Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites

It was amazing experience of having breakfast in Dubai Marina branch! Food was super delicious, super fresh, Mr Shaji was very professional and helpful! Highly recommended!

It was the most memorable family vacation - my daughter’s birthday. Jamila (I hope I have the right name) brought a decorative cake all with the trims of balloons etc and a card. My 2 and a half year old grandson was welcomed into the suite with a child tent and with small chairs and tables - very thoughtful. The other guests were extended the best “home before home” experience that is typical of my experience with Marriott. The GM of the hotel - Gerrit - who I interacted with remotely is an amazing person who with his customary aplomb resolved some “tricky issues” to reveal not only his seniority in the business but also his experience in extending top class hospitality and customer care! The in house cafe crew - Zena ( the best barista I have come across ) and the ever caring Akila and Jane formed an enviable trio!

My stay at the Marriott has been nothing but pleasure. Especially during these times of uncertainty the room service that they provided me gave me some peace with what going on with the world at the moment. I especially want to say thank you to Yogesh for bringing a smile where ever he goes.

I traveled with a group of 5 persons to Dubai and stayed at the Dubai Marriott hotel and Suites and to my amazement it was excellent. The rooms were huge, very clean and hospitality of the staff were inviting. The areas around the Marina were easily accessible. I would revisit anytime

Highly recommend this hotel, stayed with husband and 2 teens- upgraded to 3 bed suite- amazing- so clean and spacious - 2 balconies with views of the Palm and marina. Given chocolate cake and fruit basket to mark our wedding anniversary. Breakfast had great variety for everyone, staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely location for walk around marina and a base for exploring Dubai. Plenty taxis available. Would definitely recommend.

We recently enjoyed a five-day stay at the Dubai Marriott Marina Harbour Resort & Suites for my 50th birthday, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and so genuinely kind. Whether it was in the restaurant, baggage services, the concierge, or at reception, every single person went above and beyond to make our celebration special. Travelling with my best friends of 30 years meant plenty of belly laughs, personalised caps and T-shirts, and lots of fun — and the staff embraced it all, keeping us entertained right along with them! They surprised us with birthday cakes and little touches that made the occasion feel incredibly personal. Their warmth and generosity honestly blew us away. Our three-bedroom apartment was fantastic for four of us, spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better — right next to the marina with easy transport links to explore the city. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The team deserve to be recognised for the fabulous job they do each and every day. Thank you for making such a milestone celebration truly wonderful. We’ll be talking about it for years!

Just got back from a fabulous week here as a family of 4 (3 and 1 year old.) Wow what an amazing stay!!! Before we even arrived we had amazing communication from Jamila who gave us a discounted breakfast rate. We were able to check in at 10am instead of 3pm which was much appreciated after a long journey with no sleep! Our room was also upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment and we had a wonderful welcome tray of fruits, cakes and watermelon juice for our wedding anniversary! And then we had the bed decorated with flowers PLUS a little teepee for our children to play in, a mini table and chairs set and they also sorted out some bed guards for our toddler (1 year old had a lovely cot.) What an amazing welcome from the housekeeping team :) Room itself was fantastic!! So immaculate and cleaned to perfection every day!!!!! Thanks Deepak and Devi and the rest of the team!! We all slept amazing, there was 3 en suite bedrooms, a huge living room with 2 balconies, kitchen with 6 bottles of water and tea/coffee provided. Also a washing machine utility room with another shower/toilet and also another toilet beside the kitchen!! The room was perfect for us!! It meant the baby could have a nap in peace in one of the bedrooms whilst the rest of us hung out elsewhere. Room is also very child friendly. Room view is spectacular of the marina! Cannot fault it. Concierge/security/reception everyone was simply wonderful and sooo friendly!! This hotel needs to recognise their wonderful staff WOW. Breakfast was also fantastic we enjoyed delicious pastries, cereals, toast, cooked options (including Indian choices) and lots of fruit/fresh eggs and pancakes. Coffee great too. Again, the staff are fantastic!!! Location was also fantastic right opposite the marina, supermarket next door. Lots of restaurants and things like gyms and spas. The only slight criticism is the traffic in the area due to roadworks :( it was so so bad but it cannot be helped. I believe that it will last another few months so plan well ahead for journeys!! All in all this was the best place that we have ever stayed and it made our holiday with young children a lot easier and enjoyable :)

In February 2025, we stayed for the second time at the Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel and Suites. We had a stunning and unforgettable stay in a wonderful high-floor apartment with an amazing view of Dubai Marina landscape. Absolutely great and memorable. Surely we will get back next year again at this hotel. The staff and the services are great and wonderful. I have to mention the honour we had to meet the hotel manager, who took some time out of her busy agenda to join me and my family for breakfast, to talk with us, and to share impressions and experiences about the Marriott Hotel and Dubai. Furthermore, it was overwhelming to take a picture with my son and to have such a memory from this great stay. All the services were absolutely great and I am speechless now when I re-memorize this spring stay. I have to emphasize and highlight, and thank the generosity of Mrs. Natalia Cavalheiro. Thank you so very, very much for your generosity. Also, I have to mention here Mr. Arun, who continuously shared with us his services, support, friendship, kindness, and generosity. ⸻ Exceptional Stay at Dubai Marriott Harbour We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay, Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room, which was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed — a great start to our stay! A big thank you to Dev and Charlene for the smooth check-in process. Their warm welcome and efficiency truly set the tone for the rest of our visit. One of the highlights was the staff Sundar, Rojina, Mansoor, Arun, jamila, janeth, Riska and Michelle— the views over Dubai were stunning, and the was just perfect for the summer heat. It was a relaxing escape right in the heart of the city. This are the stars which added tremendous value to our stay. The staff there were incredibly attentive and accommodating. Special mentions go to Eva the housekeeping manager who went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. They regularly checked on us and made sure our preferred drinks were always available — service at its best! Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and memorable stay, thanks to the outstanding service and hospitality. DUBAI MARRIOTT HARBOUR continues to live up to the Marriott standard. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

The upgraded room I received as a Titanium Elite was OUT OF CONTROL !!! I had a huge living room and breakfast room, 3 bedrooms and 2 LARGE balconies. The people at this resort were amazing. The customer service is unmatched, the staff are always joyful and happy to help with anything, Sundar, Abinash, Kamal, Usman and Mehdi are just some of the staff that made this trip most memorable and comfortable for my family, although each and every staff member was wonderful! Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, the views are amazing the room service was great and I could not fault them if I tried :)

Spectacular view! The food was absolutely delicious, wagyu sliders .. you have to try them! Great selection of cocktails- my top were pornstar martini and Negroni. Beautiful atmosphere, nice music, attentive waiters. Definitely the spot to check out when you’re in Dubai

Surdep who was at my arrival at the valet’s parking was excellent. The front desk team was amazing and the guest service agent Mohamed was very nice and helpful. I’d decently come back ! Having stayed in hotels across Europe, Asia, and North America, I had always believed India offered the pinnacle of service. However, my experience at this Marriott in Dubai pleasantly surprised me! The level of care and helpfulness from the entire staff was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, John, the front office lead, made us feel incredibly welcome and attended to our needs with such efficiency. When my child unfortunately fell ill during our stay, the compassion shown by the staff was truly heartwarming. Jamila, in particular, went above and beyond, thoughtfully offering soup and porridge. This level of care extended to all our interactions; every staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to assist. Even the convenience of staying in the pristine penthouse, where everything was readily available, was enhanced by their prompt service. When a couple of us faced delayed flights, the hotel staff, including John and others, were so accommodating in extending our checkout time. It was an absolutely outstanding stay, and the exceptional dedication and genuine care of the entire team, especially Jamila and John, made it truly memorable.

The staff at this hotel are wonderfully kind, and so attentive to the needs of their guests. True world class service that made us feel like royalty. Excellent apartment hotel in a tall tower building with views to the gulf & marina. Hospitable staff cared for us especially Miss Rania in reception who helped in selecting a high floor flat with 2 balconies overlooking the gulf & palm island one side & the busy marina on the other side. She greeted us & was cordial & professional. Breakfast has varied menu satisfying all tastes.

The staff are courteous, attentive, and always greet us with a smile. Sundar, Hari, Kamal, Nowshad always goes out of their way to see if there's anything that can be done for me. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable. It's also a good central location to many attractions, along with a tourism advisor that can suggest many events happening at the time of your visit.

First off, let me start by saying this hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. I stayed here long term for business. Arun helped me with my luggage as soon as I arrived. They were always polite and respectful. I had a nose bleed and the staff called to check on me and even sent a sweet note. Zena in the cafe was as godsend. Remembered my order and always had a smile. I definitely recommend. It’s also very close to a variety of restaurants and the mall.

Thank you to all the staff in the Marriott from Denis who helped us when we arrived at 2am to the staff on the reception desk, sorry I can't remember all your names 🙈 for being so friendly and helpful throughout our stay and to Arun who helped us with our luggage on the day we left. Great service from Arun for my weeks stay. Keep it up Arun as you made me feel like I was at home in South Africa 🇿🇦 . The hotel is situated in a prime postuon and close to restaurants and local shops. Breakfast was lovely every morning with a cool breeze.

The staff went over and beyond our expectations when I asked Yasser to please help make it a memorable stay for our daughter's 24th Birthday. We were very lucky to receive an upgrade to a spectacular 3 bedroom marina and palm view suite and the staff had planned various spontaneous surprises for our daughter throughout our 4 nights stay. The location of the hotel is extremely central - walking distance to all the various cafes and restaurants in the marina. The cafe on site is extremely handy and the fabulous bar and grill on the top floor of the hotel is definitely worth a try. Thank you again Yasser for making our stay extremely joyous and memorable.

This hotel is amazing from the parking attendance to the Bell boys to the front desk. If Ashwin is at the front desk, you will get the best service ever!! Everyone at this hotel has exceptional service. I would definitely tell anyone to stay here during a short or a long vacation! I hope to return soon.

The location is good right next to the marina. The suite was wonderful. Sofas could do with upgrades apart from that every thing was excellent. But it was the staff that made our stay. From check in to check out the were all very good to us very helpful. We had a free upgrade and early check-in would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Daily cost is equial to hotel room but there is no hotel feeling, lookslike you are at home.

Cool clean hotel that happens to be in a prefect location. Staff make the hotel all the more better. A Refurbishment at some point would be awesome but I understand that isn't exactly easy. Good hotel all the same.

I was confused how I could only book an apartment (or suite) at this hotel. It cost me approximately £180 a night for 2 large bedrooms, a lounge diner, two bathrooms, a separate WC (so 3 in total), a fully fitted huge kitchen, a washing machine, an ironing room with a spare bed and a balcony. The food was excellent and service to match.

An AMAZING property to stay at. very friendly staff who are always happy to help. The Marriott is in a perfect location with lots of things to do close by. Room service and cleaners did an incredible job tidying the room on a daily basis. I will also mention the FANTASTIC balcony view of the marina and would highly recommend getting this room. Unlike other hotels the Marriott didn’t place any cheeky charges on our bill and were very friendly in helping us get what was needed. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone and will be staying here next year also! The property also has complimentary jacuzzi, gym and a pool as an added bonus. Outstanding property, not sure why this is not 5 star!!

Spacious rooms, quick check in, helpful staff, clean and comfortable

The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was very large and the location of the hotel was excellent right by the Marina. The view from our suite on the 11th floor was amazing over looking the sea and the palm. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It was my Husband's 50th Birthday and they brought a lovely birthday cake and left in our suite. I would definitely stay here again if i come back to Dubai.

The hotel rooms are very well equipped, it’s very handy for Dubai Marina. The different eating options are great and the Observatory bar at the top of the hotel has fantastic views out over the Dubai Palm

Excellent property and choice for families and long stays.

This was my second time staying here and it was excellent! It’s the perfect location. I love the marina walk. It’s such a peaceful area. The staff, Dileep, Arun and Roopali were always so kind and helpful when ever we met them. The rooms were exceptional, and cleaned perfectly every day! Thank you to Nerie and team for organising such a sweet surprise for my aunts 50th birthday. She loved the decorations... she could not stop crying when she saw them. Overall we had a perfect holiday! Thank you so much! I will be staying here again!

Spacious. Great location. Attentive staff. Area rug could be stream clean or replaced, but otherwise very clean.

Apartment was amazing but I was very disappointed not to be able to sunbathe by the pool on a day maintenance was taking place, also I was told 2 hours @ 11am but when I tried again at 2pm it was still closed until at least 5!

The staff were great but i had nats (flying bugs) in my bathroom & the water in the master suite was brown & the men cleaning crew really didnt clean my room well. And didnt leave tops to the coffee cups & wash the dishes without using soap. And the last day the resturant was super slow. But due to the staff being really super nice i would stay here again & them willing to make things right.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! We stayed at the 2 bedroom suite with a sea view. The staff was so helpful with any requests we had. One day I thought I had lost my phone and all staff tried to help me figure out where I had lost it including checking the CCTV cameras for me. Turns out I lost it in the taxi ;)

We were upgraded to a better room at a nominal charge. The room and the view were beautiful. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Glad they finally came down on the rate.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Hotel is in a great location for both the Marina, JBR and Barasti Beach and although looking tired in a few places, the rooms were large and clean. Note that there is currently (Jan 2018) a lot of construction on both sides of this hotel so rooms can be noisy through the night as construction in Dubai is 24x7. Observatory bar at the top is well worth a visit with great views across the Palm.

Consideration to family number and their comfort, the upgrade was very pleasant and nicely unexpected. Thank you

Aver all very pleasant experience, staff will always go out of there way to help you and provide you with recommendations for you. Great discounts for the facilities available at this hotel.

Can't fault the staff, freindly helpful and courteous at all times during our stay. Short walk to restaurants and supermarket in the Marina and not too far from the tram or Metro. Pool area OK but overlooks extensive construction works offshore. Always taxis available so getting around wasnt a problem and also free bus at certain times for beach and malls. There are also hotels a short walk across the road with alternative restaurant facilities. View from the Observatory bar on top floor is worth taking in although currently a lot of construction works.

Nice hotel in La Marina with great view and location.

Excellent apartment, very spacious 3 bathrooms an additional room for storage with a spare bed. Travelling with 3 children they were never in each others way and enjoyed their stay. The views of the Palm and the Harbour were exceptional.

Fantastic room, large suite with huge amounts of space. Hotel is in a great location for strolling around the marina. The metro is walking distance for access to further parts of Dubai. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff at this hotel are excellent. They are very helpful and pleasant. The shuttle to kite beach and shopping malls is a welcome service as taxi bills soon add up during your stay. The hotel is a 20 minute walk to JBR but it’s along a main road and not pleasant in the heat. Kite beach is much nicer anyway. The construction going on directly opposite could be a put off for some people but my husband found it fascinating. The access to the marina walk across the road is a big plus as there are loads of restaurants and lovely picture opportunities. Overall a very positive stay and would recommend as a base if you don’t mind construction and no easy beach access.

Great hotel location in the Marina however the hotel is in great need of renovation, it is old and could use a good lift up. Being in Dubai and the price per night you would expect something incredible but that is not the case. The staff was also not that friendly, didnt feel welcomed at all, they wherent mean just not that nice as other hotels! some basic toilettries missing in the bathroom and overall if you are going to Dubai I would not stay in this hotel, im sure there are news ones with better locations.
