Villa Nalinnadda Petite Hotel & Spa, Adults Only

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, stets sauberes Zimmer im Penthouse mit einem wundervollen Blick über die Bucht. Das gesamte Hotel Team und das Inhaber Paar waren mehr als zuvorkommend, sehr herzlich und haben nahezu jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Jeden Tag gab es ein tolles Frühstück aufs Zimmer, wo bekommt man das schon. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die Massage und das Facial Treatment, welche man unkompliziert direkt vor Ort buchen kann. Nicht zu vergessen haben uns zusätzlich die zum Hotel gehörigen Katzen unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Einziger Nachteil des Hotels und unseres Zimmers war die direkte Lage an der teilweise sehr stark befahrenen und dadurch sehr lauten Straße. Und wir hätten uns ein wenig mehr Verstauungsmöglichkeiten für unsere Kleidung gewünscht.

Das Personal war sehr nett und der Pool konnte 24/7 genutzt werden. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und die Getränke der Mini Bar waren gratis und wurden täglich aufgefüllt.

Leider lag unser Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße was einen ruhigen Schlaf unmöglich machte. Ebenso die kaputte Klima die unfassbar laut war sowie keine Rollos oder dunkle Vorhänge sodass es durchgängig hell war. Unsere Dusche war zusätzlich komplett verschimmelt und es hat im Bad sehr gestunken. Bei so einer teuren Unterkunft erwarte ich ein wesentlich besseres Zimmer welches nicht so heruntergekommen ist.

Very nice hotel and area, very beautiful and peaceful. Giving a lot of privacy and even you can feel as all is only for you. Welcome drink during arrival. All personel nice and helpfuly. Swimming poll you can use any time, also a private beach avaiable with clean water. Everyday breakfast of own choose coming to the room. Also spa available at the hotel. All very clean. Really recommended. I would back with pleasure.

Ein ruhiges schnuckeliges Hotel mit mega schönen Zimmer mit Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Personal ist mega lieb. Die Massagen top! Wir haben sogar ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen, das uns sehr gefreut hat. In eines der schönsten Zimmer, mit grosser Terrasse und rundum Blick. Ein 7-Eleven und die Apotheke sind gleich über die Strasse. Den Roller konnten wir ganz einfach über die Rezeption buchen. Das Frühstück kriegt jeder aufs Zimmer serviert. Was will man mehr? Herrlich!

Da das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, hört man die Strasse sehr gut. Ohrstöpsel helfen. Leider reichen die Nachtvorhänge nicht wirklich zum verdunkeln.

Nous avons aimé le cadre qui était magnifique. Une vue depuis l’appartement et depuis la piscine qui fait rêver . Le ménage était fait chaque jour et le personnel est très souriant et gentil. Super petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix . La présence des chats est un petit plus . Le garde de nuit est super gentil également . On s’y est senti en sécurité et tellement bien …

Tolle Anlage mit schönem Pool, tollen Katzen und sehr freundlichem Personal und Gastgeber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Man merkt, dass hier in allem sehr viel Liebe drinsteckt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Es ist sehr weit weg von allem Trubel. Sobald man an einen Strand zum Schwimmen (dazu ist der Strand vor dem Hotel wegen der starken Gezeiten ungeeignet) oder auf einen Night Market möchte, ist man auf Grab oder einen Roller angewiesen. Die Straße ist zudem wirklich sehr laut. Die Liegen sind zudem leider sehr unbequem.

Ästhetisch eingerichtet, überaus freundliches Personal! Sehr sauber! Leckeres Frühstück und toller Balkon bzw. Blick aufs Meer! Schöner Pool! Alles zum Wohlfühlen.

Geräusche der angrenzenden Straße sind das einzige Manko..

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich ebenso wie das Personal das immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen hatte und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.

Der Straßenlärm und im Badezimmer könnte zum Beispiel der Wasserhahn befestigt werden. Eine Investition in neue und ausreichende Liegestühle wäre toll.

Die Villa Nalinnadda ist ein wunderschönes kleines Boutique-Hotel. Es liegt an einem fast menschenleeren Sandstrand, abseits von den Touristenzentren der Insel und hat einen schönen Pool, von dem man aus die schönste Meersicht hat. Herausragend war der Service ( alle Angestellten und die Eigentümer waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend) und das ausgezeichnete Frühstück mit den leckersten frischen Backwaren. Auch die dort lebenden Katzen waren sehr süß. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und vermissen das Hotel schon jetzt.

Wonderful small resort with a warm, homelike feel. The owners are lovely, staff is attentive, and there are friendly pet cats roaming the property. Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast was delivered to our room and was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The scones are a must-try!

It is further out from the main downtown area of lamai so you need a vehicle to get around. The property has a spacious parking area. Also the beach area isn't the greatest and you cannot swim as it's quite shallow.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very quiet, calm and has a lovely pool area. Our room was stunning with amazing views. Breakfast, served to your room, was brilliant. It’s an up and coming area so there are a couple of nice places to eat and drink nearby including a Samui brewery.

There was two bathroom doors, one was opaque and the other transparent. This was fine for us as we’ve been a couple for many years, but perhaps wouldn’t be suitable for people with a family member/friend.

Ich war im Katzenparadies, es war einfach fantastisch. Ich habe mich nicht wie in einem Hotel sondern ich habe mich zu Hause gefühlt. Martin hat alles getan damit es mir gut geht und hat sogar laktosefreie Milch besorgt! Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und es war fantastisch ruhig. Als ich angekommen bin hatte ich ein kleines Problem im Zimmer, dieses Problem wurde sofort behoben und dafür bin ich unendlich dankbar!

Beautiful hotel in front of the beach, the pool overlooking the water is wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast served to the room was absolutely delicious. The owners and staff are lovely. And as cat lovers, we were so happy to be able to pet the cutest hotel cat rescues everyday of our stay.

Мы были тут уже второй раз, это один из любимых мной отелей на Самуи. Все было прекрасно как и три года назад, стало даже немного лучше, так как на завтрак теперь есть Бенедикт с лососем и выбор кофе. На вилле освежили немного ремонт и мебель добавили. Спасибо, что по-прежнему разрешаете проживание с собаками, мои собаньки помнят это место и им было спокойно.

Atmosfera molto tranquilla e ordinata. Personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto in caso di necessità. Stanze molto belle, luminose e spaziose. Sorveglianza notturna un plus.

A nice little boutique stay. Quiet location, away from Lamai Centre. Pool was fabulous. Staff were excellent.

Some sewerage smells at times. Plumbing and wastewater system probably need checking.

We loved the view and the rooms were so clean and comfortable with enough space for 2 people. The pool was very clean! Nokie and Martin are both very accommodating and welcoming and we would definitely stay here again. 10/10 great hotel!!!

The only issue was an outdoor shower that occasionally had no hot water. But since we’re on a hot island it’s not a problem.

Great omelets and fresh fruit bowls on a wonderful veranda ….. it was chic & yet homely … the complimentary spa session was a lovely touch

Absolutely loved our star here. The owners and staff were so kind and caring, the spa treatments were an amazing bonus, and the views from the bedroom were stunning. The breakfast was fantastic also.

Be aware that the property isn’t walking distance to major beaches or attractions. We knew this going in so it didn’t bother us and we enjoyed the peace of being further away!

The whole stay was an experience I’ll never forget. I stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon/birthday and the staff made our stay so special even before they found out it was for a celebration. Would recommend to everyone! The owners are so lovely and Audi was so accommodating, he is the great at his job! The breakfast was also delicious!

There is a lot to love about this property. The owners Martin and Noki are wonderful people and do all they can to make your stay as great as possible. We stayed in the beachfront Villa and it is clean and well appointed with a fabulous view. The pool area is lovely and due to the small number of rooms we had it to ourselves a lot of the time. Very tasty breakfasts that were delivered to your room daily (due to the heat we chose to have breakfast in the dining room the last 2 mornings as it was too hot to eat on the balcony). The noodle soups at lunch were so incredibly delicious that I am still dreaming about them now. The staff also organised a private tour for us to go to the nearby Islands. The complimentary spa treatments (massages, facials and body scrubs) were a very nice surprise which I enjoyed for an hour most afternoons. Overall a beautiful property!!

The hotel is situated in not a very nice area and quite a distance from good restaurants and things to do/see (you will need to drive) though there is a 7/11 and pharmacy directly across the road. Every day at some point when the wind died down there was an awful smell of rotting garbage which I believe come from nearby properties that made it not so pleasant to sit outside. The beach near the property had a lot of rubbish which washed up each day though it was cleaned every morning directly in front of the hotel.

The staff were amazing, especially Audi, who couldn't do enough to make everything run so smoothly. All the ladies were exceptionally friendly, always greeting you with a smile. The breakfast in the room every morning was a highlight, and right on the minute, it was booked for. I have nothing bad to say about our stay in this beautiful boutique hotel, I would highly recommend it for a relaxing couples retreat.

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel sur la terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer constitue le point fort de l’hôtel. Le personnel est souriant et avenant. Les massages compris dans le prix sont très agréables. Chambre spacieuse avec vue mer, jardin et piscine exceptionnelle. Street food à 2 mn à pied de l’hôtel d’un très bon rapport qualité prix et délicieux. Le frigo est réapprovisionné tous les jours. On a l’impression d’arriver chez des amis quand on arrive. La propriétaire est très avenante et de bons conseils.

Un gros point négatif qui peut être rédhibitoire est le bruit incessant (jour et nuit) des voitures et motos venant de la route. En ce qui nous concerne, cela nous a gâché le début du séjour mais progressivement la vue exceptionnelle a pris le dessus et nous avons essayé de faire abstraction. Ceci dit, impossible de faire la grasse matinée ! L’hôtel est situé dans une zone pas très standing n’invitant pas à sortir avec de plus une route très fréquentée. Parfois il y avait des relents malodorants. La chambre est évaluée pour 70 m2. Il faut savoir que plus de la moitié est en terrasse qui est malheureusement mal exploitée (pas de transat pour profiter du soleil). À ce niveau de prix, il est inconcevable de ne pas avoir de matelas sur les transats (peu confortables) au bord de la piscine. Pas de peignoir non plus dans la salle de bain. Enfin, pour maintenir son standing, l’hôtel devrait veiller à l’entretien des rembardes en bois.

Da sich die Straße vor dem Hotel zur Hauptverkehrsstraße entwickelt hat ist es in den Zimmern an der Straße zeitweilig laut.

C’est un endroit plein de raffinement, jusque dans les détails. Bravo aux propriétaires et à leur personnel, du réceptionniste en passant par les femmes de ménage et le veilleur de nuit. Désolé pour ceux que j’oublie.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit wunderbaren Pool und Anlage, ebenso das wirklich fantastische Frühstück das man sich jeden Tag selbst zusammenstellen darf. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb aber via Grab & co kommt man gut weg

This is a very cozy place. The staff and family owning it do everything to.make you feel relaxed. The spa was wonderful and the pool and beach are very relaxing. The hotel has few cats that also make.you feel cozy.

The bath tub didnt work and had quite some ants. The beach is not very good for swimming and there was a bit of noise from the main road. None of this things are important enough to distract us from the wonderful place.

Cudownie miejsce do spokojnego relaksu, nie bez znaczenia jest to, ze tylko dla dorosłych;-) piękne widoki, super miła obsługa, pyszne śniadania i cudowny masaż. Dodatkowo, poza tym że udało się nam wcześniej zameldować, po długiej i męczącej podróży, to urocza właścicielka zaproponowała nam lepszy pokój bez dopłaty:) Ważna sprawa - dla osób lubiących koty:)

Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful views and sunrise. Martin and Nokie very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with information about Koh Samui. On the edge of Lamai no crowds of tourists but still close to and easy to get to the centre of town. Excellent choice of breakfasts and home bakery items. The home made banoffee cake was delicious. The english breakfast was excellent with a superb pork sausage. We will 100% be back when back in Lamai.

Villa Nalinnadda is a little piece of paradise set right on a beautiful beach. A delicious breakfast (the choice is amazing) is served to your room every morning all freshly cooked. The staff are amazing and so friendly as are the owners. It is a little distance from the centre but getting a Grab taxi is around 300 baht and we felt we much preferred staying here and doing that. There are restaurants and bars close by to walk to as well which we did a few times. The spa treatments are amazing too.

There was nothing that we didn't like our stay was wonderful

Staff were absolutely wonderful,polite, friendly & always ready to help. The location was perfect ( if you ignore the very busy road out front) being in a more residential area right on the beach. Love the fact that the pool was open 24 hours. A 7 -11 shop across the street for essentials and nice restaurants nearby. The mini bar drinks were all free and freshly stocked every day! Breakfast was delivered to our room daily. Food was very tasty. Adult only hotel.

I hadn't realised that it was a "pet friendly" establishment and that guests were able to bring their own pets on holiday .Had I noticed, I would probably not have booked this hotel. We love animals and have no issue with the owners' pets, however when a couple arrived with a very vocal yappy dog it did disturb the tranquility of the place and slightly blemished our experience. It would also be nice to have more vegan/ vegetarian options available on the breakfast menu though staff did try to accommodate. The busy road out front was quite noisy so probably not suitable for light sleepers unless like me you brought your own ear plugs! Despite this, I would , however, still highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms, the pool, the view and the staff were all exceptional. It was a real WOW moment walking into our room.

Villa magnifique. Le personnel très attentionné et disponible. Le petit déjeuner était très varié, au choix, et délicieux. La chambre était confortable et d’une propreté impeccable. Nous avons été mis en contact avec une agence de location de scooter, tout s’est organisé très rapidement grâce a la réactivité du personnel.

Great location with beautiful views. Lovely well cared gardens and pool. We had a beach view room with our own sun loungers and beach area.

Just little tweaks would have made our room more comfortable. I would have liked more storage ie drawers. A mirror over the dressing table and more electric sockets in convenient places. USB’s would be great for phone charging.

Very nice, cozy room. Actually perfect for staying alone. Good location, first sea line. The owner shared with me that my pancakes that I ate for breakfast are from his hands, this is so cute. Food is really delicious btw. Staff is very gentle and kind. I liked my staying and my room was really beautiful.

Hosts were so welcoming, the pool area was spotless and the rooms were so warm peaceful. We loved the choice for breakfast and the views from the rooms were amazing. The beds were really comfortable. We had food and drinks during the day and they were all delicious and really well priced. We also had massages and they were lovely and the staff were great!

Nothing really, it was gorgeous. We just found the balcony a bit hot for breakfast and we had to bring the table into the room. But otherwise it was great!

Beautiful extra large room right on the beach. The check in process was easy and actually kind of fun, choosing between many great choices for breakfast which was served to the room each day. Also, choosing one hour of spa service each day was included in the price. The pool was fantastic. It was quiet in spite of being right on the Main Street. Service was fantastic!

The only drawback was that there was not a lot to do that you could walk to, but we rented a car so that wasn’t an issue.

Místo je nádherné, pokoje jsou zařízené opravdu moc hezky, jsou čisté a udržované, výhled na pláž a vodu je neskutečná. Personál byl moc milý a snídaně naprosto vynikající.

I přesto, že byl pokoj naprosto nádherný, velkou nevýhodou pro nás byla jeho praktičnost. Bohužel chyběl jakýkoliv věšák na ručníky nebo plavky a cokoliv dalšího a úložný prostor na oblečení a věci je minimální. Ale i tak to bylo krásné. Menší hluk z ulice, ale nic hrozného a v noci je v pokoji i přes závěsy hodně světla, ale neovlivnilo to náš spánek.

The location on the beach was lovely. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't serve dinner, and there are no good restaurants in the area. NONE.

The property was beautiful located right on the beachfront, so the views from our room were incredible, the bathroom was massive with a free standing bath in the window overlooking the balcony onto the pool and sea. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Quiet area, not much going on around, but it wasn’t such a problem as we hired a moped and there are plenty of buses going to the busier areas. It also meant it was nice and quiet at nighttime too.

Pro Tag der gebucht wird, hat man eine SPA Anwendung gratis. Wir haben immer ne Massage gemacht. Einfach ein Tag vorher anmelden und alles wird organisiert. Frühstück wird zur gewünscht Zeit zur Villa gebracht. Bestellt ein Abend vorher. Auswahl sowohl thailändisch, als auch europäisch.

Long reception with questions about the breakfast served to the room, not a buffet. Clumsy and long. The building is not neglected but not well-kept either. We were given the right to upgrade to a high floor. As an older woman, it was difficult for me to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor. The room did not feel well-kept, the wood was faded. There was no trash can in the room, no outlets by the bed, they brought us an extension cord, no night lamps, and no way to turn off the room light from the bed. The air conditioner was too weak. We had to close the bathroom, which remained very hot, to reduce the cool space. The room had only windows and curtains. It could not be darkened during the day. The beautiful beach in front of the hotel was not in a straight line and there was a wall between the hotel and the beach. To access the sea, you have to make a detour. Annoying. There are no loungers by the sea, only by the pool. So although you are on the beach, you cannot enjoy it by the sea. Impressive breakfast made to order, not rich enough, light years away from a buffet. The food was served with grace and deliciousness. There was no table or chairs in the room. The choice was either to eat on the balcony in the heat and sun, or in bed. Really uncomfortable. On our floor, the balcony smelled of sewage. We didn't enjoy it.

Accueil incroyable ! Chambre penthouse magnifique, on regrette de ne pouvoir y prolonger le séjour car complet. Petit déjeuner en chambre excellent et fait maison. La plage devant l’hôtel est très jolie et peu fréquentée.

Pas dérangeant mais bon à savoir: Peu de restaurants aux alentours. Proximité avec la route (peut être bruyant le soir/la nuit)
