Hotel is extremely clean with very friendly staff. Short walk to beach. Pool is lovely and great to dip into to cool off when sunbathing.

WIFI a bit intermittent.

Very nice property with kind staff. The hotel is located at 10 min walk from the closest beach, or at 5 minutes drive from a better beach. The area is new built, some new hotels will appear next year, but there are no issues with noise or dust. The breakfast is very good, they make efforts to propose every day something different. The rooms are nice, big, with view on the swimming pool, some rooms on the higher floor might have also some sea view.

Location is very close to the beach, swimming pool was nice and warm, lifeguard (Mohamed)around all the time for the kid’s safety and he was very nice with the kids, the pool is not busy and sunbeds always available, you can get as many towels as you need for the pool any time Staff in reception very nice and friendly Food in the restaurant and room service was very tasty and reasonably priced Room very good size, suite was almost like an apartment , the hotel in general and the rooms were very clean

Drain smell in the toilet, complained about it twice, technician was sent immediately both time , but the smell only went away for few hours both times, The biggest issue for me was that I have asked about having an iron and was told yes before travelling However when I asked for one, I was told they only have 5 irons for the whole hotel, when I finally got one they rang me to take it for another guest, this also happened twice The bed was very big which is nice but for me the mattress was hard and not comfortable, but this could be personal preference

Rapport qualité-prix : trop cher. Petit-déjeuner copieux mais qualité médiocre ex : café dans une thermostat ( c'est pas normal pour un hôtel 4) en plus avec taux occupation 100%. La chambre n'était pas propre, les serviettes données se sentaient mauvaises.

Im not sure if this hotel was pushed to be more adult focused rather than families but aside from the pool i didnt see anything else to keep children entertained, now I didnt go with children and there is a life guarded pool BUT theres only so many hours that will keep you entertained so that might want to be taken into consideration for people with children going.

The staff where very helpful and always smiling. The whole hotel was incredibly clean, the room we where given was very spacious with a comfortable bed. The terrace was huge over looking the swimming pool, definitely recommend this hotel.

La piscina, el desayuno buenísimo y variado, el personal fue siempre muy amable y paciente, sobre todo con nuestra hija pequeña, y la ubicación estaba cerca de la playa.

Por ponerle algún pero, el restaurante no tenía mucha variedad, aunque lo que comimos nos gustó, y si buscas estar cerca del centro y conocer un poco la cultura local, necesitarás coger taxi.

An excellent hotel. Exceptionally clean with High standards maintained. All staff are smart in their individual uniforms and are friendly and polite - able to communicate in numerous languages. Boutique with 54 rooms. We stayed in the deluxe room half board over looking the pool and sea. The breakfast has a broad choice, cooked/continental/fruit/juices/waffles/pancakes and eggs cooked to your choice. Option to buy pizza/club sandwich/coffees/drinks during the day which are very well priced compared to eating out. Buffet in the evening with an excellent range of food. Salads/soup/crafted desserts. We also had a Hammam Spa treatment (Steam/clay/exfoliation and Berber massage) 90 minutes. Excellent-treatment and good value compared to the UK. A very clean swimming pool and sun bed area which is well maintained. Peaceful and relaxing. Lovely promenade along the beach. Mainly with hotels - with a few eateries. Marina with coffee shops/ice cream/meals and the Kasbah Ouefella reached by cable car worth a trip. We only walked around the Ouefella. You can pay to go in. A perfect hotel to stay in - in Agadir. We would definitely recommend and stay here again if returning to Morocco. 😎

FANTASTIC - This is an amazing small hotel, which we found faultless in every respect. I have travelled all over the world, so have much experience over the years. All staff were exceptional. The hotel is being constantly monitored and cleaned, from the pool and garden areas to the rooms and communal areas. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and service is always with a smile. You are acknowledged wherever you go by friendly people. The food is excellent, local specialities ie tagines were our favourites, there are so many vegetables available cooked and presented to perfection. There is much choice and a selection of well presented salads are always available. The bedrooms are very large and linens changed regularly. In addition to the beds, there is a large comfortable sofa and coffee table and bug balconies with chairs and loungers. The spa in the basement area is a wonder and I just wish I had visited earlier in my stay. I had a full body massage including facial and head and also a mini pedicure, all included for just 200 DH. The masseuse immediately knew which parts of my body needed more work and adjusted accordingly. I emerged afterwards feeling rejuvenated. There are many other options available and I do suggest even just one spa visit be part of anyone’s holiday. I will certainly return. Although it is situated out of the main area and therefore much quieter, there are always the orange petit taxis waiting outside to whisk you where you need to go. Costs are exceptionally cheap 20-40 DH, lr sometimes what you choose to pay them. All in all I can thoroughly recommend this hotel and will return.

A really lovely small, quiet and clean hotel about 10min walk from the beach. Only had breakfast there, what we ate was very good. The staff were pleasant and very attentive and the spa ladies were great too. Personally i say this hotel is for people who want a quiet getaway, only saw 1 child staying here. It’s a really good little hotel, we loved it and will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Timoulay and would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the reception staff, who were always friendly, professional, and helpful. We would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their excellent work. The hotel, rooms, and common areas were consistently spotless and very well maintained. A special mention goes to Jawad and Abderahmane at the buffet restaurant. Their warm hospitality, kindness, professionalism, and constant smiles made a real difference to our stay. They were always attentive, helpful, and eager to ensure that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. More generally, the entire hotel staff deserves recognition. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. The team always went above and beyond to help us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We also greatly enjoyed the evening entertainment, which created a lively and pleasant atmosphere, as well as the pool staff, who were always welcoming, attentive, and professional. Hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. It is on the outskirts of Agadir but taxis were no more than £2 or £3 in a taxi into town. The hotel is very basic, breakfast was very limited and not great. Lunch and dinner was awful so we chose to eat elsewhere despite being half board. The gym had hardly any equipment and the aircon was never on. The aircon in our room also didn’t work and despite telling reception, it wasn’t fixed during our stay. The pool area was nice but not enough sunbeds for the number of rooms so several times we went into town and paid for a day pass at another hotel. We used the spa during our stay but it in no way felt like being in a luxury spa. I did not enjoy it at all but it wasn’t very expensive. We got a very cheap deal to stay here but if I’d paid full price I’d be extremely disappointed. We would not return. There are several far, far nicer hotels in Agadir.

Lovely clean hotel with the most friendly staff. Our cleaning lady was amazing we got a selfie with her on our last day. We really enjoyed our stay and prices in hotel were reasonable. We had a sofa bed in our room as there were 3 of us sharing, it was very hard to sleep on and we asked for a single mattress, no problem, was delivered to the room within the hour and made up for us. The location was only 5 minutes to the beach and that was a lovely walk along the promenade. Can’t praise the staff at hotel enough and would go back again.

Wonderful place to stay. Visited with my husband, our two young children and my parents. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, special thank you to Yasin who looked after us at the pool and whom my daughter adored. Got the chance to experience a hammam during our stay too which was so lovely and would highly recommend. Not much in the immediate area but taxis seemed easy to catch as were often outside (we had a car.) The beach promenade is a short walk but would suggest going further afield for food. The food is ok for convenience but again would recommend getting out and seeing what other options are available around. I would also suggest asking for an extra blanket to sleep on as beds might not be as soft as you’re used to! You do adapt though! All in all would highly recommend!

Angenehmes kleineres Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Wir haben netterweise ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen. Alles sehr sauber, bequeme Betten. Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, wir haben Abendessen vor Ort gebucht, hier war die Auswahl der Speisen sehr gut.

Etwas mehr Obst beim Frühstücksbuffet wäre schön.

The Tomoulay Hotel & Spa is a wee diamond in Agadir. The staff are all so helpful, from security, receptionists, cleaners, bar/breakfast and the Manager for recommendations. (Argan oil) The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool has adequate amount of sun loungers and courtesy’s towel. I also highly recommend booking a Spa treatment. My Wife and I both had spa treatments and we can both recommend going for a treatment, I can 100% recommend the 1Hr 30mins for a Hammam & body scrub, Ghassoul Mask & Bérbére massage with Argan oil.

Hôtel impeccable et accueil adorable!

Myself and my friend are currently staying at the hotel two ladies middle aged from UK. I’ll offer an honest and practical review. Hotel Spotlessly clean including communal toilets in restaurant and pool areas. They smell beautiful and are cleaned all day. Plenty of loo roll and hand washing facilities. Food We stayed half board, breakfast and evening meal. This is a small friendly hotel which we wanted so there are not mass choices but rather fewer choices but excellent quality, there is nothing either of us have selected that wasn’t on point. Breakfast- various bread options although the toaster is not powerful and even though we sent the bread through several times it still re-appeared anemic. There are veg and salad options at breakfast that cater for people who want that. There are pastries freshly prepared, croissants and pain au chocolates and a few others. A couple of cereal and granola options, fruit and in hot plates some hot dog type sausages. Plenty of butter, jam, honey etc and 2 types of yogurt one natural and one flavoured. Hard boiled eggs and scrambled eggs in hot containers. If you come out of the restaurant onto the patio by the pool there is an egg and pancake station where you can get fried eggs, omelette or pancakes freshly made to order. Evening meal- there are 4-5 main course options made up of meat, fish and several differently prepared vegetables and a potato option. First night we had bed with mushroom in a gorgeous gravy with mash potato and fresh veg, lovely. Second night we had sliced turkey in a divine sauce with roasted veg and skin off baked potatoes also lovely. There is always a pasta and a rice option. The desserts are absolutely moreish. Small separate desserts of all types and of course have as many as you want. Drinks are table service and attentive waiters are on hand to take your order. You can pay for your drinks at the end of the meal by card or cash but we just have everything put on the room and pay it off every morning when we go down for breakfast. Lunch- they serve a snack and meal menu at lunchtime payable with club sanwiches, toasties, steaks, omelettes etc although we think this can be hit and miss as chips looked nice when we saw guests eating them the night before but when we ordered them they were hard and greasy like they’d been re-cooked several times. I ordered a medium rare steak and even for me the meat was raw so I asked them to recook to medium and it was just right. Drinks- cocktails other than the mojitos and pina coladas are vile, they are made with this over concentrated juice like stuff, not for us. Beers are by the bottle, corona and Budweiser and a few locally made options. Spirits are branded with lots of choice.Coke zero, sprite, Fanta etc. we found prices very reasonable in fact all prices in hotel are good. Pool- clean but bloody cold Rooms- we had 216 with a sea view, spacious and mattresses are firm but comfy, pillows are awful but my friend said they were fine, a matter of preference I’ve concluded. Bathroom and shower again spotless clean plenty of towels, shower hot and right pressure. Cleaners come in every day, make beds, clean and change towels. There’s a safe and a fridge and kettle with coffee, tea sugar but no milk but if you call reception they will bring you some. There’s a room service menu in room. We also asked for robes and slippers. Nice touch. Internet is terrible in room and in communal areas it is temperamental at best. We asked for assistant they bought a router to room and then internet was superb. We could then watch all uk channels and Netflix on tv with our own uk login details. Spa- excellent and cheap compared to uk I went for relaxing 1 hour massage and it was around £25-30. Cashpoint right outside hotel next door. Taxis agree price before taking journey and pay no more than 50 dirham to marina or market On the whole a lovely hotel, lovely staff who work hard with a smile. We would return

Wonderful staff including Halid on the front door always smiling, happy, helpful and welcoming to the manager Omar. Great pool area with easy access. Good breakfast with egg station. Great room size, clean and tidy with a large comfortable bed.

Not much in the immediate area although a short walk to the beach and maybe 10 minute walk or so to beach bars/restaurants although easy access to taxi's outside. There didn't seem to be an area to leave used towels provided by the hotel at the pool areal. Sometimes it appears towels had been left on a bed rather than being removed. Maybe have a drop off point for used towels or maybe I missed it lol.

Excellent stay – clean, welcoming, and very comfortable We had a great stay at Hotel Timoulay in Agadir. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout and very well maintained, which immediately makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and clearly take pride in the service they provide. It really made a difference to the overall experience. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, the rooms are comfortable, and everything felt well organised and cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A fantastic hotel and a great base for Agadir — highly recommended.

A smallish hotel (50 or so rooms) but very well thought out. Sheltered from the area- up and coming but with some development- it is walking distance from the beach. The room was an excellent size, huge comfortable bed and plenty of space to lay out cases without them being in the way. The bathroom was modern with powerful shower. The buffet breakfast was a lovely selection. The pool side lunches were fresh, varied and reasonably priced. We tried the evening buffet twice and was pleased with the selection and Moroccan wine. The pool and poolside were cleaned regularly and very relaxing with March sunshine from mid morning through to evening. We had a very lovely 2 hour hammam and massage in the spa- again very reasonable. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating.

I was really pleased by our choice- helped by the reviews of others and images that represented the hotel well. The only thing that went wrong was our in-room WiFi, impacting Netflix on the tv. The technician sorted it within 10 minutes of my call to reception.

Nous avion une suite Timoulay qui était énorme avec un immense lit et deux wc, salle de bain, salle de douche, balcon avec transats,tout ce qu’il faut. Petit déjeuner qualitatif et varié, piscine agréable même si elle est rapidement à l’ombre l’apm. Un effort particulier de la personne qui fesait les chambres et qui variait en pliant différemment les dessus de lit, rideaux et tapis de SDB tous les jours 😍

La petite taille de l'hôtel. La chambre très très spacieuse, propre et moderne. La literie est top, la douche également. Emplacement au calme néanmoins très très éloigné de tout. Il faut compter 10' jusqu'à la promenade au bord de l'océan (et plus d'une 1h30 à pieds pour arriver à la Marina). Le massage et la manucure au spa.

Dans la chambre 101 il y a un bruit épouvantable de ventilateur qui tourne de 6h du matin à 23h. Le personnel a été très réactif et nous a permis de changer de chambre. Ce bruit de ventilateur se retrouve également en résonance dans la cour de l'hôtel et à l'intérieur dans la cage d'escalier au niveau de la réception. Le bruit des ventilateurs des frigos à la salle à manger... Le buffet est très bon par contre aucune spécialité marocaine et peu de variété (tous les matins la même chose). Il manque de fruits au petit déjeuner (oranges). Le prix des bouteilles d'eau à l'hôtel (2.5 fr)... ça serait une bonne idée de proposer une bouteille tous les matins. Le côté "usine" du spa ... Attention à la période du Ramadan car à la fin du Ramadan tout est fermé durant 3 jours minimum.

Great hotel, lovely atmosphere and ambiance, but what made this hotel extra special were all the staff!

Accueil, ménage, spa, cuisine… chacun a contribué à rendre notre séjour exceptionnel. Toujours un sourire, une attention, une vraie gentillesse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Suite war groß und sauber und hatte einen großen Balkon mit Sonnenliegen, sodass wir dort wunderbar die Sonne genießen konnten. Auch das Essen war gut und sehr lecker – wir haben zusätzlich noch das Abendessen dazu gebucht und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut: Der Ozean ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen, und auch einige Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich in der Nähe. Gleichzeitig liegt das Hotel in einer ruhigen Gegend, sodass wir und unsere Kinder nachts sehr gut schlafen konnten.

Der Swimmingpool war für unseren Geschmack etwas kühl; eine etwas höhere Wassertemperatur wäre noch angenehmer gewesen. Außerdem war das WLAN in den Zimmern nicht besonders gut. In der Nähe der Bar und am Swimmingpool hat es hingegen zuverlässig funktioniert.

God og varieret morgenmad. Juicen burde sies inden servering, var fyldt med pulp og sten

Aftenbuffeten. Kedelig. Bestilte en pizza a la carte med oksekød, fik en vegetarpizza. Klagede over det og tjeneren fjernede pizzaen uden nogen undskyldning og kom kort efter tilbage og "smed" en pizza på bordet med ukrydret oksefars, som var den samme pizza, som man havde skrabet fyldet af og puttet kød på og lidt ny ost. Den gamle ost var stivnet i anden omgang i ovnen og bunden var nu knastør. Nærmest uspiselig. Tjenerne og kokken skændtes højlydt over fejlen. Det mindede om en scene fra "Halløj på Badehotellet". Derudover bestilte vi den dyreste 1/2 flaske rosé på kortet, som var for gammel og smagte af rævepis. Udrikkelig.

The hotel facilities were good.

Frequent no hot water, had to complain three times. No bathrobes and had to request them even though they should have been in the apartment. The cleaning staff kept moving personal items around.

Very spacious room overlooking poolside. The staff are all amazing, extremely helpful. The whole hotel was spotless.
