Für 4 Sterne sollten man mehr erwarten können . Frühstück wie in einer Jugendherberge, sehr laut und die Auswahl ist nicht besonders. Man wird Pünktlich rausgeworfen um 10:30.

Nous avons passé l'été en famille et, franchement, tout s'est plutôt bien passé. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et équipées de tout le nécessaire. L'offre gastronomique était riche et variée. On trouvait toujours quelque chose de différent chaque jour : pancakes, gaufres, gâteaux… Un vaste choix et une grande variété de plats. Sans oublier les fruits sélectionnés pour leur qualité. On sent que l'établissement est bien géré. Au dîner, nous avons pu déguster des saveurs méditerranéennes, avec des salades vertes, des viandes et des poissons en sauce. Sans oublier des desserts qui n’ont rien à envier à ceux de France. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour son offre culinaire.

Nous avons passé trois jours de détente. Je tiens à souligner l'amabilité du personnel et la richesse et la saveur du buffet. Les pizzas étaient différentes chaque jour et vraiment délicieuses. Certains desserts étaient faits maison, ce qui se ressentait dans leur excellent goût. L'offre gastronomique était toujours variée.

We stayed there at the end of August. The temperature was perfect and there were always sun loungers available. We opted for the room-only package. At the hotel, you could pay for breakfast and dinner; we did this on some days, whilst on others we ate out in the local area as we were going on day trips. There was always plenty of variety at the buffet, and you could ask for gluten-free bread. The waffles were incredible. The coffee was really good, to be honest. What we liked best was the themed corner; one day we found Iberian cured meats there. We only had dinner at the hotel once, and the dishes we tried were varied and full of flavour. There was grilled meat and fish. All the staff were very friendly.

A few days’ break. We stayed at the end of August and had a double room in Block 1 with a bath. There are four buildings connected by a flight of stairs. There are two outdoor swimming pools. Breakfast was excellent – fried eggs, bacon, and specialities such as a chocolate fountain. Everything was delicious. In the evening, there’s always a good variety on the grill – meat or fish – and you can have it cooked to your liking. One day there was some really tasty sushi. Thanks to all the staff, we had a lovely holiday. Close to the beach and 25 minutes from the airport.

No era fácil poder comunicar con personal de recepción. El cable del teléfono de la habitación cortado. Había q conectarse por WhatsApp y no contestaban rápido. Pedí unos cubiertos y no tenían. Tuve q comer con las manos y beber con el vaso del baño. La nevera no funcionaba tampoco. Por lo cual el día que llegué me fui 3 horas después.

Már második alkalommal foglaltunk itt szállást. Mivel mi csak magyarul beszélünk és most nem volt segítségünk,kicsit aggódtunk a bejelentkezéstől. (Nem kellett volna) . A recepción a hölgy nagyon türelmes volt velünk. Köszönjük Neki. Csodás 9 napot töltöttünk ott. Még biztos visszatérünk.

Spędziliśmy w hotelu Ona Palmira Paguera fantastyczny urlop i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka idealnego balansu między relaksem a świetną bazą wypadową. Hotel urzeka od samego wejścia – jest niezwykle czysty, zadbany i urządzony ze smakiem. Pokoje są przestronne, nowoczesne i sprzątane codziennie z ogromną dokładnością. Łóżka okazały się bardzo wygodne, co po całych dniach zwiedzania było na wagę złota. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu i cicho. Strefa basenowa to prawdziwy raj. Basen jest czysty, otoczony pięknym, zielonym ogrodem, który daje mnóstwo naturalnego cienia. Co ważne, nigdy nie brakowało wolnych leżaków, a atmosfera sprzyjała prawdziwemu odpoczynkowi i wyciszeniu. Jedzenie to kolejny ogromny plus tego miejsca. Śniadania i obiadokolacje były po prostu pyszne, bardzo urozmaicone i świeże. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie – od lokalnych hiszpańskich przysmaków po dania kuchni międzynarodowej. Na osobną pochwałę zasługuje cała obsługa hotelu. Wszyscy pracownicy, od recepcji po panie sprzątające i kelnerów, są niezwykle serdeczni, pomocni i zawsze uśmiechnięci. Można poczuć się tu naprawdę ugoszczonym. Lokalizacja jest wręcz idealna – hotel położony jest w spokojnej okolicy, ale wystarczy krótki, kilkuminutowy spacer, aby dotrzeć do pięknej piaszczystej plaży oraz tętniącej życiem promenady z licznymi sklepami, restauracjami i barami. Z pewnością wrócimy do Ona Palmira przy kolejnej wizycie na Majorce. Piękne miejsce, świetny standard i cudowna atmosfera!

The hotel is very good, new and clean. Staff is very friendly, especially the catering mananger Havel who wrote Mandarin brilliantly to my daughter! Location is perfect, less thand 10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.

We had a message from hotel conforming thst the breakfast would be eur 10 per person but the message wasnt clear as the 10 euros was only if you book at the reception for all the nights of your stay but if you go to directly to restaurant then you are charged eur 12. Also we were not informed in advance that there is a charge per night for the safe deposit box in the room.. The entrance to the hotel is not clearly marked on the road. You have to follow a dead end road where there is private parking again payable (where there is no code to lift the barrier but you have to call the hotel reception from your cell phone each time) or park in the town's municipal parking if there is space.. After checking in at the reception, people who have disabilities it is not feasible for them to carry suitcases down wooden steps to block B from the reception. There is no connecting lift or ramp from the reception to blocks B and C. These steps are very.dangerous at night because some of the steps are lit up and others are not and the lights are badly adjusted. There is no light from outside the reception to these steps so if you go to the hotel bar near the reception one has to be extremely careful. The restaurant definitely needs some reorganization too. To try to get to the outside terrace you need to push pass people at the coffee machines as there is limited space. The washing machines and dryers were dirty are not regularly cleaned by hotel staff. There is no room laundry service at this hotel. The pool area is washed down every day except for the parasols which have bird droppings on them, they were not cleaned during the 9 nights of our stay. Some people tend to sit by the pool.until 01.00 hrs talking loudly and disrespectful of people trying to sleep. The doors to the rooms are constantly slammed in the night. People abuse the non smoking signs in the rooms and twice we were made to leave the rooms in the middle of the night once at 02.00 pm and once at 05.

Alles !!!! Wir haben dort nur übernachtet. Ohne Verpflegung. Weil wir seit Jahren in Paguera unterwegs sind. Aber dieses Hotel hat mich überrascht. Wir haben fantastisch geschlafen. Die Zimmer sind modern und haben alles was man benötigt. Die Pools sind tolllll!!!!!!!! Es gibt verschiedene. Eine tolle Terasse. Leckeren Café. Sogar Waschen kann man dort. Vom Boulevard läuft man ca 5 Minuten einfach den Berg runter. Es ist nicht weit weg vom Geschehen.

The pool was nice

Half empty hotel, tired and worn out in places, pool was only good thing, but no pool bar and tatty pool surrounding. We had a fire alarm at 3am, which apparently is a regular event! The cost we paid was quite high, the rooms were not together, we were offered an access room which we rejected and complained to get a slightly better room. It just felt like a collection of hotel that we failing, about to close and badly manageds

La amabilidad del personal, la variedad de comida y la comodidad de tener la habitación y el restaurante en el mismo bloque. Buena variedad de comida.

La piscina del bloque 3 y 4 estaba un poco descuidada, la habitación aunque estaba reformada, el baño requería más limpieza. Faltaba el café descafeinado de máquina, zumo natural o de mejor calidad en el desayuno.

We observed many other guests with the exact same large red bites (which are often mistaken for mosquitoes). The mattresses are infested. Probably in many rooms the problem is the same. ​Cleanliness: The hotel design is outdated, and the premises are dirty. ​Poor Room Amenities & Value: The price-quality ratio is unacceptable for an expensive Deluxe room. The mini-fridge was broken. Got a new one - broken too. * There is no kettle, tea, or coffee provided. * They do not even provide basic drinking glasses — when we asked the staff for some, they refused, and we had to take them from the restaurant ourselves. ​Management Response: I provided clear photo evidence to the hotel director. The response was a generic apology template. They took zero responsibility and offered absolutely no compensation or discount. It was our first time in Paguera and at ONA Palmira. As soon as we arrived, we were looked after very well at reception; they gave us a QR code containing all the hotel information, so we could check services, opening times and so on at any time – such as the guest laundry service, which costs €5 and you can drop off your laundry at reception. That very same day, we went for dinner; all the restaurant staff were really friendly and the presentation was superb – every dish is labelled with its name and any allergy information. The food on offer was varied and of high quality, as were the flavour and freshness of the ingredients. There are two swimming pools, one of which doubles as an à la carte snack bar for a mid-afternoon break – the burgers were absolutely delicious.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un excellent hôtel, nous recommandons à 100 % ! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis. L’équipe est vraiment parfaite : souriante, professionnelle, disponible et aux petits soins. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe ! La localisation est superbe : l’hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme et agréable. L’arrêt de bus est à seulement 6 minutes à pied, avec des lignes directes vers Palma et l’aéroport, ce qui est vraiment très pratique. La plage se trouve à environ 200 mètres, et il y a également de nombreuses autres plages accessibles facilement aux alentours. L’hôtel est très propre et calme, avec deux belles piscines. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir nous baigner librement, même le soir, dans une ambiance très agréable et reposante. Nous avons également eu la chance d’avoir une très belle chambre, propre et au calme, avec une agréable vue sur la piscine. C’était un vrai plaisir de pouvoir profiter de la tranquillité de l’hôtel. Côté restauration, le buffet est varié et la nourriture est très bonne, avec suffisamment de choix pour satisfaire tout le monde. En résumé, un excellent hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Une équipe formidable, une très bonne localisation, de belles installations, de la propreté, du calme et une bonne restauration : tout était réuni pour passer de très belles vacances. Disfrutamos varios días en agosto Veníamos con la media pensión Desayuno de 07h30 a 10h30, perfecto para quienes no madrugamos. Encontramos gofres, comida típica de la zona y de proximidad. Unos sabores deliciosos, siempre fruta fresca y de temporada. Por la noche el horario más extranjero, hasta las 21h00 pero es lógico, Paguera es una zona alemana. Llegamos siempre a las 20h00 después de la piscina y nos atendían súper rápido y majos todos, cada día carne y pescado a la plancha, pedimos pan sin gluten para mi nieta y siempre tenían disponible. Un día nos tocó el menú mexicano, con nachos y otros productos bien elaborados. Para acabar el día, unos mojitos preparados con esmero y bien presentados en el lobby bar. Un día usamos el snack bar, menuda amplitud de carta y que rica la hamburguesa de carne deshilachada, tardaron un poco pero es normal, llegó un grupo de italianos que pidieron de comer como si no hubiera mañana, disfrutaron de lo lindo

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Una estancia maravillosa Me ha encantado este hotel. Todo el personal es muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a hacer lo mejor para los huéspedes. El hotel está muy limpio, bien cuidado y organizado, rodeado de muchos árboles, plantas y flores. La zona de la piscina es muy agradable y ofrece un entorno tranquilo y bonito. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la playa y con fácil acceso al aparcamiento municipal gratuito. Quiero destacar especialmente a Tony y Rubén, del bar, por su amabilidad, atención y profesionalidad. Siempre están pendientes de los clientes y hacen todo lo posible para que uno se sienta bien. También Paola y Elza, de recepción, fueron encantadoras, muy simpáticas y atentas. He estado en muchos hoteles, pero este ha sido realmente especial. Me llevo un recuerdo maravilloso de mi estancia y volveré sin duda. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente!

Localização muito boa junto à praia e zona de comércio agradável e tranquila. O pequeno almoço e jantar eram muito bons e com alguma variedade. Piscinas boas com boas sombras. Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Quartos limpos e espaçosos.

O preço das bebidas no jantar pareceu-me um pouco exagerado e o facto de começarem a retirar a comida uns bons 20 min antes do horário de fecho tanto do pequeno almoço como do jantar. Desligarem as luzes e pedirem às pessoas para sair antes do fim do horário. Compreendo a finalidade mas achei exagerado. O spa e jacuzzi não estavam operacionais.

En general hemos pasado buenas estancia en el hotel con la familia Consta de 4 bloques 2 piscinas exteriores Comedor para el desayuno y le cena y un lobby bar en recepción y piscina Destacar la gran variedad de comida ofertada en el desayuno, con efectos wow cada día, desde donuts, fuente de chocolate, rincón mallorquín, ibéricos de calidad, unas cookies deliciosas Que decir de las cenas temáticas asiáticas con sushi jengibre y wasabi que delicia En snack bar probamos las quesadillas y el wrap de pollo, que rico todo a los pies de la piscina bajo el sol abrasador de la isla

La struttura è molto bella, spaziosa e ben organizzata, così come anche la camera, che abbiamo trovato ampia e confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di comunicare tramite WhatsApp senza dover necessariamente recarci alla reception. Il buffet è molto vario, con tantissime possibilità di scelta, e offre diverse opzioni per i pasti.

Avremmo preferito ricevere al momento del check-in qualche informazione in più riguardo alla struttura, ad esempio sugli orari della colazione e della cena e sugli altri servizi disponibili. Purtroppo non ci è stato spiegato praticamente nulla. Una sera abbiamo avuto un problema con l’acqua in bagno. Ci era stato comunicato che sarebbe stato risolto nel giro di 2 ore, ma alla fine il problema è rimasto irrisolto fino alla mattina successiva. Inoltre, una notte è scattato un falso allarme incendio. Anche in questa occasione ci saremmo aspettati maggiori informazioni da parte della struttura, non ci è stato spiegato cosa fosse successo né ci è stato comunicato chiaramente se fosse possibile rientrare tranquillamente nelle camere. Anche per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera, riteniamo che ci sia margine di miglioramento.

Wir waren 5 Tage mit der Familie dort und alles war perfekt. Geräumige Zimmer Das Frühstücksangebot umfasste eine große Auswahl an frischen Produkten und frisch gebratenen Eiern. Jeden Tag war das kulinarische Angebot eine neue Überraschung. An zwei Tagen entschieden wir uns, zum günstigen Preis von 21 $ im Buffet zu Abend zu essen, wo es gegrilltes Fleisch und Fisch gab, und an einem Tag gab es ein mexikanisches Themenbuffet. Das gesamte Restaurant- und Barteam hat unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht.

Die Gartenanlage, die Pools, die Buffets der Eingangsbereich, das freundliche Personal und das reichhaltige Buffet.

Im Speisesaal war es sehr laut.

La habitación era correcta, con balcon, limpieza en general bien, lo unico que no cambiaban las toallas y tuvimos que reclamar unas nuevas. El personal de recepción un 10 sobre todo Paula que se encargo de que nuestra estancia fuera un poco mas cercana a lo que esperabamos, muy atenta, sin ella no hubieramos podido disfrutar lo que habiamos pagado. Comida del buffet correcta, tampoco gran variedad pero correcta.

Instalaciones pésimas todo super descuidado, zonas desastrosas, mini club abandonado, zonas de cesped hechas un asco. Al llegar y hacer el check no obtuvimos ni información sobre el hotel ni sobre la zona eso nos decepcionó mucho ya que es lo minimo a nuestro parecer, tras investigar horarios de piscina y buffet ya que no nos informaron nos llevamos un gran chasco, buffet con horarios extranjeros sin adaptación al horario español, horario de piscina hasta las 18:00 que te incapacita a disfrutar de ella. Personal de comedor mayoritariamente bien, salvo el maître que tuvo varios comentarios desafortunados. Cuando fuimos a reclamar información sobre el spa y nos explicaron, bajamos a verlo y lo que vimos fue increíble cuchillas, compresas….etc, instalaciones en desuso, un desastre. Gracias a paula tuvimos compensacion en un spa de mayor calidad. Hotel con 0 ambiente, ni el tipico aquagym, ni entretenimiento para niños, muy abandonado en ese sentido. No volveria en relación calidad precio, sus estrellas dejan muy lejos lo que el hotel te ofrece .

Bellissima struttura con tanto e due piscine esterne bellissime, dotata di ogni comfort. Cena e colazione molto buone e varie e staff sempre disponibile e sorridente. Abbiamo trascorso davvero una bella vacanza

An incredible breakfast. A great variety at the buffet, with something different every day. The staff were incredibly friendly – everyone was lovely. And what can I say about the snacks? An impressive menu – I couldn’t wait to go back every lunchtime. Dinner featured a show cooking station and different specialities every day. Hats off to the kitchen and restaurant team, as well as the bar staff.

Struttura molto bella e accogliente, lo staff super gentile e premuroso. Simpaticissimo il signor Francesco che ci accoglieva ogni giorno al buffet della colazione e della cena. P.s la sangria è strepitosa!

La struttura si presenta molto ma molto grande, quindi per i luoghi di ritrovo generali occorreva fare molti minuti prima di raggiungerli.

El staff fue muy atento. El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila.

Durante toda nuestra estancia, apenas limpiaron la habitación. Tuvimos que subir a pedir toallas a recepción un par de veces porque no nos las cambiaban a pesar de haberlas dejado en la ducha. Tampoco barrían ni hacían la cama (como mucho, vaciaban la papelera). En recepción, nos dijeron que ese año estaban teniendo muchas quejas de la limpieza. Entiendo que sea una época de mucho trabajo y que, si te levantas un poco más tarde, no limpien algún día, pero no puede ser la norma. Por otro lado, hubo una noche que sonó la alarma de incendios dos veces (la primera, porque “una persona fumó en el baño de la habitación”, y la segunda, porque había un error en el sistema). Como no puede ser de otra manera, se agradece que la alarma funcione, pero echamos en falta una explicación seria por parte de la dirección del hotel, porque cada empleado con el que hablaras del tema, se limitaba a decir que este año están teniendo muchas problemas con la alarma antiincendios y que no saben qué pasa. Es más, la chica del hotel que estaba sola de guardia nos dijo que no sabía si la alarma iba a sonar más veces y que lo sentía mucho pero que no podía hacer nada más, porque el técnico llegaba a las 7 am.

Das Frühstück war einfach spektakulär. Jeden Tag ein anderer Wow-Effekt. Abwechslungsreiche und leckere Snackkarte. Das Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Aufmerksames und freundliches Servicepersonal.

The lunch we resived as we left, because we could not make it until breakfast. The fact that they asked me how is my stay and I told them things we didn't like and never got a response. I paid extra for the "ocean view" and it was not an ocean view.. When you come as a couple and there is 2 mattresses instead of a king/queen size one.

Gute Lage, ordentliche saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Hoteleigener Parkplatz mit Schranke. Kommunikation mit der Rezeption auch unkompliziert über Whatsapp möglich. Bin insgesamt zufrieden auch wenn der Preis etwas happig war (was wahrscheinlich an der Saison liegt), habe das Hotel aber auch praktisch nur zum Schlafen genutzt.

Der Rezeptionist hat es wahrscheinlich nur gut gemeint und versucht uns einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu empfehlen, wollte mir dann aber auch nicht glauben, dass der Parkplatz komplett überfüllt war. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn er einfach sofort meinem Wunsch nachgekommen wäre den Hotelparkplatz zu buchen (10€ pro Tag). Kommunikation bzw. Beschilderung wo man den Hotelparkplatz findet hätte auch deutlich besser sein können. Klimaanlage hat ziemlich laut geklappert und der Fernseher von anderen Gästen war gut zu hören. Daher habe ich immer Ohrstöpsel dabei. Frühstücksbuffet war recht bescheiden und hatte (zumindest in dem kurzen Aufenthalt) keine Variation.

La comida esta buena y el personal es amable.

El hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento, las piscinas al rededor estaban sucias y instalaciones viejas. El suelo de la habitación estaba sucia no pasan la aspiradora, barren un poco y listo. Fuimos con un bebe y el carrito para acceder a la habitación teníamos que bajar unas escaleras, no era nada cómodo.

Die Pools

Probleme in der vorstehenden Bewertung (Wespen, Gestank, etc) Als Kompensation haben wir nach einem Abendessen und/oder Late-Checkout gefragt. Beides war nicht möglich. Stattdessen haben wir Snacks und drinks für die Wartezeit zwischen checkout um 11 und Abfahrt zum Flughafen um 14 Uhr bekommen. Bisschen mau für das, was wir da erleben mussten.

Szép, rendezett, tiszta szoba. Rendszeres es alapos takarítás minden nap. Csodálatos reggeli, szép környezetben. Bár és billiárd a főépületben, a hozzá tartozó mosdó makulátlan tisztasága.

A fő épületben a lépcső és folyosó padlószőnyege gondozatlan, nem takarítják napi szinten. A mosoda részt jól láthatóan nagyon ritkán takarítják.

Die pools bzw die gesamte Anlage sind schön. Das war es dann aber leider auch schon. Hier wird quasi gerade das die gute Substanz sukzessive kaputt gemacht.

Wespen, die aus der Klimaanlage kamen und erst nach mehreren Anläufen wirklich beseitigt wurden, ekliger Kanalgeruch im Badezimmer, Türschloss, für das man jedes Mal Kraft und mehrere Versuche braucht,, Feueralarm nachts um 2 Uhr (was laut aktuellen Bewertungen offenbar häufiger vorkommt), Zimmer Karten, die einfach nicht mehr funktionieren, weil sie nur bis morgen aktiviert werden, schön anzusehendes, aber qualitativ eher schwaches Frühstück und Personal, das Situationen eher eskaliert als entschärft – hier liegt leider an sehr vielen Stellen einiges im Argen.

Bardzo fajny hotel. Mimo, że dość duży, bo składa się z kilku budynków, można znaleźć spokojne miejsce dla siebie. Usytuowany wśród zieleni, blisko plaży, a jednocześnie w spokojniejszym miejscu. Personel bardzo miły. Dostałam pokój na 5 piętrze z pięknym widokiem na morze. Śniadania i kolacje bardzo smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dzięki temu wszystkiemu, pobyt był niezapomniany.

Il cibo, la cortesia delle ragazze alla reception, la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e fare una doccia il giorno della partenza nonostante avessimo già fatto il check out, il prezzo rispetto al periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

Nulla. Consigliamo di lasciare più asciugamani per i clienti e qualche kit da hotel.

First time in Paguera. Highly recommend this hotel. Everything is fine: location, nice variety of food, everything is clean , no need to rent a car - there are 4 beaches nearby: Tora, Palmira, La romana ( sand beaches) as well as calla Fornells ( cute bay). There is also possibility to get a boat trip ( at Tora beach). I prefer the hotel because it’s quiet( without noisy parties)

Ganska slitet, lister i badrummet är vattenskadade. Ac panelen var helt krackelerad och sönder men knapparna fungerade. Man måste fråga om nya handdukar. Hissen gick sönder första natten då verkar en italiensk farbror fastnat och skrikit i hallen vilket var ett stort problem för det var väldigt lyhört.

Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Colazione ricca. Duranre la cena c’è sempre un cuoco che cucina al momento alla griglia pesce e carne (in aggiunta agli altri piatti presenti al buffet). A 5 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge pubbliche e vicinissimo alla strada principale di Paguera con negozi, bar e ristoranti. Posizione comoda per varie escursioni in barca e vicino alla fermata dell’autobus per raggiungere Palma, l’aeroporto e altre spiagge.

Purtroppo nella nostra camera c’era un forte odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno, segnalato allo staff ma non risolto, che non ci si aspetta da un hotel a 4 stelle. L’hotel è composto da più edifici e il nostro, pur essendo pulito e ammodernato, dava l’impressione di essere semi-abbandonato o comunque con tanti servizi non utilizzati e utilizzabili (il bar chiuso, la hall non utilizzata, delle zone relax con le luci sempre spente ecc): rispetto all’edificio principale, curato e decisamente più vissuto, ti dà l’impressione di essere un cliente di serie B.

Rooms very nice and big, staff really kind, location very nice, services were beautiful with tennis court, ping pong table, minigolf and pools.

Food was not good enough (we expected more), dinner times are not fine at all: until 8.45pm they start to put away the buffet, that’s too early especially for spain.

The hotel was very conveniently located, with everything you need within a 5-7-minute walk, including the sea. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful to all ages, and especially appreciated their interactions with children. As I later learned, Paguera is considered a partially German resort, and it was very nice when the staff made an effort to speak German. I highly recommend it.

Die Lage war super. Das Personal grade bei den Mahlzeiten super freundlich.

Die Sauberkeit draußen beim Pool (viel Vogelkacke, dreck auf den Boden ) Leider bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer als erwartete. Auf den Bilderb war ein ganz anders zu sehen. Für alles wirklich etwas zu teuer

Hotellet levede desværre slet ikke op til forventningerne. Til en pris på omkring 2.000 kr. pr. nat forventer man en helt anden standard. Hotellet er delt op i to afdelinger, og vi endte i den gamle del, som var meget slidt, trist og langt fra de billeder, der markedsføres. Der var heller ingen poolbar i denne afdeling, hvilket heller ikke fremgik tydeligt ved booking. Servicen var også en skuffelse. Personalet i receptionen og poolbaren virkede tydeligvis trætte af turister og var uhøflige ved helt almindelige spørgsmål, blandt andet om at bestille en taxa. To gange oplevede vi at vente længe, 1 time, på frokost ved poolbaren, hvor svaret blot var: “Relax, it’s Mallorca.” Det oplevedes mere arrogant end imødekommende.den bestilte taxi til om natten, her formåede de heller ikke at få bestillingen rigtig i hus, så det måtte bestilles på ny med tilhørende forsinkelse. Brand alarm gik i gang midt om natten, hvilke alle gæster måtte forlade deres værelser. Du kan ikke bruge træningsrummet til styrketræning. Der en maskine uden vægte, og der er ingen frivægte. Mallorca har mange gode hoteller, og til samme pris kan man uden tvivl finde steder med langt bedre faciliteter, service og en oplevelse, der lever op til billederne.
