Ibiza Corso Hotel

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’établissement. L’emplacement près de la Marina est super. Le personnel est très gentil, la piscine et le bar très très bien, les chambres avec vue sur mer, 10/10.

Le seul point négatif que j’y trouverai est le fait qu’il n’y a pas d’eau dans les chambres. Aussi, nous avons souhaité nous restaurer à midi dans l’hôtel car il y avait de forte pluie et la réceptionniste nous a informé qu’il n’y avait rien pour manger à midi.

We arrived at 11:00 pm and the room they gave us was not clean. They moved us to another room, but the staff almost looked annoyed at us that they had to do that. The next day, we left the hotel all day and came back at 8 pm, and our room still hadnt been cleaned. When we asked why they were rude and said the cleaning lady had left. It was bizarre . It ended up getting cleaned after 9 pm. Unacceptable for 450 euros a night.

Ich habe ein EZ gebucht, das war echt in die Jahre gekommen, schlechtes Bett und kaum Ablageflächen. Aber der Gipfel war der Balkon (siehe Bilder), wer will denn da raus sitzen?? Frühstück hat mich auch nicht überzeugt, ich werde nicht nochmal kommen.

Position is good, 20/25 min walking distance from Ibiza old town, but area very quite and the view is amazing. Parking was easy, pool area is nice, sunbeds not very comfortable but ok. Breakfast ok.

The single room needs a touch of paint, new furniture, curtains, and a clean as marks everywhere.

The location was brilliant. The pool was lovely. The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was very good.

I thought it wasn’t good value for money. There were no tea/ coffee facilities in the room. There was only one free bottle of water on the first day, and not even a water station to fill up bottles. I was disappointed by the standard of the hotel considering the price that I paid.

The staff were kind and attentive. The cleaners inside the hotel were excellent and the rooms were clean. The view over the marina and salt villa was outstanding. Drink prices were also reasonable.

The pool area was not remotely clean enough, stained dirty sunbeds, awful ripped and stained towelling covers on the day beds which were clearly not being washed daily, rubbish under the tables etc. the majority of furniture is plastic… Pool doesn’t open until ten. The beds are ALL twin with no chance of making them a double. So good luck if you happen to like your partner! This hotel was not cheap by any means, the price does not remotely match what you get. The rooms are tired, they were clearly running a skeleton staff who worked hard and did the best they could.

The location is excellent, with lovely views across the marina towards Dalt Vila, and it is very convenient for Ibiza Town and Talamanca. The staff were generally pleasant.

Unfortunately, the hotel simply did not live up to what we expected from a 4-star hotel, particularly considering the price we paid and the length of our stay. We spent our first 10 nights in a Junior Suite, but it certainly didn't feel like one. The additional space was essentially a corridor area with a sofa and an extra TV. When we later moved into a standard room, we actually found the main living space felt bigger, with a dressing table around three times the size. The air conditioning in the Junior Suite was extremely poor. Despite being set to 16°C, the room rarely went below approximately 26°C, which was incredibly uncomfortable in Ibiza in August. We complained to the hotel and were told this was essentially the best it could do. The air conditioning in the standard room was slightly more effective, presumably because it had less space to cool. Housekeeping was also well below the standard we would expect. Our bedsheets were not changed for almost a week, and although bathrobes were provided, mine was never replaced with a clean one during our stay. We also regularly saw staff cleaning other balconies, yet ours was never cleaned. Another significant disappointment was the spa. This was advertised as part of the hotel when we booked, but had been removed by the time of our stay. We therefore paid the same price for a hotel that no longer offered one of the facilities available when we made our booking, with no reduction or alternative offered. More generally, parts of the hotel felt strangely empty and lacking attention. Some of the seating areas didn't even have cushions put out and were simply left bare. It didn't give the impression of a fully functioning premium 4-star hotel during peak summer. The location and views are undoubtedly the hotel's biggest strengths, but the overall experience was extremely basic for the price and rating.

Sicuramente la posizione é ideale per chi vuole viversi Ibiza in serenità e tranquillità. Se si esce a piedi si raggiunge in pochi secondi la darsena con la marina di Ibiza ed i locali più cool… ed il balcone dalle camere decisamente affascinante…..

Defilato, la SPA non funziona, dichiarano di avere un parcheggio dedicato ma quest’anno non era accessibile poiché stanno edificando qualcosa lì dove parcheggiavo lo scorso anno, ma a mia domanda diretta telefonica non mi hanno avvisato. La colazione meno ricca degli anni scorsi. Quest’anno per la prima volta dopo 4 anni invece della solita camera attigua al bar abbiamo avuto una camera al 4 piano, bella per la veduta ma abbastanza datata….rispetto alle altre…. Altro aspetto negativo alle 21 il bar chiude e non c’è possibilità di prendere neppure una bottiglia d’acqua. Dulcis in fundo, in camera c’è il frigo bar ma é vuoto…. Ma la vera ciliegina sulla torta quest’anno l’ha posata là cameriere dedicata alla nostra camera. A fine agosto ad Ibiza c’è stata una tempesta equatoriale con pioggia carica di sabbia gialla…. Pertanto il balcone della camera era tutto giallo e con mio stupore il giorno dopo ho notato che i vetri ed i balconi accanto a me erano stati perfettamente puliti ed il mio no! Sarò risultato antipatico alla cameriera del piano… bah

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y las vistas. Está muy cerca del centro de Ibiza , se puede ir caminando, también hay una parada de taxi justo al lado y enfrente la parada del cityboat que te lleva al centro en barco. Las vistas son increíbles con Dalt Vila justo en frente y vista a todo el puerto y La Marina de Ibiza. Muy cerca también del Casino y de Pacha. Otra cosa que también valoramos mucho es la facilidad de aparcar en el hotel

Es la tercera vez que vamos, las dos anteriores fueron perfectas y está vez no fue lo esperado. Al llegar ya tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación porque pagamos con vista a la piscina y no nos la dieron, luego nos la cambiaron. En la habitación no sé veía nada, la nevera vacía, la limpieza muy justita, sobre todo del balcón que estuvo lleno de polvo hasta el ultimo día. Para ser un 4 estrellas y tener el precio que tiene nos decepcionó bastante sobre todo porque lo conocíamos y nada que ver con otros años. Punto a favor , el desayuno muy bueno

La struttura è in restauro aziendale: molti servizi tra cui parking e spa non sono fruibili. Non ha nemmeno il bollitore in camera per fare un tea onjn caffè. Frigo vuoto a parte 1 bottiglia d'acqua.

Me tuve que cambiar de habitación pues los vecinos hicieron fiesta en la habitación. La siguiente me tocó una familia con niños pequeños muy ruidosos

El ruido de los pasillos y la gente que habla se oye todo, hay que poner alfombra, las paredes son mis finas entre habitaciones se oye todo entre habitaciones contiguas, en el ascensor no hay indicaciones de dónde está el desayuno (bar restaurante), la piscina, cosas básicas…

DELUSIONE …solo Il ricordo della struttura degli anni passati.

Una struttura abbandonata. Priva di una semplice manutenzione Piscina conservata male , skimmer privi di manutenzione , docce con vegetazione spontanea tra il pavimento , camera con frigo bar vuoto , cambio lenzuola su richiesta dopo 9 gg, bucato sostituito ma non perfetto e candido, spa in ristrutturazione ( senza aver ricevuto comunicazione ) parcheggio inesistente per ristrutturazione , nessuna possibilità di long chek-out né tantomeno possibilità alternativa di uno spogliatoio .

The place needs a upgrade and no spa as advertised

The hotel was gorgeous and had stunning views of yachts. The hotel was super clean and the bathroom products were gorgeous! The breakfast was absolutely delicious I was a huge fan of the pastries!

The hotel corridors do not have cameras. After reading reviews of rooms being broken in to I was very apprehensive about my stay and did enquire about hotel safety on arrival and was advised there are no cameras in the corridors for privacy reasons which I don’t think it’s right. There should be cameras in the hotel corridors for the safety of guests. I also noticed how there was no security which I think would be a huge added bonus to the hotel. My booking also said I would have a sea view which sadly I didn’t. The view was great but did not put me off! Although there was a small GF section during breakfast I did notice besides fruit there wasn’t any vegan options.

Bedden waren hard, spleet tussen het bed, geen gelegenheid om te douchen als je laat vertrekt. En echter adverteren ze hotel met spa, maar de spa is in verbouwing en hebben ze niet gemeld!

A parte aver acquistato il soggiorno in cui mi veniva indicato la presenza di una spa invece l’hanno chiusa e non hanno ritenuto di avvisare i clienti, e non hanno nemmeno ritenuto rimborsare eventuali differenze, quanto più una struttura enormemente grande e gestita con pochissimo personale che andava quasi sempre in difficoltà e che spesso “giustamente” era poco ospitale quasi sicuramente per il troppo carico di lavoro, di conseguenza anche l’aspetto igienico poco curato dato che venivano fatti cambi biancheria ogni 4 giorni in un presidio di caldo molto intenso. Sono sicuro di non tornarci più quando sarò ad Ibiza sceglierò sicuramente un’altra location visto anche i costi richiesti dalla struttura. Un 4* sulla carta in Italia 3* sarebbero ancora da meritare.

Super Lage direkt am Hafen und am Strand. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Ibiza Stadt.

Zimmer sind schon etwas abgewohnt. Für dieses Preisniveau sollte schon mehr Komfort angeboten werden. Öffnungszeiten vom Pool für Hochsaison zu kurz. Morgen eine Runde Schwimmen nicht möglich weil vor 10:00 Uhr nicht geöffnet und ab 20:00 Uhr schon wieder geschlossen.

Het is een geweldig mooi modern hotel en eten is goed. Dit jaar was de gastvrijheid wat minder en de slaapkamers zijn gehorig.

Vriendelijk personeel, prachtige kamer met mooi uitzicht op de jachthaven, heel leuke omgeving. Heel uitgebreid ontbijt, rekening houdend met allerlei allergieën. Aangenaam zwembad.

Niet veel, misschien wat meer schaduw voorzien aan het zwembad.

Gut gelegen (nicht zu voll und nicht weit entfernt von der Stadt), Strand mit Bademöglichkeit in Fußnähe, nette Hotel-Poolanlage, tolles Frühstück, Gym mit den wichtigsten Geräten vorhanden.

The property has a good location, AMAZING food (literally everything is unbelievable) and a beautiful pool area.

Where the property lacked for me was cleanliness I have stayed here in previous years and the room was not up to usual standard, the lamp was completely stained in the room of dirt (very gross we had to remove it) the shower had long hairs in it and the outside beds by the pool needed a good wipe down had bird mess on them etc. these little touches would make a real difference

Como es el último año antes de la reforma lo tienen dejado… el spa está cerrado, las habitaciones te las hacen cuando les da la gana, algún día hasta a las 6pm… Carísimo por el servicio que dan.

Se produjo un apagón de luz (no sé si en la isla, en la ciudad o en la zona) y el hotel no disponía de generador para poder hacer frente a la situación. No hace falta contar el caos que se puede vivir tanto para huéspedes como para personal del hotel.

The location is fantastic, in one of the most upscale areas of the island and very close to the marina, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants and high end shops. It’s also a beautiful area to explore on foot. The hotel itself feels modern, new, and very well maintained. The pool area was lovely, and we particularly enjoyed being able to have food and drinks served around the pool. Our room was spacious enough for three people and had a really nice balcony, which was a great plus. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh, quality products.

We were expecting to use the spa area, but unfortunately it was closed for refurbishment during our stay. Also, on one day our room was accidentally not cleaned, so we had to contact reception to have it sorted.

Leuke ligging met mooi zwembad met zicht op Ibiza stad. ‘s avonds bootje nemen recht voor het hotel en je kwam aan in Ibiza haven .

De ochtend van het uitchecken werd er ook ontbijt pakket beloofd omdat we al om 5.30 uitcheckte. Maar helaas wist de nachtportier van niets …

Für einen Kurztrip nach Ibiza-Stadt ist das Hotel optimal gelegen. Direkt vor dem Hotel fährt alle 15 Minuten ein Wassertaxi, mit dem man die Altstadt von Ibiza in etwa 15 Minuten erreicht. Der kleine, aber saubere Strand von Talamanca ist vom Hotel aus in rund zehn Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme können vor Ort gemietet werden. Zwei Liegen inklusive Sonnenschirm kosten allerdings 45 Euro. Ein Minuspunkt ist die starke Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer, da Geräusche aus den angrenzenden Zimmern und vom Flur deutlich zu hören sind.

2 ayrı oda tuttuk fakat odalar birbirleriyle bağlantılı tek odaydı. Odalar temiz değildi ve içeride havlu bile koyulmamıştı.

- quiet area: no party noise within the hotel or outside - most of the staff apart from a couple are polite and happy to help - basic breakfast, nothing fancy but expect eggs, fruit, bread etc

- outdated and poor quality rooms - terrible aircon; I had to complain twice and both times I was told that it is fine.. it really wasn’t. Didn’t cool the room at all - there is no food at lunchtime! Their restaurant only opens in the evening so if you want lunch, go to the poolside or go somewhere else - says it’s a 4 star hotel but I don’t see it any better than a 3 star.. the fourth could just be for the location it seems

The staff are excellent, reception team are very helpful and easy to communicate with, the swimming pool team are the same a tight knit team run by Jose, stand out this season is Samuel but all very attentive.

I understand hospitality and budgets and we have been coming back to this hotel for many years. It’s starting to look a bit tired in some spots, bedrooms, corridors, swimming pool area and its side restaurant. Most wouldn’t notice this though.

Only negative is that it says ocean view for single rooms which is not correct, there is no ocean view.

Le personnel était très sympathique, la chambre était jolie et confortable avec une super vue, très agréable pour les couchers de soleil.

Le SPA était en travaux et nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour le SPA justement donc c'était dommage. Lorsque nous l'avons appris, il était trop tard pour trouver un autre hôtel. L'hôtel nous a cependant proposé une compensation et c'était appréciable. La chambre était mal isolée, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, les discussions, les passages, et certains bruits de dehors.

Struttura bellissima, pulitissima, attrezzata, camere fornite di shampoo, bagnoschiuma, balsamo e crema mani e corpo tutto della rituals. Colazione top. Tutto perfetto veramente. Sicuramente il prezzo non è economico ma è veramente bellissimo.

La SPA, il loro punto forza non era funzionante e per il disservizio ci hanno dato un coupon del 10% del costo delle due stanze ma al momento del suo utilizzo abbiamo riscontrato ogni volta non pochi problemi. Il primo per averci fatto pagare 3 panini con iberico, una insalata, un sandwich deciso da loro il condimento tonno e salmone avevamo chiesto tutt’altro, una sangria bianca e 4 acque 215 euro… è tutto di cattiva qualità, un furto vero e proprio e la persona più indisponente di tutti era il responsabile del bar in piscina che oltre ad avere patito il caldo, in quanto la struttura all esterno non ha ventilatoti con il caldo di questi giorni abbiamo sofferto mangiare vicino la piscina, inoltre, si chiedevano servizi per in allergia grave all’uovo e hanno portato il contrario di quello che più volte avevamo spiegato. Il servizio lentissimo, circa 2 ore per ricevere le pietanze descritte sopra…

La pulizia ed il confort delle stanze, bisogna avvertire gli ospiti che l area condizionata si stacca se le finestre non sono perfettamente sigillate e capitava che anche dopo le pulizie venivano lasciate leggermente aperte e la camera era caldissima. Dovrebbe essere messo in bella vista o alla richiesta di mal funzionamento dell’area condizionata informarci di questo.. non era prevedibile..,

La ubicacion las instalaciones las habitaciones y el desayuno estaban bien, modernas y limpias. El personal atento.

La primera noche se corto el agua, no pudimos ni bañarnos. No avisaron, ni tuvieron la cortesía de llevarte agua para lavarte los dientes a la noche. La segunda noche se corto la luz a las 21hs volvió recién en la madrugda, sin aire en verano, sin luz, sin cargar el celular. Si bien el personal fue amable, no manejaron bien la situación desde la organizacion. Tomabamos vuelo a la mañana siguiente y no teniamos luz para armar las maletas. Mucho calor sin aire, fue insoportable. Tardaron horas en resolverlo, no tenian generador, q para un hotel de este tamaño deberian tenerlo, no nos dueron mucha explicacion ni compensación por no poder brindar los servicios basicos en las 48hs q estuvimos.

Spa was not working and no compensation was given!

The only positives for this hotel are the location and that some of the staff members try hard to make things work. The hotel is old and dilapidated, 4 stars is a stretch. US 3 star hotels wil give this place a run for your money. No coffee makers in the room, air conditioning barely works, bare essentials for amenities.

There’s really nothing to dislike about the hotel. It’s not bells and whistles but the rooms are spotless, the beds are comfortable, clean towels every day and the staff are always, without exception warm and welcoming.

Staff at the pool were great, really attentive and friendly. Poolside DJ provided a great atmosphere. Location and view was stunning.

There is no showering / changing facilities past check out. The hotel don't offer late check out even with a paid option, and they don't provide a room for guests to shower or change. The only option given is to shower at the pool showers which are freezing and obviously very public. The main hotel staff are unhelpful and unaccommodating. There are no facilities to dry your hair once you've checked out and the spa is not currently open due to renovation. For the price of the hotel and the star rating it's a let down.

L’emplacement être idéal pour accéder à la vieille ville en petit bateau.

Pas d’emplacement de parking. L’espace Piscine est sale il est interdit de fumer. Pourtant il y a des mégots partout. La piscine est dans un état déplorable de saleté. Le personnel est présent sans rien de plus dans la suite tous les jours vous êtes obligés de demander des bouteilles d’eau, des capsules de café parce que le réassort n’est pas fait systématiquement.
