I didn’t want. I had booked a standard room to my budget of £1200 But the hotel sold my room to someone else on arrival even though I had sent a message in advance to say I was coming the following day. The only room that was available then was a suite and was late arriving to the hotel so had no choice but to pay £400 more which was inconvenient for me.

I felt the staff on the reception weren’t very good comparing them to my stay at the marriot in Villahermosa. They seemed to have a lot of miscommunication and didn’t communicate well with me on what what going on. I felt like I was being conned or borderline scammed at every moment. The prices seem to be made up as you go along and it’s not communicated well. When I arrived at the hotel I was told my room was sold because I was a no show even though I had sent a message in advance to say I will be a day late and paid a deposit for this. Due to my flight being delayed a day. Ultimately I then had to pay for a suite and was told it would be 35,000 peso and no more than that which I paid instead of trying to find another hotel at 11pm at night. Then on checkout I was told I had to pay for another day at the hotel which I hadn’t paid. I told them about the above situation but the system wasn’t showing them my original receipt. I was tired so forgot I had the orginal receipt showing I had paid for everything already. I didn’t not want to miss my taxi to the airport due to me going home. I then paid for a day at the hotel extra which I had already paid for just to settle it and then get the taxi to the airport as it took 40 minutes for checkout which was bizarre. Laundry I was told would be a flat charge of $100 peso which I thought was good and then after I handed my underwear items over and had them back they said it was 4 times that amount and I wasn’t aware the prices were different for each item. The breakfast also felt like another inconvenience as I had a guest. My breakfast was 200 peso but for a guest is 400 peso. This doesn’t make any sense to me as the room was for 2 people as a suite is bigger. I did not add my extra guest as I wasn’t sure when they where able to arrive on booking com. Due to work commitments.

Sadly the hotel is falling into disrepair and needs to be “modernized” and upgraded to the Hyatt Regency Hotel international standard. The time being ordering a meal and receiving it is a bit long. The internet service is not 100% reliable and the TV channel selection is limited especially for foreign non Spanish hotel guests. Another issue is all of the room TVs are locking in a Zoom view so one can not see the normal screen sized picture

Very noisy due to a party going on in a function room above our room, until 4am! Got little sleep!
