A four-star hotel should have a swimming pool, especially when there is no proper beach nearby and the coastline is rocky. Without a pool, guests have very limited options for swimming and relaxing at the hotel. In my opinion, this is a significant shortcoming for a four-star property.

Op de foto’s laten ze blijken dat er zwembad is maar dit is dus totaal niet, personeel was niet super vriendelijk. Restaurant was helemaal niet fenomenaal zoals men beschrijft en buiten het hotel heb je eigenlijk bijna niks .. enkel goed voor 1 nacht.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Hotel sehr sauber. Toller Blick auf‘s Meer. Francesco von der Rezeption hat uns mit viel Geduld wirklich sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür!!! Am Wochenende der Klavierspieler beim Frühstück.
Das es keinen Parkplatz für Gäste gibt, die Sucherei vor Ort ist sehr nervig und bei uns leider auch teuer, da Strafzettel und das Auto zerkratzt wurde. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns eine schnellere Auffüllung des Buffets gewünscht.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Hotel molto carino anche se semplice e un po' scarno. Stanze molto ampie e pulite. La location è perfetta per uscire a piedi o per prendere la macchina per spostarsi. L'hotel non dispone di un parcheggio ma a due passi c'è un parcheggio su strada (a pagamento) dove abbiamo trovato posto facilmente.
Per essere 4 stelle le camere sono molto semplici, forse qualche dettaglio e comfort in più sarebbe necessario. Potrebbero anche fornire indicazioni migliori su dove parcheggiare prima di arrivare visto che si rischia di entrare in ZTL.

I wasn't aware the beach club was extra payment every day.. limited spaces, you need to book early. The lifeguards didn't like the beds being moved to either catch or avoid the sun.. Some times of the day, there was no shade at all. The room we were in was very small and dark. Could open the curtains as we were directly overlooked by apartments. Spoke to the receptionist about the buses into Catania, it would have been nice to advise, no payment on bus, you need to download the app... this was quite stressful
