Hotel sul mare Ampio parcheggio all'esterno e camera spaziosa

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel has great facilities overall. The breakfast and dinner buffets ware tasty and had plenty of variety, which was definitely one of the highlights. Gym is minimally equipped, but it's enough to put in a good workout. The location is also very convenient if you want to explore the centre and north of the island.

The only slight downside was that the pool area could get quite busy, and there were a couple of occasions when they had run out of pool towels at reception.

Location was great very comfortable staff was brilliant clean and tidy

Nothing

L emplacement L hôtel La piscine et surtout l animation framissima

La formula all inclusive e l'animazione. Il ristorante internazionale è molto buono.

Il falso ristorante italiano Arrecife. Cucina pessima.

We had an amazing stay at Elba Carlota Beach & Golf Resort. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the food offered plenty of variety. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops. Our room was comfortable, and the pool area was fantastic. Most importantly, my two sons and I had a wonderful time together and really enjoyed every moment of our holiday. My son also won a zoo ticket in the fun filled lottery event during our stay 😍🥰🥰 We would happily return and highly recommend the resort. Thank you Elba Carlota for a great time!

Fairy centre to everything, beach views and the wonderful staff

Posizione e letto enorme

Pulizie un po grossolane e scarico doccia

Location was good

Staff not very friendly and for all inclusive service was really poor

Obsługa restauracji ,basen podgrzewany , blisko do plaży, dobre jedzenie ,czysto.

Raňaky a doba výdaj raňajok výborná. Poloha hotela s prístupom k moru výborná, Čistota hotela a záhrad udžiavaná na vysokej úrovni. Obsluha v reštaurácii ochotná a príjemná. Večerné progrmay na úrovni. Skvelá práca animárotov s programom pre deti i dospelých.

Keď prišiel nový zájazd našli sa hostia, ktorí potrebovali hneď v prvý večer vypiť čo sa dá a niekedy boli hluční a nezvládali nával slobody

Locatie en faciliteiten

Eten was écht héél slecht!

Les équipements de l’hôtel sont top!

Le laisser aller de l’hôtel.

Heated pool… good room size… rooms cleaned everyday…

food options were bad… bar at the pool shut at 6pm and the other bar was in the main building area… gym has old and outdated equipment.

Hotel blisko lotniska ,mega wygodny na krótki reset na wyspie.Czysto w hotelu.

Jedzenie średnie,powtarzalność.

La atención del personal y las instalacion

Nada

Best hotel, friendly staff, more activity for adults and kids. Good food and more options to choose.

that I had a few days off

The resort was beautiful.

Excellent complex with nice pools and beach. The buffet breakfast and dinner are fantastic.

The selfish behaviour of guests with covering with towels the laychairs around the pools, and then not using or using very late in the day is very irritating. The hotel management should do more on this bad habit of selfish people.

Food was amazing huge variety every day, staff were so helpful and friendly. Loved the sea views and rooms were all soundproof which made for a great night sleep . Shoping centre next door was very handy. Lots of activities around the pool. Shower caps, dental kits combs, hairdryer, satellite TV mini fridge with welcome drinks and sweets on arrival. All little added extras which make a difference. Great value for money

Lovely luxurious hotel,

When I first booked it I thought it had a spa but unfortunately the spa was in the hotel next door

Alles. Het was fantastisch. We hebben genoten.

We hebben echt geen klachten.

All the food was excellent. I had a junior suite facing the sea which was fabulous.

very windy

Most of Staffs are friendly

We were on half board , but all policy cater for all inclusive, that coused me and my brother some uncomfortable as the staff sometimes think we are not dwelling in the hotel (no wristbands).

La posizione e lo staff

Best bed ever, so comfortable. Breakfast has amazing variety of food. Fabulous stay, will definitely be back.

0 👌

Personale sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Everything was just perfect 👌 staff, location, food, all just exceptional. Already booked again for November. Full family going this time

Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile.

Todo

Todo

Free water and a few beers in room each day. Voucher for drinks on arrival, free tea / coffee during the day. Lots of entertainment and next to the beach , what is not to love. Tons of choice of meals breakfast and evening meal.

all good

Ottima posizione e bellissima vista mare.

No tengo motivo

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights When we checked in we realised that my son wasn't on the booking, the staff was really helpful finding a solution to accommodate us all. We had a room with sea view and we couldn't be happier. The heated pool was great. Location just next to the beach makes it perfect when travelling with kids. The staff was really friendly. We had a great stay.

Although the buffet was great in term of choices and sonething different every day, the quality was not the best but we still enjoyed it! Also we had 3 single beds with 2 making a "double bed" which wasnt the most comfortable.

Nada a assinalar!

Tutto abbondante e variegata

Tout

La comodidad y la ubicación.

El personal

The room was good, the bed was so comfortable.

The food.
