Das war ein Angebot statt 511€ für 306€ Das ist es nicht wert. Für den Preis erwarte ich mir ein gutes Frühstück und keine Fertigprodukte bei einer Eierspeise etc.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the location was very convenient with easy access to public transport. Everything was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Accommodating staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Close to underground and easy to get into the city centre. We were on a cycling tour and hotel was perfectly located close to Danube cycle path.

Gute Lage, auch guter Ausgangspunkt, um schnell mit der U3 in die Innenstadt zu fahren.

Frühstück ist relativ teuer (20 Euro pro Person/Tag), relativ unfreundliches Personal beim Frühstück - am störendsten ist jedoch der Fruchtfliegenbefall des Frühstücksbuffets. Die Fliegen sind einfach überall und fliegen auch an den Tischen ständig um einen herum. Das Obst ist natürlich sehr befallen, ist aber auch nicht besonders von der Qualität.

Room was spacious and the breakfast was really good. Staff at the reception was super friendly and helpfull.

The beds were hard. AC wasn't working well. Shower door didnt close completely.

Sehr nettes, sauberes und komfortables Hotel im Osten Wiens, mit überaus freundlichen Mitarbeitern und attraktiven Preisen. Mit der nahe gelegenen U-Bahn ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein kl. Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre speziell im Sommer angenehm, Parkplätze in der Umgebung sind rar, die angebotene Garage kostet leider extra.

Die Ausstattung ist sachdienlich und nicht alt. Die Betten sind auch gut. In Summe zufrieden.

Hatten leider ein sehr lautes Zimmer direkt neben der Straße. Da wir gerne bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen war dies leider ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit

Staff was very pleasant and welcoming, even at 10 PM. Rooms were clean and they had AC with thermostat on the wall, big flatscreen.

The room I was in did not have a door between the shower and the rest of the room, only for the toilet, but this is the design.

Bardzo dobry hotel ,blisko A23,bardzo dobre śniadania,niezwykle miły personel.Śniadania jak dla mnie bardzo dobre.Blisko stacja metra, skąd w kilka minut można dostać się do centrum.Pociągi kursują co kilka minut a bilety 3.2€.W weekendy kursują całą dobę wiec nie ma problemu z powrotem.Polecam.

Very nice Hotel in a quiet neighborhood, close to the metro station and a big shopping center. Every member of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The only thing missing was a mini fridge in the room, but I was able to use the employees' refrigerator at the reception desk, so there was minimal dicomfort.

Tadelloses Hotel in günstiger Lage für Gasometer und Arena. Besonders das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Nice!

Minden rendben volt. Tiszta, rendezett szállás, kényelmes ágy, jó fürdőszoba. Külön értékelem, hogy a szobába volt bekészítve forraló, tea és instant kávé.

Vasárnap a környék teljesen kihalt, egy étterem sem volt nyitva elérhető közelségben. A kutyákért kért 20 eur/kutya pótdíjat magasnak találtam, főleg, hogy erről előre nem kaptam információt, pedig írásban jeleztem, hogy kutyákkal érkezem. Parkolási lehetőség csak fizetős van.

Die 2 extra Betten, ein normales Doppelbett wäre besser als 50cm Abstand dazwischen.

Gut gelegen, wenn man ein Konzert in der Arena besuchen will und trotzdem Ruhe und kostenlose Parkplätze haben will. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere und ruhige Zimmer.

20€ für das Frühstück ist etwas teuer.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Bett super bequem, das Personal unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war lecker. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne mal wieder. Vielen Dank...

Location and breakfast.

The unit consisted of two separate rooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The room with the two single beds lacks air conditioning, and the window cannot be opened; it is essentially a completely sealed, airless box—a major issue given the frequent heatwaves these days. Although the unit is designed to accommodate four or five people (with sleeping space for four adults), the bathroom lacks a door. The shower is located right at the bathroom entrance with no door separating it, meaning anyone bathing is visible from the outside—a completely inappropriate and uncomfortable arrangement. The wardrobe—intended for 4 or 5 people—is only 60 cm wide; there isn't enough space for that many people's clothes, and the small room has absolutely no wardrobe or even a wall hook. It's not a cheap hotel—it has a touch of luxury, good communication with the underground, and the breakfast was excellent—but the rooms do not justify the price.

W tym hotelu zatrzymałem się już nie pierwszy raz. Wszystko jak zwykle OK. Dobra lokalizacja przy parkingu publicznym za rozsądną cenę i przy stacji metra.

Jak na oferowane śniadanie, to cena trochę zbyt wysoka.

It was very cozy

The air conditioning made this really loud and uncomfortable noise every few minutes. I had it turned off and it didn’t go away. I went to the lobby to see if they could fix it but it seems like it was happening in every room.

Velmi pohodlné postele a příjemně chladný pokoj byl oázou v těch teplých dnech.

Dostali jsme pokoj pro hendikepované, který jsme nežádali. Po sprchování všude v koupelně voda, tak pak jsme měli všude šlápoty v pokoji. Dále nevyhovující skříň pro oděvy, malá a otevřená. Pokoj byl rohový a tak málo prosvětlený. Minulé pobyty jsme byli spokojeni, ale nyní to byl pravý opak.

Phone room was out of order and I asked to fix it but they failed to do so. My wife had an operation for broking arm three weeks ago, and I asked twice for more pillow so she can rest her broking hand and they failed to provide the pillows. After 6 hours waiting finally i got help from the a reception staff name zoran, which he was very helpful, how by him self provided a pillow, and checked room phone set cabal if it loose.

Super friendly, helpful staff at the front desk. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Lovely bedding, sockets by the bed, storage, tea / coffee making facilities and good WiFi. Nice quality toiletries including conditioner and hairdryer. The shower was excellent. Location was actually very good albeit we did wonder when we arrived if it was going to be. Less than 5 minutes walk to Gasometer metro which will get you anywhere in Vienna on the fantastic transport links. We also found a shopping centre nearby with a Spar Gourmet supermarket and places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Just a couple of points which by no way affected our great time here. The breakfast was quite expensive ( I know this is Vienna) and we are not big eaters so we passed on that although it looked good. And we would have liked a small fridge.

The staff is very pleasant, the breakfast is good, both the atmosphere at the lobby and the food. The room was very clean and had a nice layout. Even the elevator smells nice. Very good for a couple. The hotel is also close to the metro station.

A thinner blanket would've been nice, but since the room had good air conditioning, the thick blanket also sufficed. The bed was comfortable either way.

Avevamo prenotato un’offerta per una camera con due letto singolo, al check-in ci hanno assegnato senza sovrapprezzo una camera con letto matrimoniale. Inoltre abbiamo potuto farci arrivare un pacchetto per un’acquistata online non disponibile in Italia. Posizione comodissima alla metropolitana. Super consigliato!

Zimmer neu und ordentlich.

Dass das Personal keine Ahnung hatte welche Zimmer verfügbar sind und welche nicht. Wir waren in drei bereits besetzten Zimmern. Bei Versuch 4 haben wir uns Zimmer erhalten.

Das Hotel liegt nicht zentral, ist aber mit der U-Bahn (U3) sehr gut zu erreichen. Es hat einen gehobenen Standard, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und ist sehr gepflegt.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Breakfast was good, but rather basic

The hotel is really clean, comfortable. The location is excellent, a few minutes from U6. The stuff was exceptionally great, everyone was kind and helpful the whole time. Also, smooth and quick communication before the trip. The check out time is 12 which was a nice surprise.

Personal war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war grösser als erwartet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war auch alles sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übetroffen. Die Lage war auch perfekt, U-Bahn ist zu Fuss nur 2 Minuten entfernt und man kann die Innere Stadt innerhalb von 10-15Minuten erreichen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jedem gerne empfehlen, absolut 10/10.

Personal ist äußerst freundlich, das Frühstück ist auch wirklich top! Eine sehr günstige Parkgarage (24 Std. kosten € 4,20) und eine U-Bahn-Station ist gleich in der Nähe.

Leider hatten wir eine offensichtlich neue Matratze, auf der noch die Kunststofffolie (wie für Bettnässer) drauf war. Erstens hat sie bei jeder Bewegung geraschelt, zweitens haben wir Storz Klimaanlage extrem geschwitzt.

Hôtel d’accord aux standards attendus. Chambre très confortable, service de nettoyage de chambre nickel, le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent avec un buffet avec beaucoup de choix.

Si bien c’est près du métro ce qui est pratique , le quartier est très bétonné, avec des gros immeubles de bureau donc très mort le soir .

Laten we positief beginnen. De receptie was vriendelijk, de locatie is 5 minuten lopen van het metrostation Gasometer en de kamer ziet er netjes uit. Bovendien zijn er genoeg handdoeken.

Op Booking staat aangegeven dat er airconditioning aanwezig is, maar deze werkte absoluut niet goed. Het voelde eerder alsof de airco de kamer warmer maakte dan koeler. Tot onze grote verbazing kon in één van de kamers het raam niet worden geopend. Hierdoor werd het een grote sauna, wat onze nachtrust enorm heeft verstoord. In dezelfde kamer was geen plafondverlichting aanwezig. Gelukkig waren er wel kleine lampjes, maar daarvoor moest je eerst alle knopjes zonder functie indrukken voordat je daadwerkelijk het juiste licht vond. Zo ongeveer de helft van de schakelaars deed namelijk helemaal niets. Dan komen we bij de badkamer. Op Booking staat heel mooi aangegeven dat het om een kamer met privacy gaat. Ik vind het echter zeer vreemd dat er geen deur zit tussen de badkamer en de slaapkamer. Zeker omdat het om een familiekamer gaat, heb je hierdoor totaal geen privacy op de kamer. Daarnaast komen de geur, het geluid en de warmte van de badkamer rechtstreeks de slaapkamer in. Dit is extra vervelend omdat de airco in de slaapkamer amper koude lucht produceert. Nu achteraf las ik pas dat de kamers in dit hotel allemaal deze deur niet hebben. Als je dit niet fijn vindt moet je dit dus niet boeken. Daarnaast moet je echt liefhebber zijn van een bad nemen, want staand douchen in het bad kun je beter niet doen. Er ligt namelijk geen antislipmat. Het is daardoor totaal niet ontspannen om jezelf hier te wassen, omdat je voortdurend moet opletten dat je niet uitglijdt.

Everything about the hotel room was thoughtfully designed. It felt very spacious, and the comfortable bed made for a great night’s sleep. A special shoutout to Ms. Natalia at reception for, she was calm, professional, and eager to help! :)

Mancala porta al bagno, cioè il water è chiuso da una porta, ma il resto del bagno, doccia e lavandino, non hanno porta. Altra nota negativa: se non chiedi di rifarti la stanza mettendo l’apposito segnale alla porta, passano oltre

Zimmer war sehr komfortabel. Perfekt für einen Konzert Aufenthalt. Nur 2 Gehminuten vom Gasometer entfernt. Personal sehr freundlich.

Очень чисто,удобно и комфортно в номерах.Персонал очень дружный даже со своей едой и напитками пришли в лобби нам проводили ко столикам и обеспечили всей нужной посудой.Рекомендую отель как очень качественный по цене,местоположению и сервису.И тем у кого есть экзамен в Austral control рекомендую этот отель локация пешком до экзаменационного центра 10—12 минут

Не сказал бы минус ну если бы были тапочки и каждый день давали бы в номер воду было бы классно.Вода у них кстати очень .

C’est la deuxième fois que je suis venu à Plaza INN Wien et je suis toujours très surpris de la qualité sur tous les points. En tous les cas pour moi. Je le conseille fortement pour le voyage d’affaires ou de passage.

La comunicación fue buena antes de llegar, tuvimos retraso en el vuelo, pero nos guardaron la habitación sin problema. Tuve problemas con la tarjeta y fueron muy amables enviándome link de pago.

De acuerdo con Booking, el desayuno estaba incluido. Pero tuve que pagar por el desayuno. No me pareció correcto, pero era lo que había.
