We were really satisfied with the hotel despite the several negative comments. The breakfast was lovely, staff were kind and helpful all the time. The receptionist lady was helpful. Car park is under the hotel, train station about 5mins walk, then 30 mins and you can be in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. We would come back again:)

Great area, close to Disney!

Really lovely clean apartment, nice touches to make the decor super cosy and luxurious. Kitchen was stocked with the essential pots/ pans/ cutlery/ plates etc, which saved us a fortune on Paris food prices! Beds were comfortable, 2 TVs, plenty of space and good storage for clothes/ cases, and to have a pushchair in the room. The hotel was quiet. Check in lady was lovely and spoke English (and Spanish and Italian!) which was helpful as our French isn't great at all. Great location, really easy to get to the train station (just a few minutes walk), 1 stop away from Disney. And just around the corner from the huge Val D'Europe shopping centre which has loads of shops including a huge supermarket.

we booked this last minute and everything was spot on. great staff, lovely breakfast, the breakfast room was beautifully decorated, the room itself was a little dated, but you can see that they are upgrading bits when they can.

I checked in early to go to Disneyland. Coming back after front desk hours were over, I enter my room for the first time and there are no towels anywhere. I checked all the cupboards. There was only this pile of dirty linen on the floor of the bathroom. I don’t even know if it was clean. The sink had trouble draining water as well. I couldn’t take a shower. I had to use a pillow case as a hand towel.

Really good place, friendly staff and the room was ready early which is always good. And we got upgraded to a bigger room. I have stayed here before and I definitely will again, great location too.

Avoid ! Horrible ! not clean at all ! Broken WC, broken wall, ants and Cockroach everywhere ! See the picture and you will understand how much dirty is. I wrote to the hotel same say to come and see. I told them that I need to change the room. They dont answer until the next day to send someone to clean ! see their answer. SHAME SHAME ! I DONT RECOMMEND. I am surprised even how come hotels.com they accept such accommodation in their listing

Booked as a 1 night stay before checking into a Disney resort

A really good stay. Easy to find. Self check-in with a machine outside the door if you arrive after hours. Really stylish rooms, kitchenette included and all the utensils etc. Quiet. Modern. Comfortable beds and really clean feeling. Was clean! Highly recommended for anybody wanting to go to Disney and wants to walk it. A 20 minute walk door to door. Straight out the hotel, cross the road, walk along e rover and your there. Great stuff! A tip for anybody who’s key card doesn’t work if it happens to get back in the room - use the red phone in the entrance doorway and dial 2. They’ll help you there. Otherwise, probably it’s just a bit temperamental and it eventually works like ours did!

Good for nights stay. Had everththing we needed and helpful staff but not the cosiest of apartments ifnyour plan on staying longer.

Good place for a layover before or after Disneyland.

A perfectly ok stay, had a few little issues that got sorted so made for a comfortable and clean stay, 20 mins approx walk from Disneyland and next door to Val De Europe. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, close to the train station, only 3 minutes by train to Disneyland, and near a shopping centre and outlet. Friendly staff. Secure carpark 11euros a day.

We stayed here for a short trip to Disney as part of a longer trip. I guess the best way to describe it is you get what you pay for. We found it cheaper than most and decided we wouldn’t be in there as would be out at the parks so went for it but it wasn’t the best. We arrived late and there isn’t a 24hr reception so there was a system of how to get the key which worked well. The room was very basic a really odd set up with the kitchen but it was clean enough. Very limited power points which these days is a challenge. The first night was a Friday and the surrounding area or hotel itself (I’m not sure) was incredibly noisy it’s like the walls were paper thin and the room was very hot so wasn’t pleasant at all. However I did ask the next day if they had a fan and when we got back to the room one had kindly been delivered. thank you. Breakfast was small selection but was fresh and just about enough for everyone. Handy for. Pre Disney day. The room was decorated lovely. Very easy walk from the RER A train in Val d’europe which in itself is a great area. There was no shuttle to Disney they advised a train but for the 4 of us it was just as cheap to get an uber and there was a good selection of them around. Convenient and cheap yes but not the most comfortable stay next time I’d pay more esp if they offer a free shuttle.

The location was great and the staff were lovely. But it does not have AC and the room itself was quite rundown, including mold in the bathroom.

20 mins from Disney , good location for shopping centre

The area felt safe to walk around. Perfect place to get the train to and from Disney, room was fine to stay in, loads of space. Could do with an update but fantastic for the price and location. We arrived after the desk had closed and getting the keys from the auto service was quick and easy

Property is very basic, and a little run down. But cheap, and convenient for a brief overnight stay.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, with basic amenities. Two ring hob and microwave. The shower could be better as the shower head kept sliding when trying to shower. The windows do not have safety catches so something to consider if you have small children or others who are not safety aware. The hotel is noisy at nights with passers by and the noise through the walls. Take ear plugs. The hotel is worth the price though and only a 5-10 minutes taxi from Eurodisney. I would stay here again but know to expect the noise.

It was ok, could do with a deep clean especially in the bathroom. The double bed was two single beds push d together which kept falling apart. The roof leaked our full trip, when we arrived it was late the kids walked in and fell on the wet floors, the shower didn’t work without the bath running at the same time and vice versa, bath plug didn’t stay in so the water would empty as the kids were in the bath.

Fine for only sleep and pass the day in Disneyland

It was very close to disneyland and the location was really nice.

Rooms have been renovated but still very dirty. Very extreme budget experience on a non budget price. Shower would not stay up so had to hold it by hand to wash. Expected to remove own rubbish. Floor was filthy (my feet were black) bed cracked and felt like it was about to break each time we moved. Would not recommend.

We absolutely loved this hotel, the room was really clean, the shower was lovely we were so chuffed that there was a fridge as it was 38 degrees, also a stove and microwave.the rooms were quiet,the hotel provided us with fans. 30 min walk to Disney 5minute walk to the local shopping centre at Val D Europe. We worked out the r & r was a 5 minute walk so did that a couple of times. The staff were really friendly let us store our luggage until departure. A very beautiful hidden gem .

The hotel smelled terrible, the rooms were bad. I checked in and after an hour I left and booked at a different hotel.

Lovely apartments, well equipped. Great location for DLP. 6 minute walk to train to the parks. Apartments situated right beside shopping mall and supermarket. The only negative was no AC, we had the fan on and windows open but still so hot

We stayed here for a few days while we traveled to Disneyland. Overall, we had a very nice stay. The front desk staff were friendly and hospitable. The room was clean but small, and even though you have a room with a double bed it's really two single squished together so they will come apart and you will fall between them. The room was clean, although dated and the one thing that surprised us was that there was no aircon in the room although they did supplies with a fan that did work well. With 30° weather each day though the fan was getting a workout. The porcelain floors were cracked and it needs a little bit of TLC. We would stay here again though. The neighborhood is very nice and surprisingly quiet especially in the evening, and it's only a 20 to 25 minute walk to Disneyland , or take the train.

This hotel exceeded expectations. Considering the price, it was good value. We had everything we needed and the staff were very helpful. It is a great location for Disney and a 40 minute train ride to central Paris.

Room overall ok but bathroom very dated, mould and rust too. Corridor and main door could do with painting, nasty smell in corridor and reception area at times. No air con so room was VERY warm. Great location for RER and shopping centre.

The location is convenient, within walking distance of the train and next to the mall. The room was good. But the window insulation in the room facing the street was poor and it was difficult to sleep at night, we woke up several times due to normal street noise. On the day of departure, the hotel staff did not allow us to leave our luggage beyond 6:00 PM even though we had a late flight at night, so half of that day was wasted on keeping our luggage instead of walking around Paris at leisure, even though the staff in the lobby stayed until 7:00 PM and we also asked to arrive later and have them leave our luggage outside the locked lobby but they refused, it was very disappointing

The man at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The room itself was dirty, the sheets were stained, there were holes in cabinets, etc.

Close to the train station from Disneyland. The area was quiet and I felt safe walking at late hours. Breakfast was very good.

It was an ok stay. there was no air conditioning but the front desk did provide us with a fan but it got extremely hot in the room. There was a sign that said please wash the dishes with the kit provided, which we didn't get so I asked the front desk and they said no we don't have anything so there was no way to wash dishes for 4 days which really made things a little more difficult to eat without clean dishes. The windows did not have screens on them and when it rained the windows swelled shut so you couldn't reopen them due to the cheap particle board window seals that they have inside the apartment! For it to be a three-star hotel I definitely expected a little bit better

The hotel/apartment was perfect, clean and comfortable. Everything was clean apart from the built in shower area which was full of mould. Ideal for Disneyland which is just a couple of minutes on the train. Also the hotel is right next to a great shopping centre which has a LIDL too.

We stayed as 2 adults for 2 nights for a trip to Disney for May the 4th. The Aparthotel is in a perfect location for Disney, it took us around 15min to walk or its 2min on the RER which is a few min walk away. It is also right by the Val de Europe shopping centre so perfect for getting all your shopping from Lidl or Auchen. The apartment had everything we needed, a comfy bed, a small kitchenette and small bathroom with shower. Everything was clean and tidy and yes it is a bit dated but perfectly functional. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor and we didn’t notice any noise at all. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend staying here and will be staying again!

The place was perfect. It was close to metro. It was only 1 stop to Disney. It was a very safe neighborhood. The breakfast was satisfying with many choices. The room & bed were very comfortable.

We were checking in after 7pm so the reception wasn't open. On the way there, saw the message stating you had to contact them beforehand if this was the case. Panicked but eventually managed to contact an agent. When we arrived, our keys weren't in the outside box. It kept saying it didn't recognise the booking. Called the number on the box and although his English wasn't very good (our french was non existent) he walked us through how to access the keys in the safe box inside. You put the 4 digit code in and the keys pop out the locked boxes. Our stay was clean and comfortable

The place needs updating, but OK for a night or two at Eurodisney. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A basic, convenient base for Marne le Vallee and Disney. We stayed one night whilst changing trains but it was near enough to Disney that we walked over to Festival Disney for a beer in the evening. Good value for the area and very near the Val d’Europe shopping centre

Very dirty, doors with holes, panels cracked, floor tiles cracked, shells and window sills that are chipping away no staff at reception in the evening, very noise. No good night sleep!! Stay away from this hotel.

Well equipped for a short stay, with comfortable beds and good shower and bath facilities. A 5 minute walk from Val de Europe shopping centre, and 20 minute walk from Disneyland park, it is very well located. A budget hotel, but excellent value

The room we got was not as showen in pictures, the floor had cracks in it, the shelf only had a curtain to cover but was in poor condition and the shower/shower curtain in very poor condition the shower had black mould what it looked it. Overall in an excellent location for disneyland but the room we stayed in was not pleasant at all.

Fabulous!! Our original hotel was overbooked so we chose this one. I’m so glad I did as it was amazing! Easy check in. Spacious room with lots of hanging space. Kitchenette. Complimentary tea, coffee, bottles of water, washing up liquid, tea towel, tv in living room and bedroom, hairdryer, handwash and shower gel. Needs a bit of updating and pillows were a bit hard for me but that was my personal choice. Near to the shopping centre, supermarket and train station. One stop from Disneyland. We will definitely be coming back again. Had an amazing stay!!

Lovely staff and absolutely fine if you just need somewhere to sleep/make food. Not as modern as the photos appear and plenty that could be 'done up' to make it nicer feeling. For example: • Replace the smashed tiles on the floor • The towels and mattresses had some stains so also need replacing • TV had very few channels which could be updated • We didn't love that we were required to take the bins out to the basement ourselves on checkout. Little fixes would make a huge difference as it's in a great location with good sized rooms and helpful staff.

The property is in a great location perfect for getting to Disneyland Paris. I walked in the morning to the park and it took me about 15 minutes. There is a shopping center about one minutes or less down the street and it has a huge Auchan (grocery store).

Property is right next to the Val d'Europe Shopping centre and close enough to Disney to get a quick Bolt or Uber. We stayed for 1 night 2 adults and 2 kids. There as a separate room with a double bed and a pull out bed for the kids in the living room.

Walking distance to Disneyland Paris. Supermarkets & shopping centre next door, Hospital, Everything is here! 10/10

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to Centro Commercial. Its about a 30 second walk away. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, on the small side but really great value for money. Have no complaints.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 4 visiting Disney and was pleasantly surprised considering some reviews the apartment we had was lovely and had everything we needed

Do not stay here! The smell is awful, made my daughter vomit it was that bad. It was noisey, someone tried to open our door in luckily we had the chain on. One single bed between 4 and a very hard chair. Absolutely filthy. Staff rude. I have stayed in thousands of hotels this is the worst I’ve ever seen we left early and one night due to the conditions

Apartment in hotel was comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was a great help. Reception staff were very good. Breakfast was fine but limited on hot options. The building and decor is starting g to look dates. Hotel is next to Vsl’de Europe mall and has good transport links, especially to Disneyland

I booked this hotel because of its location close btmy the mall and supermarket; however, the condition wasn't good since was still under renovation. The inside condition was pretty old but the price was reasonable.

Room was spacious. Good security. Friendly staff. Good location close to the shopping centre and the train station. Convenient for a trip to the Disney parks. Overall, a great stay.

Basic, but big room. Perfect for 1 night. Proximity to Disney is its selling point. Breakfast was only till 9am which was a shame as i missed this due to wanting a lie in!

Great for a large family visiting Disneyland. 25mins walk to the park, or 5mins walk to train station, and 1 stop to the parks. Also 5mins from massive shopping centre with supermarket. And a great bakery around the corner. Everything we need for a base when visiting the parks. Large rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff.

We had an amazing stay at Séjours & Affaires Serris! Everything was super clean, and all the amenities were available, which made my stay really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was just great. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

My kids wanted to give it 4 stars. It had everything we needed, basic but a perfect base. Staff were friendly and great with the kids. Easy access to the RER for Disney and good secure parking available.

Easy to find, 5-minute walk from station (RER from Gare de Lyon) and about 15 minutes to Disneyland if you don't mind the walk. 1 minute from Val d'Europe Shopping Centre and plenty of restaurants in surrounding area. Lots of underground parking available at reasonable rate. Be aware car park is also where rubbish is kept so could do with some proper bins given size of block. Apartment decor was a bit tired and there was a little black mould around the shower, but not in bad condition given the price. Can't rate cleaning service as only stayed 2 nights, but Reception very personable and multi-lingual.

This hotel shouldn't even be classed as a hotel. The following list is what we found wrong. 1, As soon as we walked in you could smell how musty it was. 2,vent on window broken off 3,bathroom unsafe broken tiles on floor bath was filthy toilet brush had poo on it, towels smelt musty and damp had to leave door open. 4,our door didnt lock we had to prop a chair next to it 5,broken tiles in kitchen,bin had broken lid, the kettle smelt like it had been washed with vinegar took us 3x to wash out before we could even use it. 6,There was mould on walls, curtains, ceilings there were dead bugs in the light. 7, The tiles in the kitchen were covered in grease as well as the floor and the light switches 8, The table was very wobbly

Pretty close to the Train Station and Disney Parks, easy Digital Check in and Check out, Great breakfast and service!

Didn’t like the rule about having to take out your own garbage, or be charged extra for cleaning. Great location, walkable to Disney the sidewalk is well lit.

Very easy to find, clean but needs updating. outside machine to get keys was very useful. Could use with signs of where to go once in the building as we arrived in the evening and we're a bit unsure where to go after getting the keys.

This is not worthy of 3 stars, this is 1 or 2 star accommodation. At check in we were given a dirty ground floor room, poor mattresses and no mechanical ventilation which meant windows that opened onto a bus stop with people smoking, broken floor tiles and fixtures. We were upgraded to a much bigger room on the 4th floor which was much better (still broken floor tiles and fixtures) but probably worth an average review

Property did not have a fire alarm sensors in the rooms and a very faint alarm sound was audible in the hallway, there was no staff in the premises to guide and help and guest had to call the firemen

Good location for access to Disney and the adjacent shopping centre. Room was nice with a little kitchen which was handy but we had a lot of noise from the room above as we were on the ground floor. Beds were comfy.

Reception was very friendly and we had no issues xhecking in or out. Underground parking was great and for a reasonable €11 per night (24hrs). Short walk to Disneyland or train station with trains until midnight to the centre of Paris (30ish minutes). Room was a little dated. Bedding was clean, but had to make the sofabed ourselves (despite booking for 5) and the crockey/cutlery was not all clean, but nothing awful.

Good location and just what we needed for Disneyland. It wasn't easy to make any meals though. We only had one glass for four of us and also only three tablespoons.

Excellent communication from property as we were arriving after reception closed for the day. Easy clear instructions to gain access to room. Highly recommend for families visiting Disneyland Paris as bus stop close by. Parking on the street free overnight and 2 hours during daytime. Apartment clean and big enough for 3 adults to share.

Never ever ever go here. Black mold all over our room so we left and had to pay for another hotel because they would not refund us. So bad. Please don’t go

Property is well maintained and the location is very convenient to walking to the train to go to/from Disneyland. Be aware the reception is only open from 7am-7pm if you have a late arrival or an early departure. There is a process for late key access but if you are looking for simple easy check in or have questions you’d better arrive during the checkin window. We’d requested a 2 bed room but were given a single bed and the reception had already closed by the time we’d gotten to the room to discover that. Otherwise the stay was great.

Absolutely horrible place. Stinks like cigarettes. No one there to check you in. Automatic check-in gave me card that did not work. Couldn't communicate. We left and found another place to stay

Great affordable property walkable to Disneyland Paris and right next door to Val D’Europe. It’s cheap and cheerful but the staff were lovely and there for about you needed. I’d stay again.

Polite personnel, clean, perfect size

The location of this hotel was great for access to the theme parks and shopping but the hotel itself was the most basic I have ever stayed in, the t.v. Had no English Chanel’s the room had no ventilation and the shower flooded the whole bathroom, the kitchenette was not really equipped for cooking as we were led to believe. This hotel would be fine if you were just sleeping and nothing else!

The room was very tatty. The photos of all room were the same but they weren’t. Only when I was there did the staff tell me it was because some had been renovated but the photos did not show this difference . This is so misleading and i’d have been happy to spend a bit extra. Location is good for Disneyland and staff were very good. Easy parking in basement.

Good location for Disneyland access, friendly staff. Nearby massive shoppong centre. 2nd time been styaing here, great place definitly recimend it.

Old, dated hotel with a terrible smell in the bathroom. The beds were new and clean.

Property was clean, but very run down, the bathroom had a terrible drain smell, the shower was terribly designed and the curtain was rubbish so the whole bathroom floor basically flooded when you used the shower. The top of the fridge was broken off so had sharp edges revealed. The parking felt slightly more complicated than it needed to be, but was only €11 a night so fairly reasonable. Our room was also on the street side of the property, so was fairly loud could hear peoples conversation as they walked past the room, so not very good windows. Felt expensive for the state of the property. Good location for walking to Disney and for train station with easy journey into Paris, so great location.
