Reviewed Sep 6, 2026El trato del personal de recepción, que fue cordial y nos ayudó con recomendaciones para visitar Atenas. También agradecimos que dejaran una botella de agua en la habitación cada día.
Prácticamente todo lo relacionado con la estancia: habitación muy deteriorada, problemas de limpieza y mantenimiento, muchísimo ruido y una insonorización inexistente. Lo peor fue que no pudimos descansar correctamente ninguna de las tres noches, incluyendo obras con fuertes ruidos desde las 7 de la mañana.

The restaurant was very pleasant, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of products. The hotel is close to Omonia Square and the National Archaeological Museum, and is generally very well located for visiting tourist attractions
The hotel is located in an area where, at night, many homeless people and drug addicts can be seen on the sidewalks, creating a sense of personal insecurity.

Unfortunately my room had a pretty bad toilet .It was so small thst only a kid could shower . And some room service were average. Rest all were great.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The staff were really lovely. The room was big and clean. People have complained about the lifts being too small. Not all are small and are acceptable. The breakfast is great and worth having to keep you going for quite a while. The hotel is tired and needs to be upgraded to be a 4 star hotel it's a -3 currently. The beds are comfortable. Its a easy walk to the centre and totally safe during the day - not so at night.
The 7th floor was being renovated and the workmen woke us up at 7.30 am on Sunday. Not good but they did stop when we complained. The street was most unsavoury but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

The staff require further training; one shouldn't have to ask for every single issue to be addressed before it gets handled. That said, the public relations team was very good.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Friendly and professional stuff, excellent breakfast choice, cleanness and tidiness. Walking proximity to the historical sites. Affordable parking garage nearby. I stayed with a family of four and enjoyed it.
Well, the hotel’s location isn’t ideal. There are some creepy individuals lurking around the street, so I wouldn’t stroll around at night carelessly. On the other hand, the hotel block is situated in a residential neighborhood, which adds to the charm of being in Athens.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious. However, don’t forget that you’re in the basement of an apartment .
We had to wait another two hours for check-in, which started at 3:00 p.m., and were finally able to get into our room at 5:00 p.m. Other guests, like us, also had to wait. The next morning, we were woken up at 7:30 AM by the sound of a drill. When I called the front desk, they told me they had started construction work for renovations on the upper floors. It was very kind to ask if we were bothered by it :) At the end, during check-out, I gave them the invoice info two times as written. when ı come back home I saw that the name on the invoice was incorrect. and I gave up.

Very convenient location to the old part of Athens, close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Behind the hotel there is an affordable parking garage for 7 euros parking spot for 24 hours. We are returning on the 20th after our cruise for two more nights. I would highly recommend this hotel

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Rooms and lobby are nice. Location seemed very unsafe. Lots of sketchy people sitting around the hotel. Felt very unsafe walking at night even in a large group. We saw prostitutes and needles around the sidewalk surrounding the hotel. We believe that an employee stole from us and nothing was done. Hotel staff even became defensive and put the blame on us. You can find a better place to stay.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Alles war super, jedes Personal ob Frühstückservice oder Rezeption uns wurde alles richtig super erklärt auf dem Stadtplan so dass wir alle s leicht gefunden haben, alle waren sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, besser geht es nicht, alles war sicher, auch von der Autobahn sehr gut erreichbar, Frühstück mega , Zimmer top, alles sauber und das Beste, man erreicht alles bequem per Fuss, wir waren im 8.Stock mit Aufzug, sehr gut, vielen Dank an das ganze Team vom boss hotel

Überdurchschnittlich große Zimmer für diesn Preis. Beim Check-in am späten Abend gab es vom Rezeptionisten Sicherheitshinweise für die Gegend. Ein ruhiges Zimmer gab man mir auf der obersten Etage mit dem Hinweis das dort keine Familien untergebracht werden. Es war wirklich ruhig.

The location was dodgy as there were a lot of prostitutes soliciting business on the other side of the shower. Our shower sometimes had no hot water. The eggs at breakfast were cold. The room was not ready when we arrived at 3:00. The room was not soundproof as advertised, but a lot of noise from the street (and we were on the 9th floor).
