Location was the best, close to the city center but not in a busy or noisy street. Good value for money compared to other places. Parking in front. Housekeeping lady was kind.

Shower water pressure really low. Fridge made a lot of noice. Bed was not great. Parking in front was really busy and crowded, street always full and large parking area in front took us 10 to 15 minutes to find a spot in the evening. (Plus the large parking costs 30+ a day..)

Świetna lokalizacja, kontakt z gospodarzem perfekcyjny. Miejsca parkingowe tuż obok budynku. Bliskość restauracji i sklepów. Świetny widok na morze.

La ubicación, increíble

Cuando llegamos el ascensor no funcionaba, me comunique con la persona, que nunca vi y me dijo que tenía que funcionar, pues nunca funcionó, dos pisos por escalera con las valijas, después no funcionaba el wifi, me comuniqué al mismo teléfono y la respuesta fue que no entendía, y cuando quise ir a bañarme no había agua caliente. Una serie de mala suerte ? Nunca me brindaron una solución a nada. Hoy cuando me fui tendria que haberle dejado dos euros, me olvidé me comuniqué con la personas para que me pase una cuenta y se lo transfiera y me contestó que era en efectivo, ni voluntad para cuando uno quiere pagarle

Si trova in un edificio abbastanza vecchio ed e’ come se fosse un unico appartamento con tante stanze all’interno che affittano (ognuno con accesso alla propria stanza). Ma overall esperienza positiva

The biggest advantage was definitely the location, as the hotel was very close to the coast. The room itself was nicely decorated and generally clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the little extras, such as coffee and croissants left for us, which was a nice touch. Overall, the stay was mostly positive.

There were, however, a few things that could be improved. At night, keeping the window open meant that we could clearly hear loud music coming from the beach, which could be disturbing. The bathroom was also quite dated and could use some renovation. During our stay, there was also a problem with the air conditioning, which started leaking water onto the floor. We stopped using it to avoid causing any damage. The host noticed the issue and contacted us the following day to arrange a repair. Unfortunately, we were out on a trip and couldn’t be there immediately to let someone into the room. We informed the host that the repair person could enter while we were away, but unfortunately this did not happen. As a result, we had to spend another night without air conditioning, which was quite uncomfortable in the heat.

Posizione ottima sia per il lungomare di Alghero sia per il centro. L’accoglienza super di Francesca che ci ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in. Camera al secondo piano di uno stabile dotato di ascensore, piccola ma molto funzionale. Il balconcino non è vivibile ma è comodo per lasciare almeno i costumi e le borse dopo il mare. Bar vicinissimo sotto lo stabile dove potersi fermare a colazione

Nagyon jó helyen van és bár kicsi a szoba, szinte minden megtalálható benne, amire szükség lehet. Kávéfőző, vízforraló, kis hűtő, tv, hajszárító, pipere, törölközők. Volt bekészítve kávé, tea, víz és kis süti, ami nagyon jól jött a hosszú utazás után.

Érkezésünk előtt elérhetetlen volt a szállás adó, ezért újra kellett szerveznünk az érkezést és a válaszadásig máshol tartózkodtunk. A távirányító nem volt csatlakoztatva a klímához, ezért folyamatosan ment. A férjem javította meg, ami elvett időt a pihenésünkből. Sajnos a kicsekkolás után nincs lehetőség pár órára ott hagyni a poggyászt, egy szomszédos irodába ugyan el lehet vinni, de annak korlátozott a nyitvatartása. Az ágytakaróra ráférne egy mosás, van rajta egy szürke cipőtalpnyom.

Le propriétaire est très a l'écoute, disponible,toujours prêt a satisfaire son client. Un grand merci. L'emplacement est top dans Alghero. bien pour 2 nuits

Par contre nous avons trouvé la chambre plus petite que celle sur la photo tout comme la vue sur la mer que l'on pensait en face. Et ce n'était pas le cas.

Raczej nie jest to miejsce na dłuższy pobyt, pokój był dosyć ciasny, ale wiedzieliśmy na co się piszemy, bo była to dla nas baza noclegowa tylko na jedną noc

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación del alojamiento, se podía ver el atardecer desde nuestro balcón. También la disponibilidad de un parking de pago y otro gratuito en el puerto, a escasos minutos del alojamiento.

El edificio en donde se encuentra el alojamiento es muy viejo y no trancaba la puerta principal, estaba rota. El apartamento no se parecía a las fotos, la decoración también muy anticuada. El anfitrión demoraba mucho en contestar

Ottima posizione della struttura, camera molto bella attrezzata con frigo, condizionatore macchinetta per il caffè con tanto di tazze per la colazione e merendine. Un ringraziamento speciale a Donatella, che ha saputo accoglierci in un modo davvero speciale❤️

La camera non viene pulita quotidianamente, ma effettivamente non è specificato nella pagina della struttura

La doccia ha una pressione acqua scarsa, il mini frigo fa un pò troppo rumore

This room is extremely well located just outside the old town and opposite a large carpark. It was comfortable enough for our needs

We were not sent a message regarding entry to the apartment and when I rang to get the codes the woman on the phone was quite abrupt and even rude. It may have been a language thing and we were sent the codes quickly but it wasn't a great start to our stay. There was also a major ironman event on the weekend we arrived and it would have been nice to have been notified as parking was quite difficult

It was a great location for 2 nights, self check in worked well with a responsive host and the location was perfect for exploring the town. We got lucky with free street parking outside on both nights but there is a large car park in front of the property (€1.50 per hour).

Schöne Stadtwohnung in zentraler Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen und kleinem Balkon. Sehr sauber und geräumig. Haben direkt vorm Haus einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Gastgeberin Francesca ist super nett und hilfsbereit.

Accueuil desagreable: on nous demandait nos documents ppur nous ouvrir ialors que nous étions à la porte en pleine chaleur. . Équipement desastreux: l ascenseur de marchait pas. Idem pour la machine à café.et la bouilloire. La vue sir la mer était en fait une vue sur la rue et un vis à vis très proche! De plus notre correspondante a été grossière et de mauvaise foi, nous'accusant de mentir quand nous nous sommes plaint!

Könnyed sétára van az óváros és a strand is, ugyanakkor remek kis lakás, tiszta és minden volt, amire szükségünk volt. Legközelebb is szívesen választanánk.

Just one night in Alghero. Excellent instructions for self check in. Spotless clean, small balcony overlooking the sea at distance, high quality coffe machine in the room. Old city and airport bus just minutes away. Highly recommended

the view; the location; the bed and furnishings; the mini-fridge. Property description says every room has a balcony- mine didn't , but it wasn't an issue. This is a nice guest house, but not a B&B. Don't expect a breakfast served in a dining area. There is no communal dining or relaxation space.

The check-in was cumbersome, because I wasn't given an access code on the day of arrival- the host wanted ID documents in advance, per insecure email, which I don't do. Not to mention that my Internet access is erratic while in transit. She wasn't planning to show up at the property at my stated (reasonable) time of arrival : 14:00, which is when I was there, notwithstanding that the stated address leads one to believe that the number is 2, not 17. Face-to-face checkin is essential, in my opinion. The property description needs some amendment, because restaurant, bar, etc. are all third-party, outside the apt. block, on an unimpressive street.

L’emplacement, nous avons pu faire pas mal de choses à pieds. La chambre était très propre, les instructions claires. La personne répondait gentiment et rapidement. La possibilité de boire un thé ou un café.

La taille de la chambre, vraiment petite. Le balcon inutile car pas de chaise… ou d’aménagement quelconque.

Pulizia impeccabile: un 10 pieno, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. La struttura è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal centro ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, con una vista mozzafiato soprattutto al tramonto! Comodissimo anche il parcheggio proprio sotto la struttura, un dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari: persone gentilissime e sempre disponibili.

Bon emplacement et grand parking juste en face. MAIS pas d'accueil, obligé de téléphoner pour avoir l'accès. Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix le prix est beaucoup plus cher que les autres pour la même période (novembre), éventuellement justifié en pleine saison....petite vue mer et grande vue sur une construction délabrée juste devant. Salle de bains limite. Mobilier bien usé.
