Brilliant location with views over the city and ocean.

Great rooftop bar but would have been nicer if its windows opened and it stayed open later than 10pm

Un panorama mozzafiato, in pieno centro, nonostante sia in centro non abbiamo faticato a trovare parcheggio, camera ampia all’ottavo piano con un balcone che affacciava sul porto e sul centro storico, una vera meraviglia, la camera è dotata di tutto il necessario, compreso di accappatoio e pantofole. Una ricca colazione internazionale con prodotti di alta qualità! Davvero tutto molto bello! Noi adoriamo Alghero e ci torneremo di sicuro!

Avendo la camera sotto la sala colazioni già dalla mattina presto siamo stati disturbati dai rumori di preparazione della sala colazioni, rumore di sedie che strisciavano, di piatti, carrellini etc… l’unica pecca è stata quella! Avremmo voluto dormire un oretta in più ma non è stato possibile purtroppo…

Falta tato para os funcionarios. Nao havia cafe no quarto e qdo solicitado trouxeram apenas 2 mesmo pedindo mais.

La struttura ha offerto una qualità veramente rara. Lo staff è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità enorme Pur sforzandomi non ho trovato una criticità (peccato solo di non aver trovato una stanza che affacciasse sul mare ma ci siamo rifatti sulla splendida terrazza dove abbiamo goduto durante gli aperitivi da dei tramonti fantastici)

Situation centrale, proche du centre historique et facile d'accès. Beau petit-déjeuner buffet sur le rooftop (mais avec eu peu d'attente pour être sur l'extérieur)

Chambre très simple et l'hôtel mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Pas de parking à l'hôtel, nous avons dû chercher des places blanches dans les rues alentours.

La localisation est top pour visiter Alghero. Le parking payant est également un vrai plus. La chambre était très propre.

La salle de bain est un peu vieillotte Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais si on arrive vers la fin du service, il n’y a malheureusement pas vraiment de refill

Location is fantastic. Very close to the old town without the noise. Views from the breakfast restaurant or Sky bar are sensational. Garden area nice for relaxing or reading . Hotel is perfectly located for bus travel as it’s on the same street. If travelling to Bosa be sure to be in plenty of time as it gets v busy!

Cama muito ruim, baixa e colchão nos deixou com dor na lombar. WIFI péssimo, sinal ruim, fraco e caindo constantemente. Para fazer uma reuniao on line tive que abrir a porta do quarto para o sinal nao cair. Ar condicionado sem resfriar, ficava no mínimo em 24 graus para um período do ano com temperatura externa de 30 graus

THE POSITION TO THE OLD TOWN

THE FOYER ENTRANCE WAS COLD AND STARK REMINDING ME OF A 1950 S HOSPITAL, THE LIFTS WERE VERY SLOW AND ONLY 2 FOR A HOTEL. WITH NINE FLOORS BREAKFAST AREA WAS ALOS COLD AND STARK.

The reception staff were always helpful and polite. They recommended a great boat trip and a place to rent a scooter.

Il panorama e la posizione

Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa. Il problema principale è stato il caldo insopportabile in camera: la temperatura rimaneva fissa sui 26°C senza alcuna possibilità di abbassarla, nonostante fuori ci fossero circa 36°C anche nelle ore serali. Abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception, ma ci è stato semplicemente risposto che i condizionatori funzionano così. Risultato: non abbiamo praticamente dormito. Oltre al caldo, abbiamo trovato anche il letto molto scomodo e i cuscini per niente confortevoli. Altra nota negativa la colazione inclusa, che personalmente abbiamo trovato poco gustosa e decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. A peggiorare ulteriormente l’esperienza, una cameriera si è dimostrata molto maleducata, scortese e poco disponibile. Quando si soggiorna in un hotel, soprattutto in piena estate ad Alghero, poter dormire bene e avere una camera adeguatamente climatizzata dovrebbe essere il minimo. Purtroppo, nel nostro caso, così non è stato. Non torneremmo.

They didn't have change to charge US for the parking deposit They didn't want to charge it by card . They decided to block all our access cards without contacting US, despite having my e mail, phone number and Booking messages. We traveled with an elder person and it was really inconvenient. Furthermore, when I aproach the front desk the consierge lady was really rude and disrespectfull.

Everything was perfect, just a very small note: the building is not as modern as I thought (it is a bit dated), but once again breakfast was amazing, staff is extra nice, the hotel is clean, air conditioning was a life saver during some very hot days. The gym was excellent .

Hotel confortable. Très bien placé près du port..la vieille ville est accessible à pied, très bien pour aller dîner le soir. Salle du petit déjeuner au 9 ème étage avec une belle vue sur la ville. Je recommande.

The hotel is in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the old town and a minute walk from the bus station to the beaches and La Pelosa beach bus. The room was very comfortable, perfect air conditioning, and a very nice bathroom. Breakfast had so many good choices, warm and cold options, fruit selections with a stunning view of the old city.

The only thing that I can find in a negative way about this hotel is the state of pillows which are very uncomfortable

O quarto era muito grande, bem iluminado e com vista para a marina. A casa de banho tinha todos os artigos de higiene pessoal (champô, pasta de dentes, cremes, etc.). O pequeno-almoço é servido no último piso com uma vista soberba sobre a marina e a zona antiga da cidade. O pequeno-almoço é super completo. Tem tudo o que se possa querer e em quantidade. A minha apreciação do hotel é excepcional.

Hotel ristrutturato da poco, bella terrazza per la colazione all'ultimo piano, posizione comoda per il centro di Alghero e la zona portuale.

Politica improvvisata di deposito cauzionale per tenere una bicicletta sul terrazzo della camera (in assenza di una area di deposito dedicata): 900 euro bloccati sulla carta di credito (l'alternativa erano 900 euro di cash...) per un mese come deposito per "potenziali" danni. Nessun avviso preventivo, foglio prestampato della direzione al check in con spiegazione che nulla spiegava, nessuna verifica al checkout e soprattutto nessuno storno del deposito per un mese. Una gestione dell'ospite inaccettabile.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel vooral Carlo bij de receptie. De ontbijtzaal met het geweldige uitzicht en heerlijke verse croissants iedere dag. Uitgebreid ontbeid met veel keuze. Goede airco in de slaapkamer en loopafstand van het oude stadscentrum. Perfecte locatie! Zou het aan een ieder aanbevelen. Mooie stranden in de buurt, vooral bij Siaggia Maria Pia, bij het tentje Summer Dream Beach Club.

Hotel jest usytuowany zaraz przy przystankach autobusowych, co bardzo ułatwia podróżowanie. Bliskość plaży, portu i starego miasto znacznie podwyższa jego ocenę. Pokój nasz był cichy, z widokiem na morze i - pomimo bliskości portu oraz nocnych imprez, ku naszemu zaskoczeniu - spokój nie byl zmącony; co uważamy za duży plus. Śniadanie było różnorodne, od portaw wytrawnych po słodkie. Pyszna kawa z ekspresu. Personel był pomocny. Dodatkowym atutem jest sky bar, w którym serwowane są śniadania z widokiem na morze i port.

Hotel już chyba lata swojej świetności ma za sobą. Pokojowi przydałby się lekki lifting i unowocześnienie, jednak to taki szczegół, który nie przeszkadza ani w komforcie ani w przebywaniu w nim.

Struttura calda ed accogliente. Non ci sono balconi , per una vacanza al mare, non potrete appendere asciugamani e costumi all'aperto. Tuttavia siete al centro di Alghero e la sera potrete godere della posizione dell'hotel. Il personale è gentile e disponibile.

Non sono organizzati per i late check out. Indispensabile per un 4 stelle.

We loved the view from the bar on the 9th floor.

There was a gym, brand new with everything you need. Staff are extremely helpful and proactive. Loved the breakfast as part of my stay, on 9th floor with breathtaking views of Alghero coastline and city.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié tous les services de l'hôtel, les chambres bien équipées, l'excellent petit dejeuner avec la vue splendide et le personnel disponible et agréable. Le seul bémol vu le prix payé est l'éloignement du parking, c'est dommage.

Ottima colazione con un ottimo assortimento del salato, comprensivo di prodotti sardi come ricotta, pecorini di diverse stagionature e salsiccia. Discreto l'assortimento della parte dolce, con ottime brioches e una buona varietà di frutta fresca. Ottima la posizione per visitare la città e/o per le spiagge. A pochi metri dal capolinea dei bus per l'aeroporto, Bosa, Capo Caccia, ecc.

Ottimo albergo con ottima colazione e vista panoramica. Ottima posizione anche per andare al mare perché vicino al capolinea di tutti i bus

Tutto: personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Colazione molto curata e ricca (anche per chi segue diete particolari, c'è ampia scelta con opzioni sane). Stanza sempre pulita e ordinata. Albergo molto comodo per mare e per transfer con mezzi/ristoranti.

Le stanze non dispongono di balconi questo crea un po' un limite in estate con teli e costumi bagnati. In bagno, pur essendoci un filo per stendere, non è sufficiente perché ambiente umido.

The restaurant where they serve breakfast has the best view of the city! The personnel working in the reception and in the restaurant was very helpful, even offering me some bandages and antiseptics when all the pharmacies in the near area were closed. Very close to the marina.

Having a balcony would have been really nice, as it was really difficult to dry inside the room the beach towels...

Location is very close to everything. Very beautiful view from the rooftop. Very nice and polite people working in both the hotel and the restaurant.

We could hear the TVs from the other rooms and in the last day of our stay one of the elevators was not working. But no major issues.

I’ve liked that when we asked we need earlier checkin, the staff allowed us to checkin 1,5h earlier. Thank you.

The hotel could be good one. But the standards and effort of staff made it a road through hell: 1. Bad smell - from the binging there was odour in the room. After complaining quickly came technical staff. The sprayed something and promise it will be better. It was not till the end of the stay. 2. Cleanliness of the room - we have noticed that linen in the bed is not clean. Marks of previous guests (see pictures). Once again we asked staff to come. They promised to send house keeping manager. But they sent cleaner. We asked once again for a manager. Then came manager. She could not speak english. So she repeated „only this?”. We replied that the room is generally dirty showing next places. For example the walls in shower cabin had signs of soap from previous guests. They asked for 1 hour.So we decided to leave the room and they promised to clean. 3. Doors not locking - when we returned we were happy that we can go now for some dinner. What was our surprise that the doors was not locking (pushed doors was not holding). So the reception gave me the analog key to close. It was also not working. Again the genitor came and promised he will solve that. We took valuable things and left again the room. 4. The bad smell returned so I said that when we were in the room odour was less noticeable. The reception said they will give as „BIS” card (cards are precoded so better not loose one because you get only one). So we put spare card. The card opened doors but was not enabling electricity nor A/C. Whole hotel has a potential. But for example over receptionist is a lamp. Whole dirty. So I said friendly during checkout that they should clean it because it makes bad first impression. He laughed and replied „oh, only this”. This is the standard of this hotel: not the worst. But the staff has bad standards.

La posizione, vicina al centro storico, alla spiaggia cittadina, e ai vari autobus che portano alle spiagge . L’ottima colazione e la vista che si gode dalla terrazza in cui viene servita. Il pavimento di legno, Il bagno e la qualità dei prodotti per l’igiene. La cortesia del personale.

L’arredamento un po’ asettico, sia della camera che degli spazi comuni. L’ascensore. L’assenza di balcone nella camera che ha reso un’impresa asciugare i costumi (siamo pur sempre in una città di mare!)

O hotel não tem estacionamento para os hóspedes, tampouco no entorno, o que torna o pífio o custo benefício, pois acabei estacionando em um lugar distante do hotel e ainda recebi uma multa. Muito complicado para descarregar a bagagem do carro.

Very nice room with very nice view from the large balconies. Central location not far from old city center of Alghero. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The only positive aspects were the breakfast, which was genuinely good, and the location, which is convenient for exploring Alghero.

I honestly have no idea how this hotel has a 4-star rating. The entire property feels extremely old, outdated, and poorly maintained. Both the rooms and the common areas are in desperate need of renovation. To make matters worse, one of the two elevators was out of service during our stay, which meant waiting 10–15 minutes every time we wanted to go up or down. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this size and category. The staff at the front desk were unfriendly and unwelcoming, making us feel like we were bothering them whenever we asked for assistance. On top of that, the hotel doesn’t even provide an iron for guests, which is a basic amenity that many much cheaper hotels offer. Finally, the price is far too high for what this hotel offers. It is extremely overpriced and does not come close to delivering the quality you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Locatie was perfect. Dichtbij alles.

Ontbijt was fataal. Niets speciaals. Zeker voor de prijs die we hebben betaald. We hoorden alles in de kamers. De deuren werden constant zeer hard dichtgeklapt. Ik had eerlijk gezegd beter verwacht.. De dame aan de receptie die frans sprak was zeer behulpzaam.
