The location was great as I was doing a few concerts across the street so it was incredibly convenient. The staff were all lovely, and the room was quite large, which was a pleasant surprise.

Everything was as it should be.

As a transit hotel, it's very convenient to go to the airport the next day. The breakfast is good.

Les femmes de ménage ont commencé de passer l'aspirateur et de déplacer les meubles de la chambre d'à côté à 8h. On peut rester jusqu'à 11h, mais pas possible de vous reposer. Dommage ! À la réception, ils m'ont confirmé qu'elles commençaient bien à 8h.

Genau gegenüber der Hallenarena. Wer dort ein Event besucht, sollte dieses Hotel nutzen.

Parkplätze können nicht direkt für die Tiefgarage reserviert werden. Falls die Anreise unmittelbar vor Event-Beginn stattfindet, kann es sein, dass kein Parkplatz am Hotel möglich sein wird. Dann muss auf die umliegenden Parkplätze ausgewichen werden.

Unfortunately when we checked in on the Sunday, the restaurant was closed so we had to resort to an Uber Eats Greek takeaway.

Gut erreichbar, ideal wenn man ein Konzert in der Halle besucht.

Sehr harte Kissen, am nächsten Morgen habe ich andere Kissen im Schrank entdeckt, die deutlich weicher waren, ich wusste es aber nicht. Auch die Lüftung im Bad habe ich die ganze Nacht wahrgenommen, ich habe einen leichten Schlaf, mit Ohrenstöpseln war aber kein Problem.

Die Lage ist aufgrund der Nähe zum Hallenstadion vorzüglich! Das Frühstück ist mit 29 Franken zu teuer.

Gute Lage, Parkhaus mit genug grossen Parkplätzen

Ein Teil der Plättli im Badezimmer unterhalb der Dusche war gespalten, die Wand unterhalb der Lüftungsschlitze war schon lange nicht mehr gewaschen worden. Wir haben mit einer Kaffeemaschine und einer Minibar gerechnet, hatten aber bloss einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Am Morgen ist zudem die Putzfrau bereits um 9 Uhr ohne anzuklopfen ins Zimmer gekommen, das geht gar nicht. Haben wir auch gemeldet

Hotel moderno e pulito. Camera confortevole con ampia dotazione (asse da stiro, acqua e vari té, caffè, tisane) e saponi di marca DOVE molto buoni. Colazione completa di tutto cio' che si possa desiderare e oltre le aspettative. Parcheggio sotterraneo comodissimo.

Das dritte Bett im Dreibettzimmer war ein ungemütliches Klappbett, die Klima war nicht stark genug und in der Nacht lief sie dann garnicht mehr, die Ausstattung hat schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel das merkt man, die Seifenspender waren leer bzw so gut wie leer

Bett war nicht zu weich Design im Erdgeschoss Mitarbeiterinnen sehr freundlich Personal hat sich bemüht, dass unser Zimmer noch vor Ankunft kühl ist (keine Klimaanlage) - fanden wir sehr aufmerksam

Vor Ort Kaution hinterlegen müssen, stand nicht so in der Beschreibung Parken als Hotelgast ziemlich teuer; für das es sonst drum herum auch keine anderen Parkmöglichkeiten gibt Flur Teppich ziemlich abgewohnt; einige Fehlstellen -sieht einfach nicht ansprechend aus Glasschiebetür im Bad könnte besser sauber gemacht werden Stolperstelle im Bad die Dusche; da gibt es eine Kante, damit das Wasser nicht runterläuft- man stößt sich aber selbst die Zehen daran

Gute Lage und die Größe der Zimmer.

Eine Klimaanlage ist im Hotel zu installiert, ist aber nicht in Betrieb: in den Zimmern zwei extrem heiß und schwül. Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen. Keine Klimaanlage ist nicht zumutbar! Das Frühstück kostet 29 Fr. es ist sehr schwach, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beim Frühstück stimmt überhaupt nicht. Das Hotel Personal ist durch die Bank sehr jung und schlecht ausgebildet. Bei Reklamationen kommen standardmäßig Sätze wie: „Das weiß ich nicht.“ „Das kann ich nicht sagen.“ „Dafür bin ich nicht zuständig.“ Lösungen gab es nicht.

The staff is most uncooperative, insensible and shameless. I lost my hard-earned huge money in Euro and Dollars in Zurich. I wanted to check whether my money got lost in the hotel. I requested hotel staff including General Manager of the hotel to look into close circuit camera, but they did not cooperate. After 7 days the General Manager sent a mail to me and did not properly respond to my questions and queries. When I wrote back to her requesting more cooperation then also even after 25 days, they did not care to respond. When I got to know about the loss of my money immediately, I sought support from the receptionist, but she showed her inability to support and highest apathy and indifference. The kind of concern they should have demonstrated, they did not do at all. Extremely bad experience. How anyone can be so unmoved even hearing about big loss to the hotel client/guest.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und Duvets. Gute Belüftungsanlage. Fensterabdunklung perfekt. Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee, Föhn…alles vorhanden. Perfekte Lage für die Events im Theater 11 . Geniales Frühstücksbuffet.

Im Zimmer gab es nur eine Bettdecke, wir waren zu zweit, als ich an der Rezeption nach einer weiteren Bettdecke gefragt habe, sagte die Rezeptionistin "Es ist doch Sommer!" Als ich sie nur weiterhin angeschaut hatte, haben wir dann eine zweite Decke bekommen

Poor service. Dirty bedsheets flush broken and never fixed it. Charged for early check in for all 3 rooms. Rude staff and no compassion for bad service and dirty rooms. Floors had all hair , bedsheets were super dirty changed after 2 days despite multiple requests. No AC and super hot.

Dass man freundlich gegrüsst wird, ist sehr viel wert, vom Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption (auch, wenn man nur vorbei ging). Auch die kurzen Gespräche finde ich angenehm und wertschätzend. Die Möglichkeit, ein kleines Frühstück zu einem reduzierten Betrag einzunehmen, ist super. Das kenne ich so nicht von anderen Hotels. Und auch die Möglichkeit, bis 21.30 Uhr im Restaurant essen zu können, kam mir entgegen. Die Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel ist sehr praktisch, doch auch der kurze Weg zum Bahnhof ist gut machbar. Wasser, Tee usw. im Zimmer wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Die Lage ist auch erfreulich ruhig (ich hatte nachts das Fenster immer geöffnet).

Ich frage mich immer wieder, warum in Hotels Infos hängen zu Nachhaltigkeit (z.b. dass keine tägliche Reinigung stattfindet oder die Badezimmerwäsche nur ausgewechselt wird, wenn diese am Boden liegt), und dann wird doch täglich alles ersetzt und gereinigt. Warum? Ich würde dieses Vorgehen gerne unterstützen, doch dann müsste es auch umgesetzt werden. Ich als Alleinreisender bekam täglich zwei frische Frottetücher, eines davon war immer ungenutzt... :-(

It was very nice and the staff was very helpful

There is no AC and it was 96 degrees outside. The restaurant was closed the day we arrived (Sunday) and so were all the restaurants so we had to go a ways to get food.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was exceptionally good. The overall experience was good.

There was no air condition. There was a slip in the room saying that the city or canton does not allow any cooling less than 5 degress celsius under outside temperature. This is not true. Other hotels nearby do have air-conditioning. The window could not be fully opened so it was a very uncomfortable night. On a minor note: the booking was gor two people and a dog and the staff promised that a special dog set up.would be delivered to the room later on. It never appeared.

The value for money was good. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodation itself.

Unfortunately, our experience with one of the female reception staff members in the morning was very unpleasant. She seemed to be in a very bad mood and treated us in an unfriendly and unprofessional way. She threw the pen and paper towards us instead of handing them to us properly, did not clearly explain the check-in process, and her overall attitude was very negative. She made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. However, our experience completely changed later that evening when another staff member assisted us. We believe he was German, and he was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. He explained everything clearly and made us feel very welcome. We really appreciated his attitude and customer service. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff member who attended to us in the morning left a very negative first impression. We hope the hotel can address this, as reception staff play an important role in making guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Gute Lage in Oerlikon.

Das Zimmer war um die 30 Grad. Die Klimaanlage wird ausschliesslich zentral reguliert. Das Fenster lässt sich kaum öffnen. Es war unerträglich heiss in der Nacht. Die Betten sind unbequem und durchgelegen.

מלון מאוד נקי, החדר היה מרווח, מיטות נוחות, חנייה נוחה מאוד, קרוב לשדה התעופה, כ 12 דק' נסיעה.

לא היה שירות חדרים בערב, בשביל מגבת היינו צריכים לרדת למטה..

La chambre était propre et les lits confortables. Elle était de taille agréable.

Hotel war direkt gegenüber der Messe.

Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch OK. Was genervt hat war wieder mal das Problem dass der Checkout pro Person 10 Minuten gedauert hat, weil das Staff weder die IT ordentlich bedienen kann und generell Probleme beim Lesen und Schreiben (abtippen von Visitenkartendaten) hatte.
