One lady at reception , I think she is from east europe is rude and she should not be dealing directly with guests. Ac is very bad and did not work well

The reception space is nice, the rest absolutely nothing so special or exciting.

With our arrival on the reception, after a long travel, under slept and tired, we’ve come across to the receptionist called Karina, which was extremely unwelcoming and unpleasant. Although there has been a minor mistake with my booking, either by my fault or the website, Karina was rude and disrespectful with her nervous attitude. She simply wasn’t professional and didn’t belong behind the reception that day OR in general if that’s her personality and behaviour in general.

La posizione molto vicina alla fermata della metro e dell'autobus, con i quali si raggiunge il centro in circa dieci minuti. Nonostante il buffet della cena fosse decisamente scarno, le pietanze proposte erano cucinate bene, la colazione adeguata ad un quattro stelle.

La quadrupla era davvero minuscola e non c'è possibilità di aprire la finestra, a meno che non venga comunicato preventivamente alla reception. Il parcheggio convenzionato all'interno del loro garage estremamente caro, ho preferito parcheggiare su strada (parcheggio libero dalle 22 del venerdì alle 9 del lunedì) e poi usufruire del parcheggio della metro limitrofo, che consente di lasciare la macchina con un ticket giornaliero pari a 6 euro. Lo staff gentile e disponibile, sebbene l'impressione sia di stare dentro una struttura "fantasma", non ho percepito grande attenzione verso il cliente.

Das Hotel ist sehr geräumig, gutes frühstück, saubere Zimmer und nahe der U-Bahn um direkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fahren.

The JUFA Hotel was clean, nicely designed, and offered good value for the money. Our room was small but comfortable, and the window opening directly to the outside was a nice feature for getting some fresh air. On the downside, the refrigerator wasn’t working, and there was no microwave or other way to prepare food. The staff were fine—polite but not particularly memorable. Overall, a decent stay for the price, with a few areas that could be improved.

The biggest downside was the location. The hotel itself is very nice, but online photos and descriptions can make the area seem more convenient than it actually is. Once you leave the hotel, there isn’t much around, and we wouldn’t feel particularly comfortable walking around there at night. The U-Bahn was convenient, and the on-site underground parking was a definite plus, but overall, the location left a lot to be desired.

Nice hotel in a residential area, close to highways and with good connections by public transport to city center. Underground parking available, very good choice for a city trip by car or a n8ght rest when traveling.

Restaurant closed two hours earlier than usual the day when we arrived. In the future, it would be useful to inform customers in advance of similar changes and maybe suggest alternate restaurants nearby.

Ogólnie bardzo pozytywne wrażenie. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Wszystko działało bez zarzutu plus miła obsługa i obfite śniadanie z bardzo dobrą kawą. Polecam.

Trzecie łóżko mogłoby być trochę wygodniejsze.

The hotel was in a quite area but with easy access to public transport. There was a parking for the car (it is paid, but it is big and safe). The room was OK for our family (2 adults + 2 teenagers).

Clean hotel, clean triple room. Breakfast and dinner were very, very good. A plus is that the hotel has its own paid parking (we had parking included in the room rate). Bus and tram stops are nearby, as well as the Enkplatz metro station, from where you could reach any part of the city. Friendly staff.

Die Betten waren uns zu weich und im Familienzimmer einen winzigen Mülleimer, der nichtmal jeden Tag geleert wurde, ist nicht so toll gewesen.

Alle war super ! Sehr kinderfreundliche Atmosphäre und sogar ein Spielraum für Kinder ist vorhanden! Die Betten waren alle sehr bequem und sogar das Babybett stand bereit obwohl ich vergessen hatte dies zu reservieren! Sehr sauber und sehr nettes Personal! Das Frühstück war auch super! Parkplatz auch sofort im Untergeschoss!

Nie spodziewałem się, że Pani w recepcji będzie mówić tak płynnie po polsku. Prawdopodobnie była Pani częściowo polką, ale było to bardzo miłe. Wygodny parking, blisko do metra. Pyszne śniadanie z dużym wyborem. (poprawiłbym jajecznice, albo w ogóle z niej zrezygnował, bo można chyba było poprosić o świeżą )

Akurat nie działała roleta, ale to nie był problem.

Avrei preferito essere avvisata al momento della prenotazione del fatto che la stanza non ha un affaccio esterno, l’unica finestra era chiusa a chiave e dava sulla hall, anche perché l’impianto di areazione nella camera non era molto efficiente.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Lage vom Hotel ebenfalls perfekt. Von der Hotelterrasse aus durch eine Art Park 250m bis zur U/S- Bahn. Sehr angenehm, dass das Hotel an keiner öffentlichen Straße liegt. Somit ist es nachts trotz offenem Fenster wirklich ruhig. Jederzeit wieder!!!

La posizione è ottima perché servita sia da metro che da tram. In 10 minuti sei in centro. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo vale veramente la pena.

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, na miejscu dostępny parking podziemny. Bliskość do stacji metra i pozostałej komunikacji miejskiej jest dużym atutem. Bardzo dobra obsługa w recepcji. Pokoje nieduże ale wygodne. To już nasz 2 pobyt, we wcześniejszej opinii wyraziłam wątpliwość co do wydajności klimatyzacji w upalne dni. Podczas tego pobytu było bardzo gorąco a klimatyzacja zdała egzamin. Na miejscu bardzo dobra restauracja.

The cleaners and Bar staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall, we felt that staff worked very hard. The room we were given was quiet. We were supplied with accessories like a shower cap which we used ( although as we were two travellers maybe there should be two caps supplied?) Location was good for public transport. There were also local shops nearby. The room was clean and the bathroom was too except the shower head which had a little mould. There were areas to eat and open spaces to relax outside of the room. There were thoughtful facilities for those with children in the foyer area. We did find some quiet areas to eat when the dining area was busy and loud. There was parking under the property although this wasn’t free. Overall a nice place to stay.

Finding the parking garage entrance as the JUFA parking sign was so small as to be missed on passing . We found it eventually. City views: The roof of the hotel dining area or local flats opposite the window 🫩 The dinner buffet didn’t look appealing on the evening we went for dinner and was around 24 Euros per person. We opted for the alternative menu which was better. The room we had booked was not the room we were given as our room should have included a kettle or coffee/ tea facilities, but the room we were given did not. We did check back on the facilities offered on booking.com to ensure that the error was not ours, and it did state in the list that there should have been at least a kettle ( one of the key reasons for booking). We did message both the property and Booking.com, but didn’t hear back before we left. So that was a shame.

Ubicación cercana a boca metro, instalación en general, habitación amplia, cercana a sitos para comer y cenar y supermercados. Personal de recepción super amable y sobre todo el que nos tocó la última noche que nos ayudó muchísimo.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο με απλή διακόσμηση αλλά καθαρό και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Υπάρχει μπιλιάρδο, χώρος απασχόλησης των παιδιών και μεγάλη μοντέρνα σάλα με μπαρ. Το πρωινό άξιζε πραγματικά, υπήρχε πολύ πλούσιος μπουφές με μεγάλη ποικιλία και ήταν όλα εύγευστα.

Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν το δείπνο. Ο μπουφές δεν ήταν πλούσιος, δεν υπήρχαν πολλές χορτοφαγικές επιλογές και τα πιάτα δεν ήταν νόστιμα. Δεν άξιζε τα λεφτά του σε αντίθεση με το πρωινό.

Personel ilgili ve güleryüzyüydü. Otel temiz ve konforluydu. Özellikle toplu taşımalara yaklın olması, sessiz bir alanda olması avantajlarıydı.

Odada terlik bulunabilir, Çift kişilk yatak ortadan ayrılmış iki yatağın birleştirilmesi ile oluşturulmuştu. Çift kişilik yatak konforu daha iyi olabilir.

Personal kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen...u3 zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Für einen Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen. Die Umgebung im Wohnviertel ist angenehm und ruhig.

Nowoczesny wystrój, klimatyzacja, przestronny pokój, wygodna część łazienkowa. Bardzo pomysłowa i dającą możliwość kilku osobom jednocześnie zadbać o higienę( oddzielnie sedes z umywalka, oddzielnie umywalka, oddzielnie prysznic). Miła, pomocna obsługa. Możliwość wchodzenia i wychodzenia przez całą dobę.

Mogłaby być trochę czyściej. Pewne elementy powinny być dokładniej posprzątane. Znalezienie czyjegoś włosa nie jest przyjemne. Plusem jest to,że ogólnie czysto. Śniadanie nie tylko nie wliczone w cenę to jeszcze koszt 25 euro/ osobę.

Betten waren recht unbequem, die Lüftung im Bad könnte stärker sein.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel itself was generally pleasant. Breakfast was good. We also managed to find one available parking space. However, in my opinion, the hotel does not quite live up to its 4-star rating. There was no kettle or iron in the room, and instead of the promised double bed, there were two single beds pushed together. The biggest disappointment was the EV charging. We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised charging facilities for electric cars. Unfortunately, the charging spaces were occupied by non-electric cars, and the staff did not seem to monitor this at all. As a result, we were unable to charge our car. Overall, it was an okay stay, but from a 4-star hotel I would expect more attention to detail and, most importantly, that advertised services are actually available.

Hotel położony w dobrej lokalizacji blisko zjazdu z autostrady i niedaleko linii metra U3. Bardzo miła, wielojęzyczna obsługa, czystość na wysokim poziomie i smaczne śniadanie. Za dopłatą miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu.

Posizione comoda sia per la Metro verso il centro sia per raggiungere la fermata del treno che porta alla stazione centrale. Stanza con arredo moderno, accogliente e pulitissima, dotata di aria condizionata, serrande elettriche, frigo e bollitore. Tantissimi armadi, vani portaoggetti, appendiabiti. Doccia molto grande. Staff cordiale con reception 24h. La pulizia quotidiana della stanza è inclusa nel prezzo ma va espressamente richiesta all'arrivo. Supermercato e Centro commerciale a due passi. Fortemente raccomandato.

Il quarto letto era a castello ed era un pochino scomodo alla salita. Manca il bidet. Per il resto nulla di negativo da segnalare (ci siamo trovati benissimo).

Foarte aproape de metrou, curatenie, raport calitate -pret foarte ok.

Nu mi-a placut ca frigiderul din camera nu functiona foarte bine.

Geräumige und saubere Zimmer, sehr ruhig. Das Bad und die Toilette sind getrennt und neuwertig. Der Weg zu den Öffis ca. 6 Minuten durch eine gepflegte Wohnsiedlung, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants aus aller Welt sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Eingangshalle macht einen imposanten Eindruck.

Das Frühstück ist eher eintönig. Das Personal kommt mit dem Aufräumen teilweise nicht nach.

Hotel dobře dosažitelný pro cyklisty, možnost úschovy kol v místnosti v podzemní garáži. Pokoj pohodlný. Snídaně velmi bohatá a chutná. Kousek od hotelu zastávka metra a pohodlný dojezd do centra.

Měli jsme objednaný pokoj s oddělenými postelemi a dostali jsme pokoj s manželskou postelí. Nepříjemné je světlo na záchodě, které se zapíná pohybovým čidlem, takže v noci dost nepříjemně svítí do očí.

Hotel con hall spaziosa, bella sala ristorante, stanze confortevoli. Buffet con tutto l'essenziale e il cibo era buono. Ben collegato (500 mt circa per metro o tram). Personale gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene perché: 1) l’albergo si trova in un bel quartiere pulito e ordinato, con la stazione metro a 5 minuti. 2) dispone di un parcheggio a pagamento per 18,90 € a notte ma è raggiungibile con l’ascensore dell’hotel ed è molto comodo e sicuro. 3) stanze pulite e silenziose 4) colazione abbondante con prodotti freschi di buona qualità 5) cena altrettanto valida 6) personale disponibile e cordiale Ritorneremo volentieri in questo hotel

Hotel situato in una zona tranquilla, stanze spaziose e ben pulite, colazione abbondante e staff gentilissimo. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Die Tiefgarage ist sauber und hat ausreichend Platz, Das Zimmer war sauber, die Dusche ist als sehr gut lobend zu erwähnen. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war gut, funktioniert auch ohne Zimmerkarte, bleibt daher auch kalt, wenn man unterwegs ist. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, es gab für uns genug Ablagemöglichkeiten und Stauraum.

Die Betten waren leider etwas unbequem, das Frühstück ist ausreichend, aber nicht sehr vielfältig. Der Kaffee war gut, aber nicht überwältigend. WLAN konnte ich im Zimmer (am Ende des Ganges) gar nicht nutzen, Nachttische waren nicht vorhanden, die dafür vorhandenen Ablagemöglichkeiten neben dem Bett waren viel zu klein. Sehr umständlich ist, dass man vor jedem Ausfahren aus der Tiefgarage den Parkschein an der Rezeption freischalten lassen muss, es wäre schön, wenn man hier einfach die Zimmerkarte verwenden könnte

The family room was amazing. 4 people in one room was perfect. Every day they clean the room and place new shower towels. Have a fridge, ac, small table with chairs and coffee/tea pods to make. Nice big shower. Near metro line U3, bus stop and tram A neighbour full of families near mini markets. Very good price. The bar is open late at night for drinks. Very nice barmans. Luggage place to save it if your flight is after check out.
