エアコンが、セントラルヒーティングであるので、各部屋の個別空調ができないので、温度設定が自由ではない。寝る時の衣服を寒暖に合わせられるように用意しておく必要がある。

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026部屋は広く清潔でした。夕食を地下の居酒屋風レストランで頂きましたが、お値段お手頃で美味しかったです。朝食も食べたいものはすべて揃っているビュッフェでした。何よりも露天風呂が最高でした。
お客さんが少ない感じで経営は大丈夫かなと思ってしまいました。

Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und umfangreich. Und der Shuttlebus sehr zuverlässig und angenehm. Alles in allem ein top hotel mit vielen tollen Extras :-)

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Everything, Staff were great, food was great, garden and the views were amazing. Check in was on a machine which i usually dislike, but this time it was very simple and the stafd were happy to help. The open air bath was a cool experience, and it was nice to get out of the city to a quiet and private place to relax. The free bus to the city is very handy due to the location, a google pinpoint of the pick up area should be given, but overall it was easy to find with the given information.
There was only 1 small issue. Before ten o'clock it was not possible to buy a coffee without having to pay the breakfast fee. The vending machines are great but no hot coffee or tea option. It would be a nice option as I dont usually eat breakfast so paying for the breakfast option would not be a good choice for me.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Lovely quiet spot outside if Okayama. Facilities excellent and extremely helpful staff. Shuttle bus to Okayama Station really useful because you are a fair way from town. This meant we could easily get to our train to ride the Gibiji Trail.

Als je geen Japans kunt kun je goed uit de voeten met vertaling via telefoon, er spreken weinig medewerkers Engels.

It is located in a quiet area, but the scheduled station shuttle makes travel easy. Do not miss the 4th-floor outdoor onsen—pure serenity!

露天風呂に入ったが雨が降っていた為、湯船に雨が降り込んで、あまりゆっくりと入っていられなかった。雨天時の対策が有れば良いと思う。

It’s far from the city and the shuttle doesn’t go as frequently as it could. They should improve that.

スタッフの方々も皆さん丁寧で、ビジネスホテルユースで使ったには贅沢仕様だった。(料金はビジネスホテルレベルでした)

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026素晴らしかったです。 フロントの対応も最初から丁寧でよかったのですが、加えてエレベーターに乗ろうかな、と動くとサッとエレベーターを呼んでくださったり、対応も丁寧でした。子供二人を連れてでベッドガードを依頼したのですが、なかった代わりに壁際につけてくださったりベッドをぴったりつけてくださったり…こちらのことを気にかけて色々確認してくださり心遣いが嬉しかったです。 そして、連泊だったのですが、清掃してくださったときに、ベッドや部屋は綺麗になっているのに、加えて朝出た時に子供がおいたのと同じように猫のぬいぐるみが座っておいてあって（座りにくい猫のぬいぐるみなのです！）感激しました。普段親でも気づかないことですが、旅先の心遣いに子供もとても喜んでいました。フロントだけでなく、客室清掃の方も含め皆さんプロ意識の高い集団なのだなと思いました。
岡山駅からバスなので（ホテルの無料シャトルバス）交通の便はあまり良くないです。でもそれを含めても素晴らしいホテルなのでまた次回も泊まりたいです。
