Minden nap ugyanaz a reggeli, semmi változatosság. Semmi program nincs a szállodán belül (zene, műsoros est...)A vacsora szintén nagyon egyhangú, és nem is finom. A személyzet többsége flegma, lesz@rja a vendéget. Mindentől távol van, autóval is komplikált a közlekedés, nélküle lehetetlen innen bárhová eljutni.

Nice staff, especially the pool lifeguard. Nice large clean room with a balcony having a proper seaview. The breakfast was good and the staff improved during the stay.

The bartender we met the first two days was very chilly and arrogant. The hotel is a little bit dated and due to the proximity of Etna, ash is noticeable on the balcony and elsewhere outside. The hotel is located a little bit far from Aci Trazza and other areas for dining.

La reception dovrebbe avere personsle piu' accogliente e meno infastidira dalle richieste, sono loro che ganno il primo contatto con il cliebte e non e' per niebte accogliente

L’hotel è veramente bello , ma il valore aggiunto è il suo staff sempre gentile e cordiale ci siamo trovati veramente bene e andare via ci è dispiaciuto.

Bona amplitud de l'habitació, gran menjador amb varietat per l'esmorzar. L'amabilitat dels cambrers del restaurant ha estat molt bona i el socorrista també. Ubicació de l'hotel i disponibilitat de places d'aparcament.

L'aire condicionat estava massa alt a l'habitació. El fet de no tenir calaixos dificulat una mica guardar la roda de manera ordenada. El gimna`s estava una mica deixat, falta de manteniment i neteja. La piscina és un xic petita.

La posizione della struttura, le camere pulitissime, il terrazzo la sera al ritorno delle uscite, chiacchierate al chiaro di luna.

Struttura accogliente, ma rovinata da un servizio clienti pessimo. Al momento del check-out abbiamo riscontrato un disguido sul prezzo della prenotazione e l'addetta alla reception si è posta in modo estremamente maleducato, arrogante e privo di professionalità. È inaccettabile che l'ostilità di un singolo dipendente rovini l'intera esperienza degli ospiti. Il personale dovrebbe essere il biglietto da visita di un hotel.

Swimming pool and very good, rich breakfast- a lot of vegetables, fruits, and savory and sweet foods. Excellent!

No se podía regular el aire acondicionado. Pasamos la noche helados. Horario cierre piscina 7:00 pm es demasiado pronto después de un día de verano turistico.

Struttura carina e camere confortevoli. La reception è gentile e disponibile. Maurizio, il tutto fare, è stato davvero un numero 1: velocissimo e risolutivo. Anche il bagnino Fabrizio è molto simpatico, un abbraccio anche al gemello Marco.

Purtroppo alcuni aspetti da migliorare: 1. Piscina: i lettini/sdraio non sono sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti presenti in struttura, quindi bisogna arrivare presto per trovarne uno. 2. Ristorante: il servizio pranzo non è attivo, quindi bisogna organizzarsi fuori. 3. Spostamenti: la struttura è un po' fuori dal centro di Acicastello, quindi consiglio di avere un mezzo proprio per muoversi comodamente. 4. Sicurezza: ho notato che in 2 camere diverse la cassaforte era rimasta impostata sul codice di default 000. Anche dopo aver inserito un codice personale, si riapriva comunque con 6 zeri. Consiglio di fare molta attenzione ai propri effetti personali e di segnalarlo in reception. Nel complesso soggiorno tranquillo, ma consiglio all'hotel di sistemare questi dettagli per migliorare l'esperienza degli ospiti.

Hotel molto carino, stanze ampie e pulite. Una menzione speciale per il bagnino Fabrizio, una persona deliziosa e disponibile.

Basen (dwie głębokośc ok. 1m do 4m, mozna skakać do basenu), drink bar przy basenie, siłownia., Urozmaicone śniadanie, choć każdego dnia praktycznie takie samo, na prośbę można było zamówić dowolną kawę, obsługa bardzo pomocna, miła i sympatyczna. Pokoje przestronne. Dobra klimatyzacja. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Darmowy, przestronny parking. Lodówka i sejf w pokoju. Woda w lodówce każdego dnia uzupełniana.

Słaby jakość transferu wifi w pokoju (w lobby było ok). Słabe wyciszenie pokoi, słychać mocno dźwięķ z basenu..

Une belle chambre spacieuse, propre avec tout le confort! Une super piscine et l’accueil du personnel adorable, on nous a proposé un petit déjeuner à emporter car nous prenions l’avion tôt !

La camera era ben pulita ed ordinata, biancheria impeccabile, il personale molto gentile. La colazione è ottima con una buona varietà tra dolce e salato, bisognerebbe aggiungere torte artigianali e miele del posto insieme ad una scelta più abbondante di prodotti integrali.

La piscina è troppo piccola e manca di controllo, in effetti se si incontrano turisti maleducati è impossibile starci. Necessariamente bisogna avere l'auto

Buona colazione, discreta piscina, vista mare forse buona dall'ultimo piano. L'albergo comunque era pulito, confortevole e il personale gentilissimo è venuto incontro a tutte le Nostre richieste.

Bellissima struttura sulla collina di AciTrezza, con vista mozzafiato e in posizione strategica. Camere spaziose e pulite, bellissima piscina, ottima colazione ma soprattutto la gentilezza del personale ha reso il nostro soggiorno confortevole e speciale. A partire dalla gentilezza, disponibilità e rapidità di risposta del personale della reception, fino alla cordialità, all’accoglienza e la disponibilità del bagnino Fabrizio (persona davvero speciale). Raccomandatissimo

Ihan paras perheloma tähän mennessä. Palvelu erinomaista, hotelli on todella siisti, pinnat uudistettuja, huoneet isoja. Meidän kaksio oli hyvä meidän perheelle. Aamupala hyvää ja illallinen herkkullista, menu vaihteli joka päivä. Kuljetukset rannalle tai kauppaan on järjestetty lyhyellä varoitusajalla. Hotellin henkilökunta jää ikuisesti meidän mieleen, ihan parhaita tyyppejä kaikki. Iso kiitos teille. TE AMO!

Inkább 3*-nak mondanám a Hotelt. A fürdőszoba zuhany/masszázskád kritikán aluli. Besárgult , penészes fúvőkák és ajtók. CSak papucsban ajánlott használni. Felújítandó részletek! Fénykorában biztos jó volt. Távol van mindentől, gyalogosan semmi nem megközelíthető. EGy lepukkant környék. Sem járda sem parti sétány nincs közel..Innen csak autóval tudsz kimozdulni.

The view from the hotel was fantastic. the hotel and room both were clean, comfortable, breakfast was lovely, croissants were very delicious, instant coffee was available too.

The bathroom needed a little refurbishment, lift is a bit small but managable. its a little far from restaurants but if you have a car its wont be an issue.

married couple traveling to Sicily with goal of experiencing nature and culture. We chose this hotel for good amenities, good location to use as base for exploration, and being close but not in the midst of the busy tourist streets. For this the property was a perfect choice. Location: the hotel sits reclusive and quiet on top of a hill, with beautiful views and no pass-through traffic. Inside the garden is a small pool which we enjoyed on some occasions to recoup from long outings in the different coastal villages and also trip to Mt Etna. Some others have critiqued the hotel for placement but this is a great feature of choice for us. It is not a hotel suited for family with small kids and expect to walk to the beach every day, it is not placed for this and the whole area has only rocky beaches - Catania does have a sandy beach 40 min by car. Be aware that almost every street in the general area has either non-existent or extremely narrow sidewalks, and the driving culture is not one to yield for pedestrians, which makes it dangerous to hike alongside the road. For this reason you are dependent on motoring for getting around and to/from the hotel. Once inside the villages you can walk somewhat more freely but it is still something to be cautious about safety. The hotel offers a shuttle service to get to nearby villages so you will need that, taxi/uber or a rental car or bike. The only exception to this is a nearby small grocery shop for basic fruits, water etc and a restaurant Odyssey that we strongly recommend for nearby lunch and dinners if you don’t always want to venture down to the villages to have a meal. (Great service there as well by Eduardo!) The hotel also offers dinner but we never tried it. Rooms: the room was a standard double and they upgraded us to have a pool view which was nice. The room was spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space to unpack, a nice balcony, and nice bathroom. The mattress was amply soft (for Italian standard which can often be extremely firm). The room was always clean and kept tidy and stocked with supplies every day by the staff. The AC was good, not noisy at all and allowed to set to our own preferences. Breakfast: good quality and a decent selection, with eggs, sausage, cheeses, fried vegetables, small dishes, yogurt etc. So for being an Italian hotel it was very good as most Italian hotels offers just basic cornetto and coffee so we were satisfied. However, you should not expect lots of different salads and breads like in Northern European hotels. Service: Staff was all very friendly and helpful, greeting us with a smile and being polite. Not all speak strong English but a bridge with our basic Italian and a smile goes a long way, and there was always someone on hand to assist with English if needed for some conversations. We never had a problem with language barriers. Once even the director himself drove us to the village when we hadn’t pre-ordered a shuttle! I want to also particularly mention Fabiana as another example of the great service: when we wanted to see Mt Etna and had trouble booking a tour, she arranged a tour guide with our pickup at the hotel the next morning in a matter of hours, with final arrangements secured late in the evening. All with no issues at all and everything went smoothly. Points for improvement: We did not have any issues with the general service at the hotel, but for a perfect 10 it would be nice if the roof-top terraces and pool bar was open some days and evenings, they were closed during our stay. We used the lobby bar inside and ventured out on the lower roof deck (which was available) with the drinks for a seat there to enjoy the view. Service in the lobby bar was sometimes lacking as it is not regularly tended to, meaning we would more often than not have to ask reception staff to call for a bartender causing extra waiting. Finally, as we had a room adjacent to the restaurant, we could sometimes hear noise of chairs and commotion from that reach our room early in the morning. These are just very small inconveniences but the only thing we could note for improving. All in all we were very happy to stay here and will gladly recommend President Park Hotel to anyone with similar goals, and will be more than happy to return in the future. Checking out is up to 10.30, 30 min later you have to pay after checking out. Acustic insulation is poor, you can here everything in corridor and next room, including shower, talk, door opening etc. Firework is every night somewhere in neighborhood.

Der grundlegende Aufbau des Hotels ist ganz gut.

Das Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Im Zimmer ist Wasser von der Decke gekommen. Ein Hausmeister hat sich dies angeschaut und danach haben uns 2-3 Handtücher gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren nicht so nett. Diese haben eher genervt gewirkt.

Mancanza del servizio bar in piscina

Struttura, pulizia, camera, piscina, vista e prima colazione.

La cena ha un rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo sfavorevole, a pochi minuti si mangia meglio a meno.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, 70iger Jahre Bau mit dafür eigentlich recht netten Zimmern. Vermutlich wurden diese renovierten, sie wirkten modernen als der Rest. Das Frühstück war ok, es gab nur leider jeden Tag das gleiche.

Der Pool war an einem Tag in der Wartung. Das wurde uns aber erst mitgeteilt, als wir schon auf dem Weg zu diesem waren. Das war natürlich für unseren Sohn super enttäuschend, zumal wir das Hotel extra aufgrund des Pools gebucht haben. Optisch ist der Pool ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise waren Fliesen am Pool Boden lose.
