Reviewed Aug 25, 2026It was an amazing experience, the hotel is very clean, organized and the staff completely educated. The breakfast was great with a lot of variation of foods.
The only thing bother me was the room with jacuzzi is not private I felt too much exposed to use the jacuzzi, the area is very nice but guests from de second floor has views straight to the jacuzzi and if someone of other room is using the jacuzzi is possible to see each other. But in general it's a great hotel.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Our stay started with a small issue as our room wasn’t quite ready... We mentioned it to the staff, and they were very helpful, upgrading us to a suite. We really appreciated how they handled the situation, and thanks to their excellent service, we ended up having a great stay.
Guest Feedback
Feedback themes are sourced from guest reviews provided by our data provider.
What guests love
- •Excellent and attentive staff (multiple named employees praised)
- •Great location with private beach and nice views
- •Clean, well-designed rooms and overall property
- •Lovely pool and good on-site leisure facilities
- •Generally tasty and varied breakfast/food
Areas to consider
- •Occasional slow staff/service and long waits; some unexpected charges reported
- •Inconsistent breakfast quality for some returning guests
- •Accessibility and elevator issues (tight/slow elevators, room placement concerns)
- •Isolated room issues: AC failure and limited privacy for jacuzzi rooms
- •Spa incident reported (minor injury) raising a safety/quality concern
Cleanliness
9.2/10Multiple reviewers repeatedly praised the hotel's cleanliness (e.g., 'מקום נקי', 'הכל היה נקי'), indicating a consistently high standard of housekeeping.
Service
8.6/10Service is frequently praised with named staff (Sabrina at reception, lifeguard Sean, Rami) described as very helpful and kind, but there are notable complaints about slow response times, long waits at reception and for requests, and incidents like being charged for ice or a drink not received.
Location
9.5/10Location and views are frequently highlighted as excellent (private beach, quiet, great view), many guests cite 'מיקום מעולה' and a pleasant setting.
Room Quality
8.8/10Rooms are described as nice, spacious and well-designed, but some issues were reported such as AC not working for one guest, jacuzzi rooms lacking privacy, and an accessibility/room placement problem for a disabled guest.
Amenities
8.6/10Pool and private beach are praised and considered strong assets; however there are negatives around the spa (one guest reported a minor injury after a treatment) and infrastructure complaints (tight/slow elevators). Parking was mentioned positively.
Value for Money
8.8/10Mixed signals: several guests feel they received fair value ('מקבלים תמורה למחיר'), while at least one guest explicitly said 'Not worth the price' and others noted unexpected charges, leading to an overall slightly above-average score.
Food and Beverage
8.9/10Food is generally praised — breakfast described as tasty and varied by multiple guests — but a few reviewers found the breakfast decline compared to previous visits or 'mediocre', so overall positive with some inconsistency.
Overall Experience
9.6/10The majority of reviews describe a memorable and excellent stay ('מושלם', 'מעולה', 'Séjour exceptionnel'), thanks to atmosphere, service and facilities; a few negative incidents (spa injury, staff delays) slightly detract but do not overwhelm the overwhelmingly positive overall impression.
