Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Lage war perfekt, zentral und gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sauber, gemütlich und sehr einladend, und die Lage war einfach ideal. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Lage

Wir wurden vermutlich mehrfach beklaut. Erst unsere getränkekarten aus dem Zimmer (man hat ja drei pro Mittag und Abendessen) und dann leider auch unsere Becher ( auf die man Pfand zahlen muss für Getränke an der Bar) Dann muss man 7€ an dem Kofferraum zahlen um seinen Koffer einzulagern… Wollten das Zimmer dirker nach dem Betreten wechseln, weil es im 1. Stock sehr laut war, wurden auf den folgenden Tag verwiesen. Dann fiel auf das die Spülung die ganze Zeit lief und ein Wasserhahn nicht ging und eins lieferte nur heißes Wasser. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns unterstellt, dass wir uns das ausdenken, damit wir das Zimmer wechseln können

Die Lage vom Hotel ist top . Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zimmer waren ziemlich runtergerockt. Balkon konnte man leider nicht benutzen, die Möbel waren dreckig. Der Mini Pool ist ne größer wie meine Wanne . DieFahrstühle waren fast immer blockiert oder kaputt 😠 Badezimmer hatte Armeisen und die Wanne hatte Rost . Der Vorhang von der Wanne war ziemlich ekelhaft.

Жаль что нет парковки. В сезон машину рядом с отелем не поставить.

Zimmer roch stark nach Kanalisation/Abwasser. Als es gemolden wurde, wurde etwas gemacht, worauf es stark nach Chlor roch. Leider war der Abwassergeruch nach etwa 3 Stunden zurück… Zimmer hat keinen Kühlschrank und sehr sehr wenig Platz wenn man zu zweit ist…

Rom mot gata ,det går mye trafikk på natta, folk eiper og skriker hele tiden. Trafikk med mye sirene.Viktig å velge rom som er ikke snudd mot gata.

Все зручно, ціна відповідає якості. Дуже близько до пляжу, поруч багато закладів та магазинів, зручна транспортна розвʼязка. Їжа завжди була вчасно, тільки треба наловчитись комбінувати інгредієнти самостійно, щоб було смачно. Є кондиціонер, що важливо. Персонал привітний та приємний, прибирали кожного дня, в цілому все було як і обіцяно:)

Ліфт треба дуже довго чекати через великий наплив людей, вода у крані погано регулюється, то занадто гаряча, то холодна. Сусіди могли чути нас та ми їх, також не було смарт тв, старі телевізори с місцевим телебаченням, але в цілому все окей

Расположение Питание отличное Чисто ,уборка в номере почти каждый Персонал приветливый ,особенно на кухне и в столовой

Очереди на кухню это ужасно. Бассейн сделаный для галочки ,никто там не захочет проводить время. Не понравилось ,что в обед нет кофе,мелочь,но странно. В целом ,в отеле всё такое малюсенькое, что кроме поспать и поесть там нечего делать, для детей совершенно ничего нет, никакого уголочка даже.

В кімнаті без балкону не попадає свіжий воздух, смердить каналізація, погане освітлення. Ми бронювали 2 номери один з балконом , один без балкону. Ми були з дитиною, в такому сморіді з дитиною просто не можливо знаходитись, від цього запаху боліла голова.

El personal excepcional! Realmente muy amables y atentos. La ubicación es genial, el hotel está literalmente a 150 mts o menos de la playa. Si no tenes sombrilla para la playa en el hotel tienen algunas para prestar, si no están en uso, sin problema te pueden prestar una sin cargo. Los horarios del buffet estaban muy buenos y la comida muy variada y súper rica. También nos brindaban leche tibia para las mamaderas (biberones) del bebé. Tenes supermercados cerca, farmacia, bares y restaurantes, medios de transporte para ir ya sea al centro o lugares puntuales de la ciudad, como así también al aeropuerto. Nosotras viajamos con nuestro bebé en cochecito y una valija grande, y no fue incómodo para nada viajar así.

No nos gustó que solo tienen dos ascensores (uno para 4 y otro para 6 personas) para usar en 9 pisos donde hay muchas habitaciones, entonces casi siempre en horarios de comidas u horarios pico, llegamos a hacer fila para usar el ascensor. La pileta (piscina / alberca) era muy pequeña, creo que si tenía 7 mtrs de largo era mucho, siempre había bastante gente allí, por lo ke nunca pudimos usarla. No es tan grande, diría ke para nada, como lo ke se ve en las fotos. Nos sentimos engañadas en ese aspecto, porke pensábamos ke si algún día no keriamos ir a la playa podríamos usar la piscina, pero nunca sucedió. En cuanto a la limpieza de las habitaciones, las chicas eran muy amables y pasaban todos los días, pero en 8 días / 7 noches ke nos kedamos allí nunca nos cambiaron las sábanas. Y solo limpiaban los pisos, armaban la cama (que hablando de la cama era muuuuuuuy incomoda y en nuestro caso no era tan grande por ser una cama matrimonial, el colchón estaba todo manchado, era un asco), y limpiaban un poco el baño y se llevaban la basura. Y algo realmente negativo era el ruido que hacían las puertas al cerrarlas, parecía que se había caído un ropero al piso, y se escuchaba todo lo de las otras habitaciones. Las puertas no cierran bien, teníamos ke empujar con fuerza para que cierren bien. En cuanto al baño era muy pequeño e incómodo, muchas veces tuvimos que dejar la puerta abierta para poder usarlo. La ducha del baño no funcionaba bien, o salía muy caliente o muy fría. A la hora de las comidas muchas veces se kedaban sin vajilla limpia, entonces la gente debía esperar para comer. El comedor no era muy grande para la cantidad de personas ke se hospedan, entonces muchas veces había largas colas esperando para entrar.

Słabe ciśnienie wody w pierwszym pokoju brak lodówki stanowił duży problem. Podczas pobytu do kantyny były takie kolejki że musiałam jeść na mieście, kolejki do windy. Brak możliwości zrobienia sobie kawy kiedy się ma na to ochotę

Es hat mir nicht gefallen das ich bei der Buchung ein gratis Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel bekomme sollte ich aber keins bekam.Hatte im Hotel angerufen die mir dann sagten ich müsste mich bei Booking com melden. Mein Urlaub ist schon vorbei und ich habe noch immer keine Antwort von Booking com bekommen. Werde mir überlegen ob ich nochmal bei Booking com buche.

The hotel internally resembles a cheap hostel. Very small rooms, constant lines for the elevator and lines for the cafeteria, so plan your time with this in mind. If you wanted a comfortable bed, this is not the place to go. I'm also attaching a photo of the best view from the balcony.

The staff were definitely the highlight of our stay. Everyone was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient, with everything you could need nearby, including shops, restaurants, and the beach.

**Absolutely terrible experience – definitely NOT worth it** This hotel is, in my honest opinion, **nowhere near the standard it claims to offer**. If I could give it **zero stars, I would**. The hotel looks nothing like the photos shown online, and the reality was extremely disappointing. We stayed in **room 818**, which was completely outdated and in very poor condition. The furniture looked like it had not been replaced for decades. We found **other people’s hair and body hair on the bed linen**, which was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom looked like it was from **1920**. The bathtub was dirty, stained and badly damaged. There was **no proper ventilation and no window**, making the room feel stuffy and unpleasant. To make things even worse, **the toilet was blocked**. We reported our problems to reception, but **our complaints were simply ignored**. No one seemed interested in solving anything. We spent the entire stay feeling uncomfortable and disgusted by the cleanliness of the room. The **restaurant was another huge disappointment**. You had to stand in long queues for practically every meal – breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was mostly **bland, poorly prepared and sometimes undercooked**, with very little choice. Lunch and dinner were practically the same every day: some pork, fish and one meat-free option. There was very little variety, and the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. The **pool is ridiculously small**, approximately 2 by 2 metres, and realistically suitable for maybe three people at most. There were **no sun loungers**, so there was nowhere comfortable to relax. Although the hotel has apparently been “renovated”, it seems that the renovation was limited mainly to the **reception, restaurant and bar**. The guest rooms clearly did not receive the same treatment and remain severely outdated. There were also **no entertainers, no activities and practically no entertainment at all**. The atmosphere was incredibly dull.

Food was repeated in the all inclusive package. Room was not clean enough. Bathroom door was damaged and we stuck inside it many times, balcony is useless as you see the backside of the building and we used it to dry swimming clothes and never sat in it. Swimming pool is dirty and very cold in August and really really small. The food and beverage that they offer in the all inclusive was really limited and not that good. The buffet was rich but repeated. More importantly the food taste was really as if you are eating in a hospital or a plane. Clearly no taste in it but fill your stomach. Breakfast was good to be honest.

Mame viacero skusenosti s hotelmi na Malorke a aj konkretne v El Arenale, takze v podstate nas nič neprekvapilo. Prijemne bolo, ze sme nezažili hluk alebo rušenie v noci od zabavajucich sa hosti. Vzhľadom k cene sme boli spokojní…

Mala kapacita, zastaralosť a pomalosť vyťahov, ktoré sú len dva. V čase špičky podavania jedál ste nútený ist aj z vyšších poschodí pešo, inak čakate na výťah extremne dlho. Často sme čakali pred jedalňou kym nas vpustia, pretože kapacitne nestihala vzhladom na počet hosti….Izby orientované zo zadnej časti hotela ponukaju nepekny vyhľad na miestne gheto … ale to je pomerne bežné u viacerych hotelov v tejto lokalite a s tym nič neurobia…

Das Hotel hat einen unfassbaren Lärmpegel. Es geht los beim Essen, wo man sein eigenes Wort nicht versteht. Das Restaurant ist sehr eng und chaotisch. Nachts bekommt man kaum ein Auge zu, da draußen bis in die Morgenstunden immer Action war.

Vi er veldig fornøyde med oppholdet på dette hotellet! Det var et godt utvalg av mat, og alt var veldig godt og smakfullt. Det var rent og ryddig overalt på hotellet. Sengene var gode og komfortable, og klimaanlegget fungerte utmerket. Alt var lagt til rette for et behagelig og avslappende opphold. Vi hadde det veldig fint og kommer gjerne tilbake!

Problem z windami - mieliśmy pokoj na 10tym piętrze wiec czesto trzeba bylo schodzic schodami. Mała stołówka a dużo gości wiec jesli nie przyjdziesz na czas to musisz czekac w kolejce. Sprzątanie pokojów bywa rzadko i słabo. Dużo piasku wszędzie. Pod lóżkiem pozostały śmieci po poprzednich gościach - puszki z piwa itd. Balkon tragedia - wymaga remontu, jak większość obieku. Reasumując jak na tą cenę to może być. Obsługa nadrabia większość problemów.

Pyszne jedzenie ,czystość ,położenie ,dobrze działająca klimatyzacja

Brak możliwości wypicia alkoholu w barze wieczorem w „szkle” . Szklane kieliszki dostępne tylko w restauracji ,gdzie była kolejka . Przepisy ograniczające limit alkoholu powodują ,że trzeba pić na czas w określonych ściśle godzinach.

Das einige Gäste hier das Essen als gut bewerten ist höchst fraglich. Wir waren zu Zehnt und alle geschockt von dem Buffet. Wir hatten etliche Speisen, die verdorben oder versalzen waren. Der Schinken, die Orangen, teilweise die Peperoni waren verdorben. Das Obst (NICHT reichlich) war verdorben. Die Croissants teilweise ranzig. Es war immer ein Glücksspiel, ob das Essen, in welches man rein gebissen hat noch essbar war. Das Gemüse sah alt aus und als würde es dort schon seit Tagen liegen. Aufstriche gab es quasi gar nicht. Die Semmeln teilweise vertrocknet. Der Kaffee nicht genießbar. Manche Speise waren in Ordnung, sogar lecker. Waren aber meist Speisen, die mit viel Fett zubereitet wurden. Der Speisesaal ist viel zu klein und so laut, dass man sich kaum unterhalten konnte. Das All inklusive Paket war alles andere als erwartet. Es gab Bier oder Wein, den man kaum trinken konnte. Cocktails o.ä. gab es nicht. Die Essenszeiten total ungünstig. Zwischendurch nur eine kleine Theke mit Sandwiches. Die Zimmer waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sollten renoviert werden. Die "Bettdecke" war ein sehr dünnes Laken (zu vergleichen mit einer Bettwäsche ohne Füllung). Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Die Lampen über den Betten in den Zimmern waren immer leicht an - konnte man gar nicht ganz ausmachen. Die Temperatur in der Dusche schwankte von kalt zu heiß. Der Wasserdruck war viel zu gering. Der Pool war ein Witz. Ein Mini Pool in einer Ecke, in der kaum Sonne hinkommt. Liegen waren überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Manche Badegäste legten sich auf ihre Luftmatratzen. Absolutes Gegenteil von dem, was man von einem All inklusive Urlaub erwartet. Wir würden nie wieder dorthin gehen!!!

The food was good and very tasty and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent and very close to the beach and to the bus stop.

My single room was smelly from the bathroom, there was no proper condensation. Even thought the cleaners came in the morning and cleaned the bathroom and put an air freshener in the room it smelled ok until I took a shower in the evening. Also, my cloths were dump as the room didn't get the roper dry air, my window was open all day.

Si viajas con bebé y en familia, elige otro hotel. Solo me gustó el trato cercano del personal, aunque a veces se hacía demasiado pesado porque al fin y al cabo íbamos a desconectar y descansar.

Todo. Estuvimos dos días en el tercer piso y mi bebé tuvo una hipotermia de tanto que sudaba por la humedad y frío que se quedó. Me dijeron que usara el aire acondicionado (que no es adecuado, no tiene función deshumidificadora) y eso sirvió para casi perder a mi bebé la primera noche. Tras el susto y otra noche empapado, nos cambiaron al noveno piso. Aquí la humedad ya no fue un problema. Las habitaciones son viejas, necesita gran reforma este hotel. Baños con techos mohosos y duchas que no regulan la temperatura. Te duchabas con agua fría y ardiendo alternativamente... genial para lavar al bebé claro. Las tronas del restaurante sucias, no las limpian. Nos hemos venido con un bocamanopie de manual, y mi bebé no ha pisado aun guardería, para que se palpe el drama. Solo hay alemanes borrachos y folloneros. A las 5am nos despertaban, no saben susurrar, pobres. Me echaron cenizas de cigarro en mi ropa tendida, solo habiendo una habitación encima y nadie les dijo nada. A mi marido le embadurnaron de ketchup (sin querer, pero más de 10 manchas) en el restaurante en una camiseta blanca nueva de 20e que hemos tenido que tirar. ¿¿No tienen quitamanchas en un buffet?? Nadie se responsabiliza de nada, perdón y a seguir. ¿Piscina? Mejor dicho rincón de alcohol y tabaco. ¿Por qué no dejan ese espacio libre de humos para los niños? ¿Para qué? Solo se cuida al extranjero que viene a beber y destrozar. Un horror de vacaciones y muchas ganas de regresar a casa para estar cómodo al menos. No pediamos ni esperábamos mucho, pero ha sido sorprendentemente más negativo de lo que hubiesemos creído.

V blízkosti hotelu najdete vše potřebné - pláž, obchody, bary a restaurace. Snídaně, obědy i večeře byly výborné.

Pokoje už by potřebovaly zrekonstruovat, zařízení je poněkud zastaralé, ale dostačující.

El servicio del personal hizo que nuestra estancia fuera más agradable. Una especial mención a Andreea de recepción y a Dembelé del buffet. Muy simpáticos y profesionales. Un punto malo ha sido la limpieza y la ducha de nuestra habitación, ya que no se podía regular la temperatura del agua y no había presión. Además, las habitaciones no cuentan con cepillos, acondicionador para pelo etc.

Preisleistungsverhältnis war super. 3 Bett Zimmer sind geräumig. Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Für einen Ballermann Urlaub absolut ausreichend.

In den Doppelzimmern waren die Betten etwas klein. Die Buffets hatten viel Auswahl, geschmacklich hat nicht alles überzeugt, aber Nudeln mit Tomatensoße sind immer eine sichere Wahl ;) allein für das Essen sollte man dort nicht hin, aber wenn man es als Ad On betrachtet, weil andere Hotels in gleicher Preisklasse nichts anbieten, dann ist doch alles prima.

Falta de personal y con demasiada gente para atender,aún el personal se esforzarse se notaba la falta de personal,aun así muy bien y recomendable

Quiero destacar especialmente el gran espíritu de servicio y la excelente atención al cliente de todo el personal. En particular, quiero felicitar al equipo del restaurante, quienes estuvieron siempre muy atentos y pendientes de las necesidades de los clientes, brindando un trato amable y cercano en todo momento. Una felicitación muy especial para Raquel, una de las funcionarias del restaurante, por su amabilidad, disposición y excelente atención. También quiero reconocer y agradecer al resto del equipo del restaurante, aunque lamentablemente no conozco los nombres de todos.

Mały basen bardzo małe pokoje mała szafa na ubrania jedno krzesło brak stolika , w łazience pod prysznicem stoi woda , bardzo słaba klimatyzacja , monotonne jedzenie . Problemy z windami sa tylko dwie jedna na 4 osoby druga na 6 .Stołowka niedostosowana do liczby gości wiecznie kolejka na posiłki.

Уборка в номере, однообразная еда. Люди ,которые только пришли с пляжа в купальниках ,на ногах песок сразу идут в столовую....я думаю,что в других отелях их бы просто в таком виде в столовую не пустили....

Fantasztikus ízek, bőséges választék mindhárom étkezéskor. Kedves felszolgálók, barátságos személyzet. Tiszta szobák, bár kicsinek találtam, de tökéletesen megfelelt. A bejáratnál a jéghideg ital szuper volt. Közelben boltok, üzletek, árban nem vészes. Közel volt a part, ami nem zsúfolt. Kellemes napokat töltöttünk itt.

Amiatt voltunk kicsit szomorúak, hogy a kért két közeli szoba nem sikerült. A gyerekeim a 9. emeleten voltak, mi a 2. emeleten. De ettől függetlenül jól éreztük magunkat. Nem volt probléma.

La verdad que no recomendaría para nada este alojamiento no nos ha gustado nada ni la ubicación , ni la limpieza, ni la comida. Cuando entras da la sensación que es un hotel moderno, pero cuando pasas la recepción te das cuenta que es un hotel súper viejo, dos ascensores que tardan la vida y encima uno roto cada dos por tres…. En relación calidad/precio me esperaba algo mejor sobretodo en tema de limpieza(las toallas mejor no digo nada )algo imprescindible en hoteles. Con respecto a la comida muy poca variedad sobretodo en almuerzo y cena, los postres siempre los mismos… y ya de la ubicación una zona un poco extraña… Sin duda alguna no lo recomendaría para nada y nunca más volvería a alojarme aquí .

Ми обрали все включеного, їжа була смачна, був великий вибір. Розташування було зручним, 2 хвилини до пляжу, набережної, магазини поруч.

Кімната не відповідала очікуванню. Було вікно, яке виходило в стіну цього ж готелю, і коли його відриваєш сморід стояв на всю кімнату. В кімнаті дуже мало освітлення. Але з урахуванням того, що ми там тільки ночували, то на це можна було закрити очі.

Nie podobało mi się, że basen był zbyt mały, że poza godzinami posiłków były dostępne tylko kanapki i jeden napój, że były kolejki do posiłków (ograniczenie liczby osób na sali) i że do wind były kolejki. Były tylko dwie windy a pięter 9, to stanowczo za mało, jedna winda na 2 osoby, druga na 6 i jechały bardzo wolno.

Hotel Review Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. There were several issues throughout our stay that made us feel uncomfortable and frustrated. First of all, we were not happy with the reception staff. We received almost no information when we arrived and very little information when we checked out. We expected a much more professional and welcoming approach. During meal times, we often had to stand in line before we could even find a place to eat. The hotel has nine floors but only two very old and extremely small elevators, which were clearly not sufficient for the number of guests. They were also frequently being used by the cleaning staff. In our opinion, it is not acceptable for a hotel of this size to have such limited elevator facilities. The swimming pool was also extremely disappointing and honestly felt like a joke compared with what we expected from the hotel. We were told that three alcoholic drinks were included with each meal, but these drinks could only be consumed during the meal itself. If you wanted a drink between meals, you had to pay for it separately. This was not explained clearly to us. At the pool bar, there were many ants around the area where sandwiches and fruit were being kept. We informed a member of staff, who simply told us that they already knew about the problem. We found this very concerning from a hygiene perspective. Another serious issue was the shower. The water temperature constantly changed between very hot and very cold. Unfortunately, our child was burned when we were giving him a shower because we were not expecting the water to suddenly become extremely hot. We reported this to reception, but we were told that this was happening throughout the entire hotel and that there was nothing they could do because the temperature could not be regulated. We find this completely unacceptable, especially when families with young children are staying at the hotel.

I didn’t like it at all. Very low standards.

Bathroom not clean properly, no fridge, no safety box. I asked about safety box and was 3 euros per day plus 10 euros deposit , a hotel with 3 stars but is not worth the money. We had all inclusive, but the alcohol drinks were limited, dining room was so small for a hotel with 9 levels( 900+ of rooms) . The queues were very long to get the food . After a day on the beach when we returned there wasn’t any water running. We asked the staff and was an issue with plumbing and waited an hour to have a shower and having a child waiting as well. No cold water to drink, the food was very limited, not having too many choices, and we decided to eat outside of the hotel and buy drinks like water and alcohol. The pool is only a small corner, the sitting area next to the pool was full of people smoking, smoking even on the hotel levels. Very very disappointed. I will say to be avoided.

Очень дружелюбно нам встретил Mario на ресепшене. Великолепный номер с видом на море, море в минуте ходьбы. Разнообразное питание, каждый день новое. Ежедневная уборка номера. Рекомендую этот отель для размещения!
