Large fan in room was appreciated in the heat. Modern clean bathroom & comfortable beds. Restaurant was not open but Le Comptoir du Malt was a great option and less than 10 min walk.

The lack of air-conditioning may mean you have to have the fan on all night. I left my window open instead but my daughter didn't want to do that in her unit.

It was the middle of the heatwave and the hotel has no aircon, but the industrial fan they had in each room really helped cool us down! Only a few minutes walk from a number of restaurants, and has EV chargepoints on site.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut und man sollte sich dieses nicht entgehen lassen! Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig. Von den Nachbarn hört man nichts. Die Straße ist nachts sehr ruhig. Für uns ideal waren die 200 KW Ladestationen direkt im Hof. Es gab auch ausreichend Parkplätze.

Par ces temps de forte chaleur, la clim aurait été très appréciée, même si un ventilateur était soigneusement allumé à notre arrivée, mais beaucoup trop bruyant.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Het ontbijt was super! Heel uitgebreide keuze. Werd ook telkens aangevuld. Vers fruit. Een citruspers om zelf iets te persen. Maar ook klaargeperste sappen. Gebakken eitjes met spek en worstjes. Verschillende soorten brood, koeken en granen. Verse yoghurt en yoghurt in potjes... Heel lekkere koffie. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is geen airco, maar er was een grote ventilator voorzien, waardoor we de kamer behoorlijk fris konden houden. Koffie en theefaciliteiten op de kamer. Zeteltjes en picknickbanken rond het gebouw zoadat je ook nog wat buiten kon zitten. Ondanks het feit dat je dicht bij de weg zit, geen last hiervan gehad.
De kamer werd netjes gepoetst, maar de hoekjes in de douche mogen eens onder handen genomen worden (schimmel). Vloerbekleding is vasttapijt. Wordt wel gestofzuigd, maar is minder fris.

Tout, des notre arrivée pas de menu a la carte un buffet froid a 22 e par personne pour des salades en boîte, l hotel 3 etoiles on se demande comment dans la chambre pas de clim un gros ventilo qui a ronronné toute la nuit la glace qui normalement collée sur la porte était posé a côté la chambre minuscule une odeur de renfermé une chaleur étouffante..bref rien de bon ..

The website and booking.com say that an a la carte menu is available. This is not true. The evening meal is a mediocre buffet. On the day of our visit this was barely warm poached salmon or cold chicken drumsticks sitting in gongealed fat alongside the usual salad buffet (some of which looked "tired" and past its best. There was a selection of desserts and fruit (mouldy strawberries, dried out melon and sliced fruit (all of which appeared again at breakfast). Not great and definitely not worth 25 euros each. We did ask why the advertised a la carte menu wasn't available and were told (very rudely) that Campanile only do a buffet option now. My husband is diabetic and needed to eat as his blood sugar was getting low, otherwise we'd have walked out and gone to the grill a short walk away.
