Top hotel, one of the best I stayed in the Aeolian Islands. The rooms are very clean, good restaurants and nice people there. For sure an experience to try it. The breakfast is also amazing!!

Maybe the price a bit too expensive for September.

Posizione unica con vista panoramica su tutte le altre isole. Tramonti da sogno. Piscina infinity pool. Personale gentile e preparato, sempre disponibile e cordiale. La colazione prevedeva sia dolce che salato, con materia prima locale e prodotti di ottima qualità.

Soggiorno da sogno al Therasia Resort. La vista mozzafiato sulle Isole Eolie al tramonto lascia letteralmente senza fiato. Struttura curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, camere eleganti e una SPA meravigliosa dove rilassarsi totalmente. Un plauso speciale al personale: attento, professionale e sempre sorridente. Colazione e ristorazione di altissimo livello. È stata un'esperienza a 5 stelle perfetta. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Posizione e servizi eccellenti. Cenare ai Tenerumi è stata una esperienza indescrivibile: unico!

Alcuni problemi sorti durante il soggiorno sono stati sempre affrontati prontamente dalla direzione.

A wonderful stay at the Therasia Resort. The location is truly spectacular, with breathtaking views over the sea and the Aeolian Islands. My room was beautiful, comfortable, and offered an amazing view that made every moment special. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Vulcano.

I found the service somewhat disorganized. Guests often need to ask for information proactively, as there is very little guidance about the activities and experiences available both within the resort and around the island. The breakfast was also rather limited in terms of variety and quality compared to the standard expected from a luxury property. On a more positive note, the fine dining restaurants within the resort were better and provided a much higher-level experience.

Una cosa voglio dirla, piu che altro un consiglio. Una location di questa portata non può dare acqua tepelene dell’Albania in stanza.. quanto meno dovrebbe avere un acqua italiana se non appunto Siciliana !

Non mi sono piaciuti i ristoranti all’interno ma non per il prezzo i ristoranti all’interno pentastellati sono troppo raffinati a me piace la Sicilia e in Sicilia si mangia molto bene come sapete però purtroppo con quelle pietanze che possono piacere per carità non rispecchiano le usanze della cara e amata terra della Sicilia.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar.

Das Hotel trifft den Standard eines 5* Hotels und Leading Hotel of the World in keiner Weise. Das Hotel erfüllt die erwartbaren hohen Standards nicht. Die optimale Leistung hängt vom Zufall ab, z.B. Wellnessbereich: - mal gibt es Handtücher, mal nicht - mal gibt es Tee, mal nicht - mal ist das Becken gut beheizt, mal 4 Grad kälter - Massagedüsen funktionieren z.T. nicht., dann hat man die defekte Steuerung auch plötzlich in der Hand. Das wird auch nicht repariert. - Keine Hinweise zur Bade- und Saunahygiene für die Gäste Die Außbenbecken sind trotz anderslautender Hotelbeschreibung nicht beheizt und damit nutzlos. Niemand hat dort gebadet außer den Möwen. Zimmer: - mal wird die Mini-Bar vollständig aufgefüllt, mal nicht, mal weniger - keine Decken für den Terrassenbereich, die man nutzen möchte - teilweise laute Außengeräuße vom Flur und Treppenhaus - Hotelinformationen auf dem TV nur auf Italienisch verfügbar Restaurant: - sehr unterschiedliche Servicequalität. Mal öffnet der Sommelier den Wein formvollendet, mal stellt die Bedienung die Flasche einfach auf den Tisch und schenkt nicht ein einziges mal nach. - mal werden hochwertige, passende Weingläser zur 200 EUR-Flasche serviert, mal kommen zu demselben Wein einfache Gastrogläser, die zudem noch angelaufen sind, zum Einsatz. - die gepriesene Küche ist eher nüchtern. Kein Gruß aus der Küche, kein Appetiser außer Brot, kein Tagesangebot, kein Extra und viele mehr. Insgesamt alles in Ordnung, wenn es ein gutes 3-4 Sterne Hotel zum halben Preis wäre.

The staff were exemplary. Service was excellent. The grounds and view were amazing. The food and service was excellent. The Michelin restaurant was amazing with local wine pairing. I will return. It was a magical stay

Mi piace tutto della struttura, bellissimo resort. Non c’è niente fuori posto! Non può non piacere! Super!

O pequeno-almoço foi simplesmente divinal, com uma oferta extraordinária - como poucas vezes se vê - em quantidade, variedade e qualidade. O resort é magnífico, muito bem inserido na natureza e com paisagens deslumbrantes. Reparei frequentemente no quase silêncio e tranquilidade que se sente e vive. O SPA e o centro de fitness são bastante bons e até fizemos uma ótima aula de Pilates. Os restaurantes são ótimos e comemos no “I Tenerumi”, que é plant based e tem 1 estrela Michelin e 1 outra estrela Michelin por sustentatibilidade e é realmente Excecional. Todo o staff é super prestável e simpático e sempre atento e disponível a ajudar. Há ainda no hotel um shutle bus do hotel que nos pode levar e trazer à povoação/porto de Vulcano.

De nada, foi tudo perfeito, toda a equipa do Therasia está de parabéns pelo Excelente trabalho.

The staff went above and beyond to help us make our anniversary stay here special. Couldn’t recommend the place enough! Great assistance getting us to the airport for our final day. Room was beautiful and the view was spectacular. The pool area and sea are are also extremely well kept and beautiful. The restaurants in this resort are the best hotel restaurants I’ve ever had the blessing of eating at. I strongly reccomend all the experiences available including all the restaurants. You will never see a more beautiful sunset from your room.

Un hôtel véritablement à la hauteur de son classement. Le service se distingue par son excellence, et l’attention portée aux clients est à la fois personnalisée et empreinte d’une réelle bienveillance. Les prestations sont irréprochables, qu’il s’agisse des infrastructures, des équipements ou des services proposés. Le petit-déjeuner est d’une qualité remarquable, tant sur le plan gustatif que sanitaire. C’est la première fois que j’observe un tel niveau de rigueur en matière d’hygiène dans un buffet : tout est pensé pour éviter les manipulations hasardeuses des aliments par les clients. Enfin, la vue imprenable sur les îles Éoliennes constitue une expérience inoubliable à elle seule. Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre réserve.

Прекрасный отель, с потрясающими видами, очень приветливый персонал, на все просьбы мгновенно реагируют и всегда приходят на помощь в решении любого вопроса, в отеле постоянно курсирует бесплатный автобус до порта и обратно, что особенно удобно в вечернее время! Рестораны отеля выше всех похвал! Великолепный СПА комплекс! Очень рекомендую отдых в отеле Therasia! С удовольствием вернусь еще раз!

Fantastic hotel. Fantastic location. Extremely limited menu if you don't eat fish. Two Michelin starred restaurants. Both offered tasting menus only at a cost of 200 Euros per diner. The vegetarian menu was too many courses (you would need a large appetite). The second restaurant had nine courses and the majority were fish. The third restaurant offered a varied menu of fish with one meat dish. Hence we ate in the restaurants one night only. If you are happy with the above criteria I am sure they are excellent! But it did not work for us.

Incredible setting and wonderful view. Staff amazing very welcoming. Beautiful pools and lovely breakfasts. Perfect!

Tout était parfait, seulement le café le matin était un peu long à venir… une machine à café en Italie aurait été un peu plus pratique.

The breakfast was great, plenty of choice, although the service was a bit hit and miss. There were some great staff. The hotel was spotless and house keeping was excellent. Location unbeatable.

When enquiring about the restaurants available at the hotel the staff constantly pushed the Michelin star restaurant, while holding back there were two other less expensive alternatives. The food in general was below average but very expensive. Very poor value for money. The service was also disappointing. It started off ok, but quickly tailed off. When trying to feedback to the management of the restaurant about our dissatisfaction they were reluctant to acknowledge the feedback. The food and value for money was the biggest let down. The drinks were also extortionate.

Therasia is the most beautiful hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and it was the perfect stay for our honeymoon. Cannot recommend enough!

Staff considerations about us as guests were excellent. Fantastic location and views. Great breakfast and lunch.

New staff that were on the job training in the dining restaurant. This was however well noticed by the hotel mgmt and handled in a very professional manner. Personally I think that the mediterranean restaurant could have a more traditional meny. There are already two Michelin restaurants on the site and no need to create a third one. It is always fun to go visit a Michelin restaurant every now and then, but to have a more basic alternative from the Italian kitchen for dinner would be great. Of course still with excellent food. Adding something from the very generous wine list and everybody will be happy. :)

retard sur RV au massage sans explications ,personne à l'accueil du service ? le fait que l'on mentionne Madame Fogaroli (je viens de la perdre à 62 ans à peine 6 mois ) alors que j'avais réservé une chambre single !! pas tés élégant .
