Dell'accoglienza super bravi, la nostra camera era meravigliosa con una vista eccezionale, letto comodissimo per non parlare della pulizia super impeccabile. La colazione che dire...c'era il mondo , dal dolce al salato , frutta...di tutto...non mancava nulla. Voglio ringraziare a tutto il personale per la grande professionalità verso il cliente. Tornerò sicuramente. Grazie ❤️

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Понравилось всё: местоположение, сам отель, интерьер. Красивые, уютные номера. Большая ванная комната. Были вкусные завтраки. Очень важно - цена и качество соотношение отличное. И конечно же, шикарный вид на реку. Остались только положительные и приятные эмоции с поездки. Также внизу есть круглосуточный Family Mart.
Кажется есть бассейн на ремонте. Было бы хорошо, если бассейн работал.

The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
Nothing in particular — everything met our expectations and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The hotel is connected to the metro station, an advantage during the raining season. Checking in is easy and was upgraded to larger room with a nice window view. The room is generally spacious and spacious although look aged. The restaurant serves a wide spread of breakfast cuisine and seems to be able to fit in the morning crowds.
The complimentary Wi-Fi connection is not as fast as I expected. The WC is not flushing well.

Climatisation facile à utiliser, mais un peu bruyante sur le minimum. Salle de sport variée. Service de navette peu onéreux pour retourner à l'aéroport.

Il personale è disponibile anche se non tutti parlano inglese. La colazione è abbondante e l'ambiente è pulito, l'offerta prevale per la cucina orientale. La posizione è ottima, sopra una stazione del metro e nel quartiere Pudong

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026La vista, l'edifici era espectacular per dins i l'esmorzar era molt bo. A la recepció, eren eficients i el servei d'habitacions, molt bé, perquè ens han anat proveint d'aigua i altres subministraments amb generositat.
La piscina estava tancada, la ubicació era una mica lluny de les zones d'interès i a l'habitació tenia alguna petita deficiència de manteniment.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Das Frühstücksangebot war unglaublich großzügig, man konnte sich durch viele Sachen durchprobieren. Es war auch unglaublich schön hergerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Man geht von der Lobby kaum 15 Schritte zur Metro. Das Gym ist zweckmäßig und die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Besonders weit oben hat man eine tolle Aussicht über die Stadt.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026There are Family Mart, Mixue, Luckin Coffee and two local breakfast spots located below the hotel. The metro is also very near, just below the hotel. Room is slightly outdated but quite clean and the bed is quite big compared to other hotels.
The service of the two ladies at the Front Desk were unpleasant. No eye contact, no smile and talked like robot throughout the check-in process. Even smaller hotels that I stayed in other cities in China, has better service than them. Stayed there for 4 nights and their breakfast varieties are the same everyday. Fried rice, fried noodle and jianbing has no taste.

Breakfast was very good with wide selection of food ranges from Chineese to Western. Huge room with a shower room, bath tub and toilet are in spearate seperate cabins. Enjoyed a breathtaking River Bund View from the room. Cleans the room every day and the facilities were great and water was refilled on everyday

Reviewed May 14, 2026Great hotel, the rooms are large, always clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a large selection of dishes to suit everyone. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again on my next trip. The subway line 4&14 are right outside the hotel, I found exit 1 the easiest to use. Taxis available at your request or via Didi app.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026Расположение отличное, минута до метро, от которого в любую точку можно доехать. Рядом высотки банков и парк, в котором гуляют по будням работники. Персонал говорит на английском, с этим проблем не возникло, заселили быстро (но всем пришлось ждать до 14:00 (даже до 13:30), видимо с этим строго, нет заселения, если приехал раньше). Но даже если приехали и время еще не пришло до заселения, багаж без проблем можно оставить в отеле. В отели номера хорошие, вид отличный (если погода позволяет), не заметили видимой пыли. Если нужно утюг - можно на ресепшене попросить. Завтраки на 4, есть как китайская, так и европейская кухня. В целом все есть, но разнообразия чуть бы больше.

Is heel stil op de kamer.Ontbijt was echt goed. Pannenkoeken, wafels.... Zelfs eend en tong (vis). Maar daar hebben we maar afgebleven.
Enige minpuntje. Het was wat warm op de kamer. De airco in het hele hotel stond niet aan. We hebben gevraagd aan de receptie om het raam te openen met een sleuteltje, want dat konden we zelf niet. Toen viel de temperatuur mee.

除了酒店位置， 其他都很差， 写了房间里给的建议信不知到有没有交上去，信上说可以投到4楼的box里，我到了4楼找了一圈没有这box, 结果一个男职员走过来收走了（没说明他自己是谁就说交给他就可以了） 酒店设施陈旧， 房间浴室花洒漏水， 空调完全不能用还吹暖气，酒店说可以开窗，是的。 （对于怕热的我完全不能接受） 健身房等于蒸桑拿。 另外，清洁阿姨… 每天就是追着屁股问清洁房间，开了勿打扰的灯，也会塞纸条进来（需要清洁房间请关掉勿打扰的灯！！！是的，三个感叹号）我想说的是，需要清洁房间我会提出，而不是每天被追着服务，即使我到了电梯口，还是追出来问要不要打扫房间，我解释说，我先下去健身之后要回房间洗澡… 所以我才开了勿打扰… 这是有原因的。 我第一次住酒店那么害怕打扫阿姨。

Второй большой плюс - то, что из метро почти сразу попадаешь в отель. После целого дня прогулок - сильно радует, что идти пару шагов) Завтраки отличные, вкусные, выбор большой

Mye var stengt. Blant annet fasiliteter som lounge i 38 etg og basseng. I tillegg var gymmen flere ganger forsinket åpnet, sto d skulle åpne 08.00, men så åpnet det ikke før 08.30-08.45
