Great location. Breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable with wonderful views over the town.

We arrived back at the hotel after dinner at 11pm and asked if we could have a glass of wine with our friends who were also staying at the hotel and whether we could sit outside on the terrace. The bar tender said the bar was closed which was surprising because it was a Friday evening! When we complained, he begrudgingly allowed us to have a drink at the bar inside instead. He was incredibly rude while we were sitting there and made us feel very uncomfortable. Not the sort of service you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Lovely heritage hotel, in a historic area of Ibiza, a pleasant extra few nights when the airtraffic control problem happened at Heathrow. Loved the old streets.

I like the hotel and the style of the hotel, comfort and the location is great.

At check in we got a room in the annex of the hotel. It was not what we booked so after one night we got a room at the hotel itself. It should be in the booking if it is in the annex so a minus on this one.

Exceptional hotel. The room was comfortable and cool and we had excellent night sleep in quiet location. Feels very luxury boutique with all staff team making stay memorable. Breakfast had a wide choice of fresh well prepared and presented options.

The property looks attractive from the outside and has good curb appeal, but once inside it becomes clear that it is in need of significant maintenance and updating. While it has potential, the overall condition did not live up to the first impression.

The décor and furniture looked tired and in need of a complete renovation. The artwork was unattractive and did not complement the space. The shaggy rugs beside the bed were outdated and stained in several places. Much of the furniture felt old and worn. The sliding bathroom doors did not close properly, which offered very little privacy. The stairs were extremely steep and felt unsafe, especially when carrying luggage. Breakfast was also disappointing. After waiting more than 10 minutes without being served, we decided to leave and have breakfast elsewhere. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations and would greatly benefit from a thorough refurbishment and improved attention to maintenance and guest service.

It’s a really great hotel with lovely staff. Felt traditional and beautifully set at the top of Dalt Vila. All you need for a few days away. Clean room, well maintained and peaceful as away from the busier areas. Great to have a small pool area to relax at and the staff in the restaurant were so kind & helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Roadworks so taxis weren’t happy to go up the hill but not a problem as the walk down is so easy. Keeps you fit on the way to when walking too :)

I loved everything about the property ! The Hotel has charm and beauty and the staff are very attentive and caring and so professional I felt at home as soon as I walked through the doors The food is incredible and the menu is creative The bedrooms are amazing with good quality linens and towels and super comfortable beds I cannot recommend this hotel enough I will definitely be going back soon and a big thank you to all the staff ❤️

Brilliant stay in this historic hotel. Rooms were well designed, great amenities and chic. The best part of the stay were the staffing team and the service they gave. All were brilliant and helpful. I was there during the storm and staff went out of their way to ensure guests were well looked after and comfortable and able to make our flights.

Lovely room, lovely breakfast. Lovely staff . There was no pictures of the pool to be seen and the reason for this is it’s tiny. The decor is a bit dated and the place has very little atmosphere. It also does not mention that it is at the top of an extremely steep hill . So not very good for people with impaired mobility. This was a very expensive hotel and to be honest I was expecting more

Technische Ausstattung nicht zeitgemäß. Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit. Restaurant hat Spass gemacht. Hervorragende Lage.

L’endroit est très romantique

We stayed at Mirador for a week and received sensational service from day one. The suite was ready for us earlier than expected. Breakfast was a dream, and Enrique and Sara provided incredible service. We will definitely be back. The pool is small but sufficient for a quick dip to cool off. For your information, there is a sea with crystal clear water.

We loved the stay. The unit was super clean, staff was so friendly, the views are incredible. Will be back!

Exceptional service by staff every single day! Clean beautiful rooms with a comfortable King bed and working AC. Delicious breakfast daily. The staff was so lovely in welcoming us for breakfast everyday. Helpful too. If we couldn't find a cab, they would drive us to our destination. The area is quiet and walkable to many dining and shopping options. The nearby ocean views are stunning! We were sad to leave. This hotel is a gem and cant wait to return and share my experience with others in the US! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Dalt Vila. The staff are fantastic, friendly and welcoming and very efficient. The only negative is that food options at the hotel are quite limited. However, overall we recommend the hotel and had a great stay!

Have to walk up to get there, so be prepared if you had leg injuries recently. But you can easily get a taxi there, so it's fine

Friendly staff, well kept property, complimentary airport transfer.

This hotel blew my expectations away. They really do ensure your vacation is just that. No worries, no stress. From their complimentary transportation to and from the airport, to even providing beach bags, towels and umbrellas for the beach days. They even worry about parking your rental car for you. I have never experienced such great kind service. My fiancé and I will definitely be back. Thank you all at the hotel. You really are a fabulous team!

The staff were amazing, very polite, courteous and accommodating. For example we forgot to change our room sign on the door from do not disturb and they called us to see if we wanted our room servicing. The pool is very small because of the 'old town' location. The food was excellent and plenty of it.

There is nothing that we didn't like about this hotel.
