La limpieza de habitaciónes cuando llegamos se supone que ya estaba limpias pero no fue así Una de las habitaciones de dos personas el baño estaba el suelo y la ducha con pelos y la de tres el suelo sucio y el baño el espejo y pelos por lo demás bien

Los desayunos y las comidas, bastante variados, y las cenas son lo que más me gustó, ya que cada noche estaba ambientada en una temática distinta. Los camareros, muy atentos en todo momento. La ubicación está súper bien, sobre todo si quieres ir a PortAventura, ya que lo tienes a 10 minutos en bus y está muy bien comunicado. La playa la tienes a 5-6 minutos andando y tienes un paseo marítimo muy amplio para andar y con mucho ambiente nocturno.

Un hotel muy pensado para el turismo ingles, por lo menos en el mes en el que yo fui. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, muy justas para moverte de la cama al baño. La piscina, muy pequeña en comparación con todas las hamacas que había. La animación, poco divertida. De los 7 días que estuvimos, solo 2 noches nos quedamos a ver el espectáculo que había. Y un detalle bastante importante: de los 3 ascensores que había en todo el hotel, solo 2 funcionaban; bueno, en verdad solo 1, porque el otro era para mantenimiento y para las limpiadoras del hotel. Así que solo podíamos usar un ascensor para todos los huéspedes que había en todo el hotel. Una locura.

Beaucoup trop de monde, impossible de se baigner. Isolation des chambres à revoir (non n’avons pas dormi de la nuit à cause du bruit).

El personal muy amable y atento , un hotel tranquilo y en una zona tranquila, se duerme y se descansa muy bien , habitación amplia y camas cómodas , el buffet es variado y estaba bien , había comida que estaba muy rica , la piscina es grande , y el bar de la piscina está genial , y la gente te que se queja de los ascensores... Tampoco está tan mal simplemente hay que tener paciencia estuvimos en la 4° y subimos y bajamos sin problema

Pues sobre todo las hamacas de la piscina si quieres tener aunque sea 1 para poner tús cosas y poder bañarte tranquilo, tienes que madrugar bastante para cojer sitio, porque todo el mundo se pone su toalla y la deja ahí todo el día , si ibas más tarde de las 10 te quedas sin sitio, y también las actuaciones de por la noche todo es en inglés o la gran mayoría , y a los españoles que no entendemos inglés pues te aburres ,

Bares, principalmente o interno, mal servido. Serviço de quartos. Poderiam e deveriam se um pouco melhores.

Good sized rooms, good location, very clean. Food was varied so you had some different options every night but also good for the fussy eaters.

Wasn’t allowed out to the terrace until 10am. There was a queue every morning that started around 8:40 so that people could go and get their sunbeds. When the door was opening by staff, everyone ran like they were in a stampede to get their sunbeds. Never seen anything like it… Some bar and morning cleaning staff were very rude and liked to shout and argue with guests. But the reception staff were very good helping with these issues.

Hotel muito cheio e barulhento, típico de "excursões". Num dos dias o quarto não foi limpo e nos dias em que houve limpeza ficou muito aquem.

La literie très confortable, le buffet petit déjeuner et dîner très bon !

La climatisation et le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas. Toujours obligé d’aller à la réception pour le signaler. Aucune personne est passé pour le réfrigérateur, un technicien est passé pour le problème climatisation. L’accès à la piscine a revoir, car tout le monde cours des 9h30 pour y installer ces serviettes et réserver un transat , je trouve ça dommage , un système doit être mis en place pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter. Je n’ai pas pu y accéder avec ma famille à cause de ça. L’état des murs de la chambre, étant très très sale ! des traces partout.

Le personnel en cuisine et pour le nettoyage était très agréable! La proximité des plage et du centre ville

Mes filles sont restées coincées dans l'ascenseur!!! Aucune excuse de la part de l'Hôtel... car en ce moment ,il fait chaud donc les ascenseurs tombent facilement en panne et votre enfant avait 11 ans 1/2 et pas 12 ans donc elle devait être accompagnée! Je trouve cela inacceptable!

Me gustó que esta muy bien situado de zona de tiendas, bares, restaurantes, y el personal muy amable.

No me gustó que los españoles parecemos los extranjeros, los horarios son para los extranjeros totalmente, para comer como muy tarde puedes ir a las dos y para cenar a las nueve, la piscina me parece horrible no hay sitio para todos, la gente que es muy mal educada a las nueve de la mañana dejan la toalla en la hamaca y se van… y a las siete de la tarde se cierra por que empiezan las cenas.

L'estructura de l'habitació i el menjar.

Piscina: Massificació, no es respecten les normes (fumar, pilotes i matalassos a l'aigua,...) i ningú ho controla. El recinte del bar exterior i la piscina feien molta pudor i estava brut. Entre habitacions s'escoltava tot, fet que no proporcionava la tranquil·litat. Tot això no ho respecten els estrangers.

Buena ubicación al no estar donde toda la aglomeración, el personal muy amable y un buffet espectacular.

Propreté nefligée , qualité du buffet mediocre hors petit dejeuner, odeur de moisi qui viens du garage qui est inaccessible ( entree et places de parking il faut faire 10 manoeuvres a chaque fois ) 20 euros par jour . Etat de la chambre bien degradee ( nbres traces sur les murs , finitions a revoir ) cuvette des toilettes tachée jaune d urine , presence d insectes sdb poissons d argent due a l humidité , acsenceurs inaccessibles la plupart du temps ... franchement pas genial comme hotel Terrasse bar piscine , gobelets plastiques collants , tres decu car je connais bien le best cambrils qui a une etoile de plus mais qui est largement au dessus de celui ci .

Todo. La comida estaba muy buena, el personal de la piscina y el bar, inmejorable. La habitación limpia y recogida. Comodidad para aparcar.

Tuvimos un problema con la comida de uno de los días. Teníamos pensión completa para los 4 días, y uno de ellos, preguntamos en recepción a ver si a las 14:30 era la última hora de entrada o si por el contrario, cerraba el buffet a esa hora. Nos contestaron que las 14:30 era la última hora de entrada, pero que podríamos comer sin ningún problema. Llegamos a las 14:25, y el encargado del comedor nos dijo que nos quedaban 5 minutos para comer. Apagaron las luces del buffet mientras estábamos comiendo, tuvimos que comer en 10 minutos, además de tener que coger toda la comida corriendo para poder disfrutar de algo de comida.

La comida

El trato del personal, es la segunda vez que vinimos y siempre nos ha gustado la amabilidad del personal. perdimos un objeto y nos llamaron cuando lo encontraron para enviárnoslo. Nos han atendido muy bien.

L'insonorité des chambres. On entends trop les bruits extérieurs et les bruits de couloirs difficile de se reposer. Dommage que l'eau soit payante et qu'il ni ai pas de carafe d'eau sur les tables.

L'emplacement était bien et il était possible de se garer gratuitement dans la rue à proximité. Le logement était suffisamment au calme et isolé de l'animation de la ville. La piscine était très bien, avec beaucoup de transats malgré le monde donc facile de s'installer.

The hotel has a lot of potential and the staff are all friendly enough. The food was generally nice but on two occasions I had under cooked meat so I'd advise checking before you eat.

I very rarely leave negative reviews but here we go. The main problem with this hotel is the other guests and the lack of control from the staff to manage them. There were so many people who were all inclusive abusing alcohol and causing issues around the pool in their rooms and in reception. During our stay we had to change room due to drunk neighbours smashing their room up and screaming at 4am in the morning. We complained and were asked to check out of our room at 10 am and not given a new room until 1pm wasting a lot of our day due no fault of our own. The staff almost seemed annoyed that they had to help us despite saying they'd had lots of complaints about those other guests. Those other guests were not kicked out of the hotel, when I asked why I was told they booked with Jet2 and they were discussing it with their rep. They were still there the day we checked out. There were fights and arguments by the pool, a full blown fight in reception which required an ambulance calling. The pool area by the end of the day was filthy due to guests leaving rubbish everywhere despite bins being available. I understand that the hotel can't be held responsible for the guests who book but they have to be held accountable for policing them. Ignoring bad behaviour and not taking action spoils everyone else's experience. I'm British but this place is the definition of 'bad brits abroad' I'd avoid this hotel at all cost unless you want a wild holiday with very little sleep. The pool area is far too small for the number of guests. The pool area is locked until 1000 so people are queuing to rush and get all the beds by around 0930. The lifts are slow with a low capacity to do you spend a lot of time waiting for lifts too. We won't be going back to this hotel.

Los ascensores, uno estaba estropeado y había mucha gente en el hotel. Son pequeños y tardan mucho. Siempre subi andando a la habitacion(4° piso).

Only one lift work and we was on the 7th floor.we spent a lot of time in the lift due to it not going to the floor we pressed

Excellent location to get to main strip where all the bars and restaurants are. Plana bus store located opposite hotel so great access to local buses to get into Cambrils, Tarragona & Barcelona. We even used the Reus airport bus to get back to the airport after our holiday for €3.60 each! Hotel room was small but perfectly ok for a weeks holiday. We had a balcony on the opposite side to the pool area and got the sun in the late afternoon and evening. We only had breakfast in the hotel but were happy with the variety of food offered - omlettes, pancakes, fresh bread, cereals, fresh fruit etc. Reception staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Only 2 lifts one of which was out of order for part of our trip - very busy during peak times. Luckily we were on level 3 so it was ok to walk up and down occasionally. We didnt use the pool area as it was just too busy but the outside bar area was nice to sit in having a drink.

Poc aïllament de les habitacions, poca neteja del balcó i, com a tots els hotels, canvien les tovalloles cada dia innecessàriament malgrat fer cas del cartellet "green washing" del lavabo i deixar-les penjades obedientment. Un horror pels ecologistes i pel planeta.

The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. There was a great variety for breakfast - cooked breakfast, continental, fruits, pastries, omelette station. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.

The coffee was not great in the machine at breakfast. There was no additional blankets/quilts in the room; with the aircon on it got quite cold. The pool is quite small for the size of the hotel and we struggled to get loungers as people queued early to get them.

Very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but sufficient for what we needed. Good location.

La comida riquísima y variada, el personal fue muy amable aunque se acostumbraban a hablarme en inglés a pesar de que venía yo de Aragón, las camas muy cómodas y la habitación impoluta.

Mala ubicación y problemas para conciliar el sueño, había mucho ruido en la calle a pesar de estar en la cuarta planta se oía todo, a las 4 de la mañana aún había gente gritando en la calle. El ascensor muy muy lento y pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes que se hospedaban. A cada rato tenías que checar el parking porque no se podía aparcar más de 4h, literal tenías que pagar y echar monedas cada 4h hasta que llegaba las 21h y ya lo dejabas hasta mañana por la mañana.

Todo en general , mucho ruido, también muchos críos ingleses no tienen educación ni respeto a los demás clientes así como los empleados de la piscina

J'ai été 2 fois dans l établissement.

Des travaux côté rue qui ne ma pas été signalé lors de ma réservation, à 7 heures tout monde debout. Il ne faut pas aller dans l hôtel Best méditerranéo pour se reposer.

Pobyt w hotelu był bardzo udany. Pokoje były czyste i regularnie sprzątane. Jedzenie w formie bufetu było smaczne i różnorodne – każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Personel hotelu był uprzejmy i pomocny. Lokalizacja hotelu również jest bardzo dobra, blisko plaży, sklepów i atrakcji turystycznych. Atmosfera była przyjemna i spokojna. Z przyjemnością wrócę do tego hotelu i mogę go polecić innym gościom.

Firstly walking in it was spotless clean the cleaners are always out cleaning the lifts outside the front area rooms, staff where really friendly and helpful it’s in a good location

Lo que más me gustó fue bien cuidado que estaba el hotel, especialmente la piscina y el restaurante.

Lo que menos me gustó fue la actitud del personal de recepción el día de llegada. A todo lo que preguntaba me respondían que NO sin comprobarlo en ningún sitio, he estado en otros de la misma cadena y no son igual.

очень приятный молодой человек на ресепшен, все подсказал, рассказал, объяснил нам повезло, городская парковка была бесплатная в те дни, когда мы были. приотельная подземная парковка 15 евро/сутки близко к парку ПортАвентура

2 лифта на 7 этажей по 35 номеров на этаже - это ОЧЕНЬ мало. постоянные очереди, особенно жаль людей с маленькими детьми и пожилых. 2 комплекта полотенец на номер на троих (3 взрослых+ребенок) - это как-то странно. при этом завтрак/обед/ужин на ребенка - за отдельную плату. душевая протекает. вентиляции в ванной нет. номера грязные. завтраки невкусные (кроме выпечки), выбор скудный.
