Tive bagagem furtada em segundos de distração ao chamar o táxi, não foi culpa da acomodação mas não tivemos apoio nem orientação sobre o risco, localização com movimento intenso, nada tranquilo

O hotel é super moderno, o quarto é amplo e confortável e o café da manhã é uma delícia!!

Apesar de ficar muito perto de uma estação de metrô, a localização não é a melhor em Barcelona.

La ubicación muy buena si vas al estadio olímpico o al palau de san jordi, un poco complicado el tema del ascensor que no te lo explican y el ruido se escucha desde la habitación, y el desayuno faltaban opciones calientes, la carta no te explican si se cobra o no por lo que no pedimos nada de la carta. Me gustó también que el agua de la habitación y el resto de detalles no los cobren, últimamente esto es un lujo en los hoteles españoles.

El ascensor ruidoso y deben explicar cómo se usa la tarjeta antes de usarlo y el desayuno un poco escaso, la bolleria un poco seca y debían explicar si lo que aparece en el menú se cobra o no. Detalles de poca importancia.

Family room - Quadruple room - was one of the best rooms in the city, we were 2+2 family , and there was lot of space, big windows at the 6th floor with view to arena mall , location was good next to Plaça España , just few steps from the a2 bus stop ! Love the design of the room and breakfast and bar are good ! A lot of staff which are kind and wonderful . מומלץ בחום - למי שמחפש להיות באיזור כיכר אספניה .

Would love to have a second chair or a small table in the room (there was one chair and a desk) , water flow quite low but there is a bath+shower Paid 1650 euro for 4 night for family 2+2 which was a bit expensive but fine comparing the alternatives

Mouldy shower head and the air conditioning needs to be improved- it took 3-4 hrs to get the room temperature cool at night.

Мы бронировали на троих и нужно было все выпрашивать, кружку, чай (который так и не принесли), воду дают только в первый день, дальше не оставляют даже бутылку для наполнения 🥲 Салфетки в ванной комнате тоже нет

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Barcelona. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city on foot and with public transport. It was also incredibly convenient to reach from the airport using the Aerobús, with just a short walk from the stop to the hotel. Our room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a stylish, modern feel. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. A lovely touch was finding a selection of petit fours waiting for us in our room on arrival, which made us feel very welcome and set the tone for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Every aspect of this hotel has been well thought out. Check in experience is super easy and straightforward, free cold water in reception and mini fridge in the room. The bathroom is well stocked with toiletries (even conditioner) and slippers/ robes. The bed is very comfy and black out blinds perfect for a siesta. Considering it is located on a main road, you cannot hear any traffic or outside noise. Would definitely return if in Barcelona again.

Staff, service, room, cleanliness, location and breakfast was very good.

Facilities are almost none. One gym in basement, closed early, so didn't really use. But we're in Spain so didn't need anything most the day.

De suite was lekker groot, de badkamer met douche en bad, de beschikbare shampoo, douchegel, etc. En dat de aerobus er vlakbij stopt. Gratis je drinkbeker kunnen vullen met water.

De liften met de pasjes. Geen idee wat nou de juiste manier was om de lift te kunnen nemen.

Zeer proper, professioneel en aangename service. Hotel is zeer goed gelegen. Ontbijt was uitstekend met vers brood, vers gebak, vers gemaakte suggesties, vers fruit en vers appelsiensap.

The room was good. The breakfast compared to those offered in the US was fantastic. The clerks were great in helping us with transportation to the cruise terminal.

Cet établissement est très vieux et les femmes de ménage font tout pour nettoyer elles utilisent que des outils manuels le couloir est fait a serpillière !!! On est en 2026!!! Elles font un travail exceptionnel et je les remercie pour cela ainsi que le personnel de cuisine qui sont d’une humeur très agréable et serviable.

Cet établissement ne doit pas faire partie des propositions voyage privé!!! Il est vieux les équipements dates des années 1990 et on comprend pas les 4 étoiles les salles de bains sont moisies avec une forte odeur d’urine, on avait un rangement pour une grande chambre de quatre personnes et sans oublier le matelas qui est a zero confort !!! Je me réveillais quotidiennement avec une forte douleur la nuit. Plus jamais on reprend cet hôtel et je le déconseille, perdez pas votre argent fuyez…

What a gem of a hotel. I stay in IHG properties all over the world and this is an exceptional Indigo. Modern, clean, excellent service and a terrific breakfast - I normally skip dining at IHG. Raphael, Carlos and other staff set a very high standard for hospitality in service. Bonita Espanya!

Les lits très confortables, la salle de gym bien équipée, le buffet de petit déjeuner, la gentillesse des réceptionnistes. L’emplacement à côté de la place d’Espagne avec plusieurs métros et le bus direct pour l’aéroport. Le surclassement a l’arrivée. La décoration très colorée. Hôtel jeune.

La climatisation de la chambre fonctionnait, mais était un peu poussive. Réglée sur 18 degrés, elle refroidissait la chambre à 25-26. Légère odeur d’humidité dans la chambre.

Personal recepción agradable, me dieron habitación Premiun como había solicitado y pagado, limpieza habitación y general.

Desayuno, de algunos alimentos sabores raros, te dan una carta de caliente con solo una opción de elegir, 3 unicos: tortitas o tortilla de patata con lechuga y 1 cherry o tostada aguacate y salmón o ensalada con pastrami, pienso que esos alimentos podian estar en el buffet, dado que lo unico que hay caliente son huevos revueltos (malos de sabor y textura), salchichas y bacon. Bebidas ¿zumo naranja natural? Lo anuncian así y es de bote. Las alfombras del suelo del buffet me parecen peligrosas y suciedad.

A modern, clean hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The staff were outstanding, always friendly, professional, and happy to help with any questions or requests. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Hotel Indigo Barcelona A genuinely excellent stay, and the easiest five stars I’ve given on this trip. The room was spacious, well-appointed and thoughtfully designed — the kind of place that feels considered rather than just furnished. But what actually made the stay was the service. I arrived well before check-in, and the front desk — Rina and Lucas (apologies if I’ve got the second name slightly wrong) — turned what’s usually an awkward wait into the best possible introduction to the city. They taught me about the Catalan region, walked me through the hotel, and pointed me toward things to do and places worth visiting nearby. Then they checked me in quite early and upgraded the room once they understood how long difficult the trip was. That kind of intuitive, generous hospitality sets the tone for everything after. And the standard held. Housekeeping was efficient, and the service stayed consistent across every department we dealt with — no weak links, no drop-off. The one honest caveat is location. You’re a 25-minute-plus walk from a lot of the nicer restaurants and shops, so it’s not the most central base. There’s a grocery and a shopping centre about ten minutes away, but the retail there is limited. What it is close to is the OFFSónar and Sónar events — which is exactly why we chose it, and if you’re in town for those, the location flips from a drawback into a real advantage. Beyond that, I have nothing bad to say. If you’re staying in Barcelona — especially for Sónar — this is an easy recommendation.

The staff are great. It’s a perfect location to explore Barcelona and for the Aerobus.

We had a wonderful experience here. The hotel itself was clean, had all the amenities you could ask for, offered free luggage storage, was and even gave some sweet treats in the room. The rooms are incredibly spacious, but even more amazing is their customer service. The desk staff is top notch. They helped us get taxis, offered recommendations and always had a smile on their faces. We chatted with quite a few over the course of our stay, and each staff member was incredibly helpful and kind.

Close to the metro and , to supermarkets

Breakfast was very rich even if sometimes it was very crowdy. Room was very comfortable and silent. Staff very nice and friendly. The location is perfect to move around, especially with metro.

The room is small but fresh

It doesn’t worth the price, nothing special, and the location is not convenient at least for my opinion.

They obviously invested extra money I got rh windows to reduce road noise. The showers were excellent, having Greta temp, flow, cleanliness and more. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing, very kind, patient and willing to make small adjustments based on our travel needs. The room wasn’t large. However when getting places in the city it’s to be expected and it wasn’t “too” small

Мне действительно очень хотелось оставить отелю прекрасный отзыв на 5 звёзд, потому что сам отель красивый, атмосфера приятная, а персонал был доброжелателен. Но, к сожалению, мой опыт проживания в номере, где я провела 2 ночи оказался крайне разочаровывающим. Две ночи под моими окнами была громкая музыка, шум, крики и ощущение настоящей дискотеки. Я практически совсем не спала. Честно говоря, если бы я заранее знала, что буду платить деньги за бессонные ночи из-за невыносимого шума, я бы никогда не выбрала этот отель. Оказывается, как мне потом объяснили на ресепшен, там действительно по пятницам и выходным дискотека с 00:00 и до утра. Больше всего меня расстраивает то, что отель знает о том, что по выходным эти номера страдают от сильного ночного шума, но гостей всё равно заселяют туда без какого-либо предупреждения. Мне кажется, это не совсем честно и не очень заботливо по отношению к клиентам. Это действительно очень жаль, потому что мне хотелось сохранить только положительные эмоции от пребывания в этом отеле. Но после такого опыта мне очень трудно думать о том, чтобы оставить положительный отзыв. Я искренне надеюсь, что в будущем администраторы отеля пересмотрят подход к размещению гостей в таких номерах, потому что люди приезжают в отель в ожидании отдыха и комфорта.

La porta del bany estava una mica desenganxada.

La ubicación es ideal si vas a algún concierto en el Palau San Jordi (20minutos andando para llegar) además justo en la puerta para el bus del aeropuerto y hay una estación de metro para desplazarte al centro. Destacar todos los detalles que nos dejaron en la habitación de cortesia, la limpieza de la misma y la simpatía de todo el personal. Si volvemos a Barcelona nos alojaremos este hotel sin dudarlo, muy recomendable.
