Lo que mas nos ha gustado han sido los espectáculos de la polinesia con el fuego. Las instalaciones en general están muy bien. Y el desayuno muy bueno y muy abundante eso lo valoramos muy positivamente. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable.

The location was great and the facilities. Staff were absolutely lovely especially the restaurant staff (special mention to Alex)

The bed was so uncomfortable, we mentioned it to the staff but they couldn’t do anything about it. The toilet was a bit dirty when we checked in.

Lovely and close to 3 beaches , smaller beach which is closest we didn’t use as no toilet facilities on beach but used the other two , both very nice and water so warm Aug/Sept . Had a great variety of food for breakfast , ate evening meal a few nights and had a good choice for everyone , reasonable priced too . Rooms lovely and cool , v good air con .

Pool area small and water cold hence we used the beach most days because of that . Rooms for 4 very crammed as they’re the same size for 2 and have 2 extra beds put in .

Bien ubicado, al lado de la playa de los Capellans, comida bastante rica aunque un poco repetitiva. Ocio para mayores y niños, limpieza notable, volvería. Está lejos del ruido de Salou y eso se agradece para descansar

La cuesta del hotel hasta la playa es de las que cansan aunque es corta. Los ascensores nunca llegan, estás mucho tiempo esperándolos, pero bueno es agosto. Nada más el resto bien

Devido à tempestade em Salou dia 24 de Agosto, os elevadores avariaram e tinhamos de subir pelas escadas para o quarto. O mini frigorifico existente no quarto é fraco e refresca pouco.

Location: Brilliant. Close to water park and theme park. 2 minutes from many lovely beaches. Sandy. Great beach bars and restaurants near by. This is very much the family area of Salou. Atmosphere. Fun, positive, friendly and helpful staff. I like the fact they they try to personally remember your table and accompanying drinks preferences. Nice touch. Food. For a three start hotel, the choice and quality of food is great and don't listen to anyone who says otherwise. Well cooked and very healthy food with meat and vegetarian options. Family. Cool Entertainment every night and a great little play area for kids and our primary school age kids made and played with many friends each day.

Lo mejor de este hotel es el personal. Recepción, limpieza, animación y especialmente el personal del comedor, tod@s muy amables, de 10. Las camas son cómodas, el hotel está cerca de la playa (aunque el acceso es con escaleras y cuestas, que se complica si vas con niños y cargada con los chismes playeros). La comida del buffet está bien, aunque, en general, poco variada.

La limpieza diaria de la habitación estuvo bien, pero el día que entramos nos encontramos el baño bastante sucio ( como si no lo hubieran hecho), pero avisamos en recepción y rápidamente nos solucionaron el problema. La ducha apenas tiene presión y del WC emanaba un olor continuo bastante desagradable. Por otro lado, la animación del hotel es escasa a lo largo del día, no hay actividades ni opciones excepto por la noche.

Nice clean hotel. Food not so good, very bland and not a great choice. It's on a hill so be warned. Bus into town or Portaventura leaves from just down the street, was only 8 euro for a family of 4. We took a taxi back from the park and it was just 12 euro. Salou has so much to see and do. Will be back but because of the food just not to this hotel unfortunately

We do like our stay in this hotel. Staff, facilities, cleanliness, comfort and location were perfect. In addition, Hotel opened the highest terrase for all guests to view the total Solar eclipse - this was the best decision.

Staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother. Great facilities and good entertainment for kids and adults. Great view from the room and quiet for families. Good that we were able to use the pool for swimming, the luggage storage, and shower on the day of checkout, since our flight was late at night.

The only thing was that the room gets warm at night, the air con could be cooler for August. It was difficult to get to sleep, especially for the kids on the first two nights, they didn’t sleep well. I did check the temperature on the controller, it was showing 15 degrees celsius, but it certainly wasn’t.

se il frigorifero è un servizio presente nella camera non si dovrebbe dover chiedere 3 volte in Reception affinché venga reso utilizzabile (era chiuso a chiave), dovrebbe essere già disponibile quando si entra in camera. Invece l'impressione è che fosse quasi che mi stesso facendo un favore e non prioritario (anche un'altra persona era in attesa che fosse "sbloccato" il frigo in camera): al di là che io avessi delle medicine che necessitavano di un frigo (che è stato il motivo per cui ho scelto questo hotel tra gli altri disponibili) non ho apprezzato questo atteggiamento. Per il resto la camera è bella così come il terrazzino vista mare nonché il bagno, ma non mi sono sentito un ospite.

Absolutely fantastic holiday. Was sad to leave after a 10 day family holiday. Already booked again for next year. Staff are absolutely amazing all round. My son wouldn’t eat anything the first few days down to travel and the heat etc and Alex the chef was absolutely amazing and allowed us to go collect food for my son to eat later upstairs. Alex actually made our holiday to be honest. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we can’t wait to see him again next year. Entertainment every night bingo first then kids mini disco at 9:30pm then a show every night at 10pm from Disney to acrobats to music tribute shows, there was always something on and daily activities if you wanted to take part. No problems with queuing for sun beds etc more than enough for everyone so regardless of what time we wanted to sunbathe for a while there were plenty of empty beds at both the pools. Lots of supermarkets bars and restaurants right across the street and the beach is just round the corner. We go to salou every year so have stayed in lots of hotels. This is the first one I have ever rebooked straight away because it’s ideal for our yearly summer holiday. Overall couldn’t fault this hotel at all.

La ubicación

Just got back from a week at Playa Park, so here’s an honest review for anyone thinking of booking. We had a corner room (by pure luck), which was a good size with lovely views. Our friends had a middle room and theirs was tiny and cramped. The air‑con barely works, so expect very sweaty nights and not much sleep. Rooms are clean though, and the hotel itself is well looked after. Now the pool… if you’re excited to jump straight in with the kids, don’t. The resident lifeguard is honestly awful. No jumping allowed, even though the pool is deep enough. No inflatables at all, no balls, nothing fun - get in and get out. You can’t even sit at the edge with a drink while the kids bob about — you get told off instantly. The lifeguard single‑handedly ruined a lot of people’s holidays. Food-wise, we paid half board and only ate there twice. It’s not geared towards Brits at all — very international, mainly Spanish and French. The dining hall is nowhere near big enough for August. Expect 20‑minute queues just to get a table for breakfast and again for dinner. It’s rammed, people pushing past each other, and overall not enjoyable. Staff are lovely and work extremely hard, but the setup is just not good. The snack bar food during the day is actually decent though. Prices are what you would expect 12 euro for a pizza 4.50 for a pint 4 for a slushy etc not extortionate. Location is great for the strip and beach, but be prepared for a hill. Also, the fridge in the room is €25 and barely gets cold — plus it’s tiny. Animacion team (kids entertainment) were non existent maybe there for 1 hour a day, didnt see them most days. We still made the best of it, ate out, and spent most of our time at the beach, so we had a great holiday overall. But this review is purely about the hotel. We stayed at Hotel Belvedere in Salou in May and that was miles better for a similar price. If you’re British, I’d swerve this one. A few other Brit families were there and we all felt the same. Plenty of better options for the money. Hope this helps.

I echo many of the recent points below. We visited for 10 days and the tone was set the minute I walked in from a long late night flight and there was no kettle. Pros: The beaches were amazing & my kids loved them. The cleaning teams work ethic was superb (although they weren’t warm in terms of conversation or side eyes) and there was plenty to do in terms of the theme park and water parks (although I’d avoid if you have young kids peak season). I quite liked not having WiFi for 2 days due to a hotel issue, it meant my teenagers had to talk to me. Cons: I don’t even have young kids (mine are 12) but it was hard watching the lifeguard shout at the younger kids anytime they splashed or wanted to play by jumping in the pool. Wetherspoons is gourmet in comparison to the quality of food, and by day 4 my son and partner had serious stomach issues and stayed in their room. Both myself and my daughter had lived off chips, bread and watermelon which is why I think we weren’t affected. Take some preventative and reactive medications for mosquito bites in peak summer season. No one gets dressed up in the evening, so your evening outfits will probably remain untouched. Don’t order the wine, hard avoid!! If what you want from a holiday is pretty bad food, stomach bugs, mosquito bites and grumpy kids, then this hotel for your summer vacay is perfect. I’ve never written a bad review and for some people the pros I’ve written will outweigh the cons, but I’d feel bad that someone could pay (having worked all year) to stay at this particular hotel and not know the cons.

This hotel is exactly what it is. A 3 star hotel and no more. Room - 3* - it seems like all the rooms have a balcony. We were allocated one with a pool/sea view which was really lovely in the day but in the evening it is so loud above the entertainment which finishes at 11pm daily. Cleaning - 5* - rooms were made up daily and the cleaners were so friendly, always happy to give a towel if needed or come back later to sort the beds. Location - 4* - we loved being close to 3 different beaches. La Llarga was our favourite as it was the quietest but you do need to be mobile as they are all accessible via steps or a hill. There's a couple of shops nearby and a little cafe for lunch or dinner, plus a bus stop to take you further if you want. Entertainment - 2* - don't want to be too harsh as I can see that a lot of effort went into some of the performances but they really weren't great. My daughter went, enthusiastically, to the mini disco on the first night but then the exact same mini disco with the same music and dance routines was repeated every night for the entire stay. She thought (fairly) that was stupid and wouldn't go back. Vibe - 2* - This is a tough one because it was a really mixed bag. I thought the staff weren't particularly friendly. I've noticed that other reviews have mentioned English guests not being included and made to feel unwelcome. I echo this sentiment. Whilst there was the odd member of staff who offered a smile, generally, laughter and joviality was reserved for the Spanish guests. Upon check in we were not offered a safe, or a fridge and had to go and ask. We were not given any details of the mini club for the kids. We weren't told anything about the facilities of the hotel. In hindsight, it felt like we were treated as lesser due to our nationality. Pool - 3* - The pool could be so much better. It should open earlier in my opinion. Even just 30 minutes would make a difference. They have a splashing water spout but the lifeguard won't turn it on every day. No idea why. They don't allow balls just in case they splash even though nobody cares if the kids splash. Every person on a sun lounger next to the pool had kids in the pool and just wants them happy. That being said, my daughter enjoyed it. And once a week they bring in an inflatable obstacle course which was brilliant. She said it was the best. The pool is in shade for a lot of the day which during the blistering August sun was a blessing. And no sunbed wars. Food - 3* - Whilst you will find something to eat, the food here is not great. It's generally bland and disappointing. Overall, I would say this hotel is a good place to stop if you get it for the right price and you want excellent access to beaches. That's what we used it for and it was perfect for what we needed. If you're looking for a break where you lounge at the pool and watch the entertainment, I would swerve.

Є басейн і вечірні програми для гостей. До моря близенько по чарівній доріжці 7 хвилин. До центру 10-15 хвилин гуляючи. В цілому, готель справляє чудове враження.

Ми замовили номер з видом на море і двома ліжками. Нас поселили в малесенький номер з видом на море, але лжко було одне, його навіть двоспальним не назовеш... На наступний день(так як в день приїзду такі номери були зайняті) нам запропонували номер з двома ліжками, але вид був не такий чарівний... зате номер просторий і ми погодились. На аайбутнє не планую переплачувати за номер з видом на море.

For the price went paid, I cant really complain. Positives: - no getting up at the cracking of dawn to get sunbeds, - very clean, - beds and pillows are very comfortable, - never had to wait long for a lift, - bathrooms and adequate size, - the food at dinner was nice only 1 night out of 8 i struggled, although not a great selection for children, - the drinks were reasonably priced, - English tv channels for the children, - location to beach and town was good - but not if you have mobility issues (youre on top of a hill). Negatives: - breakfast was poor quality, cold and the dining room was overcrowded, with everyone pushing and generally being rude, - entertainment was aimed at Spanish. Even the disney show played all the disney songs in Spainish! - on arrival they tried charging us the tourist tax on our 3 children under 8, then pleaded ignorance when I highlighted this- total con, there is no way they didnt know it wasnt payable by minors, - there isnt many English in the hotel and you're generally looked down on, it felt uncomfortable at times, - pool didnt open until 11am - kids entertainment didnt start until 9.30pm.

Limpieza de las toallas de baño regular, el primer día noté que estaban una de ellas estaba manchada. no las usamos. Es un hotel familiar pero se escucha todo lo que ocurre en el pasillo cuando los demás huéspedes entran y salen de la habitación. Las comidas Estuvieron regulares, poca variedad, en el desayuno el huevo ya estaba hecho y chorreaba aceite. Es un tres estrellas no me puedo poner exigente pero la limpieza y la comida no fue lo mejor.

Been here for a day and struggling to find anything good about the hotel other than its cleanliness. Sun doesn’t arrive at the pool area until after lunch time, pool doesn’t open until 11am so if you have kids travelling with you this isn’t ideal. Life guard is absolutely miserable, not allowed inflatables in the pool, kids aren’t allowed to jump in, not a holiday at all and I’ve never stayed anywhere with these rules. Rooms are tiny, shoved in a room with no drawers nothing other than a wardrobe it’s a joke you can’t move in the room, no kettle in the room, fridge you have to pay extra for. Hotel doesn’t have many English guests at all so if you have kids and hope they make friends no chance here. Entertainment is ok, but everything so late for young kids. Staff are miserable apart from a few in the restaurant that are ok. Can’t write much else positive about the hotel as I really wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here and the majority of reviews that are good about this hotel aren’t English guests avoid if you are wanting to have a good time with your family.

Have just left after a 10 night family holiday. Hotel was lovely, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. We stayed HB and the food was fine, some evenings better than others, always found something to eat and it was always hot and dishes are replenished regularly. You can swap your evening meal for lunch, which we did on a couple of occasions. There are two pools in the grounds, however these areas are quite small and we went to the beach 5 minutes walk away which was beautiful and relatively quiet compared to the beaches along the main front. The bus for Portaventura is 2 minutes away, and the town centre 10 minutes. Hotel is located on a slight hill. My only criticism would be the hotel bar. The cocktails were served in a plastic cup and tasted like they had been premixed. They also have a 45min drinks promotion every afternoon, however only certain drinks and one cocktail included which I found a bit of a let down. It would also be good if the hotel could adopt a wristband system to show what board you are, as having to carry down a cardboard information card every meal time felt a bit dated and also trying remember it/not loose it… I would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

- Petit déjeuner incroyable. Rassasié à tel point que l'on mangeait que le soir ou un grignotage vers 17h! - Les deux piscines sont vraiment top - Les spectacles le soir sont de très bonnes qualités - Les animatrices sont super, bienveillantes , professionnelles et compétentes. Leurs performances durant certaines représentations sont époustouflantes. - Le maître nageur fait très bien son travail - L'emplacement est top ( proximité de la ville ( restaurants, bars mais aussi des plages, criques ).

Le comportement peu respectueux de certains clients qui font un vacarme pas possible dès 07h le matin !! Les murs sont fins... Nous étions proches de l'ascenseur.

La tranquilidad de la zona

La habitación un poco pequeña pero bueno, la limpieza de la habitación, la cama echaban la sabana para arriba y no sé molestaban en estirarla, no pido qué me la cambien todo los días pero por lo menos hacerla bien la funda de la almohada era pequeña y las toallas un día si otro no la de los pies de la ducha no la ponían

Excelente atención y la limpieza de las habitaciones muy buena, el personal de la recepción muy buenos y profesionales. Realmente es un buen hotel cómodo y a pocos metros de la playa

L'emplacement est parfait. A proximité de tout.Le personnel est agréable. Le buffet du pti déjeuner est au top. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de déjeuner ni de dîner. La piscine est agréable malgrés le monde présent à ce moment là.

J'avais demandé un lit 2 places mais j'ai eu 2 lits simples ( pas trop pratique en couple 😜) et je trouve que le prix du parking est abusé 15 € par jours : mm en se garant dehors c'est moins cher .

La proximité de la plage (en contrebas de l’hôtel ) et du centre ( bars, restaurants , boutiques …) à quelques minutes à pied . La vue sur la mer . Le petit déjeuner varié et très bon . Le personnel de l’accueil très agréable , gentil et parlant plusieurs langues . Le personnel de ménage , très agréable , souriant . Le nettoyage des chambres impeccable . Piscine très bien même si pas très grande , mais il y a la mer juste à côté . Animation et spectacle tous les soirs . Parking souterrain dans l’hôtel

Le comportement de certaines personnes qui prenaient l’ascenseur après être allée à la piscine et sans s’être préalablement essuyé . (des flaques d’eau dans l’ascenseur) Merci au personnel de l’hôtel qui intervenait assez rapidement pour nettoyer l’ascenseur.

La nourriture de mauvaise qualité et très grasse Les jus du petit dej infect En ce qui concerne le ménage il n’est pas fais du sable au sol les vitre Degeulasse les drap remis vite fais sans meme refaire le lit correctement et vu le prix du séjours il pourrais faire des effort ! À notre arrivée il y avais des tache de sang sur les 2 lit il ont changé le drap et on laisser les couvre lit avec le sang vraiment Degeulasse et pas hygiénique !!! Et biensur il s’excuse vite fais !

Location – hotel is on a hill, but this does make for some impressive sea views from some rooms. It’s about a 5 min walk downhill to Hotel Best Mediterraneo area for bus stops, supermarkets and a Bus Plana office for bus passes and excursions. Only a couple of minutes to the nearest bar, and only about 5 mins downhill to the pretty little natural beach cove (no bar sunbeds or facilities) of LLenguadets. Capellans and Platja Llarga are two larger more organised beaches which are still very close by. You can walk to Salou prom or the strip, but buses are available very close by if walking doesn’t appeal. Food – I found the buffet to be of a decent variety – breakfast had plenty of pastries, breads, cakes, cold meat & cheese, cereal, yoghurt & full English available. Occasionally, hash browns and pancakes were available. Dinner offered a variety of meat dishes (roasted, grilled or stew-style in sauce) , pasta (with optional sauce), potatoes, vegetables, salads, breads, pizza slices, a varied dessert selection, and ice cream tubs in basic flavours. There’s a kids area with nuggets, burgers, chips etc. The indoor buffet is quite large, and can get noisy especially if there are large groups. Thankfully there’s a small restaurant terrace area which overlooks the pool, unfortunately sometimes they have to close the terrace due to high winds. Special thanks to Alex, Margarita? and to the manageress in the purple shirt. Rooms – I was impressed with the refurbished rooms. The TV had channels in many European languages and include BBC1,BBC2,BBC3 and BBC4. The balconies are a good size, have good quality balcony furniture, and a pull-out airer for towels etc. Be careful in the shower – the shower cubicle floor can be slippy. Also, the hotel don’t seem to have bath mats so I repeatedly had to use a hand towel as a bath mat. Safe was 17.50 for a week plus 10E returnable deposit. The safe is “old style” and they give you a key….and the lock itself! It’s a bit of a knack to actually figure out how to shut the safe securely without the lock falling out or the door coming back open. There’s a charge to use the fridge, which is locked on arrival. I had medication so use of the fridge was free, however I do think fridge use should be included as standard. Pools – the larger irregular shaped one (which has roman steps & “jacuzzi” at certain times) is monitored by the lifeguard, the small rectangular one (ladders only) at the back isn’t, unless he’s doing a random walk-by. Plenty of loungers & parasols (all good quality), I never struggled to find a lounger free in early June. Currently the rear pool (and any north facing rooms) experience some visual/noise disturbance as a nearby building is having it’s façade refurbished, but it didn’t seem too constant. Entertainment – there is daily evening entertainment, a mix of singers, acrobats, dancing displays. In early June the weather was good but for some reason the entertainment still took place inside, despite the existence of an outdoor stage. This meant you either had to sit inside, or have a slightly restricted view of the entertainment from the terrace. Bar prices didn’t seem too bad. There’s a “happy” 45 mins around teatime. Now here come the criticisms. This hotel hosts HUGE groups of kids & teens, some on school trips, others on sporting trips. They seem to have little adult supervision (if any) and this leads to problems. The younger kids on the sporting trips were jumping into the pool repeatedly, causing a danger to other pool users, and one was using a megaphone(!) whilst on the small football pitch, disturbing the peace. The teens (easily over 100 of them) were shouting from their balconies at times, and on arrival completely blocked the hotel entrance with their sheer number, and their cases – their supervisors made no attempt to get them to stand to one side on the pavement to allow other guests to enter the hotel. That same group also dined all together at the same time each night, creating a large amount of noise in the buffet, blocking the buffet entrance, and of course arriving at the buffet all in one go meant all the food disappeared in one go. I was forced into eating earlier in the evening to ensure I could pick from a variety of food, and to get some peace whilst I ate. The restaurant staff do their best, but it’s a difficult situation. Thankfully none of these groups were in rooms anywhere near mine, so my sleep was not disturbed. I suspect my review would have been more critical if that had been the case. If the hotel must accept these groups, they need to work with the organisers and ensure the kids are suitably supervised at all times to prevent excessive noise or disruption to other guests. Spanish staff of the hotel were lovely (including Mayte on reception) but the Russian staff members (particularly on reception) need to smile more– they may not realise it, but they come across as unwelcoming and this is presumably not the impression the hotel management would want them to provide. The hotel does not offer a “take away breakfast box” for those leaving early, but if you ask at reception, they will open the buffet restaurant early and provide cold breakfast options. I believe you can swap dinner for lunch if you ask at reception the day before. Salou itself is quite large – it has a long promenade with bars and restaurants (and lots of fountains which come alive with music and colour at night), there is also a lively “strip” a couple of roads inland. There’s also a coastal path round to the lighthouse – some sections are paved & stepped, others are only for the very confident. Easy day trips include Cambrils, Port Aventura theme park, Tarragona, Reus. The local T10 bus pass is excellent value – pick one up at any Bus Plana shop (you’ll see plenty of them) with the initial card costing about 11E and includes 10 journeys of any distance. Top-ups at any BP shop for another 10 journeys are about 8E. Buses were pretty reliable and run till quite late. In short – this hotel offers a good base for exploring the surrounding area – but they do need to manage the large groups better.

El hotel estaba limpio, las habitaciones fueron limpiadas cada día, buen mantenimiento de los espacios comunes y el personal muy amable. El servicio de buffet es bueno y variado. Se preocupan por los detalles. El equipo de animación es amable e intenta mostrar alternativas interesantes.

Aunque no es culpa del alojamiento, se debe tener en cuenta de que las playas aunque estén cerca requieres subir y bajar cuestas o escaleras lo cual de complica si viajas con niños pequeños o personas mayores.

Amazing location, close to three different beaches. These beaches are easily accessible on foot, which is a huge advantage of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were also delicious, I'm sure you'll always find something for yourself. Our room was nice and clean, and had a fantastic view of the sea. For that price it was fantastic! Thank you to the staff for the kind service and smiles. :) My family loved staying at this hotel, we hope to come back!

Un hotel de 3 stele, care este mai bun ca unele hoteluri de 4 stele. Personalul a fost foarte amabil si zambitor. Mancarea diversificata si gustoasa.

Personal muy atento, habitaciones amplia y terraza en el ático sensacional. Lastima del calor que tuvimos que no se podía ni salir. Pero la habitación perfecta. La comida a pesar de no ser excelente era buena y en gran cantidad,continuamente sacando nuevas bandejas a la hora que fuera. No te quedabas sin algo que quisieras,constantemente reponiendo.

Por sacar un pero, la limpieza de la habitación no era del todo completa y la posiciona demasiado pequeña para la cantidad de clientes.

Locatie hotel ligt op een heuvel waarbij je dus wel hoogte meters wandelt. Personeel (receptie) is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Omtbijt was hectisch druk, het aanbod was uitgebreid.

We hadden een kamer met een dubbele 2-persoons twijfelaar (goed stevig matras). Twee volwassenen en twee tieners.Alleen hadden ze ook nog eens 2 ledikanten/kinderbedjes erin gepropt zodat je bijna niet kon lopen op de kamer.

Positives - Nice and clean, room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Staff friendly. Breakfast nice and varied. Nice bar area and lounge area to relax before heading home with luggage storage and somewhere to have a shower. Get a sea view it’s worth it. Negatives - air conditioning not sufficient and noisy. Safe lock broke so not used. Busy at breakfast and it was like a free for all. If you like sun round the pool all day long it’s not for you, only a hand full of beds get the sun from 1030 have to wait until around 1300 to 1330 for the other beds to get the sun due to height of building/position of the sun.

Близько до пляжу, є вечірня програма. Тихо увечері, нема практично комарів. Чудове харчування, смачна і здорова їжа, фрукти, десерти. Смачна кава, на мій смак. Підлога з плитки. Гарне ліжко для спання. Гарно для відпочинку з дитиною. Фото на сайті відповідають реальності.

Шумные соседи.

Kedves és segítőkész személyzet, választékos reggeli, csendesebb környék, de központtól nem messze, tiszta medence, tiszta szobák, folyamatos takarítás, kilátás a tengerre. A személyzet minden kérésre és problémára gyorsan talált megoldást, nagyon figyelmesek voltak.

A szobánkból első nap áradt a cigi szag. Nagyon gyorsan orvosolták a problémát, de sajnos ahányszor beléptünk enyhén érezhető volt. 2x1 fős ágyat kaptunk, szerettünk volna franciaágyat. Foglaláskor érdeklődtünk a parkolási lehetőségek iránt, ezért automatikusan foglaltak nekünk parkolóhelyet a mélygarázsban, amiről mi nem tudtunk, mert csak érdeklődtünk, nem foglaltunk. Érkezéskor levonták a számlánkról, de nem mondták, hogy az a plusz költség a parkolás lenne. Később észrevették, hogy üres a parkolóhely és szerencsére visszautalták a pénzt, kivéve az első napot. A reggeli időintervallumát kicsit rövidnek találtuk, nagyon sok ember gyűlt fel egyszerre, nem győztünk sorbanállni és kerülgetni egymást.

Большое количество ступенек по дороге на пляж. За день до отъезда из барсетки в номере пропало 50 евро.

La literie est au top, le buffet est très correct , l'accueil est sympathique , on a pu rentrer dans notre chambre 2h en avance.

Nous avions choisi une chambre vue mer ...dommage que ce soit par dessus le toit de l'immeuble de devant , ce n'était pas comme la photo du site ...beaucoup de pb avec la clé du parking, on a dû aller à l'accueil 3 fois dans la semaine . La piscine est petite comparée au nombre de chambres .

Очень дружелюбные администраторы, внимательные официанты.Хорошая ежедневная уборка номера. Еда всегда свежая, немного однообразная, но голодным никто не останется. До ближайшего пляжа пешком меньше 5 минут, недалеко остановка местного автобуса busplana, и есть маленькие магазинчики. Там цены конечно туристические)) Если пройти чуть дальше то и цены лучше и выбор шире. Также рядом есть разные кафе (какие-то хорошие, какие-то не супер, но выбор есть). Вобщем для своего бюджета этот отель ТОП. Благодарим за гостеприимство 🤗
