The cleanliness and the staff

Professional and friendly staff

It was clean

Few parking lots

Location was decent

Some of the staff was not very helpful. For example our room was not cleaned the whole day just because we had the do not disturb sign on for 40 mins while at breakfast in the morning

Hotel was very clean. Location was very good as supermarkets were near. Also, frequent trains to Zurich and just 6 mins train ride to Zurich Main station and Zurich Airport from Oerlikon Station.

More of a me issue but I don't like Spring Mattress that my room offered as I find them uncomfortable to sleep on. Another issue was no big wardrobes in the room to put the suitcases and clothes away.

清潔

A very beautiful, modern and comfortable room. What we appreciated the most was the extra bed provided for our 5-year-old son. It was a very nice and thoughtful touch, and we really appreciated it.

🙂

Check in lenti

Comfortable, location, quiet

Checkin process and staff attitude

La limpieza, el aseo, los espacios, el personal, el aire acondicionado, lo bonito que estaba el hotel, contaba con excelente dotación, televisor, calentador de agua, escritorio.

Nada, todo fue magnífico.

Clean

Car parking is the worst part , you can not find front door easily, mini fridge is too small, very expensive.

Room was comfortable .

Gym needs to be more decent than current .some more options in breakfast were required.

Great staff were very understanding re bath problem and tried their best to find a solution ended up putting a fold out bed in a king room that had a walk in shower.

Not able to get a twin bed room with walk in shower. For senior travellers the shower over bath arrangement was difficult as the bath is high ,slippery no suction mats on inquiry staff said they would go out the next day to purchase one.Decided this was not an option as the bath was just too difficult to use.Menu was very limited.

Parking souterrain

Rien

Czystość, bardzo wygodne łóżka, lokalizacja blisko Halle 622, uprzejma i pomocna obsługa.

Good hotel

On Monday 15.06.26 breakfast was awful. Nobody was caring. Very poor service on that day.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location was convenient with good transport connections to the city center and airport. A special thank you to Lily at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome and provided excellent customer service.

There was very little to dislike. The stay was pleasant overall. If anything, a wider variety of breakfast options would make the experience even better.

The staff at Breakfast was outstanding, very very sweet and so amazing

the one man at that checked us in was RUDE, very sad that he was our first impression of the hotel, would be better to change him to other area not the front desk, where people have been flying for many hours and are tired get him.

Nothing.....

We stayed in Room 424, which was clean, but unfortunately nothing else met expectations. The breakfast was very poor, with limited options and items like bread often unavailable. At 30 CHF (15 CHF for kids) per day, it felt extremely overpriced for the quality. The air conditioning was not working during warm days, and it took multiple requests and long waits to get a proper fan. Parking was also expensive at 35 CHF per day, and we were incorrectly charged for an extra day, which had to be corrected. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and affected our special occasion. The service, facilities, and overall experience did not meet expectations. Will not recommend staying here.

Kahvaltı konum ve temiz otel

Proximity to train station and groceries

No pool. No breakfast included. Considering that an avwrage meal is 25chf 30chf for breakfast is absurd

Hotel features nice basic rooms for a rather expensive price. If you are Bonvoy Elite Platinium member, this hotel does not offer the usual benefits. Therefore it ends up not being a good deal for you.
