A lovely apartment, very spacious, clean, beautifully furnished, new and in perfect condition. Upscale appliances, beautiful kitchen cabinets. A super convenient location with fabulous views over the temples and very quiet. Maddalena, our hostess, was very helpful and friendly… and patient… she had to wait longer for our arrival. A wonderful place to stay and highly recommended. Our group enjoyed our stay!

Spiaggia non facilmente accessibile...le condizioni dei lettini della piscina(parlo di tessuti)tutti sporchi e macchiati....in un 5 stelle non te lo aspetti assolutamente ....nel mangiare direi poca varietà a base di pesce soprattutto nei primi...in 3 gg.solo una volta 1 primo a base di pesce e non era nemmenoun granché....poco coinvolgimento per eventi sportivi(in altre strutture mangia's ho partecipato a eventi ad es ." Padel night" e cose simili....molto divertenti)....pizzeria NON ESISTONO DA AGGIUNGERE UOVA E NON FANNO PATATINE....non si può assolutamente sentire per una pizzeria di quel livello e per quello che si paga.

O hotel está localizado numa encosta, que termina numa praia de areia com mar calmo e quente. É possível visitar a praia apanhando um comboio junto da receção ou, para quem preferir, fazer o trajeto a pé (durará cerca de 5 minutos). O hotel foi modernizado e os quartos apresentam uma bela vista direta sobre o mar. As espreguiçadeiras da piscina são extremamente confortáveis e a piscina interior, de água mais fresca, é excelente para nos refrescarmos a sério. Adorámos :) As refeições apresentavam ampla variedade, em especial de saladas e aperitivos, bem como uma bancada de gelados.

A praia é partilhada com mais hotéis e tem acesso público, pelo que a zona das cadeiras é algo confusa. No entanto, junto ao acesso ao hotel, é possível nadar longe da confusão. Esse mesmo acesso por escadas poderia ser melhorado, de modo a garantir escadas mais regulares e estáveis. A maioria dos funcionários apenas compreende italiano, o que dificultou um pouquinho a comunicação. A piscina é um pouco pequena para a quantidade de hóspedes dependendo dos horários, mas muito bonita. Apesar da boa confeção da comida, creio que tanto variedade como qualidade ficam ligeiramente aquém de um típico Hotel 5*.

Location e panorama con vista mare incantevole. Ristorante Mediterra con ottimo buffet, ristorante/bar a bordopiscina Lime, con insalate e pranzi leggeri gustosi. Spiaggia grande raggiungibile con navetta ma anche a piedi molto bella con comodi lettini e servizio di canoa e sup. Piccola spiaggia riservata immediatamente al di sotto della struttura, una piccola oasi di tranquillità. Personale sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. Il musicista e cantante che accompagna le serate, Alan.

Il ristorante Donna Floriana: location top ma menu deludente. Programma delle attività sportive e di intrattenimento limitato e ripetitivo, poco coinvolgente.

It had lots of amenities and a beautiful adults only beach. There was plenty to do.

The pool area always felt a little unclean and there were so many people there during our stay it felt a little like a zoo at meal times!

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Proper cleaning. Very good breakfast with excellent coffee. The vast majority of the staff are very friendly and professional. Great location, with excellent views and a good beach that you can reach on foot. The hotel facilities are very good.

The size of the pool is clearly disproportionate to the number of guests the hotel accommodates. There are times of day when there are dozens of people in the pool, which isn't large. The pool bar suffers from the same problem. Unable to cope with so many guests. We were unable to book a table for dinner on the two days we tried to book a table in the morning.

La posizione del resort e' magnifica, immerso nella natura, circondato da ulivi secolari e con una vista strepitosa sul mare di Sciacca. I servizi di ristorazione sono TOP, molto bella la piscina e la spiaggia a pochi minuti di passeggiata (o di navetta). Nonostante il periodo di altissima stagione non abbiamo mai provato la sensazione di un luogo affollato. Il Direttore Dr. Interrante e tutto lo Staff ci hanno accolto con professionalita' ma anche calore venendo incontro a ogni nostra esigenza incluso un prolungamento della vacanza non programmato. Davvero un bellissimo posto dove trascorrere una vacanza rigenerante.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage und Aussicht. Liegt aber etwas abgelegen. Man braucht nach Scaccia etwa 10 min mit dem Auto. Drumherum sind nur weitere Hotels. Es ist sehr sauber. Die Angestellten sind alle nett , wenn auch langsam. Auch der Kinderclub war positiv hervorzuheben

Excellent stay and fantastic service! We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was great, from the location and facilities to the overall atmosphere. We did have a small issue with our room, but it was handled quickly and professionally, and the problem was resolved without any inconvenience. A special mention goes to Luca, who was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was always happy to help with a smile. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for 5 days during early August as a family of 4 (two boys aged 10 and 12). The resort is simply stunning. The decoration and design of the rooms and the communal areas is very stylish and modern, with calming vibes and colours. Everything is spotlessly clean and it feels like a 5star resort throughout. The breakfast buffet is amazing, a huge choice of food to satisfy all tastes. The local beach is perfect for relaxing by the sea and the access to the Neilson watersports down by the shore is also a nice touch, with 15 minutes SUP or Kayak free each day for guests. A special mention to the staff also, they are all amazingly friendly, helpful and do everything with a smile. One particular member of staff, Silvano, was amazing. I had a problem with the tyre on my hire car and he went out of his way to help me, organise a repair and saved me a huge amount of money and stress! I would love to come back here again soon!

Great venue with some nice areas, e.g. the Calm Beach. However let down by the service, which is a long way from 5 star unfortunately. Also the food options are very mixed in quality and very limited and expensive for lunch. A hotel with great potential, but more work needed to meet the 5 star badge !

Lovely pizza restaurant very helpful staff

Firstly I will say the good things about this hotel. It’s very clean, it’s very modern, most of the staff are pleasant and polite, the air con is good, the adults only area on the beach is very nice although you have to go down a very steep hill to get to it. That half of our experience was great and there’s some nice scenery around too for walks ect. However, the location is awful. there’s nothing around so your forced to stay in the hotel most of the time and they take advantage of this and charge people who aren’t all inclusive a lot of money for food and drinks. 9 euros for 2x 75cl bottles of water is disgusting. The food was average at best as well, you’d think Becuase you’re forced to stay at the resort most of the time you’d have good food but it’s not good. The buffet on the night has a really small selection and the pasta dishes are very bland and poor. You have to ask for more than one scoop of ice cream for desserts as well they are very tight with that and that was probably the best thing on the menu. If you don’t like fish then this place isn’t for you either, the on site restaurant Donna Floriana Bistrot food is good don’t get me wrong but a majority of the menu is fish and there’s not many vegetarian options at all. If your coming to Sicily to have good Italian pasta dishes then avoid this place. The on site pizza restaurant was the best food we had although it’s not exactly hard to cook a pizza and the waiting times was a joke for that too. The nearest place to this hotel was the town of Sciacca which was beautiful but there’s not lots to do there and many of the restaurants there are mainly fish dishes as it’s an old fishing town. It’s 20 euros for a taxi one way also if you wanted to go on an evening if not it’s a shuttle bus in the day. The hotel do offer excursions and days out like the valley of the temples or a coach transfer to palemo. However these wasn’t great either the time to get to palemo from hotel is 1 hour 40 mins and it cost €40 pp (just for a coach ticket) and the valley of the temples cost €65 and that was without tickets which we had to pay for when we got there which was €22. The tour guide was good il give them that though! Another thing which was bad which we didn’t realise is they take a room deposit for any damages when you get there and it’s €200 which I thought was bad to take of guests as they arrive. We didn’t realise this and it made us feel stressed before we even got to our room. We eventually received the money back… 1 week after we returned home. The evening entertainment is absolutely horrendous, we were bored every night, and there’s no where you can go nearby either so take a set of cards. The pool is small as well and if your coming here without kids avoid the pool it’s chaos in the day with them splashing over everyone and jumping in everywhere without any consideration for people lying close to the pool. Overall it was an average experience. We wouldn’t stay here again, it’s a lot of money for a very average place, the best thing about the hotel is how clean and tidy it is but the actual experience is very poor. Please be mindful before booking this place.

Die Lage und das Essen waren aussergewöhnlich. Auch das Personal in den Restaurants war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

An der Rezeption fanden wir uns allerdings manchmal unverstanden. Auch war der Grundton eher genervt als hilfsbereit.

Excellent staff - always helpful and available. Nice, clean pleasant room with very large terrace balcony overlooking the sea. Indoor floating pool and outside pool + private beach and nearby sandy public beach. The spa with its various facilities was quite a treat. And the buffet had a large and very tasty variety of food for dinner, lunch and breakfast.

We have had the best experience possible at Mangia’s Torre del Barone. We went at the end of June 2026 and everything was great. 1) The rooms are super clean, tidy, spacious. I insist on the silence which is great to help you sleep. 2) The Air conditioning work perfectly. 3) We were in half-pension and the food is insanely good. The menu changes every day and is cyclical of 10 days. 4) I recommend the cocktail bar whose prices are largely acceptable for the quality of the drinks. 5) The spa is huge, the masseuses are very professional and experienced at their job. Special shoutout to Michele and Eleonora who provided us with a totally relaxing experience. 6) Amenities are thought to make you confortable. The swimming pool is vast, they are two beaches available : one, calmer, reserved for adults at 1 minute walk from the hotel and the other, for children and adults, at 5 minutes walk. 7) Finally you have an electric recharge station for your car. Go eyes-closed, you will be well taken care of.

Nothing really. The only default is not due to the hotel : there is nothing to visit in the immediate vicinities of the hotel.

Wunderschönes Zimmer in neuem Design, schöne Restaurantterasse, abwechslungsreiches Essen, auch das Frühstück mehr als reichhaltig! Besonders toll waren die beiden Strände!!!

Am Hotel war nichts auszusetzen. Der gelegentliche Schwefel"duft" war gut auszuhalten und nur an wenigen Stellen wahrnehmbar!

Die Matratze des Zusatzbettes war unbequem (zu hart), ein Restaurant war komplett geschlossen, es gab zu wenig Duschen beim Pool und keine Kindermenus in den Restaurants. Man musste für ein 6-jähriges Kind immer ein normales Menu für Erwachsene bestellen und in den Restaurants war das Personal unflexibel bei der Menuwahl.

Everything else! The resort has an ant infestation issue, both outdoors on the pool deck and in our room. We spent our evening killing ants throughout our room! The resort is situated in a remote location with nothing nearby for at least 30+ minutes. With limited dining, we were surprised the resort closes one of the three dinner options two nights each week. Our choice on Wednesday was their buffet or pizzeria. After viewing the buffet, we choose the pizzeria with 9pm reservations. While the pizza was tasty, the service was not. We waited over an hour just to get our drinks - and it wasn’t busy. By the time we made it back to our room, we noticed the AC had stopped working. Unfortunately nobody answered the front desk phone so we were stuck without AC. Making matters worse, the light in our bathroom and at the entrance of our room kept turning on and off for overnight, making it impossible to sleep. We could not turn either off, even after removing the master card key. The room lights had a mind of their own - turning on and off sporadically all night long. We booked this resort because it had 5 stars, we thought it might be a good “rest” opportunity in the midst of our travels. Not so much! This resort does not come close to a 5 star rating. Two or three stars at best. Fortunately we only booked a one night stay. We couldn’t wait to check out… and get some rest!

I would say this hotel is def not 5 star-more 4. The main things that let it down was the food, kids club and the lack of entertainment. The breakfast was really nice-huge selection of pastry's however no one comes to your table to take your drinks order, you have to go up and get it. At every meal you have to chase the waitresses/waiters for drinks-that is not 5 star standard. The buffet was bland and not much selection...even the pasta wasn't very tasty. We went to sardinia last year and that was a 4 star hotel and the buffet was a lot better there with a lot more of a selection to choose from including pizza and some evenings fillet steak! The pizza restaurant is nice but not included in half board and the bistro restaurant is very nice but very expensive and again not included in half board-you don't get a discount either! But Nielson customers get 40% off there! In my opinion Nielson get a lot more special treatment than other guests. There were no speciality nights eg sicilian night, fish night etc! The kids club really was a disappointment for us-i was concerned about this before I went and was emailing Antonella, who is the manager (she is so nice) and unfortunately my concerns were confirmed when we arrived. If you don't book through Nelson the kids club is through the hotel-they have a room right next to the restaurant which is not very inviting for children-not much to entice them in. The 3 girls who work there are nice but not very enthusiastic. There manager works in the hotel next door and we saw her on the beach and she was very enthusiastic and getting kids involved etc. Every night there was meant to be a disco on but not once was there a disco. One night, when they had told us a few hours before that the disco was on. we turned up for it and it wasn't on -they should have stayed open until 10.30 and this was at about 9.30/45. I spoke to reception and they said no one turned up. They hadn't advertised this or told anyone and were doing it inside in a conference room-not even outside! My son was so dissapointed, after this we didn't even attempt to go or mention it as didn't want to disappoint him again. My son went once for an hour and a half and he was the only child there-he didn't want to go back after this. They didn't seem to try and get people to join in eg they could go around breakfast or the pool and try and encourage children to join in. There were a lot of children around the pool. The hotel next door seemed to have a really good lively kids club and had discos as we heard it and it sounded so fun. Evening entertainment- one night we had a great band that everyone seemed to enjoy. Every other night there was a singer called "Alan" I have never been to a hotel and had the same singer 6/7 nights. No other entertainment at all like dancers, different bands, sicilian music etc. As i said before Nielson seem to get special treatment-they have reps around the hotel, get money off the restaurants, informed about different classes like padel and tennis. We weren't told anything about these classes so did feel a bit out of it as I enjoy tennis and padel. The pool area is really nice and nice that the pool staff come and take your order for when by the pool. Calm beach was nice too although we only got to go once for an hour as we had no childcare and it's adult only. There is a sulphur pool (inside) right next to the outdoor pool and it really does smell bad, especially when walking past it to get to the lift or use the loos. Antonella, the manager was really lovely and friendly. It was my bday when i was there and she gave me a little sicilian ornament which was sweet. Clean rooms-cleaners very good. Dont clean your rooms until very late in the day, usually around 2pm so if you want a siesta then it makes it tricky. Spa was really nice and relaxing.

Location is very good near the sea, rooms for 4 people are small but for 2 people are good service is good but the room get's cleaned not in the morning but in the mid day.The amenities are a coffee machine,natural and sparkling water in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at Mangia’s Torre Del Barone Resort & Spa. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, great facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special shout-out to Giuseppe at the bar, who made some of the best cocktails we’ve had. He was friendly, attentive, and added a personal touch that made our evenings even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service. We can’t wait to come back!

L'hôtel a dépassé toutes nos espérances. Le personnel a été d'une extrême gentillesse et d'un accueil chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner était complet, qualitatif, gigantesque, il y en a pour absolument tous les goûts. Les matelas (lit, piscine, chaises longues de plage) sont haut de gamme et permettent une détente sans questionnement. Les cocktails servis ont été a la hauteur de nos attentes également. Le directeur est d'une grande humilité et d'un professionnalisme remarquable. Les restaurants sont également très sympathique et leurs manageurs ont l'œil et sauront vous accueillir et servir comme il se doit. La carte des vins a su nous ravir! La climatisation des chambres est au top. La vue des chambres, des restaurants, est à couper le souffle. Le service est réactif et l'ambiance générale de l'hôtel (musique, distance des tables, éclairage) permet vraiment à tout un chacun de passer un agréable séjour. Merci infiniment à toute l'équipe sans exception.

Cela est sans doute très personnel, les 2 coussins du lit n'étaient pas à ma convenance. Un coussin plus dure m'aurait davantage satisfaite, mais la literie reste d'excellente qualité, bravo pour ce point.

We had a wonderful hotel experience and even better meals at buffet Restaurant. The place is clean, cozy, and the food was excellent. Thanks to the team Vitalba, Antonino, Gianpierro, Chiara, Giovanna, Antonio and specially Nicole truly stood out for her genuine, kind service and smile that never faded made every dine-in feel special. We hopefully will be able to come back soon.

The hotel is beautifully located, very clean and the staff attentive. It has a fantastic vista from the main terrace out to sea. Also a great place to watch the setting sun. However beyond that for a so called 5 star hotel there are more areas for improvement then praise. The pool area is lovely however as noted in previous comments it is spoilt by the smell of rotten eggs coming from the inside sulphurous pool. I imagine this pool is linked to the spa but it was empty throughout our stay. Unsurprising given the awful smell. It is unfortunately situated right beside the pool bar where lunch is served. And a stones throw from the outside pool. It's not a huge area anyway so the smell in that area can be very unpleasant inside and out. Breakfast buffet is fantastic you are spoilt for choice, particularly the pastries section. However and as noted previously the evening buffet was nowhere near as good. There is a very limited choice of hot food. The pasta dishes very unimaginative - pasta and vegetables was usually the second choice to an unnamed meat - breaded meat was the description one evening (the chefs took an age to tell us what the meat was - telling us it was breaded seemed to them to be all we needed to know.). The salads were definitely just reused from earlier in the day and maybe even from previous days. I saw flies coming off the dishes not in the cold sections on 2 evenings we were there. I did mention to the staff whether they took any notice I am not sure. And dessert on an evening was very limited - if you were later in the evening you were restricted to ice cream and even then just one flavour. There are very few trips or excursions. We did book on a trip to Etna which was cancelled and as in previous comments we are still waiting for a refund. Finally if you are looking for something on an evening you will be disappointed. The same man with a guitar played every night we were there. Beyond that there is nothing and it is quite a distance to get to town - you have to use a taxi. All in all a lovely location and very clean but definitely not 5 star. We will not be returning...

Resort je sam po sebi jako lijep i velik, stvarno je sve cisto, pogled iz sobe je bio prekrasan. Ima dvije plaže koje su super i bazen. Spa je isto jako lijep.

Osobno najveca mana je vrijednost za novac, zaista smatram da je za hotel od 5 zvijezdica nedopustivo da kada gosti dodu da im nitko ne odnese prtljagu do sobe. Naravno, nije nam problem, ali kad vec plaćate ovoliko mislim da je to obavezno. Također, hrana u cijelom restoranu nije dobra i baš nas je razočarala s obzirom da se nalazimo u Italiji. Nedopustivo je da se u hotelu s 5 zvijezdica ne mjenjaju ručnici za plažu svaki dan već samo ukoliko pitate za čisti ručnik na recepciji. Osoblje bi moglo biti puno ljubaznije. Ono što nas je posebno izivciralo je to što je preko vikenda netko imao vjenčanje u hotelu i sve super. Vjenčanje je trajalo 2 dana i drugi dan je cijela Calm beach bio zatvoren što po meni nije okej prema gostima koji to najnormalnije plaćaju. Vrhunac svega je bilo kad je u 23:30 krenuo vatromet za mladence direkt kod našeg prozora i probudio nas, te sam skoro imala srčani udar.

Der Checkin hat sehr lange gedauert und auch die Kontrollen beim Abendessen waren sehr aufwändig, so dass sich teils längere Schlangen gebildet haben. Der Service in den Bars könnte verbessert werden. Nach Bestellung wurden die Getränke gebracht und sofort die Rechnung zum bezahlen mitgeliefert. Man hatte das Gefühl, man solle gleich wieder gehen…

Piscine manquant de transats et où certains laissent leurs serviettes ... (Pour un 5* c'est catastrophique !) Plage en herbe en bord de mer, même problème ! Plage de sable située à 10 min à pied sans accueil sur place, sans service, partagée avec d' autres hôtels ... Surprise non mentionnée sur le site !

The sandy beach ia bit of a walk away although they provide free transfer, and it's nothing special (the "Calm beach" is much nicer but adults only unfortunately. Could find any outdoor activity in the kids club, so if you want to leave your kid in the club they're confined to a room all day.

Un hotel con todas las comodidades, pensado para no moverte de el. Tiene un montón de actividades, tiene la piscina, la playa al lado con deportes acuáticos. Ideal para relax y disfrutar del sol y el agua. La arquitectura, el paisaje, las instalaciones todo muy agradable en estos términos. Lo mejor sin duda es su personal. Empezando por sus recepcionistas, el alma del hotel. Todos encantadores y siempre muy dispuestos. Siento no recordar el nombre de la chica que estuvo tan pendiente de nosotros de una manera tan bonita. Creo que era Cristina. Felicidades por tener un equipo de recepción tan bueno. Agradecer también a Giordi, que fue una anfitriona estupenda, siempre pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta, a las camareras de pisos que desarrollan una labor tan importante y tan perfecta. Destacar a Marco, en la restauración del Limé Bar, que siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros.

Durante mi última estancia en este alojamiento, hubo varios aspectos que no cumplieron las expectativas propias de un hotel de 5 estrellas. La restauración me pareció de calidad baja para la categoría del establecimiento. Los precios, sin embargo, sí están alineados con un hotel de 5 estrellas, lo que genera una sensación de desajuste entre lo que se paga y lo que se recibe. Los bufés ofrecían poca variedad y una calidad inferior a la esperada. En una ocasión, al acudir a cenar al buffet aproximadamente una hora antes del cierre, ya no quedaban postres disponibles. A pesar de solicitar reposición, se nos informó de que no era posible, por lo que sentimos que pagamos por un servicio incompleto. En el desayuno, también hubo detalles mejorables en la atención del personal. Algunos camareros no mostraron la amabilidad esperada, llegando incluso a responder con cierta desgana a peticiones sencillas, como la preparación de un chocolate con leche para quienes no consumimos café. Otro punto importante fue la comodidad de las almohadas. Resultaron excesivamente blandas y, pese a solicitar en varias ocasiones una almohada más alta y firme debido a problemas de espalda, siempre nos facilitaron el mismo tipo, sin ofrecer alternativas. Para un hotel de esta categoría, se esperaría mayor variedad y atención a este tipo de necesidades. En general, son pequeños detalles que, sumados, hacen que la experiencia no esté a la altura de un establecimiento de 5 estrellas.

Staff made all the difference. Carmen at reception is just a beautiful human being, so accommodating and helpful. Giancarlo, the manger was very courteous. Food was delicious, breakfast and dinner.

La vue est impressionnante et le lit est très confortable

La rapport qualité prix est décevant, ce n’est pas digne d’un cinque étoile ! Maximum 3-4 étoiles mérite cette hôtel. Trop de monde au transat, si on ne se lève pas tôt, pas de place. Hormis le buffet qui n’étais pas qualitatif, tout les restaurants étaient fermés. De plus, les serveurs ne viennent pas à vous, si vous ne les appelés pas. La chambre n’a pas été nettoyé correctement, uniquement le lit a été fait, pas même le sol ou une bouteille d’eau sur la table de chevet. Les ascenseurs sont très lents, il y a beaucoup d’attente, c’était plus rapide de prendre les escaliers. Très décevant.

Die Sauberkeit war eine 10/10, das war definitiv der größte Pluspunkt, auch die Modernität der Zimmer und des Hotels im Allgemeinen. Die Betten waren super Bequem und der Sandstrand war auch super. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls top!

Das Personal an der Anmeldung war eine Katastrophe. Sobald man angefangen hat auf Englisch zu sprechen haben sie einen belächelt und wollten sehr ungerne auf Englisch kommunizieren. Bei Rückfragen im Laufe des Urlaubs, haben die Mitarbeiterinnen ebenfalls immer sehr unfreundlich geantwortet und haben einen sehr abwertend behandelt. In den umliegenden Städten wird ebenfalls sehr wenig und ungerne Englisch gesprochen, am besten direkt mit Google Übersetzer auf italienisch arbeiten, damit hätte ich mir viele Nerven erspart.

Zu wenig Informationen am Empfang erhalten beim Ankommen . Personal meistens freundlich ,manche recht unfreundlich,lustlos. Zimmer karg ausgestattet,zuviele Betten ,wenn man zu zweit ist.Im ersten Zimmer hatten wir noch 3 Extrabetten,danach Zimmer getauscht ,es waren immer noch 2 extrabetten.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich schön.

The view is fascinating The facilities were great, bars and pools. The kids club was an amazing idea. Spa was perfect, great experience. Food reflected the Sicilian cuisine on point, with quality of food. Dj idea at sunset was breathtaking. Great that you offer 15 mins for beach activities for all inclusive option.

All inclusive was confusing on the menus. We wished we received the full schedule on the first day of arrival, we discovered it by chance on the third day. We were not informed that there were different beaches, or beach activities or general activities at the hotel. We had to ask for it and had to do some explaining to the staff till they showed us a schedule on paper.

La struttura è bella e curata.

Il ristorante a buffet non è assolutamente all’altezza di una struttura a 5 stelle. I servizi di accoglienza verso i clienti dovrebbero essere gestiti meglio.
