Reparaciones y pequeños desperfectos no atendidos (pintura....) podría mejorarse fácilmente con poco Entorno un tanto peculiar e inseguro (aunque la comisaría de policía está justo al lado).

Fiz uma reserva para Junho de 2026. Liguei a perguntar se havia reserva em meu nome e disseram que não, disseram para reservar de novo. Fiz a reserva de novo. Resulta que afinal, foi-me cobrado o valor da que supostamente não tinham e da nova que fiz. Não me devolveram o dinheiro, nem o hotel, nem o booking. Continuo à espera.

The location was good and so was the breakfast.

The cleaning was not good, we had stained towels on two days, our drinking glasses were unwashed on one day and the lift area outside our room was left unkept and we had to step over furniture to access our room on one occasion..

A nice hotel with very friendly and helpful reception staff. The breakfast was good, and the location is definitely one of its biggest advantages. It is very well connected to the rest of Athens, while many places are also within walking distance. Being just below Omonia Square makes it quite convenient for getting around the city. The surrounding area is not the nicest, and there are quite a lot of homeless people on the streets. However, since the hotel is right below Omonia Square, this was not a major issue for us, as there was no real need to wander far into the surrounding streets. The hotel itself was clean overall. However, we stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed during our stay, which is a little disappointing for a four-star hotel. Some of the walls and common areas also looked a bit worn and marked. Overall, a good stay with a great location and friendly staff, but there is some room for improvement in terms of housekeeping and maintenance.

Location of the hotel was paramount...very close to the cruise ship terminal, and we were able to use previously purchased "hop on, hop off bus tickets" to get to the hotel. Neighbourhood was quiet and safe...located next to a police station...and had lots to see and do within a short walk, or we used our hop on, hop off bus tickets to travel throughout Athens. Many very good restaurants and bars close by, ranging from high end and expensive (had dinner in 1 hotel restaurant...outstanding!, to cheaper and more basic (had lunch in a Veneti deli...excellent pricing and wide variety of fantastic food!). Accommodations were nice, clean and well kept, staff were VERY helpful and informative, and the breakfast buffet almost rivaled anything we had on our previous week's cruise! Great selection, variety and very good.

Nothing overly problematic...more nit picking. The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine in each room upon arriving, which was great...for.me...but not so much with my friend traveling with me, who's allergic and could only drink white wine. When we asked to switch, they told us it was not possible, although their in house bar stocked several varieties of white. We went and bought a bottle of white for her, and I had the 2 reds, so it was a bit of "looking a gift horse in the mouth...", but would have been a nice treat/topper to a busy travel day.

Non è un 4 stelle,la posizione è sicuramente strategica ma in una zona terribile! Struttura trascurata,colazione accettabile ma non eccezionale come ho letto nelle recensioni.aria condizionata nelle camere sparata tutto il giorno e sono sprovvisti di coperte.1 ascensore su 2 fuori uso e quindi tempi lunghi per prenderlo.

It’s in a bad part of town and my daughter and I didn’t feel comfortable walking around after dark.

Nice owners ,Tina stays in our ❤️. The studio is clean and well maintained. Balcony is looking to green the garden, AC working properly, wifi is OK as well. 10 minutes walking to the beach. Guests has access to a pool on the neighboring property, very nice place to relax. Pool restaurant with good food and drinks. We had some extra requests regarding an extra sheet, other type of pillow and a kettle which was not working was changed quickly.. everything is handled very well. The room is cleaned daily.

To not throwing the toilet paper in the toilet- misery...some very unhygienic thing....but we followed the rules.

Llegamos muy temprano después de un vuelo nocturno y nos permitieron desayunar sin coste adicional, aunque todavía no había comenzado oficialmente nuestra estancia. También agradecimos que el último día nos prepararan el desayuno para llevar, ya que teníamos que salir antes de poder tomarlo.

Nuestra experiencia no se correspondió ni con la categoría de cuatro estrellas ni con la imagen que transmiten la descripción y muchas de las reseñas publicadas en Booking. La ubicación fue uno de los principales inconvenientes. Varios taxistas nos advirtieron de que se trataba de una zona conflictiva por la presencia de consumo de drogas y prostitución; uno de ellos incluso insistió en dejarnos exactamente en la puerta para que no camináramos ni unos metros. Nosotros mismos presenciamos consumo de drogas a plena luz del día en calles cercanas al hotel. Por ello, no nos sentimos cómodos caminando por el entorno. Al llegar antes del check-in dejamos las maletas en recepción, pero permanecieron aproximadamente dos horas en la entrada, visibles y aparentemente sin custodiar en algunos momentos. Incluso guardaron antes el equipaje de otros huéspedes que llegaron después, algo que nos generó bastante preocupación. Aunque nos habían indicado que probablemente podríamos acceder antes a la habitación, finalmente no estuvo disponible hasta la hora habitual y tuvimos que esperar agotados en recepción, llegando incluso a dormir allí. La limpieza fue claramente insuficiente. Encontramos manchas en las cortinas, el suelo y algunas toallas, incluidas toallas entregadas como recambio. Aunque cambiaban las sábanas y las toallas, la limpieza de la habitación era muy superficial y no transmitía una sensación de higiene. Tampoco reponían los botes de champú y gel conforme los íbamos gastando. Las zonas comunes presentaban problemas similares, con manchas en la moqueta, los suelos y algunas paredes. Não é um hotel de 4 estrelas. Limpeza muito má, todo o quarto se encontrava sujo. Incrivelmente pequeno para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Zona muito mal frequentada. Nos dias subsequentes o quarto não foi limpo, apenas trocaram as toalhas. Paredes completamente riscadas, lixo de hóspedes anteriores, imenso pó. Inadmissível.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la ducha era muy grande.. Las habitaciones tenían un balcón con una mesa y sillas muy agradable.

There was some filth in a restroom. I cleaned it myself. Everything else was top notch.

Aucune propreté dans l’établissement, j’ai demandé un ménage qui n’a jamais été réalisé en 4 jours. J’ai fais une requête auprès de booking et j’exige un remboursement !

Breakfast, hotel amenities were very thoughtful as well as the bottle of wine left for us.

The area did not feel very safe so we did not leave the hotel in the evenings. We felt very safe in the hotel though and the location is not their fault.

The neighborhood is dangerous and it is irresponsible that no one informs the guests before.

There was no freshly cooked items in the breakfast. Menu stayed the same everyday. It seemed everything was a canned product. There are lots of drug addicts shootings drugs even during day time. It seems the locals were quite used to it and did not feel threatened. There is a police station right next to hotel. Their advice was not to walk alone in the area late night. I think, Athens in general is not that safe except the tourist areas where there are lot of people.

Temos a agradecer em particular a simpatia da funcionária da recepção que fez os possíveis para antecipar o nosso check in. Ganhámos duas horas de descanso de uma viagem muito cansativa. O nosso quarto era muito limpo e tinha todas as comodidades necessárias. Os pequenos almoços tinham uma grande variedade de opções, todas ótimas. Gostámos muito da nossa estadia.

O único aspeto negativo foi a vista do quarto que dava para as traseiras de uns prédios com ar meio abandonado..

molto molto sporco, assolutamente non è un hotel da 4 stelle, la camera aveva un cattivo odore e le lenzuola cuscini e il bagno erano davvero sporchi. Non ho idea di come si assegnino le stelle ma sono stata in alberghi 2stelle più puliti di questi.

Dostupnost, cena, lokalita...personal, ranajky...vsetko... musim povedat ze, aj ta cistota....zislo by sa trosku vymalovat izby...a schodisko....ale ani to memozem vyčítat hotelu, ale samotným hostom...netusim co si aj doma takto znecistuju steny a ine veci....keby sme sa ludia spravali k ostatnym ( nie len svojim) veciam ohladuplnejsie, bolo by to ovela lepsie... HOTELU AKO TAKEMU NAOZAJ NEMAM CO VYTKNÚT...priam naopak...Dakujeme za prijemny pobyt👍👍👍🫶

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegen kommend. Frühstückbuffet ist ausreichend und gut.

Die Zimmer sehen teilweise abgewohnt aus. Das Waschbecken ist viel zu klein. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehlenswert.

The hotel was spotless and comfortable, each and every one of the staff were very friendly especially those in the bar/restaurant area as they always made time to talk as I was on my own.

The only negative was actually the cleanliness of the streets outside the hotel and signs of drug taking in nearby streets despite a police station next door

El barrio...muy mala gente por su alrededor. Aunque estaba medianamente cerca habia q andar un poco y ya como digo por la tarde noche daba un poco de miedo andar hasta el hotel por los mendigos, se peleaban entre ellos... Otra cosa que destacar mi habitacion estaba llena de polvo por todos lados. Me dejaron una botella d vino y las copas estaban supersucias y llenas de polvo. En fin no lo recomendaria para un amigo.

La proximité avec les quartiers sympas, la climatisation et la taille de la chambre. La possibilité de laisser ses valises à l'accueil.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles il y avait bcp de problèmes: - l'insonorisation des chambres, on entend tout ; les voisins, la télé des voisins, les bruits de portes, les bruits dans les couloirs... - les impacts et saleté sur les murs dans les chambres - fauteuils cassé sur les balcons - trous dans les draps - cuvette de toilette pas très propre à l'arrivée - le manque de place au petit déjeuner. On n'a pas pu prendre notre petit déjeuner par manque de place. - les problèmes d'ascenseurs; porte qui se ferme mal et du coup bloqué à certains étages.

Удобное месторасположение. Приехали в 9.00, заселили в 12.00 (раньше чем время заезда). Неплохой завтрак, комфортное лобби.

Номер разочаровал. Во первых при входе в номер чувствуется явный запах канализации. Вместо одной большой кровати были сдвоенные две маленькие, которые разъезжались в разные стороны постоянно, из-за чего спать было не удобно, да и качество матрасов не очень комфортное! В эту щель между матрасами постоянно что то проваливалось. (Мобильные телефоны и так далее) Номер большой, но не прямоугольный, кокой то некомфортный! В шкафу была только штанга для одежды, ни одной полки или ящика, непонятно куда раскладывать вещи. Сейф практически на полу, для того чтоб положить туда что то или вынуть, надо практически вставать «на корячки». В ванной только два крючка в дальнем углу, около раковины никаких держалок нет, полотенце повесить некуда. Также в ванной нет вытяжки, из-за чего там постоянно сыро, окно положение не спасает, тк при его открытии становится слишком жарко. На второй день специально включили просьбу об уборке номера и ушли. Пришли обратно в номер в 13.00, номер не убран. Специально нашли горничную и попросили её убрать номер, сидели и лобби и ждали. Пришли обратно в номер в 14.30 - ничего не убрано! Убрали номер только после нашего возмущения в 15.00 и то не до конца. (Не мыли полы и не пылесосили). И это улучшенный номер?!

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren zeer netjes. Uitstekende kamer en badkamer. Goede ligging naar het centrum met restaurants en metro.

Zum Monastiraki-Platz benötigt man zu Fuß bei zügigem Tempo etwa 15–20 Minuten, was für uns völlig in Ordnung war. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr sauberen Zimmer. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Badezimmer waren gepflegt, modern und komfortabel ausgestattet. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es nachts angenehm ruhig, sodass wir ungestört schlafen konnten. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hervorzuheben. Wir wurden jederzeit herzlich empfangen und konnten uns bei Fragen oder Anliegen auf die Mitarbeitenden verlassen.

Die Lage ist recht zentral. Beim nächsten Besuch würde ich jedoch ein Hotel wählen, das noch näher am Stadtzentrum liegt. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Polizeistation, weshalb regelmäßig Gefangenentransporte zu beobachten waren. Wenn man spätabends zu Fuß aus der Innenstadt zurückkehrt, empfand ich die Umgebung teilweise als unangenehm und war froh, nicht allein unterwegs zu sein. In der Nähe befindet sich zudem ein Viertel mit sichtbarer Drogen- und Prostitutionsszene. Tagsüber habe ich mich jedoch jederzeit sicher gefühlt und hatte keine Probleme.

Super freundliches Personal, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Tolle Citylage. Gutes Frühstück. Komme gerne wieder.

Não correspondeu ao que estava à espera. O classificação em estrelas não corresponde ao que esperava. Apesar de bem localizado, em poucos minutos estamos na zona central da cidade, fica muito perto da transição, zona boa / zona má. Pequeno almoço banal. O ponto mais forte, são os funcionários. Esses sim, merecem o meu aplauso.

הבידוד הפנימי לא מספיק טוב, התעוררנו באחד הלילות מצעקות וצחוקים ב3 בלילה, יש לומר שהקבלה טיפלו בזה במהירות

We had a wonderful stay! The room was huge, spotless, and very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and stocked with plenty of toiletries and products, which was a nice touch. Since we had an early morning flight, the hotel thoughtfully prepared our breakfast to go, which we really appreciated. The staff also arranged a taxi to the airport at a flat rate, making our departure completely stress-free. The location was fantastic—very walkable and close to everything we wanted to see.

The only small suggestion I’d make is that the room could use a fresh coat of paint, as there were quite a few scuff marks on the walls. Other than that, everything was excellent. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens!

It is my 4 or 5th time in International Atene hotel, nice location, comfortable facilities, very attentive staff.

The bedroom was big and very nice, the toilet as well, and it was also clean. The breakfast was okay and the staff was very helpful and also let us leave our bags after the checkout for the whole day

The hotel in general was nice, modern and clean but you could see that it's kinda old, a lot of the walls were very dirty. The bed was not too comfortable becsuse it was two single beds together so you would tend to fall towards the middle. Unfortunately I had a big problem because got my legs full of bites from bed bugs and i had to disinfect everything at home to be sure I didnt transport them, so I would advise to check the bed and matress very good before using it. Apart from that it was a nice stay

Das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage, zu Fuß ist man in knapp 15 Minuten unterhalb der Akropolis. Frühstück war vielfältig und schmackhaft.
