Hotel Stefania is in a beautiful location, just 200 metres from the beach and within walking distance of lots of lovely restaurants. Our room was cleaned every day, and we really liked the traditional Sardinian-style decor. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and there was always a great selection at breakfast each morning. We would definitely recommend hiring a car during your stay, as it gave us the chance to explore some of the quieter, more beautiful beaches nearby. We found that some of the more well-known beaches could get very crowded, so having a car meant we could find some lovely, peaceful spots instead. Our favourite restaurant was Mumma Beach, and there is also a great little pizza restaurant just up the road from the hotel which does takeaway too! One of the highlights of our holiday was a boat trip on Hakuna Matata. It was a little pricey, but absolutely worth it and ended up being one of our favourite days of the whole trip. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Stefania and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing base near Olbia with beautiful beaches and plenty to explore nearby.

We were erroneously charged twice for dinner in the restaurant and had additional charges to our room during a time that we weren't even in the hotel. Although the situation was clarified in the end, it was a bitter end to otherwise pleasant stay so be vigilant and double check what you pay at checkout.

The hotel was located near the sea, which was a plus, but it consisted of two sections. One section comprised the more modern, renovated rooms. The other section—more like a villa—was situated outside the main hotel grounds and was unrenovated: there were old light switches and sockets, no windows, and no digital door lock; instead, we had to use a very large, heavy bunch of traditional keys! The beach towel was free the first time you used it; a fresh one cost €3. The staff didn't speak English; the only person who understood and spoke English was the receptionist. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with my stay in Olbia. There were no noteworthy facilities or activities in the town or on the beach; at night, there wasn't even lighting for walks on the beach, and there were no boats, kayaks, ferries, or other recreational options. Aside from the beautiful sea, there was nothing to see. You absolutely need a rental car to get to other beaches, experience more variety, or eat at good restaurants. A stay in Olbia without a car is quite boring!

We came to this hotel from Warsaw for our holiday, and honestly, after traveling to so many countries and staying in countless hotels around the world, we can say that we have never experienced anything quite like this before. One word: AMAZING. From the very first moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt less like guests and more like people they had known for years. The warm Mediterranean atmosphere, the genuine kindness of the people, and the wonderful energy of the hotel came together to create a truly unforgettable experience. We would especially like to thank the wonderful pink-haired lady at the reception. She was incredibly kind, helpful, welcoming, and solution-oriented. When we wanted to rent a car, she not only helped us find a reliable company where we could rent a car without paying a deposit, but she actually arranged for the company to bring the car directly to the hotel for us. This level of care and hospitality is something you simply don’t come across at every hotel. We are truly, truly grateful to her for all her help, kindness, and genuine hospitality. And then there is Mr. Enrico, who became one of the absolute highlights of our stay. Mr. Enrico welcomed us with such warmth and took such great care of us that he quickly became one of the most memorable parts of our holiday. His friendliness, genuine smile, attention, and the way he treats people are truly something special. If you have problem with anything he is the man who solves it quickly. We can honestly say that he might just be one of the best people in Sardinia. Sometimes, what makes a hotel truly special isn’t just the rooms, the views, or the food. It is the people who work there and the way they make you feel. And that is exactly what we experienced here. A wonderful hotel, wonderful people, and an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Kleines, herzliches Boutique Hotel in Nähe des Strandes. Freundliches Personal und gute Küche. Parkplatz verfügbar. Trotz eines Zimmerwechsel hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Accueil sympathique à l’arrivée, même si inégal selon la réception. Emplacement idéal près de la plage, avec un jardin agréable et une piscine. Hôtel propre, mais literie à revoir et climatisation insuffisante la nuit. Le patron, très présent au restaurant, apporte une touche chaleureuse en partageant ses plats et l’histoire de l’établissement.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la proximité de la plage, le petit déjeuner, l’apéro à la piscine qui donne une vraie ambiance de place de village, ainsi que les transats à disposition dans le jardin.Séjour

The breakfast was superb - a huge variety of quality options including scrambled and boiled eggs, fresh and grilled vegetables, fresh and cut fruits, yoghurt and local honey, breads, pastries, cakes, juices, plus machine-made and barrista-made coffee. The location was suitable - a short walk to a popular beach with an amazing view; a longer walk to other excellent beaches. Easy walking distance to supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The gardens of the hotel were excellent - watered and green despite dry and hot weather, lots of trees and lounges throughout for relaxing in beautiful surroundings.

Our room was small with no direct access to outdoors. There are other larger rooms with a view and/or a door to outside in the hotel that we would request next time. The wifi dropped out for several days and the hotel told us it could not be fixed quickly because the provider responsible for the service was in Spain and could not get onsite to repair it for days.

Hôtel très bien situé à côté de la plage. Endroit calme et facile d'accès. Excellent accueil du personnel. Bonne cuisine. Chambre spacieuse, joli jardin. Surclassement pour les transats sur la plage.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour de 4 nuits à l’Hôtel Stefania. Le petit-déjeuner, servi jusqu’à 10h, est varié, avec un bon choix de produits salés et sucrés. Il est servi dans l’espace restaurant (fermé), même si la salle est déjà assez chaude le matin. La chambre était belle et confortable. L’hôtel dispose également d’une salle de sport en sous sol (chaude) équipée de 2 tapis de course, de 2 vélos et d’un banc de musculation. Il est possible de déjeuner et/ou de dîner sur place, au restaurant situé autour de la piscine. Le week-end, certaines soirées sont animées avec la présence d’un musicien. La plage est facilement accessible à pied, à environ 5 minutes de l’hôtel. Des transats y sont disponibles avec priorité aux clients de l’hôtel. Une journée de transats est offerte pendant le séjour, ainsi qu’une boisson le jour de l’arrivée. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable.

O hotel transmite uma atmosfera acolhedora e familiar que nos fez sentir como em casa. O facto de ser um estabelecimento pequeno, com poucos quartos, torna-o intimista e especial. A localização é privilegiada: a praia fica a poucos passos, tornando muito fácil disfrutar do mar sempre que desejámos. As instalações são impecáveis. A piscina exterior é simplesmente óptima, e o jardim está magnificamente tratado e bem mantido, com espreguiçadeiras confortáveis para relaxar. É o local ideal para desfrutar de momentos de tranquilidade. O restaurante é um destaque à parte! Localizado junto à piscina com uma esplanada encantadora, o ambiente é muito agradável. Aos fins de semana, a música ao vivo torna a experiência ainda mais especial. A qualidade da comida é excepcional: todos os pratos estavam muito bem confecionados e deliciosos. Mas o que verdadeiramente nos conquistou foi o atendimento exemplar de toda a equipa. Os funcionários foram extraordinariamente atenciosos, prestáveis e simpáticos, contribuindo significativamente para a qualidade da nossa experiência. Gostámos realmente muito desta estadia e temos a certeza absoluta de que voltaremos. Recomendamos este hotel a todos os viajantes que procuram conforto, qualidade e autenticidade!

Der Strand. Das Strandservice war leider nur einmal kostenlos. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht außergewöhnlich.

Wir wahren nicht im Areal des Hotels sondern in einer benachbarten "Villa" über der Straße. Das Hotel und die Villa sind aus den 80igern und eben schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Betrifft das Hotel, den Poolbereich, den Frühstücksraum. Mir ist nicht klar wo die 4 Sterne her kommen. Das Hotel verlangt einen Preis für 4 Sterne, bietet aber weniger als die meisten 3 Sterne Hotels die wir bei unser Reise durch Sardinien besucht haben. Es war mit Abstand die teuerste Unterkunft unseres Urlaubs, leider aber auch die schlechteste. Das Bad war nicht 100% sauber, alt und abgenutzt, Ausstattungsteile waren locker, Abdeckungen fehlten. Das Stahlrohrbett hat gequietscht, die Matratze war hart und durchgelegen. Die Eingangstür vom Freien hat nicht richtig geschlossen. Wir haben immer dreifach verriegelt, als wir zurück kahmen hat die Reinigungskraft immer nur die Tür zu gezogen ohne zu verriegeln.

Location is amazing, staff is amazing and the access to a private beach section is also amazing.

Room is very outdated and not clean. Mold in bathroom shower tiles. Daily room cleaning is extremely surface level. The breakfast was extremely disappointing and made us feel unwell.

Everything was a little outdated. The bathroom shower was in a tub, so there was no real shower. And the bathroom was generally crowded and not practical.

Molto vicino della spiaggia, buona colazione, letto confortevole e personale eccezionale!! Ristorante buonissimo.

Dopo il check out, si può restare ed utilizzare la piscina e l’hotel, però la doccia che si può fare prima di partire è fuori, all’aperto… C’è spazio per avere un bagno disponibile… Sarebbe ottimo.

L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia Pitttulungo, offre un servizio con ombrelloni e lettini a pagamento, l'hotel ha un bellissimo giardino con due piscine di cui una a idromassaggio, colazione sia salata che dolce con ampia scelta e di buona qualità, pulizia impeccabile, camera condizionata con un bel bagno, personale reception gentile e disponibile, siamo stati anche se per poche notti veramente bene.

Le personnel et l'emplacement

Le personnel est très gentil et dévoué. Les chambres climatisées. Le petit déjeuner copieux et proposant une grande variété de produits. L'emplacement à 200 mètres de la plage et 400 mètres de l'arrêt de bus pour aller à Olbia. Une jolie piscine (un peu petite) qui est suffisante s'il n'y a pas trop de monde comme ce fut le cas durant notre séjour. Un jacuzzi spacieux. Des chaises longues avec parasols à disposition.

La propriété aux alentours de l'hôtel, c'était clairement très très sale !! Bouteilles en tout genre, papiers partout (ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel) Le wifi complètement aléatoire dans la chambre 53. Peut être bruyant, voire très bruyant en fonction des voisins que l'on a.

Molto abbondante e con una varietà incredibile ❤️

Die Unterkunft hatte sowohl in der Einrichtung, bei den Speisen als auch beim Personal vollkommen dieses Sardisches Flair. Besonders empfehlenswert für Paare, die viel Ruhe, rundum Service und Privatsphäre möchten. Die Speisen dort waren abwechslungsreich und wirklich sehr gut. Besonders muss ich den Hausmeister/Gärtner dort loben, der jeden Tag den Pool und Gartenbereich professionell betreut hat. Auch muss ich hervorheben, dass wir am Ankunftstag unser Zimmer fast 4 Stunden früher beziehen durften, weil wir so früh da waren. Das zeigt einfach, wie menschlich und zuvorkommend das Personal dort ist. Wir waren im separaten Villabereich und der Mehrpreis hat sich gelohnt. Eigener kleiner Garten mit Liegestühlen, Außendusche und Parkplatz und so viel Ruhe - einfach nur toll ☺️ Die Abwicklung war super, für ein Taxi zum Flughafen wurde gesorgt und keine Frage blieb offen. Die Liegen am Strand waren super und es war entspannt, weil man zu jeder Uhrzeit eine Liege bekommen hat. Alles unglaublich nette und herzliche Menschen!

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Das Einzige, was ich anregen würde ist, vielleicht das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant von der Uhrzeit früher zu legen.

Locatia este foarte buna, aproape de Olbia. Plaja cu nisip, la 2 minute de mers de la hotel. Camera a fost curata si preparatele de la cina au fost foarte bune, cu specific local. Cu foarte mici exceptii, pesonalul foarte amabil.

Micul dejun a fost destul de limitat, fructele nu au fost intotdeauna proaspete. Camera, desi curata, avea un miros.

Muy ruidoso el pasillo por las mañanas…seguramente era la ubicación de mi habitación. Calculo que las mas alejadas del lobby seran mas silenciosas

Besonders hervor zu heben ist die enorme Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Unterstützung bei allen Fragen durch das Personal. Insbesondere die sehr kompetenten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. diese haben nicht nur deutsch gesprochen, sondern, egal welches Anliegen man hatte, sie haben sich um alles sofort und perfekt gekümmert. Mietwagen ausleihen, kein Problem. Hier gibt es eine tolle Kooperation. Das Restaurant mit einem wirklich sehr leckerem Essen, sehr nette Kellner und DER Mann an der Bar, charmant, unterhaltsam, freundlich, hilfsbereit...perfekt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch die Massage, auf jeden Fall machen, diese ist sehr zu empfehlen. Am Stand gibt es auch eine Fussmassage...unbedingt versuchen, diese ist einzigartig toll.

Uns hat alles gut gefallen, ich kann nichts negatives sagen, da würde ich den Mitarbeitern, und allem nicht gerecht werden.

Una piccola oasi di pace a pochi minuti dalla città. A due passi dal mare e con una bellissima area piscina con lettini e bar.

L'albergo è composto da una costruzione molto caratteristica, bellissimo giardino e a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia, servizio lettini e ombrelloni, apprezzatissimo il telo mare a disposizione, il personale squisitamente gentile ci ha accolti con calore familiare e con formalità professionali.

The bus system in Olbia needs much improvement. buses have their own system There was a concert in town and that shut down roads and buses. If Olbia ca not handle big concerts then they should not host them The staff could not be sure the bus would come when we had to go to our next destination so we had to pay 40E for a cab instead of 3E for bus..a 10 minute drive!!

Tolle Lage, sehr strandnah, Strand Pittulongu um die Ecke, sehr freundliches herzliches Personal, fantastisches Frühstücks Buffet, sehr leckeres Abendessen mit sardischen Spezialitäten und musikalische Untermalung.

Das Frühstück war lecker, der Pool und Wirlpool gut gepflegt und man hatte von dort eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Lage zum Meer und zum nächsten Strand war hervorragend und die Gastgeber sehr bemüht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Garten wunderschön. Der Barkeeper ist immer zur Stelle und versorgt einen mit den besten Drinks und Snacks. Sehr empfehlenswert!

La TV con molti canali italiani; il bagno moderno; la bontà di alcuni dolci per colazione; la comodità del ristorante Nino’s, che serve piatti di buon livello.

La piscina piccola; gli arredi e gli infissi un po’ datati, che, nell’insieme, non favoriscono un gran senso di pulizia; la macchina per caffè e cappuccino (di fatto, si tratta di un buon hotel 3 ***).

Hôtel, splendide, une équipe au top, très réactive, La personne qui nous a reçu parle français, un plus. Petit déjeuner bon et très variée a prendre autour de la piscine avec vue sur la mer. Le restaurant est très bon avec un service de qualite. Accès directe à la plage en 2 mn. Je recommande +++.

Staff was 10/10, very friendly and helpful while speaking multiple languages. I personally loved the breakfast, with plenty of sweet and salty to choose from, with variety of bread, vegetables, fruits and cake. The property, especially the garden was very well kept and it is filled with birds which I really like. 2 minutes by foot and you are at beautiful Pittulongu beach. Rooms were neat, clean and perfectly catch the Sardegnan charme, shampoo and body lotion obviously at hand. Check In and Check Out is flexible after communicating your intentions.

The Cappuccino from the coffee machine at breakfast Depending on where your room is located in can be a bit noisy, there is no sound-proofing. Location could be a bit remote, depending on what your plans are. We check out almost each place on Sardegna and thus don't need to get out of town, only with the bus to Olbia, which schedule is a bit thin, they should drive more frequently as it easily gets crowded

It’s a bit outdated and would do well with some renovations. It definitely has its own charm, but bathrooms and mattresses could be replaced/fixed.
