The walls are extremely thin and can hear people next door, snoring, dropping things, plugging things into the wall. The air conditioning wasn't very powerful at all.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Jó helyen volt, a strand homokos, a személyzet nagy része kedves, tisztaság volt Mivel régi személyzeti szobákban voltunk, így nem volt annyira hangos
All inclusive ellátást foglaltunk, amelyekben a koktélok automatából jöttek, életemben nem ittam ilyen rosszat, a kaják finomak de nagyon gyér a választék. Minden étkezés után neked kell elpakolni, evőeszközt, szalvétát neked kell keresni épp valamelyik fal mellől,ők nem tesznek ki. Volt, hogy magadnak kellett letörölni a másik után az asztalt, hogy le tudj ülni enni…. Látszott hogy 2 szint, kb 2x6 szoba személyzeti szoba volt régen, amelyek át lettek alakítva. Ebből kaptunk egyet. Kilátás nincs, ablak nem záródik. A “takaró” egy lepedőnél is vékonyabb anyag, az ágy max 130 cm két főnek. Had ne mondjam, hogy ez nem pihenés volt, mert aludni nem lehetett. Másik szobát nem kaptunk, arra hivatkozva, hogy nincs, pedig a bookingon volt elérhető… A liftek katasztrófálisan működtek. Mindezt baromi sok pénzért, kb 30.000 Ft/fő/éj Abszolút nem érte meg. Többet ide nem jövünk :) Egy szó mint száz… senkinek sem ajánljuk 🤗

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026The location was lovely, on the beach. The pool was also great but only available from 10 AM, would be great if it was accessible earlier in the morning.
When we arrived to the accommodation, the water was not running. It continued till the next morning so we were without water for 10 hours straight, even though we were assured it will start again during the night. No water in the shower, toilet or the sink. There was no solution offered for us and the staff at the desk that evening wasn’t very pleasant.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Orgazzazione della reception, del bar e del ristorante veramente impeccabili. Posizione centrale dell'hotel, servizio buffet completo e dettagliato.
Manca un servizio di sorveglianza rigorosa alle piscine; ognuno fa quello che vuole, occupa le sdraio e i lettini senza essere presente e molti sono costretti a rinunciare alla piscina per colpa di questi incivili. Il servizio di pulizia delle camere è organizzato molto male:: in una settimana non abbiamo mai capito quando fosse pronta la camera (a volte prima di pranzo e a volte dopo pranzo. Questo è sintomo di insufficienza di personale che però ricade sulla vacanza degli ospiti come me che considerano un momento di mera vacanza anche la siesta dopo pranzo, dal momento che non posso permettermela tutto il resto dell'anno. La direzione dovrebbe curare di più questo aspetto, per il relax dei suoi ospiti.

I didn’t like seeing people reserving the pool loungers with their towels from 7 in the morning until 9 at night. I could see this happening from my balcony. I think this policy should be changed.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i toplo, osjećali smo se vrlo dobrodošlo. Tri vanjska bazena i prekrasna plaža koju od hotela dijele samo stepenice. Oduševljeni smo. Svaki obrok ima raznolik izbor prefine hrane, svaki dan nešto drugo. Animatori zabavljaju djecu a i odrasle, svaki dan su imali nešto u planu. Također jako ljubazni. Pogled sa balkona je nevjerovatan. Velike preporuke za obitelj sa djecom i obitelj koja želi miran odmor. Definitivno cemo se vratiti opet.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Ryan was brillant, he helped give sugary drink to my wife when her diabetes made her low while we were locked out of our room and gave us exstra towels when needed. Vladimir was very helpful on the desk and helped out with the taxis. Roberta was an amazing energy and the place is lucky to have her, she's full of energy and positivity and she was a joy to chat to.
The water was off for a while but that can happen anywhere and the hotel got it resolved. Must have been a plumbing issue but this can happen anywhere.

Die Zimmer erinnern zu Beginn an ein Krankenhauszimmer, das Badezimmer könnte auf Stand gebracht werden und es ist nicht notwendig, das kleine Ameisen im Badezimmer herum spazieren Die vier Lifte sollten regelmäßig gewartet werden Der Preis für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt auch bei kurzfristiger Buchung ist überteuert

Hotellet är slitet. Rummen behöver renoveras. Området borde fräschas till med tennisbanan och golfbanan som var fallfärdigt och drar ner helhetsintrycket. Frukostmatsalen är som en skolmatsal och väldigt stökigt. Hotellreceptionisterna var inte serviceminded och arbetade bara på löpande band. Helt ointresserade av gästerna. Hälsade inte välkommen vid incheckning och frågade inte om vistelsen varit bra vid utcheckning. Väldigt opersonligt mottagande.

Pues todo, no le gusto nada, las habitación horribles, pague más por vistas al mar me dieron con terraza al alfalto , tenia perdida de agua el aire acondicionado, la comida malísima, cogí dos habitaciones para una noche entré a las dos y a las diez de la mañana salía corriendo cuando mi intención era pasar el fin de semana una pérdida de dinero absoluto

Very disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard expected for the price. Our first room had an air conditioning leak which left water all over the floor, creating a slipping hazard for our toddler. We were initially told there were no other rooms available and only after around an hour of complaining were we moved. The replacement room then had a blocked sink for three days before it was repaired. The food was basic, lacked variety for a hotel of this size and often didn’t taste fresh. Drinks choice was limited. Housekeeping was poor – beds were simply made, the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, and the sheets were never changed during our stay despite my toddler staining them. One morning, after arriving late for breakfast, a member of staff tried to take my plate away before realising the food would simply be thrown away. When my daughter became ill during our stay, the manager told me to “use some common sense” instead of showing empathy. We were also told to clean up the vomit ourselves as there was no evening housekeeping, only the offer of a bucket and mop. The area around the main pool was extremely slippery, and I saw several children, including mine, slip over. Overall, many staff were unfriendly, customer service was poor, and the hotel was overpriced for what it offered. I would not return.

das Hotel lebt nur von seiner idealen Lage direkt am Strand, am Pool hast Du das Gefühl von Badeanstalt ohne Niveau, der Betrieb der 4 Aufzüge bei 9 Etagen ist ein No-Go !!! die stehen irgendwo oder fahren an deiner Etage vorbei, wir waren zum Glück in der 3. Etage, sind immer gelaufen und selbst am Abreisetag haben wir unsere Koffer nach unten getragen, der gesamte Betrieb ist eine Massenabfertigung!!!! Billig-Urlaub, die Außen-Anlagen total veraltet und zum Teil verrottet (z.B. alte Minigolfanlage und alter Sportplatz), die Gäste liegen mit Ihren Füßen auf den Sitzflächen der 'Lounge'-Möbel usw. die Zimmer sind viel zu eng, man kann mit dem Koffer nicht zwischen Bett und Ablage-Brett durch, für korpulente Menschen und/oder mit Behinderung ganz schlecht, Paare mit kleinen Kindern haben die Kinderwagen auf dem Flur abgestellt, weil kein Platz im Zimmer ist.... Keine Ablageflächen im Zimmer, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet Speisesaal laut, voll - wie Kantine !!!! Wir hatten zwar mit Frühstück gebucht, haben aufgrund der Situation drauf verzichtet und sind am Strand zum Frühstücken ! Am Abreisetag waren die Batterien im Safe leer, ging nicht mehr zu öffnen.......

Absolutny hluk v izbe - dvere do izby vyrobene z papiera, este dokonca pod dverami poriadne prah nie je urobeny (v kazdej izbe to tak je), takze pocujete vsetko aj o 5 izieb dalej. S dietatom som to naozaj privitala (pisem ironicky). A izba extremne mala pre 3 ludi. Zistili sme, ze si mozeme zobrat plazove uteraky az na treti den - nikto nam to na recepcii nepovedal na zaciatku. Za uteraky treba dat cash zalohu. Nemozete si to napisat na izbu ako ktorykolvek normalny hotel....musela som bezat 2x aby som tych 10 euro v hotovosti niekde zohnala na jeden stary plazovy uterak. Nemali sme all inclusive a ked sme si chceli kupit v hotelovom bare pitie, tak namiesto toho, aby to uctovali na izbu a mali sme pohodlie a zaplatili by sme to pri check oute, sme museli mat peniaze stale pri sebe aj ked sme mali len plavky. Nie je to daka katastrofa, ale pre nas ako ked ideme na dovolenku su tieto veci bariera. Vecera bola tak zla, ze sme nakoniec chodili do restauracii vonku, kde kvalitne navarili. Ja rozumiem, ze je to obrovsky hotel, ale za tu cenu s tou masou ludi....je to naozaj all inclusive hotel len pre ludi, co chcu all inclusive a je im jedno, ze piju vino z plastovych poharov. Bohuzial tento hotel nebudeme odporucat a tiez sa uz do neho nevratime. Pomer cena/vykon je na hroznej urovni. Neverim, ze som za 4 dni zaplatila 1000 eur.

Le service était impeccable et le personnel accueillant et professionnel. La restauration était de très bonne qualité. Le lit était confortable et tout était parfaitement en ordre. Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour et je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation. Merci à toute l'équipe !

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026L'emplacement, proche de la plage de sable. Pas de besoin de marcher loin pour y arriver. Seul bémol ( un gros bémol), soit disant les guests de l'hôtel ne peuvent pas prendre a boire de l'hôtel pour aller a la plage. Soit disant c'est interdit.
Le menu du buffet. All inclusive qui n'est pas vraiment all inclusive, pas de bouteille d'eau. Faut les acheter. Les prix hors all inclusive sont super élevés a mon avis. Le buffet est le meme qui se répète a 2 jours d'intervalle Si un jour ils font du poulet, le lendemain de la viande, et re belote pour le 3eme jour Donc bof. Les chambres sont très petites meme pour une seule personne. Une seule prise d'électricité. Pas de bouilloire, pas de serviette de plage, faut donner une caution pour tout, et payer des frais d'utilisation.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Estancia muy agradable en general. Las habitaciones renovadas están muy bien, cómodas y modernas, aunque los baños necesitan una renovación. Como mejora, añadiría algún tendedero en el balcón para poder colgar la ropa. Lo mejor del hotel es la piscina superior, muy bonita y con una zona de tumbonas perfecta para descansar. La comida y el servicio son bastante correctos. Además, cuenta con muchos espacios cómodos para relajarse: zona sport para ver deportes, comedor interior y exterior, gimnasio y varias zonas renovadas muy agradables y bien equipadas. Ubicación perfecta, ya que está la playa justo al lado.

Restaurant is a canteen. Food is very basic. Access to drinks limited - literally big queues and only 2-3 small bars open with one bar person serving. Animacion really terrible and discotheque room a really dark and dingy place -not pleasant. DO not go all inclusive. If you venture out to the many local places you can enjoy your food, drink and atmosphere much better.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Personnel très agréable et disponible, vue magnifique et hôtel très bien localisé, accès à la plage parfait. Les piscines sont très agréables, de même que les activités et les bars/ restauration.
Malheureusement le lit était très dur et pour la qualité de l’hôtel la douche n’est pas au niveau.. pommeau petit avec un très bas débit et l’eau passe du froid au chaud tout le temps. De plus, la porte vers le balcon était très difficile à ouvrir et la climatisation faisait un bruit atroce.

La habitación y su equipqmiento calificaría en tre 2 y 3 estrellas, nunca 4 estrellas. El hotel es muy grande, más de 1000 pasajeros, y está todo tomado por tours de turismo. Creo que Booking debería prevenir de esto en su página. El hotel debe mejorar mucho el sercicio de las habitaciones. No había ningún amenities, toallas chicas, sábanas cortas, frigobar vacío, habitación espartana.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Struttura stupenda, ben organizzata e il fatto che è a due passi dal mare la rende perfetta! Interni ed esterni molto curati e ben tenuti! Ho apprezzato la pulizia giornaliera della camera e la pulizia continua dei tavoli durante i pasti! Un grosso grazie a tutto lo staff!
Prezzi un po al limite se si vuole prendere da bere o altro, al di fuori di quel che è compreso nella mezza pensione, inoltre le stanze dovrebbero essere un po più insonorizzate, perché si sentono tutti i rumori durante la notte dagli scarichi del wc ai vicini di camera nell’intimità! 😂

- pas de couverture alors qu’il faisait très froid - Pour avoir un bouilloire, il faut payer et laisser une caution - les distributeurs ne marchaient pas - pour entrer dans la chambre, on a dû faire l’aller retour 3 fois pour dire qu’on arrive pas à accéder avec les cartes qu’elles nous donnaient et ils nous ont appelé un technicien pour changer les piles On a passé le weekend à faire des allers retours à l’accueil sachant qu’il faut attendre une éternité pour prendre l’ascenseur ou prendre les escaliers

Jedzenie tragedia , wszystko wyglądało ale niestety bez smaku, twarde, suche .. materac okropnie twardy (wszystkie pokoje maja takie same gdyż mieliśmy inny pokój na innym piętrze i materac był ten sam) pokojówka codziennie zmieniala reczniki ale jak była brudna poduszka to ją odwróciła na druga stronę przez 9 dni ani razu nie zmienione prześcieradło,podłoga brudna pełno piasku, wanny przez 9dni nikt nam nie umył, łazienki są w stanie tragicznym nawet na parterze przy recepcji zepsute wc , hotel z pozoru wyglada na zadbany ale niestety taki nie jest. Animacje dla dzieci również na niskim poziomie w piwnicach które śmierdzą stęchlizną.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Nagyon szép helyen van, szép a kilátás, jó ár-érték arány. Jól megközelíthető, a reggeli is változatos és rendben volt.
Sajnos a szobàk nem túl felszereltek. (Vízforraló, teafőző) A falak nagyon vékonyak, mindent át hallani a másik szobából, igen zavaró. A nyílászárók régiek és nem túl jó minőségűek. A liftek működése nem megfelelő.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Die Lage am Strand ist schön. Die Poolanlagen sind einladend und es gibt viele Liegen.
Das Personal war teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Im Essenssaal sind Tauben rumgelaufen und haben auf den Boden gekackt und es hat niemand weggemacht. Beim Buffet gab es für Vegetarier nur Beilagen zu essen. In unserem Bad war die Duschwand kaputt und stand die ganze Zeit offen. Rücksichtnahme war hier außerdem ein Fremdwort: (Fast) jeder hat nur auf sich geachtet, beim Buffet gedrängelt, Liegen reserviert oder spät abends rumgegrölt.

Es war sehr laut durch die Reinigungskräfte und durch die handwerklichen Arbeiten an der Feuertreppe. Zudem war das Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet unhöflich.Handtücher und alles andere, was man gebrauchen könnte. Für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt musste man extra bezahlen was für mich nicht verständlich ist bei einem Viersternehotel.

Dalla doccia usciva l'acqua con pochissima pressione. Piscina esterna non riscaldata.

Das Hotel ist sehr alt und aber das Preisleistungsverhältniss ist gut. Das Hotel ist Seher hellhörig man hört jedes Gespräch und Wassergeräusche.
