Was a bit confusing finding the hotel initially from the ground level as the construction hoarding was up and the signs to the hotel were a bit hard to spot.

雨が降っていたので、地下道が利用できて助かった。

全体的にレトロな落ち着いた内装で、スタッフさんの丁寧な応対に好感が持てました。お部屋の細かなリクエストにも、きちんと対応してくれて良かったです。 朝食後にテイクアウト用のコーヒーサービスがあるのはとても良いと思いました。

工事中なのでやむを得ないことですが外観はせっかくの高級感が感じられず、玄関へ通じる入り口の駐車場には工事車両などがあり、ちょっと気分がそがれました… 朝食は美味しかったですが値段からすると、もう少し豪華でも良かったのかもと思いました。

大阪駅、梅田駅から近いのと、早い者勝ちとは言え駐車場もあり、警備の方も親切でした。あと、線路が近いため電車の音を心配していましたが、線路や駅側のお部屋でも建物がしっかりしているからかクチコミにあったようなうるさくて起きた、等の事はまったくありませんでした。 建物は古いといえばそうなのかもしれませんがエレベーターは重厚感がありとっても素敵でしたし、廊下やお部屋の雰囲気も好きです。よくあるシティホテルのような、隣の声が聞こえるとかもなかったし、バスルームの湿気もすぐにカラッとしてカビの匂いなどもありませんでした。 実は私自身は地元で遠方から友達が来たので宿泊したのですが、機会を作ってまたいつか泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました！

한국에서의 정보가 부족해서 걱정을 하며 방문한 호텔이었습니다.. 그러나, 입구를 들어서는 순간, , 다른 세계가 펼쳐지듯 고풍스러운 분위기에 사로잡혔습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 지하상가를 통해 역과 쇼핑몰 까지 이동할 수 있었다는 점입니다. 비가 오던 날 편안하게 이동할 수 있었어요.☺️. 제가 묵었던 객실에는 기차 소리가 약간 들리긴 했습니다만, 신경쓰지 않으면 들리지 않았고, 오히려 고요한 백색소음처럼 느껴졌기 때문에 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 다음 기회에 오사카에 머무르게 된다면, 또 한번 직원분들의 친절함과 더불어 이 숙소의 아늑함을 느끼고 싶습니다. 덕분에 처음 오사카에 방문했는데 좋은 추억을 만들고 갑니다.❤️

地理位置。 从JR大阪 西口 樱田出口很好走，但是如果不是从西口出来会有点麻烦。

とにかく造りが素敵。洗面所の蛇口までかわいい。 外壁工事中だったそうですが、特に不備もなく、ベッドの寝心地もいいし、お風呂ものびのび浸かれるし、受付も落ち着いた対応でとても良い。 朝食もフルーツが充実してて、各テーブルにシューアイス持って回ってくれたのも良かった。 モントレ、やっぱり大好き。

2人で十分の広さで、ベッドやトイレ、バスルームなどの清潔感があり良かったです。圧迫感もなく、内装もすごくおしゃれで１泊だけでしたが充実した日になりました。

床がタイルなのにスリッパが薄っぺらで、貧弱。貧乏になった感じ。本当は貧乏だけど。調度も傷がいっぱいあったし。

二度目の利用でしたが、前回同様、快適な利用でした。部屋の設備は少し古いけど清潔で使いやすいです。朝食も、オムレツなどの卵料理やすき焼きなどその場で調理してくれたり、スコーンがあったりと嬉しいです。立地の良さもお気に入りです。

Nous avons fait 2 séjours en.1 semaine, la qualité des chambres est très différente. La seconde faisait vieille et avec de nombreuses taches au mur, et les pommeaux de douche sont différents avec certains pas pratiques du tout.

The breakfast was very good and varied. The hotel's location is very good in a select area, close to the center and to transportation.

The room was much smaller than in the description, extremely dark, with outdated furniture, the bathroom did not look at all like a bathroom in a 4-star hotel. The comfort of the room was extremely low, far from the 4 stars it claims. The staff was extremely rude, lacking empathy and emotional intelligence. They made me feel extremely unpleasant when I asked for their help to change my room which had no access to natural light at all, the windows being blocked with closed shutters.

Location is amazing, 5 minutes from Osaka Station and easy links to everywhere else. The hotel was a little quirky and old fashioned but nice enough.

We were informed about the building work after we’d booked, it was fine but it’s better to know beforehand.

Classic building. Close to train station.

A maze of a building in an old world style. Far more characterful than most Japanese hotels.

It can look a bit worn but perhaps that’s part of its charm.

仕方のないことだけど、チェックインもチェックアウトも新人のスタッフさんで、スムーズとは言い難かった 説明も早口で分かりづらかった

大規模修繕中で窓を開けることは出来なかったが、施設は清潔でグレードは高い。

アジア系外国人が廊下で大声で叫んだり、使用済みタオルを廊下へ出したりして、不快な宿泊となった。施設とは関係ありませんが！

空調が静かで、温度コントールもとても良かった。いっぽう、思った通り、大阪駅（西口）に近かったが、障碍者のカードが提示をできるみどりの窓口には、かなり離れていた。

1.フロントでチェックインをしようとしたとき、8Fの受付に誰もいず、すぐ中から出てはきたが、「お持ちしました」という感じではない。エレベーターホールとの電子的連動を工夫すれば済むことである。 2.事前にこの情報は工事されてはいたが、建物外部が工事中とのことで、窓が締め切りで全く開けられなかったが、少し息が詰まった。それを補うサービスの提供もなかった。例：新聞の提供

Beautifully decorated! And softest pillows and mattress from all hotels we tried in Japan.

Breakfast was a bit expensive but worth it. Maybe they should add more affordable options.

離車站很近，而且剛好在辦公區，所以蠻安靜的～ 雖然剛好遇到飯店正在裝修，把外觀遮擋住了，但完全不影響內部住宿，也剛好都避開客人休息的時間施工 飯店人員不論是在寄物還是入住退房都非常用心，如果有機會想再入住其他地區的飯店看看

因為政策的關係，飯店基本上會每天清掃，不然至少也會兩天一次，對於長住的旅客來說比較麻煩一點點，需要一直收拾行囊，但每次整理後都變得很乾淨所以能理解飯店的用心

外壁修理中でしたが、きちんと説明がありました。梅雨~初夏で汗をかきやすい時期なので、塩あめをチェックイン時にいただきました。 また備え付けのパジャマが非常に快適な素材でした。

シャワーカーテンをもう少し長め、幅のあるものにした方がよいと思います。主人がシャワーをしたときに水が外へ漏れてバスルームの床が水浸しになってしまいました

Hotel molto vicino alla stazione, quindi posizione comoda. Stanze un po' vintage come stile ma con tutti i comfort. Servizio di spedizione bagagli disponibile. Staff disponibile e molto gentile.

La finestra in stanza una volta aperta non si riusciva a richiudere, ma lo staff gentilmente l'ha fatto per noi, solo che non l'ho più aperta per sicurezza.

It is close by Osaka station

The hotel is very old from the inside. And it doesn’t suit the luxurious neighborhood. They provide some amenities and offer pyjamas but it smelled like it was already worn.

車で利用しましたが、駐車場にいた係の方もとても優しく駐車場の利用の仕方を教えてくださいました。 部屋は本当にモダンで綺麗で、素敵な時間が過ごせました。次回の大阪滞在の際も予約したいと思います。

It’s like a Victorian era type building. It’s so amazingly beautiful! There’s a chapel for weddings. It’s a 16th century replica of St. Goedele’s chapel in Belgium. And the staff is the best!!!

It’s being renovated. You don’t see the full beauty of the building. The chapel isn’t clean. Maybe when the renovation is done, it will look better.

Proche de la gare d’Osaka. Le confort de la chambre et le petit-déjeuner copieux. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.

The property is very close to the Osaka station. The staff are courteous, all amenities provided and the property is clean and maintained well. We really liked the size of our room as we were a party of 3 people.

The only point of improvement would be there not being enough electrical outlets to suffice for 3 people with there being no outlets at all next to one of the beds.

Didn't realise renovation occurring had to have our blinds closed in our room after 8.30am for outside painting. Was a smell in bathroom like toilet leaking? And evident dust on surfaces
