Bella struttura molto curata ed accogliente. Piscina e giardino da voto 10. Camere pulite, tranquille e confortevoli. Colazione super, dolce e salata con ottimi prodotti. Auto indispensabile.

Lundi 14 septembre des personnes sont venues septembre baigner à la piscine de l'hôtel. Ils étaient très bruyants et se sont accaparés quasi la totalité de la piscine. Nous avons préféré partir car nos oreilles avaient supportées le maximum qu'elles pouvaient. Je ne suis pas contre que des locaux puissent venir se baigner mais ils doivent respecter la tranquillité des clients de l'hôtel

Bellissimo e molto curato l'esterno, anche se da me non utilizzato. Semplici il check-in ed il check-out, comodissima la chiave elettronica della camera che apre anche il cancello esterno.

(i) Pulizia della doccia (ii) arredo della stanza, ma che sono tende da mettere quelle nella foto? (iii) non essendoci bar la mancanza di distributore di bevande automatico (sono dovuto andare a Sciacca a comprare delle bottiglie d'acqua) (iiii) la colazione salata é quasi inesistente

Non c'è il ristorante interno. Non c'è nulla vicino È necessario spostarsi con l'auto

Piscina e pace. Pochissima la distanza in auto da lido Sovareto e dal centro storico di Sciacca. Receptionist molto gentile e attenta alle esigenze.

Colazione un po' scarsa, assenza di acqua calda il secondo giorno di permanenza. Presenza discontinua del personale al bar della piscina e assenza di ristorante interno.

To miejsce jest czarujące! Nietypowa architektura, ogród jak z bajki, basen w gaju oliwnym, pokoje fajnie zorganizowane. Obsługa bardzo się stara, aby gościom umilić pobyt, szczególne podziękowania dla przesympatycznego Pana z restauracji z którym można porozmawiać dosłownie o wszystkim. W menu śniadaniowym znajdziecie lokalne przysmaki na słono i na słodko - w dodatku część z nich jest przygotowywana na miejscu, co we Włoszech nie zdarza się często, a tu za restauracją spotkacie nawet świeżo rosnące na krzaczkach pomidory w warzywniaku. No bajka! Pan ogrodnik - pełne uznanie, bezszelestnie działa cały czas, w pełnym słońcu non stop na najwyższych obrotach - chapeau bas! Wrócimy, jesteśmy na maksa oczarowani 😊

Bellissima struttura, ampio spazio esterno e piscina con tutti i comfort, sala colazione con vista piscina e mare. Accoglienza tipicamente siciliana, ci siamo sentiti coccolati, soprattutto dal responsabile di sala, molto gentile e professionale. Parcheggio in struttura. Buonissima la colazione con offerta di dolce e salato, sia cibi confezionati che buoni dolci fatti in casa e ottima ricotta fresca. Lo consiglio assolutamente. Non abbiamo usufruito della Spa perché abbiamo portato il bambino, ma offrono diversi trattamenti di massaggi a prezzi nella norma. Ottima la posizione vicino alla spiaggia, ma a cinque minuti in macchina dai tanti ristoranti e dal centro di Sciacca.

Le stanze andrebbero rinnovate un po', sono meno belle rispetto alla struttura esterna, ma comunque spaziose e confortevoli.

CAMERA OTTIMA MA OGNI TANTO MANCAVA LA LUCE

Il soggiorno è durato solo due notti, ma ci siamo goduti uno stupendo giorno in piscina. Essendo infrasettimanale non era per qualche ora siamo stati anche da soli e abbiamo pranzato in struttura in una pace assoluta. Giornata di relax stupendo. La camera era molto pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi. Un saluto particolare al sig. Elviro con cui abbiamo piacevolmente chiacchierato! La struttura è veramente bella.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Se posso dare un consiglio -non richiesto (lo so che non si danno)- da architetta eviterei fiori finti e decorazioni superflue come quadretti etc, la struttura è davvero carina senza orpelli.

Camera troppo calda , le bocchette dell' aria condizionata erano rivolte verso il letto e non si poteva fare funzionare.

I was extremely disappointed in the property. It was definitely not as advertised. I feel mislead by the way this property is advertised on booking.com. The spa is operated separately and was not even open. Nothing on booking.com or the property’s website indicated the spa was not closed. When we booked we were even sent a message with the spa menu included, again indicating the spa would be operating and bookings for different spa services could be booked. When we arrived, we couldn’t find anyone who worked there for 20 minutes. Ringing the reception bell didn’t work we had to call them to get someone to check us in. Requested a refund due to misleading booking. No refund, no apology was provided, staff only stated that it was a different buisness and nothing to do with them. No accountability for misleading advertisement. We ended up leaving and not staying with no refund being offered or provided. Extremely frustrating and disappointing with both the property and booking.com

Wir sind erst gegen Abend in der Unterkunft angekommen. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer hatte ausreichend Platz und war sehr sauber.

Leider hatte das Restaurant noch geschlossen, weil keine Saison war.

Se scelgo un hotel con la spa questa deve fare parte dei servizi se la devo pagare a parte deve essere specificato nel sito in questo caso 80 euro per due ore lo mettono hotel in concorrenza con strutture più quotate noi non abbiamo potuto usufruire neppure a pagamento perché non avevano altre prenotazioni e era spenta

personale gentile e cordiale, la struttura era ben tenuta e pulita, la spa super bella e anche le massaggiatrici molto professionali.

We had a nice short stay here. We found that the washrooms gave off a nursing home kind of vibe, but aside from that, everything was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our services at the spa.

Bel parco. Bella piscina nel verde. Ottima colazione.

Breakfast and the breakfast room were lovely. Room was nice and adequate.

The shower was poor and didn't work properly. Grouting round shower needs renewing and was unsightly. Unable to change air conditioning. Cement falling out around the door to the room. Sun loungers broken and rickety. Unable to see prices for "spa" facilities on website as link continually broken leading up to our stay. Learned on site that the only facility that could be used without further fees was the outdoor pool.

De lokatie. Stond in omschrijving dat het aan het strand was. Na klacht bij booking hebben ze het veranderd naar werkelijk 850 meter. Geen compensatie oid. Verder sprak de dame van de receptie geen Engels. Alleen maar Italiaans. Triest in deze tijd. Mijn vrouw is gebeten door een kat bij het hotel, geen sorry oid. Moest naar het ziekenhuis voor antibiotica. Te weinig handdoeken. Bar en restaurant waren gesloten

Colazione TOP…… molta scelta dolce e salato. Momento ideale per avere preziose informazioni sui luoghi/attrazioni da visitare.

Visto che in camera è indicato che l'acqua non è potabile,oltre al mezzo litro trovato in frigorifero sarebbe stato opportuno avere mezzo litro di acqua al giorno a persona come accade normalmente all'estero in questi casi e non fornirla a pagamento. Peccato per una struttura del genere una tale caduta di stile! Sarebbe stato gradito trovare in camera un armadio con ante piuttosto che appendini a vista e un appoggia indumenti a giorno

Struttura bella con una gradita accoglienza di tanti gatti. Colazione buona e ricca!

-Der Empfang beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und das Buffet war abwechslungsreich. -Der Pool ist schön. Es waren ausreichend Liegen verfügbar.

-Meine Dusche war kaputt. Hat die Dame am Empfang nicht interessiert. -Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Von einer Schallisolierung habe ich nichts gemerkt. -Die halbe Nacht hat ein Hund im Garten gebellt. -Liegt nicht am Strand. Ohne Auto ist der Weg recht lang und steil. -2 Std. Spa kosten 45 € extra. Vielleicht ist das für Sizilien normal. Leider habe ich das falsch gelesen und empfinde es als Hotelgast zu teuer.

Very clean. The children really enjoyed the pool. There is a poolside bar where you can buy snacks and drinks. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

The only downside was that the family room felt a bit small for 4 people.

Nice place like the outside space with a great swimming pool. The breakfast was great and with very friendly staff.

I selected this place because it had a Tesla destination charger but unfortunately the price charged was too much 1 euro per kWh.

Struttura ben curata e pulita. Il personale gentilissimo. Un grazie speciale all'addetto delle colazioni, che sapendo che saremmo partiti prestissimo, ci ha preparato una colazione take-away. Comoda anche la piscina con il suo chioschetto dove poter fare aperitivo o pranzare. Siamo stati molto bene.

La reception non è operativa h24, la struttura si trova in periferia.

SPA fantastica, piscina esterna molto bella grande e pulita. Colazione ottima sia dolce che salata.

Buona accoglienza, personale disponibile e cortese. Punto forte la colazione con la gentilezza e cortesia del signor Elviro che è veramente molto professionale ed attento. Piscina ben curata. Forse un po' caro, ma consigliabile

The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere and very welcoming to families. The breakfast selection was excellent and all the staff were very friendly. Our room had a terrace that we could use to sit out and eat when the kids were asleep, and use to dry our pool stuff.

The bar set-up at the pool could have been better, The staff have to walk a fair distance to the kitchen for the food and often left the kiosk unmanned. Food took a while to come because of this as well.

Room service was extremely tight with the towels. if towels were used for the pool, no new towels were given

Ottimo hotel, ottima posizione fuori dal caos cittadino. Nelle immediate vicinanze c’è una bella spiaggia. Dispone di una bella piscina con sdraio, immersi nel verde. Personale gentilissimo, ottima colazione con prodotti tipici locali. Consigliato.

Peaceful location, almost no people around usually.

A lot of broken things: • mini fridge • toilet seat • overhead shower • secondary door lock • broken and dirty sun beds at the pool In the 0 floor rooms everyday you encounter all sorts of crawling bugs, they can easily get inside under the door from outside. Dirty pool. Since all the cleaning does the robot, a lot of dirty places and surfaces are left untouched. After coming at night we found open window, cleaning lady opened it and left. Extra charges. They take extra charge even for pool towels, even if nobody told us that we will have to pay for it after our stay. Also they charge a lot if you want to check in late in the evening because reception is not working all day. Spa is of course closed and you can get inside only after paying and it’s not cheap. Seems like nobody uses it and we didn’t. Nobody understands english there.

Lovely villa type place. Wonderful breakfast and gentleman serving was wonderful. Only improvement would be screens on the windows to get fresh air ( mosquitos). Free on site parking.
