Excellent séjour ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Que ce soit à la réception ou dans les différents espaces de l’hôtel, tout le personnel est souriant, chaleureux et toujours prêt à rendre service. La piscine est grande, agréable et parfaitement adaptée aux familles. Les enfants se sont éclatés tout au long du séjour. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis choyés, avec un personnel aux petits soins. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et offre une très belle vue. Quant à l’animation, elle est excellente : dynamique, conviviale et parfaitement dosée, sans être envahissante. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce magnifique séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons apprécié la chambre qui nous a été attribuée, avec une très belle vue sur la piscine et la plage. La vue était vraiment agréable et c’est le principal point positif de notre séjour.

Malheureusement, nous avons été très déçus par le service et la restauration. À notre arrivée, les chambres n’étaient pas encore prêtes et, malgré le fait que le restaurant du midi était encore ouvert, nous n’avons pas été autorisés à y entrer pour manger. Concernant les repas, la qualité et le choix de la nourriture étaient très décevants. Le service au restaurant est également à revoir : certains serveurs ne sont pas souriants et donnent parfois l’impression d’être dérangés lorsqu’on leur demande quelque chose. J’ai demandé une bouteille d’eau et on m’a simplement indiqué d’aller à la fontaine. Pour un simple verre de Coca-Cola, il était parfois difficile d’obtenir l’attention d’un serveur. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’hôtel bénéficie d’un très bel emplacement et d’une belle vue, mais la qualité du service et de la restauration ne correspond malheureusement pas à nos attentes.

Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour s'est bien passé, mais l'organisation des repas, en particulier au déjeuner, est un vrai point à améliorer. Il y avait énormément de monde, ce qui entraînait de longues files d'attente et une réelle sensation de désorganisation. Le service n'était pas suffisamment fluide pour accueillir autant de clients. J'ai également trouvé que certains membres du personnel semblaient débordés. C'était particulièrement le cas au stand des pizzas, où le serveur n'était pas très accueillant et gérait difficilement l'affluence. Enfin, j'ai été surprise de voir certains clients se servir directement avec leurs mains nues, sans utiliser les ustensiles prévus. Ce manque de respect des règles d'hygiène est préoccupant et mériterait une surveillance plus attentive de la part de l'établissement. C'est dommage, car ces différents points ont eu un impact négatif sur l'expérience globale de mon séjour.

Niente da lamentarsi

Emplacement calme, bon accueil, petit déjeuner riche et varié, plats variés peuvent répondre aux exigences de différentes personnes. Les facilités dans certaines chambres nécessitent une attention.

Certains personne dans le restaurant ne traitent pas les visiteurs équitablement. Malheureusement, Un cuisinier a même oser de demander à son collègue de servire de la nourriture (des crevette 🦐) avant qu'elle ne soit bien grillé ...... pour éviter de voir la queue.

I’ve had the most fantastic time. There are definitely some areas that need some improvement, mainly cosmetic, but the excellent customer service from the most amazing staff really lifts the experience to one of being absolutely spoiled and they really do try to anticipate your every need so they’re answered long before you even think of what you might need. From housekeeping, restaurant, bar staff, spa& gym, entertainment team, they all go out of their way to make you as comfortable and included as possible. Whether it’s topping up your drink, assisting you on stairs or inviting you to play a game or include you in an activity, they all work incredibly hard, working long hours but always with a kind word and a smile. I really do have to single out Hamidi for some special praise though. From the first time we visited the bar and ordered a drink we were truly spoiled. I’m not much of a drinker but anytime my son’s drink was low, he’d appear like magic with a fresh drink. As we watched he provided the same 1st class service to everyone. Even when the bar was jam packed he’d still try to provide the same 1st class service to everyone. As the week progressed and our social circle grew he waited on all of us with the same hospitality and warmth. Combined with a fantastic memory for everyone’s orders . Just couldn’t fault him. He looked after all of us, with drinks, with warmth and with humour. We definitely enjoyed our stay here, found it excellent value for money and already looking forward to a return journey.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. My stay was truly enjoyable – from the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed. The staff deserves special recognition – always polite, helpful, and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the daily housekeeping was of a high standard. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, offering something for everyone. The hotel’s location also turned out to be a great advantage – everything was within easy reach, which made exploring and getting around the area very convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the reception, where everything was handled smoothly and professionally from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The kitchen and dining area were also excellent – the food was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. One unique highlight of my stay was the live entertainment, including the dancers, who created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere in the evenings. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at Skanes El Mouradi and had a wonderful experience. Here is why I highly recommend it: ​ The hotel’s location is perfect. It is very close to the airport, making the transition from the flight to the resort incredibly easy. It’s also conveniently situated near the city, so exploring the local area was a breeze. ​ From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly receptionists. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and made us feel right at home. ​ The food was amazing and definitely met my high expectations. There was a great variety, and everything was delicious. ​Top-Notch Facilities: Both the beach and the swimming pools were kept very clean. It was a pleasure to relax by the water knowing the areas were well-maintained. This is a great choice if you are traveling with children. My kids absolutely loved the animation program and the Kids Club. The activities were fantastic and kept them entertained the whole time!

The staff are friendly, the buffet is diversified and the hotel vibe is family and friends friendly. The customer relationship agent Yasmine was nice to us and invited us for lunch in our last day.She also escalated our claim to get a bathmat and the room service got us later some fruits and juice as welcome gift.

The check-in was not as smooth as we expected ; at first we got the wrong room- with no sea view- and we had to claim the change. Then, we had no towels in the new room. We got the towels after 3 claims.

Ottimo il buffet quotidiano, colazione, pranzo e cena. Il cibo ottimo con personale molto disponibile. Non tutto era disponibile però, se arrivavi un po più tardi non trovavi tutte le pietanze a disposizione. Della serie... se arrivi tardi trovi quello che trovi.

il televisore anni 80 a tubo catodico, nel 2025 non è proprio accettabile. L'animazione serale non può parlare solo francese. Il wifi non disponibile in camera, da un hotel 4 stelle non me lo aspetto.

I booked the hotel around the 9th October for just me and then someone else said they were coming but I only had put their name, no passport number or any other details. They told me they couldn’t so I called the hotel to see if I could change the name so my son could come. No reply to the phone calls and the online enquiry. When I got to the hotel I explained to the receptionist and he said it should be fine if my friend joined me as I had paid for two rooms and as my son couldn’t come and that after he came we would speak to his boss the next morning. He arrived 2 days later at 1.30 in the morning. He slept in the other single bed in my room with its 2 broken fridges and decor from the 70’s. At 3.30am the receptionist is banging on my door going completely mental and demanded my friend go to reception. So he went and then he came for me. He was so angry and I couldn’t understand why as it was the same man who said it would be fine and we would have sorted everything out on the morning with his boss but no. I don’t know what he was saying as he wasn’t speaking English. My friend had paid the tax and filled in the registration form by then but the man was still so angry. I just couldn’t stay there anymore and packed my stuff and came to reception. By this time he had spoken to his boss and my friend had the other room key but I didn’t want to be there. 3 taxis to the airport at 4am and then a new flight via France costing me about £500. My friend stayed the entire rest of the week and they wouldn’t let him leave the hotel though.

Extremely dated , smoking in many areas be prepared for this. Lots of awful smells that just hit you one being constant smells of old puke ! Check the bread for mould , be very careful with the food and water it will make you very poorly. I’m still getting over gastrointestinal problems from this holiday.

Májusban is voltunk itt, ahhoz képest az étkezések sokkal rosszabbak, minőségben, választékban (mert akkor kimondottan jó volt). Nagyon sok ember volt, pillanatok alatt eltűnt minden a svédasztalról. Üres és tiszta asztalt is nehéz volt találni. Mivel májusban nem így volt, ez elsősorban nem a szálloda hibája, hanem a vendégköré. A szobák állapota már 2* vagy az alatti szint, lepusztult, kopott, koszos minden. A személyzet nem túl barátságos.

Comme souvent avec les hôtels El Mouradi ( j’en connais 3 ) les installations et les sites sont toujours très bien conçus et bien choisis mais les hôtels sont vieillissants et manque d’entretien. Ils sont grands et ont besoin de beaucoup de clients pour fonctionner correctement aussi les prix sont bas et attractifs et attire une clientèle populaire de tous les pays. Les déjeuners et dîners sont donc bruyants et les animations ennuyeuses. Malgré cela les recettes des buffets sont locales et plutôt bonnes à côté de la bouffe ordinaire pour une majorité de la clientèle… Ceux qui laissent de très mauvais commentaires devraient savoir que l’on ne peut pas critiquer ainsi ce qu’ils ont choisi comme destination ( pays maghrébin) et comme formule exclusive ( moins cher ici qu’en restant dans son pays d’origine) : il est nécessaire de relativiser…

I’ve visited this hotel in October 2025 during the October holidays the animation team has been the only thing keeping be going in this hotel the rest has been horrible , they have been friendly and making sure that someone is always doing something , the animators are 100% going to be the only good thing I will remember about this hotel.

Great and nice team, had fun during their activities, very good dancers 👌 Good communication and they want people to participate but in a very polite way without being ‘forced’ to do anything.

The entertainment team is absolutely amazing they do their job like no other, variation of activities from 10 to 18.00 all interesting and amazing.

Top holiday, we went for a week all inclusive and we really recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a week away, top entertainment, nice food that goes on all day and nice drinks too

The entertainment staff was brilliant for younger kids, they try and involve older kids and adults with games around the pool, such as yoga and Aqua aerobics. The rooms still need a lot of improvement e.g. updating some house keeping, needs to be retained.

Visited this hotel on 9th October 2025, we arrived at the hotel, 1 person was checking in more than 2 coaches. We got our key and went to our first room, this is when we noticed staines on the bed sheets, mould in the cups in the bathroom, mould growing up the walls and very unhygienic. We went to reception and it took us almost half a hour to persuade them to move us rooms. Eventually they did and the room wasn't much better but was manageable. The staff around the pool and restraunt were great, always pleasant but I'm guessing cause of the tips (witch is totally ok). The animation team were the ones who made our holiday, they were great even though we didn't have the kids with us. Unfortunately I won't be staying here again, there is so much potential they could do with the hotel, as the lay out of everything is just weird.

Just got back and i have to say i am very disappointed from a 4 star hotel! There are many problems with this hotel!!! Food absolute disgusting, no ice cream at all, every day same ingredient used, taste less, not Tunisian cousin, not enough food, u been served 1 spoon full by the chef. Plastic soup spoons, plastic cups! Rooms not nice! See picture. Public toilets only cleaned once a day, looks disgusting!! Internet only by the reception but is slow like a snail !! Not 4 star !!! 3 star at max !! Not happy! Not recommended! Reviews says it all !! Beach is nice, stuff friendly but that’s it!

Just come back from a week’s stay at this hotel and all I can say it is as horrendous as the reviews state! No where near a 4* hotel more of a 1/2* at a push! The room that was given to us that had been “cleaned” after we complained about our original room was just as dirty and out dated. Exposed plug socket hanging out the wall, furniture on the verge of collapsing, hair & bits all over the floor, dirty counter tops. The room smelt of sewerage from the toilet. Lift the toilet seat up and flies would come out and I won’t even tell you about the toilet brush! The only good thing was the shower, even though the bathroom needed a very good deep clean from top to bottom! - The maid would come daily but we had no idea what she was doing other then making the bed as the same dirt was on the floor/counter tops/bathroom the day we left! - Pretty sure we’ve been eaten alive by bed bugs aswell! The food is repetitive and terrible. Bland, you’d literally be eating a dish/bowl of oil! As non fussy adults we struggled, let alone if you were trying to feed children! We resorted to eating out for all 3 meals after 3 days! (Lovely restaurant just a short walk down the road and cafe just outside the hotel) - The hotel restaurant and its cleanliness/hygiene levels were disgusting. Table cloths stinking dirty. A waiter happily took a glass off our table that was used and finished with and poured in wine and gave it to another guest without cleaning it! - Trying to get plates and into a line for food was like a brawl. The staff is a mixed bag - some were lovely - some very rude. I can imagine if you were to throw tips around you'd get a better service! The pool areas were well kept apart from the dirty, broken sun beds - that you need to get up at the crack of dawn to get! You can have a comfy dirty, broken cushion for 2 Dina’s a day. Only good thing about this hotel was the view and the Spa! - The spa facilities and the service the staff provided definitely didn’t belong at this hotel! - Literally is the only saving grace! Came back feeling unwell and I’m pretty sure this is from the absolute filth they provide you to stay in! Overall an outdated, filthy hotel that really is mis-sold to customers! - Don’t waste your money or time! - Worst holiday we've ever experienced!

This hotel is average at best, it has seen better days, the staff are lovely and they are doing their best. The whole place needs updating. We had a room for 3 people but only had enough towels for 2 people, housekeeping wouldn’t give any extra towels until we complained. The food was not great, all inclusive and we got the same choices everyday there were no menu changes, by our third day we went out to eat. There is an excursion rep at the hotel, he was really good we did camel rides which was around 4hours brilliant, on day one, quad biking on the second day 4 hours and again brilliant, then a pirate boat trip fantastic. Our room is very dated, bathroom needs updating. There is a telly in our room it doesn’t work, so don’t know why it’s here.

We’ve just come back from a week at El Mouradi Skanes, and overall, we had a really lovely and relaxing holiday. The beach was clean, the sea crystal clear and full of fish, and we spent hours swimming and just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. There are two big swimming pools, both spacious and perfect for cooling off or relaxing by the sun. The food was a bit repetitive, but honestly, it was still very tasty, and we never went hungry. There’s also lots to do if you want to be active. Every day there were activities like archery, volleyball, Zumba, aqua aerobics, and even a kids’ corner. There were evening shows every night too – I didn’t join in myself, but it was nice to see people having fun and enjoying the entertainment. We also booked a half-day trip to Sousse and Monastir through our Love Holidays guide, which was a great experience. It was lovely to see a bit of Tunisia outside the resort – both towns were beautiful, full of history, and definitely worth visiting. Now, for the downsides. The hotel really needs some renovation. There was dirt on the walls, mould on the shower curtain, a hole in the balcony door glass, and furniture and carpets that have seen better days. The sunbed situation also needs improvement – not enough of them, and many were broken in the middle. On top of that, you have to pay 50p per day for a cushion, which wouldn’t be a big deal if there were enough to go around (and this was in October!). What really disappointed us was seeing some waiters making tables purposely dirty with leftover food or rubbish to reserve them for certain guests. We often came early and still couldn’t find a clean table unless we tipped a waiter. I have no problem tipping for good service, but that kind of behaviour felt disgusting and unfair. Despite all this, we honestly had a lovely time overall. The beach and sea were stunning, the weather was perfect, and the staff (most of them) were friendly and welcoming. With a bit of care, better maintenance, and fairer restaurant management, this hotel could easily be amazing again.

Well as our first time in Tunisia and we stayed at this hotel, it is definitely not a four-star hotel. The food is the same each day near enough and not much choice. The rooms are not very clean. We had to see a few. The view was lovely though and the staff I cannot fault them they are friendly and very helpful but the entertainment is outside and the bar is nowhere near and there’s no tables at the stage just chairs unfortunately, we will not be coming back to this hotel and it has put a soft Tunisia and be very cautious about leaving the hotel because you will get hounded by the local cab drivers and other people who tried to take you into town
