NH Collection Barcelona Constanza

T all of it

No of it

This is a very beautiful hotel. Well located, not in the hustle and bustle of Barcelona very close to a huge mall with many awesome shops and restaurants located close by. One exceptionally great thing about this hotel is the staff, they are incredibly helpful. We had to ship something to the hotel ahead of our arrival and they received it and kept it for us until we arrived. Really appreciated this from them.

Perfect Location Perfect Room Very nice staff, friendly and helpful staff every think was wonderful

Nothing

Todo

Me gusto mucho

Rien

Room size was good , clean & provided good toiletries

Not enough beds up at the pool area for how busy it was but we understand the restriction of space

Excellent hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms, rooftop pool and superb Mexican restaurant on-site. Located centrally in Les Corts with a beautiful green space beside it and a short walk to the centre of town. Highly recommend for a city stay!

The gym is quite small with only one multi-purpose machine - meaning only one person can really use it at a time.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Overall, it is a very good hotel with a convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, and attentive service. I had specifically requested a top-floor room, and although this was not initially arranged, the team handled the situation very efficiently. We looked at the available options together and I was able to choose the room I preferred. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and overall the service was very good. I appreciated how responsive and accommodating the staff were throughout my stay. Overall, a very good experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

The only thing I would improve is the possibility of an earlier check-in. I had mentioned this in advance, but unfortunately, an early check-in was not available. That said, once I arrived, the staff were very attentive and helpful.

The hotel staff were accommodating to us. We were able to use the pool earlier on our check in day and they held our luggage. The lobby and common areas are very impressive and our room was comfortable and felt like a special treat to stay in. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of different choices.

Perfect location

Great location

Cama muy cómoda. Bien comunicado con transporte público

Bañera en vez de ducha. La piscina muy pequeña para demasiados usuarios

Quiet

Staff at reception all of them awkward to deal with. Bedding was not cleaned on first night stay, towels not taken away. Air conditioning not the greatest. Lighting also not great. Ironing board not great.TV also not great. Breakfast was bland.

Good location, near a new shopping centre, very good access to the public transport and Barcelona stadium, clean, very good breakfast with lots of choice, staff was very helpful, really recommend the hotel if you are travelling with kids - there is a playground just next to the hotel and very good location if you are planning to attend to a match of FC Barcelona,

Ta limpeza e vista para o parque

Gostei de tudo

Great location. Spacious room and really friendly and nice staff. There is a mall right next to it.

Dans ensemble tout

Espace piscine trop petit

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel's location was very close to public transport, which made getting around the city easy. They fully accommodated our specific requests for the room, and the staff were polite and friendly throughout. Room service was quick too, and the food we ordered was delicious. The spa and outdoor pool were also a nice extra touch to our stay. If we come back to Barcelona, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was super and the facilities are amazing.

Nothing. Everything was amazing

This hotel offers incredible value for money and was a great choice for our family. The rooms are very spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. Both the room service and the front desk staff were excellent – professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is located quite far from central Barcelona, but the surrounding area is very pleasant and has everything you need. There is a great shopping mall right next to the hotel, as well as plenty of excellent cafés and restaurants nearby. There is also a fantastic playground just outside the hotel, which was a huge bonus for the kids. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. It’s comfortable, spacious, convenient, and offers excellent value for money.

parking isnt free for hotel guests

On site spa. Nice neighborhood Great staff Gym

Very good spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows, 100% blackout curtains, very sound proof. Location is perfect with a myriad of shops and restaurants near by for every budget. Transportation is easy, it's not close to the beach but it is a strategic location nevertheless. Breakfast is great quality, fresh and well organized. The whole hotel is impeccable clean, smells good, very spacious. Spa is nice as well, sauna, heated pool and cold plunge (not very cold though, but maybe enough for most guests). (Check if your booking includes it otherwise there is an extra charge) Rooftop pool is small and not really remarkable in any sense.

Not the hotel fault, but guests arriving late at night make a lot of noise in the corridors which can be heard even through the very well insulated doors, its just the architecture of the hotel which has an open shaft connecting all floors favors sound echos (but gives great natural night to the place). People without manners are at fault and are the exception.

Sehr reichhaltige Frühstückauswahl und sehr sauber.

Camere molto belle e ordinate, disponibilità dello Staff massima e colazione fantastica

What a lovely stay we had at this hotel! The staff were amazing and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily and felt spacious and comfortable enough for two people. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic selection. There’s also a huge playground right next to the hotel, incase you traveling wiyh young kids. The hotel is connected to a fantastic shopping centre with plenty of amazing places to eat and shop. The location was excellent too — around a 10-minute taxi ride to the heart of Barcelona and about 15 minutes to the airport. If we ever come back to Barcelona, we’ll definitely be staying here again! ❤️

We loved everything!

Kis kedveskedő ajándék a késedelmes szobaátadás miatt.

Mindenhol máshol zökkenőmentesen történt a fizetés

Excelente hotel

The Hotel was extra exceptional. Our rooms were very clean and quiet; the location is next to everything you wish to have when you are home a way like restaurants, shops, malls.

Hotel is highly maintained. Staff was very kind and helpful when asked. Area is distanced from city center but the area is amazing. Big playground for the kids, huge and beautiful mall. We loved it

Staff friendliness, helpfulness, kindess were absolutely unmatched. Anyone I came across was super helpful and always willing to help. The area! Well connected to the transport network, and a huge shopping centre witj a food hall at -1 floor with a wide variety of cuisines. The spa! Bonus for hotels in Barcelona and generally clean.

There are some very small areas of improvement, bedrooms need a general refurbishment - there were scuff marks on our bedroom walls and part of the front of the shower missing. More of a personal observation rather than dislike; The building is quite brutalist in design, sort of like walking around the backrooms of a data centre, in comparison to the stunning architecture of Barcelona, however if this doesnt bother you and you prefer a modern "business" feel then this is fine. Changing room in the spa could do with refurbishment.

Rooftop pool was a good temp and loungers are very nice, room was a good size, great shower pressure, gave candy and drinks while waiting to check in, allows you to leave your bags before and after you check in/out

Terrible location, super far from the city center and all the sites. Bus stop is a ten minute walk and metro is 15 minute walk, it then takes 35min - 1hr to get anywhere. Booked a king bed and got two singles pushed together. Buying the hotel breakfast there is insanely expensive

Perfect location. Access to all types of transport. Shops, plenty of restaurants and parks. Beds very comfortable and air-conditioning not noisy which is essential in this heat.

Would have like towels replaced daily as with heat you use pool and showers regularly. Window in room cracked but didnt effect room. Very limited tv channels for down time.

Airco didn’t work inside the hotel and elevators

Modern and well equipped.

The spa was not available 3/4 days that we were there.

Netheid van de kamer

Zeer duur ontbijt

Great staff, really comfy bed, nice pool, nice bar and outside seating area.

The location was very far from beaches, breakfast isn't typically geared for Brits, but that's OK, you're not in Britain.
