Il personale è davvero antipatico per non parlare della pulizia dell hotel, nella descrizione c'era disponibile l asciugacapelli e difatti c'era ma non funzionante ne avevano soltanto uno per 700 stanze di fatto lo dovuto comprare a mie spese

Buona posizione

Appena arrivati in camera la camera puzzava di fumo di sigaretta, un secchio a terra che raccogliesse acqua dal soffitto. Inoltre c’era un aria pesante in camera, mia moglie ha cominciato a tossire senza smetterla, e dando un occhiata al volo ho trovato il filtro dell’aria condizionata completamente otturato, credetemi, otturato da anni. Ho fatto reclamo alla reception, purtroppo non c’erano camere disponibili, e il tecnico poteva venire il giorno dopo. Dopo ben 3 notti, a tossire, quindi insonni, i filtri sono stati ‘puliti’ stesso dal direttore. Alla fine ho completato il mio soggiorno senza risolvere il problema, mal di schiena per il materasso scomodo, crisi asmatiche. Per due volte non abbiamo avuto la pulizia della camera. Tutto questo documentabile con foto e video. Fate le vostre valutazioni, per me, SCAPPATE!

It doesn’t offer any breakfast options. Just items bought from the supermarket (biscuits, cakes). Every night we had problems with noise and disrespectful behaviour from guests, and had to go to reception in person to ask them to be more considerate

Das Personal war freundlich und die Lage ist gut, da man von dort aus alles gut erreichen kann. Allerdings stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich überhaupt nicht. Ich hatte keine 5 Sterne erwartet und auch keine großen Ansprüche. Mir war lediglich wichtig, dass das Zimmer sauber ist und leider war genau das nicht der Fall. Wie man auf dem Bild sehen kann, haben wir das Zimmer so vorgefunden. Das war für mich sehr enttäuschend. Was uns besonders gewundert hat, waren die guten Bewertungen auf Booking.com. Aufgrund dieser Bewertungen hatten wir ehrlich gesagt etwas anderes erwartet. Da wir nur zwei Nächte dort waren, war es für uns letztendlich erträglich. Trotzdem würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Lieber würde ich etwas mehr bezahlen und dafür ein sauberes Zimmer vorfinden.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut wenn man einen Kurzurlaub macht, wo man nicht all zu lange täglich im Hotel bleibt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, welches einen defekten Föhn im Zimmer umgehend ersetzte. Ebenfalls ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt, wo man sein Mietauto problemlos parken kann ohne langer Parkplatzsuche am Abend.

Das Badezimmer war für ein Doppelbettzimmer eher klein und eng, welches es in einem anderen Zimmer derselben Preisklasse auch geräumiger gegeben hat

Chambres non insonorisés: nous n’avons pas pu nous reposer, car nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans les chambres voisines et dans le couloir. Les autres clients de l’hôtel faisait énormément de bruit à toutes les heures, le service nettoyage aussi. Le balcon donnait directement sur la chambre d’en face. Le coffre fort était payant. Lors de notre Check out, on nous a réclamé de payer des boissons du minibar que nous n’avions jamais consommé.

La atención al cliente fue lo mejor. Muy amables y nos atendieron en todo momento para todos los fallos que encontramos en la habitación. La ubicación perfecta, justo al lado de la playa y de la zona de ocio.

La ducha estaba rota, se estropeó también el aparato para poner la tarjeta y tener luz, estaba todo con mucho polvo y el suelo muy sucio. El baño no estaba limpio del todo...

Zeer onhygiënisch. Bed was vies en kamer werd niet schoongemaakt, terwijl ik duidelijk het kaartje vroeg in de ochtend had opgehangen dat ik dit graag wilde. Ik moest zelf weer nieuwe schone handdoeken halen. Daarnaast functioneerde de douche vrijwel niet en zat er schimmel op de muur.

La zona de la playa que está a dos minutos, está horriblemente sucia, huele a vómito, se pegan los pies, la playa es larga pero con poco espacio para poner la toalla, no recomendable sino vas a beber y discotecas. Qué pena de playa.

Location is near the beach. Room was clean. Busstop just 5-10 minutes walk away. The best feature is the private parking garage for guests (12 euro per night). Also the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand. Freundliches Personal. Zweckmäßige Ausstattung, aber nicht mehr.

Ein paar Sachen mussten extra bezahlt werden, zum Beispiel der Safe, der anfangs nicht funktioniert hat und mehrfach der Service gerufen werden musste. Der Kühlschrank ist viel zu klein. Es passen maximal sechs kleine Flaschen hinein. In jede tragbare Kühltasche passt mehr rein. Im Reiseangebot stand, dass der Flughafentransfer im Preis inbegriffen sei. Da wusste das Personal nichts von und ich musste die Taxis aus eigener Tasche bezahlen. Das waren mal eben zwei mal 25€ zusätzlich!

Bardzo łatwy kontakt z personelem. W pokojach czysto, zadnego robactwa, codzienne sprzątnie. Plus za małą lodówkę w pokoju. Jako miejsce ma noclegi i śniadanko w pokoju, nie potrzeba więcej.

W jednym pokoju klima słabo działała. Firanki i zasłonki wymagałyby odświeżenia. W toaletach brak szczotki.

Rien à dire, hôtel de bonne localisation pour faire le tour de l'île, chambre propre, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir eu un balcon avec une petite vu sur la mer.

Parfois difficile de se garer, il faut soit avoir de la chance est trouver une place à côté et parfois devoir tourné plusieurs minutes, ou accepter de se garer plus loin. L'hôtel propose des places payantes cependant...

Pan na recepcji bardzo nie miły. Trzeba zostawić dowód lub paszport do meldowania. Za ok pół godziny oddał. Okolica hotelu nie zbyt miła i czyta.

A szállás remek elhelyezkedésű, a part nagyon közel található. A környéken sok kisbolt van, ahol mindent beszerezhettünk, amire a mindennapi élethez szükségünk volt. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt, éjszaka is készséggel álltak rendelkezésünkre. Összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással.

A szállás nem egy bulinegyedben található, ennek ellenére sajnos több alkalommal is fiatal társaságok hangoskodtak a teraszon egészen hajnalig, ami miatt nehéz volt pihenni és aludni. Minden alkalommal nekünk kellett jeleznünk a személyzetnek, hogy szóljanak nekik. A folyosóról is nagyon behallatszott a késő este vagy hajnalban visszaérkező, hangoskodó vendégek zaja, illetve az ajtócsapkodás is zavaró volt. A szobák felszereltségével kapcsolatban egy kisebb éjjeli- vagy olvasólámpa is nagy segítség lett volna.

Hsk would take the towels in the morning and would bring wrong ones . One day they didn’t bring at all and we had to wait the receptionist to bring us from another room .

Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und ca. 25 Minuten vom Bierkönig etc. Die Lage ist super, es gibt Restaurants, Supermärkte und alles, was man braucht in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Es war ruhig und sauber. Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir keins hatten.

Im Badezimmer funktionierte die Lüftung nicht und die Klimaanlage ist auch sehr schwach.

El hotel superó mis expectativas, muy bien ubicado cerca de la playa, limpio, con terraza y muy bien de precio para la temporada, sin duda lo mejor su personal Albert el recepcionista, todo un encanto, servicial, no escatimó en darnos información de la zona, muy profesional, amable y colaborador, 5 estrellas para él, también Patricia y la Sra. del aseo María, dejaban todo impecable muy buena limpieza, no se diga más de Liz la Sra. de la Cafetería, otro encanto de persona. Muchas felicitaciones tienen un lugar maravilloso para descansar y sentirse como en casa.

Me faltó el desayuno, no tenían este servicio pero en la zona hay multitud de cafeterías y se puede solucionar rápidamente.

L’établissement est très bien situé , arrêt de bus juste à côté, notamment pour l’aéroport. À proximité de toutes commodités et à 2 min à pieds du centre de s’arenal et de la plage. Le personnel est agréable et l’hôtel a tout le nécessaire. Très propre. Rien à redire

Le seul bémol et c’est bien dommage car cela peut vous gâcher votre séjour : les jeunes touristes allemands. Aucun respect , tapage nocturne, dégradation des lieux et du matériel , un enfer car les cloisons sont fines et lorsqu’ils arrivent avec le mégaphone en hurlant jusqu’à des 6h du mat’ tout en se claquant contre les parois des murs ça fait tout drôle. Aucune remontrance de l’hôtel , c’est tout permis.

Séjour globalement positif. La chambre correspondait bien à la description de l’hôtel : elle était confortable, assez spacieuse et nous avons très bien dormi. Les équipements étaient corrects et le rapport qualité-prix était plutôt bon. La propreté était convenable, même si elle pourrait être améliorée sur certains points. Le personnel était également sympathique et agréable. L’emplacement est pratique car l’hôtel se trouve à seulement 1 à 2 minutes à pied de la plage, avec des commerces et commodités à proximité. En revanche, le quartier n’est pas forcément le plus agréable de Majorque selon nous. Nous ne nous sommes pas senties en insécurité, mais pour des personnes voyageant seules, notamment des filles, cela peut être un élément à prendre en compte.

Le principal point négatif concerne le parking. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel notamment parce qu’il proposait un parking privé réservable. Nous avons essayé à plusieurs reprises de réserver une place, mais il nous a toujours été répondu que cela n’était pas possible. Une fois sur place, on nous a finalement indiqué qu’il n’y avait plus de place disponible. Après avoir contacté le service client Booking et beaucoup insisté, une solution a finalement été trouvée au bout de deux jours. Cependant, cela n’aurait probablement pas été possible sans l’intervention de Booking. À noter qu’il n’y a que 8 places de parking pour tout l’hôtel et qu’en pratique, il semble impossible de garantir une place à l’avance : il faut attendre qu’une place se libère à la réception. Autre petit point négatif : il n’y avait pas de gel douche ni de shampoing disponibles. Les produits laissés dans la salle de bain étaient complètement vides, nous avons donc dû en acheter nous-mêmes.

Preis Leistung auf jeden Fall vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich würde es wieder buchen. Man ist in 15 Minuten beim Mega Park.

Las puertas del baño chirriaban mucho. Cuando llegamos, no había gel de ducha. Pedimos que lo repusieran y nos dijeron que lo añadirían al día siguiente, pero, por desgracia, nunca lo hicieron.

La posizione è ottima per chi come noi ha poco tempo a disposizione per visitare una parte della meravigliosa isola.

Lo staff non è stato nè disponibile nè tantomeno cortese. La pulizia a dir poco precaria, capelli nella doccia e sul pavimento, water non igienizzato.

Das Zimmer war, obwohl als „Superior room“ bezeichnet, sehr einfach , das Bad war (Badewannentrennwand) alt. Der Balkon war klein und auch in die Jahre gekommen.

The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance including the beach, shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. It is very convenient for a beach and city-style holiday. The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job throughout the stay. The area around the hotel is lively and well connected, making it easy to explore Palma and the surrounding beaches. Overall, the hotel works well as a base for couples or travellers who want to spend most of their time outside.

On arrival, there were additional charges (taxes) that were not clearly communicated during booking, which caused some confusion at check-in. There was also limited information provided about hotel facilities such as breakfast times and general services, so guests need to ask for details instead of receiving clear guidance. In the room, there were no proper glass cups available, only disposable alternatives, which felt a bit basic for the price level. The area can be noisy at times due to other guests and the surrounding nightlife, which may not suit everyone.

No andaba el aire acondicionado. Balcón sucio. Cuando hacían limpieza de cuarto solo tendian la cama el resto lo dejaban sucio.
